Went to get a septum piercing and Josh and Joe were awesome! Josh makes you feel super comfortable before and during your piercing. He walks you through the process and throws in some pretty good dad jokes to distract you! Shop is very clean and had a great experience. Will definitely come back😁

Ive gotten six piercings from HTC and I love all of them! The staff is friendly and very helpful. They make you feel welcome and they are always upbeat and kind. I would highly recommend HTC! Not only for the quality work, but the wonderful staff!

Wonderful place, i loved the energy of the staff and everyone was so helpful and kind. they helped me salvage a botched piercing i got at a different shop that i wasn’t sure i was going to be able to keep. have been going to cheap tattoo shops for piercings for years and after coming here, the difference in night and day. 100% worth springing a little bit more for the quality and incredible service. will definitely be back to finish up my ear setup, this place is the real deal !!

I got my tragus pierced here. I was so nervous at firts but the gentleman were profesional and talked me through every step making feel comfortable and welcome.the cost for pricing and jewelry were affordable! I took my 2 boys (ages 5&9) with me the 2ed time to down size and the environment was so chill my boys just waited while I got taken care of we were in and out in 30mins or less! Than you for the experience 😁

This is my all time go to for piercing. Super clean, fast fit you in appointments. Very knowledgeable staff. Jewelery is on the pricier side. But nice. I love it the will always have my business.

I’ve had seven piercings done here and cannot recommend them enough. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and the shop is always pristine. Good jewelry selection at a range of price points.

They are literally amazing. Nyx was my piercer and was great. I had a panic attack the first time but they let me step out for like 10 minutes and come back in and try again. They were completely fine with the fact that Im autistic and helped work with me to get the piercing done, including running through how everything will work with me. All around they were amazing people and if I ever need another piercing I will come to them. I would give a 100 out of 5 stars if I could.

We love the talented & conscientious people at HTC! Between my daughter & me, we have half a dozen piercings with them and love them. Never had any issues. The studios are all pristinely clean and all the people are friendly & the best at their craft. They even looked after my daughter when she was visiting me here & had a problem with a piercing from a studio back in her college town. JD was absolutely amazing, he put me at ease and was so thoughtful and friendly during the process. All 3 of my visits were amazing and all of the staff wonderful. Here I am 8 piercings later, JD did all of the upper 8 piercings perfectly.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience getting my conch pierced by JD a few Friday’s ago. Both the receptionist and JD were knowledgeable and incredibly personable. For someone with 13 piercings, I can truly say this studio provided the best, cleanest and most pain free experience (literally and figuratively)!

We came down for a replacement septum ring on a Sunday evening and they were packed! Steph was moving through customers as fast as she could and Mel was very courteous at the counter. The price for the new jewelry was super low as always and they didnt even charge to put it in for her.

Do not go ANYWHERE else in greater Phoenix area to get pierced than this studio. Made an appointment one hour before I could get there and even though I arrived slightly early they accommodated me no problem. Great selection of jewelry but where I was really blown away was by how friendly their staff were and how clean the studio was. JD pierced me and it was the best piercing experience I have ever had. 10000/10 recommended this studio. You will not regret it. The piercing I received from this studio was the cute saguaro in my tragus.

My sister in law, young niece, and I went into this place for piercings. As soon as we checked in for our appointments, the worker/owner at the front was so rude to all of us. Beware of this mans demeanor and mannerisms. I was not going to give him any of my money or business!!!

Nicola was the best. Loved my septum piercing. Just what my face needed: A hole in it 😁 The studio is clean and not crowded. Jewelry selection is just all right and super SUPER expensive. The cheapest smallest earring was $80‼️In my opinion: its way too expensive on top of the service. They need to offer some price break or discount or frequent punch card or some incentive to buy the jewelery. JMO. Service is A1 and security is on site. I would say make an appointment and be prepared to spend at least $400 for the service and jewelery which you have to purchase from them. Period. AT LEAST. I was a little shocked at the price 👀 However, I am so pleased with my piercing and I definitely will go back in a few months. It is worth it and you get what you pay for.

