I will say every time I come to ink life I am never let down with the hospitality they give you. They are all very nice people and they care about how your time is there whether it be for 10 minutes or 9 hours they are all so professional and kind.My tattoo artist was Kat and I will say she never fails to amaze me with her tattooing skills. I have gotten 2 pieces done by her now and both times I have had such a good experience. The first piece was a memorial piece for my aunt and this also was my first tattoo so as you could imagine I had a lot of questions about how everything worked and I will say she answered every question I had. She as well did an amazing with comforting me.Going on to my newest piece I will say she has done amazing we did a 2 day session back to back days and she did great. Not only did she check on me to make sure I was ok but she was also very supportive and so were the other staff as well. All I can really say is I can’t wait to come back for my next piece and I would definitely check out this ink life

I came in a few months ago for 2 small tattoos done by Olivia. I left very happy with the work, the vibe and conversation with her was very comforting as well. She was very clean during the session and constantly made sure I was doing alright, if I needed a break, or needed anything she could get me. I was very comfortable coming in which is an important thing to look for when finding a trusted shop. Today I went back in but for a new piercing with Tricia. Yet again left with a smile on my face and amazing conversation. I had gone in to get my tongue pierced and the procedure was very calming and she told me everything she was going to do before doing it so I knew what was going on. Let’s just say, she knows what she’s doing and she does it great!

This place is awesome! The artists are friendly, talented, and professional. I tried going to a different studio and was ignored at that one. Here, I was greeted and welcomed after entering, and paired with an wonderful artist who knew her stuff. There are multiple artists and chairs/tables for getting tattoos or piercings. My artist (Ally) was able to bring a design I drew to life! I can highly recommend Ink Life for getting tattoos!!! I will be getting another one here in the future.

Ink Life is an amazing tattoo shop with an awesome atmosphere. My artist was Kat and she did a gorgeous piece on my calf. She made me feel comfortable, let me take as many breaks as I needed, and checked on me throughout the whole tattoo. She put so much detail into each part of my tattoo it’s incredible. The artists here are so positive and friendly and made me feel welcome and calm. I will definitely be returning for my future tattoos!!

I wish I could give Ink Life literally a million stars. First of all, Ally is the best tattoo artist I have ever been tattooed by! Not only does she draw up the most gorgeous designs, she’s personable and such a fun time to be around. I’ve also been pierced by Brooke, Josh, and Tricia—never had an issue with my piercings at all! Jewelry selection is also absolutely amazing and affordable. Everyone here is amazing and I never want to go anywhere else for tattoos/piercings!!!

Such an open and comforting environment! Brooke helped me out with stretching one of my piercings, she was super friendly and helpful. Such a quick process and overall great experience. Will definitely be going back!

Great shop & artists! Cannot say enough good things!!My tattoo was small & simple, but I plan to go back to see Alli as soon as Im ready for another. She was super sweet & patient with me (I have a bit of needle phobia) and her fine linework is SUPERB!I was there one Saturday all day for a Flash Sale to benefit All Shepherd Rescue, and a few of my friends came as well. They also plan on returning for more! Ink Life raised so much money for our rescue....we are forever grateful & look forward to potentially more events in the future.Every staff member I talked to was so nice!! I didnt get to meet the owner, he was out of town, but the event went very smoothly, especially for how many clients showed up! Studio is roomy, clean & decor is really cool to stare at while they poke you 😁 Chair was comfy and Alli lent me a fidget ball to occupy my brain as well. An all-round GREAT experience....I highly recommend you check it out! A much better vibe than other local shops Ive been to 😉

Taylor and Brandon did an incredible job. Both of them have so much talent and paid alot of attention to what I wanted and the details in each tattoo. Taylor did my floral piece and fit it perfectly to my arm. She drew it up exactly how I visioned it. And Brandon replicated my baby’s footprints perfectly to their newborn papers. I’ll definitely be back!!

I’m extremely thankful for everyone at Ink Life who participated in their Tattoos for Rescues benefit flash sale for All Shepherd Rescue. It was so wonderful seeing the community come together to support the rescue. Special shoutout to Matt for allowing this to happen, and to Xavier for all of his planning, promoting, and community building for the event.Xavier also did amazing on my tattoo! I will be back to add more details to it!We’ve had several volunteers and supporters of the rescue come back and get more! The artists are so talented and it shows.

