Everyone was so kind and informative about the removal process, as well as what to expect! I was easily able to walk in and schedule a (free!) consultation, and Marissa was amazing about explaining the process and what to expect.I only had one removal session, but all the staff were so accommodating and made sure I was comfortable before I started and left. They checked in on me the next day as well. The patient rooms were very clean and neatly kept, and I felt very comfortable with Marissa, the laser technician. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and service provided.

Super friendly & knowledgeable staff. They are experts in tattoo removal and I feel like I’m in good hands. I’ve had 10 treatments so far and the progress has been very tangible, one tattoo is done and the other maybe only has another treatment or two left. Highly recommend.

For over a year now I’ve been receiving services from Center City Philadelphia’s Removery location and have been so satisfied with my results thus far! The Removery office welcomes their customers into a clean, comfortable environment which makes one look forward to returning each time! I originally came to Removery for a consultation and ended up having my first session done that same day! The employees at Removery made me feel comfortable enough to continue services from that point froward. The sessions are quick, and clarity is provided around any questions one may have. I’ve made the best decision to get an almost 10yr old tattoo laser removed from Removery and the results are coming right along!

I went for my first consultation on the 21st of September, well what I thought was a consultation. I actually got the procedure done that day only because the price was right and I couldn’t turn it up. I thought it was going to be painful but it was so fast my brain couldn’t even comprehend the pain. The staff was friendly and nice and very welcoming. I go back November for my 2nd treatment and I’m excited. I will be writing and overall review after I see a major difference!!

I went for my first consultation yesterday with Mia and she was super patient and answered all the questions I had. She was knowledgeable about the entire process and it didn’t feel like they were rushing me to make a decision. Also, I was able to get my first session done with Maggie the same day. Maggie was also great and the procedure was over in only a few seconds. Overall, I appreciated the easy & quick process.

I’ve had a tattoo I wanted removed for quite some time now and I finally pulled the trigger. I contacted removery and they were very responsive and got me in the next day for a consultation. I met with Mia who was super welcoming and helpful. She explained everything thoroughly and the financing was right so I decided to move forward. I had my first appointment yesterday and it was very quick and recovery has been minimal. The technician who performed my first session answered all my questions and was very professional. I have a big back piece I am beginning to remove and everyone I spoke to from the consultation to my first appointment was very informative and genuine in their responses. My friend goes to another location near Philadelphia and recommended Removery to me, and I felt comfortable and was able to get all of the answers I needed to move forward with the process. I was pretty nervous going into my first appointment but the staff talked me through it and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to remove their piece!

I am on my second treatment for a large half back tattoo with both a new bold black ink tattoo and a older color one. The office is nice looking, employees are super nice, and the office is very clean. They work with you on scheduling and accommodate you on your appointment and timing. They make sure you are comfortable during treatment and work with your pain tolerance by counting down instead of moving straight through it. I know this is going to be a very long process but so far this has been a great experience.

Removery made the decision of removal simple. I had some concerns because it is my first removal but Josh and Maggie were more than happy to take their time and explain everything. I felt comfortable and began my process of removal! My first session was simple as Maggie was very caring. I feel like I’m in great hands there!

Mags is the greatest. She does amazing work thoroughly and quickly. The two wonderful ladies I spoke to at the desk (Marissa and Mia) were phenomenal as well and so easy to work with on financial planning for my treatment. Would highly recommend this spot for tattoo removal.Sarah is a phenomenal tech as well! My experience at Removery was outstanding thanks to the amazing staff.

All of the employees are extremely kind, caring, and informative! Everyone talks you through everything and is extremely helpful if you have any questions or concerns. I’m very happy with my removal process so far! They even check up on your a few days after every session to ensure there are no negative reactions!

A complete waste of time and money. I spent three years (25+ sessions) and I still have a dark, black tattoo on my shoulder. Yes, it faded but it is still fully in tack and only about half way removed. When I went for my consultation, I was told it would take about 7-10 session which was obviously a complete lie. They also didn’t inform me that you need to wait 14 -16 weeks in between each appointment. I have sent numerous emails to discuss my concerns and I have never received any replies back. I paid for a complete removal, upfront, which was an extreme amount of money and here I am, three years later, still with a dark tattoo. I am extremely disappointment with the Removery process.

I have been a Removery client for nearly a year now. I get my treatments from the Center City location in Philadelphia. The studio is kept nice, clean, and is very inviting. The staff is very friendly and greets me right away and always makes sure that I am comfortable during the removal process. I would definitely give this studio a five star rating and recommend this place for anyone looking to remove any unwanted tattoos!