All of the piercings that I have gotten over the last 20 years have been done at HTC. I have worked in the medical industry for over 35 years and have never witnessed such excellent aseptic techniques as the ones used by their piercers. Love and trust HTC for all my piercing needs!

Fantastic work was really Quick and they replaced my other piercings for me while I was there. Great pricing, friendly staff, and overall a very good experience. I definitely would go back.They did my conch and my helix for me.

Got my VCH pierced today by JD. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The piercing itself was almost painless and was over in a flash. I did have an appt scheduled, and he got me in and out of there within minutes.The gal up front (I didnt catch her name but I think I heard JD call her Sash) was super friendly and bubbly. Feeling her energy definitely took my mind off of what was about to happen. Afterwards, she gave me all of the aftercare instructions, as well as instructions of when to come back to down-size. There was one question she didnt know how to answer, and asked JD to come answer, which he happily did.I will definitely use HTC again should I decide on more piercings!!Thank you JD and HTC Studios for making my dream a reality! I totally convinced my awesome wife to get her septum pierced. So glad we went to HTC to get this done. Torin was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Above all else he was professional and took great care in his craft.We will return and enthusiasticly recommend HTC to the masses🤙

Despite the fact that I was a walk in, service was quick and easy. Their jewelry selection is extensive, varied and gorgeous. The guy at the counter was approachable and patient while answering my questions about alternative forms of jewelry for my piercings. Total sweetheart for real.Honestly its a fantastic place to go and I really recommend it to anyone!! I only kept it at 4 stars because the girl answering phones was pretty snarky, youre not allowed to bring your own jewelry despite the fact that its easy to sterilize it, and this is comparatively expensive to other piercing shops in Phoenix.

Went in for a apadravya piercing yesterday. JD was great, very professional and answered my questions about placement( i wanted a higher placement than normal). We came to a spot that i was happy with and he was comfortable performing. An apprentice did ask if he could observeand was also professional in his asking, so was more than willing to allow( only way to learn the right way). As for price, yes they were a little high but still comparable to my previous shop(which gauge and general increased cost of everything could account for). I will be visiting again and plan to bring my wife here for her future piercings. Thanks for a great addition.

I had a guest piercer do my conch piercing (other piercings were existing) at the end of October/beginning of November, and she was absolutely amazing. The staff was patient with all my questions due to a tight college student budget. Will be going back :)

We were a walk in to the HTC studios for my daughters nose piercing. We were greeted promptly and given a digital consent form to fill out. We did not have to wait long before she was brought into the back and prepped by the assistant. The whole process was very methodical and efficient. When Blake came in to do the piercing he was very friendly and easy to talk to, which was nice for my daughter who was a bit nervous.The piercing was quick and we were given good instructions on aftercare and the critical timelines for getting the piercing downsized.We are not residents to the Phoenix area and Blake knew of a local shop in Colorado that would be able to help us at the 6 week mark.Overall our experience was excellent and I would recommend anyone wanting a piercing to hit these guys and gals up!

Love this place. Will be coming back, the piercer was great, chill and really patient. I felt like such a baby getting 4 size 8 gages done. She was very calm, and informative. She knew about her products, as did the cashier. Would highly recommend this place..

I was greeted by Larisa at the door. I had a fantastic experience. She was patient, precise, and extremely helpful during the process. I explained to her I had a bad nickel allergy. Larisa showed me the options of jeweled implant grade titanium studs for my tragus piercing as well as my navel piercing. She was able to anodize the titanium to perfection so that it resembled a gold color. She did a beautiful job with me and the other customers. I would highly recommend, especially if you have high expectations and are particular when it comes to body jewelry.

10000% recommend coming here for your piercing needs. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and won’t go anywhere else for a piercing. Every single time I come, every person is so friendly and welcoming. The studio is so clean and the team is so knowledgeable which is exactly what you want in a piercing studio. I have gotten my septum, both nostrils and my nipples pierced here. I will never go anywhere else. Just the energy everyone that works there has is enough for me.It is pricey, but you’re definitely getting what you pay for….perfect piercings quality jewelry and an amazingly calm experience.