I came today to get my daughter’s ears pierced and they did amazing with her! The whole staff was super friendly and sweet to her and Brooke(who pierced her) was amazing and did a great job at explaining everything to her!

We had Tricia as our piercer. Shes a great piercer who knows what shes doing and is beyond knowledgable on piercings. My boyfriend and I got nipple piercings and it hurt but she talked us through everything and the pain, healing, breathing while shes piercing and what to do/not to do to clean them.

Got my left earlobe pierced twice by Brooke, and my left ring finger tattooed by Kat.Brooke was very personable and funny, and made me feel very comfortable. She was very quick on the piercing, which helped minimize the pain. I dont do pain very well, but she made it easy. Highly recommend!Kat was very cool too. I felt so bad because all I asked for was a little band around the top of my finger, but I made her remove and redraw the stencil a few times because I wasnt sure of the placement myself. But she was so patient and kind about it, which Im thankful for. Its a small tattoo as I desired, and the lines are straight and the black ink is even. Perfect!Not to mention that they all seem to have a really good vibe going on. A few people stopped by and it was very comfortable and friendly. The shop has a lot of super cool decorations to help you distract from the pain too.Highly recommend. Thank you to Kat and Brooke.

Brought my family in for piercings as a group and Tricia and Brooke were phenomenal.piercing wise they explained each step, there were no surprise pokes and they were the most through on placement than any shop Ive ever been to. I absolutely adore their process. they think about the fact that your face moves, that no ones face is symmetrical, but no one wants it to become more obvious. they were friendly and very nice. one of our daughters got her first non ear piercings and they were super sweet. they had a fantastic jewelry offering, use titanium bars, and redid the piercing jewelry on my nose for a much better anatomical compatibility. Great overall experience! My daughter had an old piercing stretched/re-opened by Brooke. She did a great job explaining her options and letting her know exactly what she was going to do. The front desk employees were also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Kat is the sweetest, easy going, and most comforting artist i’ve ever been to. If you are lucky enough to get tattooed by her, you won’t be disappointed! She has done all of my favorite pieces and I don’t think i’ll ever go anywhere else. I’m so ecstatic to write this. I’ve had my piercings done by all 3 piercers. Every single time I was talked through and all my piercings were to say the least painless! And my favorite tattoo artist ever Miss Kate!! She did so good with my tattoos and I plan on having all of mine done by her! Im not going anywhere else for piercings and tattoos!

I have only been twice with two different artist but every time has been a great experience. Always very clean and welcoming. I do have trouble remembering they are a cash only business but that doesnt hinder the quality.

Brooke was amazing with my nose piercing. She’s very into her work, takes her time to make the piercing perfect and so easy to talk to! She let me sit for a little bit after feeling queasy, gave me some candy and was the best piercer! Whatever I decide to do next, she will be doing it!!

The artists at Ink Life are second to none! They take their profession seriously and it shows in the quality of their work. They always take a moment for their customers and want to fully understand your vision so they can give you the best ink job possible! I have been getting inked for several years and whether it is Matt, Alex, or another one of their artists, they have taken my ideas and actually surpassed what I had hoped for. Their creative passions are only matched by the ink they put down on the skin. I will continue going to them until they tell me No Mas! The atmosphere in the shop is laid back and the banter between everyone makes for a fun-filled time, you almost forget the pain. haha Seriously though, you will walk in as a customer and leave as a friend!

I was put onto this place because a good friend of mines brother is an artist here. Have been here several times now, and its always a wonderful experience. This place is very impressive, true professionals. I am and will be a lifelong customer. Jake has tattooed myself and my daughter, and our yearly bday tattoo ritual will ALWAYS be with him!

When I first came into the shop, the vibes were off. But I love the remodel and I love the staff! They were so happy to answer my questions and they do such good work. They tattooed my mom and it looks wonderful even though it isn’t finished yet. But the main part is done and it is beautiful. The place has such a good vibe now and I feel so comfortable there. Everyone had a smile on their faces and were so warm. Clean shop, great staff, great work. 10 out of 10.

At 57, my first tattoo was with Jacob today. I have always wanted a permanent tattoo replicating the design of my wedding ring indicating the indelible covenant bond with my wife. Today I brought the ring to Jacob and he nailed it. The place was clean, very professional and artful. The staff were super personable and helpful. Great virgin tattoo experience.