Mia was very nice. She explained everything to me and I was able to understand the process. When it was time for my first session she helped me get through it. So far everything is going good for me. Set up my payment plan and is currently waiting to get an email back from the creditor. I will let you know if anything changes.

The staff treat me well with kindness & professionalism! Staff are knowledgeable & have tattoos themselves. I’ve had 3 sessions on my super dark 2 year tattoo which was raised (scar lines) and I have results already. Fading more in certain parts but the whole tattoo is getting lighter. Also the scarring is disappearing as I do massage the area as instructed. I think I’m gonna get an older tattoo removed as well. My only concern with this location is parking & I’m a mom of 3. The office isn’t for kids obviously. My solution: I bring someone with me to take over the car with my kids in it & they drive around. My sessions are complete every time in 15 minutes or less! In & out. I love it! Thank you Removery!Note: The laser hurts way more than a tattoo. The longer you ice the area with an ice pack the less you feel. If you ice the area for a few minutes no breaks, you won’t feel the laser much at all. My tattoo is size small though.

This Removery team is so wonderful! Every one of my appointments has been on time, efficient, and incredibly thoughtful. Maggie is so knowledgeable about the removal process and makes the actual lasering as comfortable as possible, and is such a joy to chat with. Josh at the front desk is a delight and so good at what he does. Theyre always sure to check up on me for a few days post removal, and have been incredibly generous in answering any questions and are really flexible with changing scheduling as Ive needed. Im actually going to be sad when my removal is over lol theyre so great to visit! Ive recommended them to friends many times over, cant say enough good things about the Philly Removery team!

Mia is very professional and I love her enthusiasm. Not only is her service exceptional, her kind attitude and demeanor make her the best in the business. Everyone at Removery is just a true rock star. I want to mention Mia first in case this review will get overlooked.I have the unlimited package for my tattoo removal. I had 2 sessions with Mia already. In the session room, I will ice the body part that we will laser for a good 5 mins or so until whenever I’m comfortable, then Mia will hand me a hose that blow icy air. The laser was painful. After a few zap, I can point the icy air to the part that was laser to soothing the pain. So it isn’t too bad. Better than nothing. I think the next session will be a lot lighter. I’m been wanting to do this for soooo long already. I’m very excited that I’m finally getting this done. A little pain each time for now, but it will disappear forever.Update as time goes on

I’ve finished my 3rd session today, and I must say, the service here is exceptional. I used to be so scared and afraid but everyone there makes you feel welcomed and I actually enjoy my visits believe it or not. Both Maggie and Marissa do such phenomenal jobs and I know I’m in such good hands when I’m here. (I have brown skin, so I get pretty scared of skin damage) however I know that’s not the case here. My skin is normal, no hypo/hyper pigmentation in sight and I’m really happy with my results so far. Fading with minimal damage (if any) to my skin. I am happy and grateful to have found them! Was so nervous at first but the team at the Philly removery was so nice and answered all my questions! The treatment definitely stings/burns a bit but the tech goes very fast & gives you a squish ball. On the 2nd day I can already see some fading! So really excited for my next appts :)

I went in to get my combo brows removed. I was super nervous since it was my first time ever getting laser tattoo removal. I believe I had Sarah as my technician. She was so patient with me and I appreciate that so much! To be honest I was worried for nothing. It was a bit uncomfortable at certain points but was great overall considering youre not numbed for it. I will need more sessions to remove them fully but I am already pleased with how much lighter my brows are in color. Also healing has been a breeze. Excited for my next appointment in 8 weeks :)

The office is clean, inviting and in a great location. The staff at the CC location are very polite and welcoming. The treatments are what they are. A little uncomfortable for short amount of time. Ive been treated at Removery in Philadelphia for a year or so (after previously going to another location in Allentown) and have had a wonderful experience. Josh and the technicians are all so kind, patient, and thoroughly communicative. They prioritize your comfort and it really feels like Im walking into my tattoo shop.

Extremely knowledgeable staff and so kind! The sessions are quick, which is great, and the technicians are constantly making sure I’m comfortable. I’m currently removing an entire arm sleeve in sessions and each session doesn’t last past 10 minutes. I’ve had zero issues with healing and they always reach out to make sure I’m healing okay and if i have any questions. I couldn’t recommend this spot more, seriously.