Edited: The first piercing was $180 and way too small in length and was very uncomfortable for the swelling which essentially baited for more money by making me come back so they can charge me another $100 to put in a longer mm rod. No thank you.Then he had me laying down to do the piercing and I was like, okay this is weird but whatever and the piercing was off relative to the other one. Im thinking okay maybe after swelling goes down, itll look better ... It did not.Later, my piercing hurt so much and was so swollen that I HAD TO TAKE IT OUT MYSELF AND PUT A DIFFERENT ROD IN. Like, why not put in a rod thats already long enough? And like I said before, they intentionally put in a rod that was too short to begin with so that youll have to come back to pay to get a longer rod! Ive never had that happen at any of the other piercing shops Ive been to! Rip off!Then, the piercer kept his face covered and was weird about me seeing his face after the initial piercing, at first I thought it was no big deal but after going through all the stress of having too small of a rod to make up for swelling and having to pay a BUNCH of money for a poopy piercing... I think it was really suspicious.I feel like the whole thing was just a way to get as much money out of the customer as possible. No thank you.But besides that, there was a bunch of different opals and selections to choose from and the from desk lady was helpful and informative.

Love, love, love. Every piercing I have had done has healed well and I was treated respectfully and made to feel comfortable. Ive gone to other piercing studios and have had issues with the placement, their piercing gear coming undone repeatedly, and the experience was very uncomfortable because it was not private and there was chaos at the location. Spend the extra $$ and save yourself $, time, and energy in the long run.

I have gotten 7 piercings here and they have all healed perfect. All three of the piercers are so nice and make you feel very safe. If you have any problems they will take care of it, I got my double lobes pierced somewhere else and those got infected so I came here and they told me how to heal it and then once it was healed they pierced over the scar tissue carefully. They are truly wonderful, a bit pricey but definitely worth it!!! I don’t think i’ll go anywhere else.

Very professional. Really enjoy this piercing spot. Cola helped me get fitted for my anti-tragus jewelry, as my jewelry fell out after getting done at another shop. We had previously been pierced by a gentleman as well, also fantastic. The customer service is top-notch, nice jewelry selection, and overall killer experience. Its our regular spot now. Always look forward to a visit.

Septum piercingCalm smart customer service front desk women, JD piercer couldn’t have been more communicative and aware so that I wasn’t in pain while twisting on balls to jewelry. That was amazing . So after this piercing I feel calm collected and happy. And the atmosphere and JD had everything to do with thatI am a returning customer over the past 9 years, and I’ve never had an infected piercing or issue with this location. Every single one of my piercings from other shops became infected at one point or another.Even though I know I’m gonna be taken care of I forget the amazing feeling I get walking out of HTC. I took my 9 year old daughter to get her ears pierced today. My daughter was pretty nervous when she got there but Cola, her piercer was above and beyond amazing with her Making her feel comfortable and at ease. She loves her new piercings. It was a very good experience. I took my 11 year old sister to get her ears pierced for the 1st time. The lady made her feel very comfortable. It was a little expensive. But I think thats because of the jewelry that she chose out but other than that very good especially for a first timer.

Wow!!!! This is my third visit in 1.5 years. Each time has been to assist my son with either a new or existing piercing. They have always been amazing with my son. They treat him like an equal and show an interest in what he is passionate about. Weve been fortunate to interact with everyone that works at this location and they all have amazing energy!! They are positive and professional and so much fun. Coming here is like having a friend give you a piercing except instead of using an ice cube and a safety pin they are skilled. They are all knowledgeable about everything in the piercing world!!I highly highly recommend HTC and this location specifically!!!!