I came for a piercing and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at any body mod shop. My piercer, Jeremy, was extremely welcoming, kind, and all around a good vibe. I was trying to get my labret but because I wear a retainer he advised it wouldn’t be best for the healing process. I really appreciated his honesty, advice and thorough explanation instead of just taking the money and sending me on my way. Due to a couple bad experiences in the past I’m now very cautious of my piercers but I had full trust in his choices. His apprentice, Brooke, was amazing as well. She made sure I was comfortable during my piercing and was very professional when explaining the aftercare. She had a really good energy and I can’t wait to get piercings from her in the future. I highly highly recommend coming here for piercings, you will be taken care of AND have a great time with the employees. Thank you again Jeremy and Brooke!

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. Walked in with no appointment and was helped right away. I liked how clean the shop was and everyone was very nice. They do not mess around when it comes to minors. I had to prove my daughter was mine (which I liked). Jeremy did her piercing and he was so nice and always made sure she was comfortable. My son came here a few days ago for his first tattoo. I was so happy with Drew and the way he handled everything. My son was nervous and Drew took the time while doing my sons tattoo to talk to him. This week I had a dermal done by Trish and was so impressed with their professionalism and ability to make me feel comfortable and at ease through the entire procedure. I got my 3rd piercing here, and I love it, ngl my ear did fight the fact I had piercing, so I didnt get to really enjoy it until now but my God do I love it now that its not hating me haha. Was looking for a place to buy new jewelry. This place took walk ins and was open later. It was also nearby. Josh was great. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me my opinions. I chose bronze anodized rings. He got them out. Custom Anodized them right there. He removed my current earrings and put the new ones in. Great job. Was totally satisfied. Very spacious, very clean shop. If you need piercing, jewelry or a tattoo, I would definitely recommend them. Very friendly staff, great service. Check them out!

I have been going to this shop since 2014 I have been tattooed by Matt and Alex and I get my piercings done by Morrow. I trust all of them to do what they think will look good. Matt and Alex have both worked on my whole sleeve and it looks amazing. Its clean work and I love all of the tattoos they have done. I love all the piercings Morrow has done for me.The shop is clean, the atmosphere is great, they make sure your comfortable, and they do great work.

Absolutely loved this place. Got an appointment super quick after I called in. Alex and Matt are super friendly and the work environment is really chill. I told Alex what I wanted tattooed, and even though I changed my mind several times, and asked several different questions, she was always more than helpful to make me feel comfortable in what I wanted. The tattoo was exactly how I imagined it in my head, it was like she could read my mind. Her prices were very fair as well. Just really good people, very professional as well. Would recommend if you want to be treated well and with respect! :)

Absolutely LOVE this place! i got my first piercing here in 2019, my tragus. josh is the best piercer out there, no doubt about it. he gives you his card with his information on it and tells you to message him if you ever have questions. he responds fast and always knows what he’s talking about. got my belly button done today and it was absolutely painless. he works fast, but is also accurate. he cares about his work 100% and isn’t just about making money, which is evident by the way he guides you through the process. he talks to you and makes sure you’re comfortable the entire time. it’s always clean, too, so you’ll never have to worry about that. i would recommend this shop to anyone who’s looking to get a piercing or tattoo. i can’t wait to come back:)

Oh my word. Id 10000000% recommend this place to literally everyone. Jeremy pierced my nostril today and he is absolutely amazing! He was so knowledgeable, fun, and easy to talk to! Before the piercing, I had warned him that I might need a few minutes after the piercing to chill out because Ill feel like I could pass out (I suck at needles lol!) Right before the piercing, he gave me a water bottle and a chocolate and then afterwards he asked if I wanted a cold paper towel on my forehead and he fanned me until I felt better and the color returned to my face! Then we chatted for a while until I felt back to 100%. Out of all of my piercings, Ive never had customer service that was this awesome. Everyone at the front desk was super nice too and the atmosphere was just very welcoming! 10 million out of 5 stars yall!😄

I was recommended Ink Life through a few friends and I am very happy I was! Matt did my two first big color pieces (one of which being a cover up) and after over a year of being healed they’re still my two most complimented pieces. My boyfriend and I have also gotten pieces done by Alex who also does a phenomenal job! They are super friendly, make you feel at home as soon as you enter the shop, and handle everything super professionally. I had a rather large earring screw back lodged crooked in my pierced ear lobe hole. I tried to get it out with pain and no luck. I thought I was going to have to go to a doctor and have it taken out. I was referred to Josh at Ink Life. I am a big sissy and Josh made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I was surprised and relieved that he was able to get it out so fast and I didnt even feel it. He has the Best personality and is Excellent at what he does!!! I highly recommend him and will Always refer him!