If you’re thinking about coming here, just do it. Mia is great she explained the process perfectly and it’s much simpler than you’d think. The sessions are short and not painful or scary. Plus if you get in there before Valentine’s Day they’re running a promo and you can save on the payments. Update** I have entered my second year of sessions. The appointments are fast and friendly. I am there 15 minutes or less. Everyone is friendly and very communicative and understanding. Tattoo removal can be a tough process to go through and at least these guys make there end of it the easiest part of it all. 10 out of 10 recommend.**I was very discouraged and stressed about all of this, tbh. The team at the Philadelphia location not only eased my worries, they related to me and made me feel more accepting of myself and the situation that led to my appointment with them. I literally woke up today knew I wanted to get a tattoo removed and googled tattoo removal. I found Removery briefly looked at their website and scheduled a free consultation. I get to the business and am immediately greeted by the friendly staff. Filled out some quick forms on their iPad (big plus because I hate writing) and was almost immediately seen for the consultation where the rep explained the process verbally as well as with images and a video. We went through pricing of which I chose the 3 session package which I felt was very well priced and was also again immediately seen for the procedure. Highly this place for their professionalism, attention to detail and overall customer service. Being a tattooer Ive always heard the horror stories about laser removal, but it didnt shy me away from coming and lightening up a tattoo Ive been unhappy with for years and Im so happy I did! I am so ashamed it has taken this long to post a review, as I started with Removery (Center City location) on black Friday this year. It has been 6 sessions and cant believe how faded both of my tattoos are! I have black ink on my forearms and having color removed from my back - both fading at rapid speed! On top of the procedure working so well, I always look forward to catching up with my technician (not sure if thats their title), Marissa. At this point I pretty much think were friends, haha, cause she makes the process so fast, chill & comfortable with conversation. Josh, at the front desk, is always in a good mood and ready to chat on whatever topic strikes up. Theyre AMAZING with appts: schedules, reschedules, multiple text confirms and updates (which I always need/appreciate). One time I even forgot my watch and Marissa used the text to tell me she had it; swung right back to pick up! Needless to say I have already booked for black Friday again, to get their crazy annual deal to remove more parts of the same tattoo. I have been on a laser removal journey with the Removery for about a year now. I am so pleased with how the results have been. I also love the team at the Philly Center City location. I absolutely loved my experience here! Im a super anxious person and they made me feel so welcomed and prepared for my appointment. I started going here about 6 months ago to fade a tattoo to go over it with another. Each experience has been amazing by the humans. However, the process of getting laser tattoo removal sucks. Not going to lie, it hurts real bad (and I have a high tolerance for pain) 🤣However, the staff makes sure that you are completely comfortable and they talk you through it. Each time, I had a different technician and they were all knowledgeable and friendly. The tech today said that she actually did the laser on herself so that she could understand what the clients go through.Also, I cant say enough things about Joshua, the front desk representative. Such a sweet and friendly person.I plan on returning in a few months to get my fourth session.

The staff was so knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions. They gave my quote, which was far less than other places. I was also very happy and surprised to have my first session right after my consultation. Three small tattoos took about 2 minutes to laser after they were iced for comfort. There was no pain, slight stinging and it was over so quickly. I am excited to see my results and be free of 41 year old tattoos that no longer look nice or fit my lifestyle. My first experience in consulting with Rob was great. The communication was very convenient. He made sure that I understood the whole process of removing my tattoos. I just had a fantastic experience yesterday, during my appointment. The staff are always great. But yesterday they were particularly wonderful. Excellent experience!! I was nervous going in to the consultation, and everyone was extremely nice and thoughtful. Removery was great. I went in for my consult and there were able to do my removal right then and there. It was quick and easy and Mia was fabulous.

I have yet to start the treatment but 100% sure that the experience will be great if it was anything like my consultation day! From the front desk receptionist to the intake personnel Rob, it was truly like walking into home. I was greeted there were personable conversations which related us as humans and me not being only business to them.Outside of possible parking deficits of course because it’s downtown, I’m sure that my experience will be immaculate. Every step including precautions and post laser removal was explained to me thoroughly and Rob answered any questions that I may have. They are also military friendly 😊

Ive had 4 treatments here and every time Ive had a good experience, I was a little nervous about the treatment at first, but just a little pain, the staff were very technical and very patient and friendly.

So far I have only had one treatment but what I can say about it is that the staff was overwhelmingly supportive and the experience was very professional. I felt really educated and had all my questions answered during the consultation by Josh, and Sarah was my laser tech. Sarah was amazing!! Their personality was super warm and made me feel very safe. I am working on removing a very big piece and she gave me as many breaks as I needed and was giving me so much encouragement before, during and after the session. They also have checked up on me after the treatments to make sure I’m doing well which is very appreciated. I am excited to keep coming back!