This is the ONLY place Ive gotten my piercings for the past seven or eight years. Nicola is the sweetest, kindest, most considerate human and will do damn near anything she can to make you feel more comfortable if you need it. Every single person that works in this shop is so utterly understanding and personable. Its such a breath of fresh air to be able to walk into a business establishment and feel understood instead of simply preyed upon for my money. I feel the need to share the absolutely WONDERFUL experience that I had here! I have gotten PAST piercings done at the other location, so I felt secure going to this one. These guys were so amazing. Polite, professional, knowledgeable, personable, and just nice. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. I was getting old jewelry taken OUT, and new jewelry put IN. I was treated so well. I really appreciated it. I will be back!

I went yesterday to get a vertical labret it’s been a long time since I got a piercing and I wanted to go to a place that specializes in it. Well $190 later the next day(today) it falls out. I call panicked and they absolutely refuse to see me. I had to frantically call around until I found a place ACE that I’ve been to once before. They said late to help me fix the piercing there they tell me HTC charged me DOUBLE what the piercing is worth. They only charge $80 at ACE while HTC charged me $148 just for the piercing and then REFUSED to take me in to fix the fact they didn’t tighten it enough. Piercing fans beware this place will rip you off, tell you to call if you have problems and then when you do refuse service.

JD was amazing! He made me feel super safe when I was getting pierced (I was feeling super nervous about the pain since it was a particularly sensitive area). Larissa from the front desk was even kind enough to hold my hand through it, which was incredibly sweet and calming. Both JD and Larissa were kind, professional and made me feel really comfortable and safe. The whole experience felt super good, nothing but great vibes. Will definitely be back for more!!

I came here and Nicola did my piercing. She had exceptional customer service. She made me feel very comfortable. Explained everything as she went. Definitely recommend her to everyone and will be coming back for sure.

They are always so nice! Their aftercare products work amazingly! I have very sensitive skin and even most products that places give for sensitive skin still breaks my skin out, but I have not had any problems with their products what so ever. I have gotten 2 different types of piercings here and if I ever need anymore, I know where Im going!

Went here twice and both times they pierced me with way too short of a bar that did NOT accommodate any swelling. Very overpriced, one lobe piercing with the cheapest jewelry was almost $100.

I went in to get my nostril pierced and Nick was just awesome. He had a great personality, talked me through it, gentle touch (as much as one can be ) walked me through the whole process. Replaced old jewelry for my septum too.Almost painless I couldn’t believe it! He was wonderful! Looking forward to going back next time it need another nose piercing!

I got my septum pierced here yesterday after having a terrible experience at another shop. Man, the difference between the shops was night and day! I’m so glad I ended up getting pierced here. My piercer was Nyx, also called the Septum Wizard. And he really is! I’m really happy with my piercing. It looks absolutely perfect. I was also very happy with the jewelry selection. I found a beautiful septum ring and it wasn’t over priced. The vibe in this shop is accommodating, friendly, and professional. Joe helped us with picking out the piercing and explained the aftercare. He was awesome!I’d highly recommend this place, and specifically if you’re looking for a septum piercing, book with Nyx!

Joe is super chill and has a great personality. I would highly recommend him to a friend. For real for real. Such an incredible experience all around!! Even with COVID weirdness going on, the staff were all so friendly, professional, & willing to help in any way they could. JD was my piercer and not only did an amazing job on my piercings, but was a delight to talk with also! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

I went to get my first septum piercing done here in June for my birthday and at first I thought it went right and the piercer did it just fine but when I went home I noticed it looked a little off and crooked, the pain was a lot and I thought it was normal. Following a few months into the healing I did everything I was supposed to do, clean it everyday and use the proper saline spray to clean the piercing but it was just lots of crusties and pain. The hole wasn’t healing and it kept getting irritated to the point keloids were forming and not healing.The irritation became too much so I got my septum out and redone this month My current piercer had told me my septum was done incorrectly and not in my sweet spot but through the cartilage which is why it wasn’t healing and it was crooked so I took it out.My septum now is snug where it should be and I do not have the previous issues I had before. I also don’t have a deviated septum. I don’t know if it’s because I was pierced laying down and then piercing my septum from behind or how they could of missed my sweet spot.This place is professional and great service mind you, but my septum was done incorrectly which is why I am leaving a review.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and the people that work here. Extremely professional and attentive. They listen and address all of my concerns. I have gone other places for piercings but not anymore. I pass up many places on my way here and it is worth the drive.