We visited Ink Life today for a walk-in ear piercing for my elementary-aged daughter. Tricia greeted us warmly and walked us through every single step of the process. My daughter was naturally nervous but she quickly relaxed as Tricia treated her with such respect and spoke directly to her, telling her what she was going to do, how all the instruments worked, and repeatedly checked in to make sure she was comfortable and ready for the next step.Tricia was so careful to make sure the earrings would be perfectly placed and the end result was incredible! Her ears weren’t even red and my daughter practically skipped out of there with joy. If you are looking for a very attentive, gentle and kind piercer, go see Tricia!

I absolutely love this shop. I have three pieces from there that are all high quality and healed very nicely. I’ve gotten all of my piercings here also. The people there are professional and passionate about their work. The atmosphere is welcoming and you’re more than likely to have a laugh and good conversation. Ive been going to Ink Life Studio for about 7 years now. Matt Jones the owner of the shop has always done GREAT work and has also been honest with me on my ideas mixed with his own. I’ve never been disappointed and I’ve always felt completely comfortable in his shop. When I started going to Ink Life Studio the shop was on B&A in a small little place and now to see him thriving and doing big things in his new and bigger shop is amazing!! Matt has done 13 tattoos on me and I will continue to allow him to do more to come!! If you’re looking for a great tattoo shop Ink Life Studio is the place to go for sure!! Friends of mine recommended this place to us. My 9-year-old daughter was super, super nervous about getting her ears pierced. Josh was incredibly patient with her through her tears and laughed and joked with her. I would go back to him in a heartbeat.The place was super clean and the staff was amazing and friendly.

My wife and i have a good amount of tattoos and we have seen a few shops, but this place has been by far the best. Its super clean and the employees are great. Matt does phenomenal work. He has done all mine. My wife and kids tattoos. His line work and color choices are on point. I have more for him to do but he is booked. So that should tell you about the exceptional quality of his work. The shop is always clean and a cool place to hang out. I recommend him whenever the word tattoo comes up. Give him a call. Before I got my tattoo I asked shopped around and told them what I wanted, I had 2 people tell me I would have to change what I want or not have certain things included. I went to Matt and he said okay cool !I’ve had my first session and I’m so in love with it and can not wait to finish the rest of my arm! Everyone in the shop is friendly and makes you feel welcomed! Alex is an amazingly talented artist!! She was flexible with her schedule and dedicated to creating the perfect design for me. She worked very hard to make sure I was relaxed, making it a great experience for me as I don’t have many tattoos. Absolutely a AMAZING studio....Ink life tattoo studio is a very reputable studio. Both owners as well as the other artists do amazing work, are very hygienic, are very accommodating of your wants, as well as real life situations that come up. I personally have been getting tattooed by this studio sense November 2014 and couldn’t imagine going to another studio. Each artist specializes in something unique and amazing. The best part about this studio is it’s not just a work place of artist but it’s people who treat each other like family and look out for one another. I would recommend this studio highly to anyone looking to get that special piece of artwork on themselves

The staff as a whole is super friendly and helpful. The facility is super clean and sterile (it smells like a hospital). But most importantly, the artists are crazy talented. Matt took an idea that Id presented and turned it into a gorgeous tattoo for a fair price. Im definitely coming back for my next tattoo.