I’m a 60-year-old guy and I needed a couple of rough-looking older tattoos cleaned up and, after a bunch of on-line research, decided on Removery. Their website is organized and descriptive, and after watching a few videos and reading up on the Pico laser, I was convinced.Upon arrival, I was greeted by Josh, a super friendly guy at the front desk who got me set up and put my mind at ease that things would work out great. Good dude. Josh introduced me to Mia, another friendly face who took measurements of my tats, gave me a tour of the facility (which is super clean and organized), and explained how the laser removal worked. I’m a bit of a chicken when it comes to pain, but Mia explained that the laser merely feels like a rubber band snapping your skin (hey, I can handle that!).Once Mia explained everything, including all costs, I decided to go ahead with the procedure. The tech who was doing the actual lasering was another friendly, reassuring person named Maggie who got me situated in a chair and again explained how the procedure would go. Once she carefully covered the sections of my tats that were good with a white marker (which she explained that the laser would ignore), and popped some goggles on me to protect my eyes, she began.The laser basically tugged on my skin slightly as she moved it around the areas I wanted removed. To me, it was much less painful than getting the tat in the first place. Before I knew it, Maggie was finished up and I let out a deep breath. Much easier than I even thought it would be. Although Maggie explained how the body’s system carries away the broken-up ink and that full results would take 8-10 weeks (and might need a second treatment), I noticed that the blowouts that had bothered me for years were already faded! I can’t wait to see the end results.And, if I do need another lasering, I’m going in assured that it will be just as comfortable and relatively pain-free. Only wish I had been brave enough to do it sooner! I can’t say enough good things about the Pico procedure and especially the people at Removery Philly. It’s not always easy to find quality people doing quality work these days, but I found ‘em on Chestnut Street. Thanks guys!

I have been considering tattoo removal for a bit but not seriously until recently. My appointment was easy to make and the location was super convenient. I was warmly welcomed by the staff who were are super kind, fun and informative. I decided to get a package deal for removal and got my session done same day. Though the laser was mildly uncomfortable, my whole exp was awesome. From the consultation to the actual removal service the staff made my whole experience FUN. I have been waiting about 10 years to get a tattoo removed on my chest and finally made the jump to do it. I was referred by my tattoo artist to go to Removery and am so happy I did. Not only did it smell amazing, but Sarah at the front desk was extremely welcoming. She started the process and then Bob did what I would call the intake process, took a before photo of my tattoo, and explained how their lasers worked. He was funny and made me feel really comfortable, which was a plus since I went by myself. Once I paid and signed by paperwork, Sarah from the front desk took me back right away (I initially went for a consultation but they were able to squeeze me in for a session) for my first treatment! She was patient with me when I needed her to take a few breaks. They explain it like rubber bands being snapped on your skin, but I felt like it was like mixed with baby sprinkles of hot grease...totally worth it. I have my second appointment today and I cant wait to go back!

The staff at the center city location just blew me away. I initially went in for a consult due to come concerns of potential blowout occurring with a new tattoo. Rob was awesome. He worked at shop prior to Removery and offered guidance and expertise, completely easing my worries that this wasn’t the case. In addition I was also able to treat an existing tattoo that has already undergone the removal process. Granted everyone has a different pain tolerance but when I tell you this was nearly painless in comparison to my prior experiences I am being 100% honest. I feel great to the point I can’t even believe I just had the procedure done. A huge thank you to Donna and John as well for making the entire experience such a positive one. I cannot recommend them enough. I’m actually looking forward to my next session!

I was very nervous to get my tattoo removed and I had been putting it off for years, but I finally worked up the courage to book an appointment for a consultation. They got back to me so quickly and said they had an availability that same day! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the nicest guy at the front desk and we chatted a bit while I waited for my consultation. Then they took me back, explained the whole process, how it works, and they were very honest with what they can and can’t do and they explained that they can’t guarantee results, but they were pretty confident that my tattoo would come out. They had an opening and they said that they could fit me in to do my first session right then, so they took me back and because I have a super small tattoo, it didn’t take more than a couple seconds. I was afraid that it would hurt because that’s what everyone says, but it felt more like someone snapping a rubber band multiple times. I’m so glad I went with Removery because everyone I talked to was so kind and they are honest and good at what they do.

I just started the process of fading my tattoo at Removery a couple of weeks ago. I went in thinking I was just there for a consultation and ended up getting the process started that night. Donna is a wizard with the laser and made me feel extremely comfortable. All of the staff I came into contact with at Removery was warm and had an upbeat personality. How the energy played into the whole experience was pretty amazing and definitely made me want to recommend these services to others who are feeling uneasy about taking that first step toward the goal of fading or removing a tattoo. Time will tell how effective they are, but I’m optimistic.

I had a great experience here - the staff are all very patient and knowledgeable as I had a lot of questions. I’ve had 2 sessions so far - both quick procedures - the first didn’t feel great, but the second time was almost painless for me. Donna was my technician, she’s awesome :) I heard this place is very experienced with dark skin, which I have, and I look forward to my next sessions and the process. It’s super clean and smells really good in there too.

I’ve bought a Groupon in 2017 for 3 treatment sessions. I’ve been going to this place since paying 350+ per session. Tattoo has yet to be removed and last two times I went I told them I was not having any reaction to treatment yet no additional offer was given to me. I am now bound to this place as my tattoo is halfway treated for 6 years now. I took last year off because they recommended to wait a while In hope it will fade more. I would use caution in buying sessions here and make sure you ask questions. They now do an unlimited tattoo removal although none of the thousands of dollars I’ve spent would be added—an unfortunate waste of money.

Have had only great experiences at Removery! The staff is super friendly and helpful & always follows up to check on my healing process after each appointment. They really care about the client. Sarah especially is very knowledgeable and always makes sure I’m comfortable. Because of the location of my tattoo, removal can be painful sometimes but she always makes it quick and easy! Me and my fiancé both go here and can’t recommend it enough.

Excellent experience. I just had my third removal session today and it’s always a great working with these people. Clean facility, and knowledgeable workers that make me feel comfortable in the choice I made to intrust my tattoo removal here.

This is a long over due review ! I’m a horrible procrastinator but these guys deserve praise everyday. The entire team is kind, and professional. They are always good at making sure you’re aware of after care , and are very communicative throughout your whole experience from asking if you’re ready, doing test pulses, checking if you need a break etc and they always check in after treatment. Donna is an absolute angel I loved being her client she always made me feel comfortable and she has been such a warm person , she’s transferring to another location and I will certainly miss her, but I have no doubt whoever my next remover is they will be wonderful. Joshua is also amazing . Very polite & makes sure you have your aftercare & sends reminders and conformations on appointments which is definitely helpful as my schedule changes weekly . I’m seeing great progress with my tattoo removal and I am so thankful for them. All of us heavily tattooed people have atleast one skeleton in the closet, one tattoo we don’t want anyone to see that just can’t be resolved with a cover up. Everyone’s been young and dumb in their life, it’s amazing that they can change that and give people the comfort in their own skin back. I am so grateful !

Removery is awesome!! During my first visit which began with a consultation, Rob was super friendly, knowledgeable and spoke from personal experience. I was sure I wanted to remove my tattoo after learning from the representatives at the front desk, who are also estheticians, that it was safe to get my tattoo removed despite having laser hair removal sessions on another body part. There is also a nurse on staff which really added to the reliability I already felt from my interactions there.The payment plan is convenient and pretty much guarantees the complete removal of my tattoo. I was able to begin my tattoo removal journey with Alina, who is also as pleasant and knowledgeable as Rob, that same visit.Thank you to all three representatives for their great work! Can’t wait until my next session!

The team at the Removery Center City location was the absolute best! The second I walked in I was met with the friendliest couple of people who were eager to greet me & get my appointment rolling. Brittany was my tech & was an absolute dream. She was knowledgeable, kind & helped me breathe through the whole process. Although I can certainly wait to go back (because the laser itself sucks) I’m glad that I know I’ll be in the best hands when it comes to laser removal!

Amazing experience from start to finish. I went in for a consultation, and ended up buying the full removal package, receiving my first treatment on the same day. the technicians are highly knowledgable and professional, and the front desk staff are so helpful and friendly. I would recommend this location and business to anyone and everyone.Adding onto my original post- I think I’m around 12 sessions in and I’ve consistently had the best and most professional experience here. Donna has been my technician for over a year now in my tattoo removal process and she is AMAZING. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging the whole time. I often tell her they need to give her a promotion! The Removery is very lucky to have her and the rest of the staff working for them. Great people = great experience.