I’ve been tattooed by Matt on 5 separate occasions. He’s always been awesome to me, like we’ve known each other forever (we had never met). My first experience with him was with a 6 hour tattoo. I came in with an idea and he made that idea turn out even better than I had imagined, plus he bought a cheesesteak midway through.The next time I got 2 tattoos on each rib cage on the same day and he only charged me for one. The next time I came in with a drawing of what I wanted and he did exactly, to a T of what I wanted.Another time I got a big piece done and had an allergic reaction to a new after care ointment he had in shop and was hospitalized. Matt was constantly checking on me making sure I was alright, it was just really cool of him I thought. He was genuinely concerned. He had worked with me before and nothing like this had happened but I could tell he felt horrible, it wasn’t his fault, just a simple accident. In the end the piece turned out beautifully, I get compliments on it almost daily.The next time I came in he actually had an organic aftercare product specifically for me. He’s just gone above and beyond seemingly every time. Came here as a walk-in for a tattoo with my friend. The staff was super friendly and made the stencils really quick, our tattoo artist was Nick! He was super funny and was very knowledgeable/accommodating. I was quoted 75 for my tattoo which isn’t that bad of a price in my opinion. Overall the studio was super clean and professional. The staff definitely knew what they were doing and knew how to keep the facility clean/sterile. If you end up going here just remember to bring some cash to pay because they do not accept cards.

Great service, they listen to what you want and advise you on whats best for your tattoo as far as placement, colors, etc. They are extremely clean and take their time with each customer. After a lot of searching I stumbled upon Matt Jones on Instagram. I loved his clean work, so I reached out about getting a half sleeve started. I drove an hour + to meet matt and discuss ideas. The first thing I noticed was that the shop was clean. Matt was very welcoming. We discussed a plan, and a few months later he executed an awesome piece. I get so many compliments on the work. I can’t wait to get back in to have it finished. The only problem with Matt is, is that he’s so good appointments take forever to get! I’m not holding that against a talented artist :)

Ive being following Matt on social media for YEARS. When I would be his cashier at work we would talk about my future tattoos. I ended up getting a sugar skull with some roses a few weeks ago. It is a huge piece to do as a first piece. I was advised to make it into two sessions, and my second appointment is June 17!His work is AMAZING, hes quiet if he feels you dont want to talk, but he always engages with you, by asking if youre okay, if you like it, even asking what my mom will say. His hourly rates are also amazing!!Josh also did my VCH piercing earlier this week. No pain, continued to ask if I was okay and comfortable, and was very gentle!

Wanted to get a tattoo to commemorate my wedding date and decided to call Ink Life to see if I could be taken as a walk-in. I was greeted on the phone by Cheyenne, she was friendly and professional and was ready to get me in there immediately. Once there Cheyenne got my stencil ready quickly and I was being tattooed within 15 minutes of walking in the door. The tattoo is bold, clean, and dope as hell. I couldnt be more happy with it. I did not even get to be tattooed by Alex at this studio because she not only canceled on me once, but the second time she decided not to show up. The first time she moved the time because of a dentist appointment and THEN a week later she said she had to cancel that whole date due personal reasons. When I showed to the shop for our newly scheduled date, the guy behind the counter had to call her because she wasn’t even there. When I called her like the guy told me to, she declined my call. She proceeded to text me and tell she was at Lowe’s and couldn’t tattoo me. This was the second day I had taken off of work and still had not gotten the tattoo. I had to get the deposit back. I have never dealt with someone so irresponsible and unprofessional. For promoting that she is the “owner” of the shop on her instagram, she should be ashamed of herself for this. I wish there was a 0 stars option.

I have had 8 tattoos completed by Matt at Ink life. They are amazing. A friend of mine has had work completed by Jason also amazing. I recommend this studio to everyone. I am always asked by many people who see my ink where did you get your work done and I am always pround to say ink life.

I came in to have a tattoo done by Brian and was definitely overcharged taking into consideration he only did the line work and he placed leaves on flowers in areas that leaves shouldnt have even been, so I decided to give Nick Thibert a call who is fixing up not only the line work but taking his time and doing an incredible job at redoing it to my satisfaction. This was a cover up and even after the outline was done by Brian, there was still part of the old tattoo showing. I was charged for 5 hours for line work that should have taken maybe about an hour and a half. I highly recommend Nick Thibert because he will give you incredible ink and cares 💯 percent about his clients.

Got my second tattoo done here with Ally. She does amazing work, especially fine lines. Already planning my next one!

Haven’t gotten any ink done in a year or so...but this is the only place I’ll ever go. I’ve been tattooed by not only matt(who’s the man) but I’ve been passed around the shop and everyone there is just talented. Any negative reviews left about this place are just arrogant people. My first tattoo was by Matt at his old shop off jumpers and it was the best experience I’ve ever had.

Such an unprofessional shop. I contacted the owner (Wednesday) for an appointment and he told me that I needed to leave a $100 deposit before he could give me a date for a consultation. I sent him that money through Venmo as soon as he texted me that. Then I hear nothing. The next day (Thursday) I ask him when could he get me in and he responds with “ I can let you know the soonest date as soon as you do the deposit. If somebody drops a deposit in five minutes I’m going to give them the soonest date. So I can’t offer you a date until the deposit is dropped“... okay so you’re going to give somebody else the soonest date if they send you the money “in the next five minutes” when I already sent it the day prior? So I send him the screenshots of the transaction and still hear nothing. Skip to Saturday I ask if he was available to set up the consultation and he responds with “ I return to work tomorrow. I have had a few days off with my daughter. I promise I haven’t forgotten you. I get 60-70 messages a day and just have to catch up tomorrow.” and I let him know I was entirely unaware so I said it was fine. Skip to AN ENTIRE WEEK LATER and I ask again if we can set up a consultation and once again, no response, the following day I ask to send my deposit back and that’s when he actually cares to speak to me and tells me if he gets time that week he’ll let me know if he can fit me in, I just agree because I have to have it done before a major surgery that will put me out 8-12 months. Now it’s two weeks past the time I initially sent him my deposit and inquired about a consult and he asks me to come in on Wednesday at 11 am for another artist to do it and I agree but I responded two hours later and he said it’s too late, that’s fine I can understand that so I reach out to the other artist directly the following day and he asks me to come in Friday (today) at noon for an appointment. So I go ahead and take that time and as I show up on time, I call the shop to let me inside as they lock the doors for COVID and a girl answers and says that he’s not coming in until two. I’m absolutely livid at this point. I finally just text him saying I’m not interested anymore and he says that he had an emergency to run out to. Okay well you could of at least let me know before I took my time and gas to drive up to your store for you not to be there. Horribleeee experience. I truthfully lost the trust to allow them to tattoo anything on my body with how unprofessional they are. It’s like a bunch of teenagers.Update: I am now being argued with over my review by the second artist, the owner did however reach out and apologized and offered to come in on his day off to do my tattoo but I declined as I no longer feel comfortable.

I went to Matt wanting a very personal and meaningful piece in mind. I had seen Matts insta and even my SOs back piece. Clean lines great work. Amazing work. So I gave him 3 things I wanted in a piece before getting the meaningful one, to see if hed be up for the challenge. I was throughly impressed. I have a piece that Matt had come up with. Completely custom. Ive searched every imagine possible to see if that were true and it was. I have a one of a kinda absolute masterpiece from this man. Everyone in his shop is friendly and truly wants to make you happy. I highly reccomend going to see them.

Crazy over priced body jewelry, they try to make it seem like you are getting a good deal on their products but you are not. I bought a nose stud from there and had them put it in a day later my whole nose was swollen. wasted $40 and wont be back!

Trust me. Go anywhere else. I contacted Matt months in advance and was told by Matt that he would send me my drawing of my tattoo the night before, which I luckily kept in writing. After we set the appointment I dropped off a $100 deposit.When the day before my tattoo came, I shot Matt a reminder text with no response. I then sent Matt another text in the evening with no response. I then went to sleep and woke up at 930am (our appt is at 11am) and noticed I had nothing from Matt.I then called the shop and Matt answered. At first he tried to say he doesn’t send drawings over text—but luckily I still had his text stating quite the opposite. He then told me to come on in for the appt at 11am even though I had received no drawing like promised.I said no thanks I would just like my $100 deposit refunded. Matt told me that since I am canceling last minute he will not issue me a refund—EVEN THOUGH I WAS CANCELLING BECAUSS HE DID NOT DO HIS JOB AS PROMISED. I was promised a drawing of the tattoo the night before whIch really isn’t much to ask when you’re spending 100s on a permanent tattoo.In short, Matt is unprofessional. Avoid him and his shop. He outright refused to give me a refund when the entire reason I cancelled was because Matt couldn’t be bothered to answer multiple texts the night before the morning appt or send me any type of draw up of my tattoo.