Great staff, they make you feel very comfortable during this process especially if it is your first time. Very professional, they also payed out everything I had to know from treatment, how to care for my area of removal, literally everything you need to know. Would highly recommend only coming here to get a tattoo removed.

I had a thorough consultation and was asked if I wanted to start treatment right after, which I was super happy about. The process was very quick and efficient, and the staff checked in on me often about how I was feeling. Loved the space, the people, and can’t wait for my second session to remove this unwanted tattoo.

I’ve been a customer of the Removery for a couple years at this point and have nothing but compliments for the quality of their business! Great customer service and very high quality care. They set me up at the beginning with a package (and had offered at the time a unique 40% off a package discount!), estimating how many treatments it’d take and said if it took less, they’d refund me, but if it took more treatments, I could just keep coming in-at no additional cost-until there was nothing more they could do for me. Well, after my last and final treatment (after about twice the amount of treatments that they initially estimated) my tattoo and almost all of its scarring is gone and I couldn’t be more pleased with the process. If you’re going to get a tattoo removed, look no further; if it seems expensive, they’ll help you make it work (they have payment plans now!) and it’s worth it for the quality of the treatment they’ll give you. I went for a few treatments to a different place before them, that was much cheaper, and the difference in care and results was *night and day*-it makes a huge difference having someone who really knows *very* well what they’re doing with the instrument!

I have done five sessions at Removery and each time my experience has been amazing all around! The studio is beautiful, the staff is kind and friendly, they communicate well so you don’t miss appointments, know how to prepare for appts. and do aftercare of treatment. They always follow up to see how you’re feeling, which is very comforting. I can also see how much my tattoo is fading and it makes me so happy and makes all the pain worth it. Truly worth every penny!

I’ve had multiple session in the last year so far to get rid of a very dark tattoo near my shoulder and every session has been quick and efficient. I wouldn’t say it’s not painful but it’s definitely tolerable. But everyone is different. I’m almost done and would highly recommend going here if you’re thinking about removal for yourself.

For a customer coming in with no personal experience with tattoo removal the staff at Removery certainly placed my mind at ease. From my consultation with Rob to actually being brought back for my first laser treatment I felt like I was in great hands with a knowledgeable and gentle staff helping me through the process.Highly recommend!

Removery is THE BEST. I had my eyebrows microbladed in 2018 with an undesirable shape, I have been waiting for them to fade and finally pulled the plug on laser removal. Everyone was AWESOME. Joshua in the reception was so nice (and was playing the band homefront how cool is that!?) —everyone after was also so nice and helpful and thorough and my laser tech was so quick! With just one session my brows already look a million times better and I can now get them done again the right way (in a few months once healed). I cannot recommend this place enough, as a PMUA myself I will definitely be recommending potential cover up clients to removery first. Thank you guys so much!

From the first phone call, the staff made me feel very comfortable. At the visit today, they were very professional and explained everything to me. I had my first session today and although it stung a little, it wasn’t unbearable and over very fast! Can’t wait for the end result. I highly recommend using their service if you’re like me and got a tattoo on a whim and now regret it.

The staff is welcoming and professional. My laser tech made me feel comfortable and took the time to thoroughly explain what the expect and aftercare instructions. Fear and nervousness was my reason for not pursuing laser removal, and let me say how I wish I would have started sooner. My experience so far with the staff and nurses have been amazing. From my consultation to my treatments everyone has been super friendly, professional and informative. I have asked so many questions and they have answered them all with so much patience. Donna my nurse at Center City makes every session a comfortable one. She has the patience of a saint and is truly amazing. I’ve had two sessions so far and can already see the dreadful name tattoo I have diminishing. MUST MUST GO if you are considering removing an annoying tattoo. So worth every Penny!

Jovana is so sweet! She makes you feel very welcomed during every appointment. She’s always really helpful if you have to reschedule and walks you through all of your options during your consultation.Christie is the best!! This was my second session and it was a breeze compared to my first session. Christie is personable, funny and keeps you updated the entire time she’s using the laser as to where she’s at, how much is left and even counts down to 3 before she starts. It makes the entire process feel a lot less scary.The process itself is painful but I iced longer this time and with Christie being efficient and quick, it went by so fast and less painful than the first session.

I had three tattoos that I was looking to remove and stumbled upon Removery Tattoo in center city. I am obsessed with the results and highly recommend their services. The team of staff are so nice and I couldn’t be happier with my tattoo removal results. After each appointment, I followed the skin care recommendations and one tattoo has already completely vanished. The other two are fading rapidly and I can’t wait to see my end results.