Ive come here for every piercing I have and every experience is consistently awesome! The place is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the piercers are just amazing. They really know their stuff, and are care about making sure you get the best piercing for you rather than just taking your money and leaving you to it. Ive gone in with ideas about what I wanted done and they took the time to explain the pros and cons to make sure I knew everything I was getting in to. All of them, especially Dana and Jacob, have been very patient and helpful when I get lightheaded after a piercing. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I came in today for a nostril and septum . Absolutely amazing piercing experience ! The man who let us in (I didn’t catch his name unfortunately) was incredibly nice and funny . I came here for my first ever piercing outside of mall store, and I can’t think of anything during my experience that was less than incredible. My piercer, Nicola, was very informative about pain level, after care, and what I would need to do moving forward to keep my piercing healthy. Nicola is also extremely gregarious and friendly, which made me feel so comfortable during the whole process. I highly recommend coming here for your next piercing endeavor!

Came in to get 4 piercings today and could not be more pleased with how it went! The front desk girl was nice and very informative. I had a male for my appointment (can’t remember his name, oops) and he made my experience so comfortable. I told him I was nervous and he talked me through the whole process to ease my anxiety. My only complaint is that I had to wait in my car 15 minutes past my appointment time in the 115° heat. Overall, I’m very content and I will definitely be coming back to this place in the future!

This place was recommended to me by my cousin on one of my good friends from college. I was told it is a little more pricey than some other places but worth it. It was DEFINITELY worth it. Id never gone to get a piercing before and went alone and was super nervous but they were very nice and assuring. I wanted to get my ear curated (multiple ear piercings). I wanted to get the Cancer Constellation pierced into my ear. They were a great help in deciding placement of each piercing.I chose jewelery from their selection. One piece in particular was so amazing I HAD to have it (a gold ojo earring stud. That was honestly the most expensive thing I paid for haha. But definitely worth it! I wanted to stick with yellow Gold appearing jewelry and they were able to adjust the hue of the other items I chose to match the aesthetic I was going for.My piercer (I believe it was JD or DJ, Im terrible with names 🤦🏾‍♀️) was super nice and very helpful, patient, and assuring. He drew out the piercing placements and we discussed and made adjustments with ease. He performed the piercings while we had a pleasant conversation and I honestly was surprised because it didnt hurt like I had worried it would! Haha. He was great and wanted to make sure I was happy with my results. We swapped a couple of the jewelry pieces and it came out PERFECT! I really cant have asked for a better experience. Ive wanted this set of piercings for s long time and am so happy I came here to get them done. I cant wait to go back and have them pierce my other ear!Their jewelry selection and service was GREAT. Id definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a top notch experience.

Mel, the woman who helped my friend and I pick out jewelry at the front desk, was extremely patient, genuinely happy to answer questions, and really listened to what we came in for. Nicola, who did our helix piercings, was awesome! She followed all of the protocol for a sterile station, to a tee! She was knowledgeable about the inflammatory/healing process, was thorough about answering all of our questions, and was very passionate about what she does. Both Mel & Nicola made it a good experience for us, and we will be back for follow up care, more jewelry options, and all of our future business!

I took my sister, and both of my nieces who are both minors there to get piercings.needless to say and the two youngest girls were extremely nervous and the people at HTC did an incredible job of making them feel comfortable, welcome, and happy with the jewelry that they were about to put in their bodies. I couldnt have been happier with the customer service or the general explanation that was given to the girls and myself about the care of our new piercings!!! Our piercer was incredible!!!! He was hilarious and met us at our level of silliness to make the girls feel more comfortable!! They absolutely loved him as did I and my sister!!! If I could give this piercer 10 Stars I would!!!! I will definitely return here and I will definitely send everyone I know here!!!!!!!!

Staff was extremely helpful and answered any and all questions. Nicola was fantastic, professional, and kept me laughing and feeling at ease the whole time. I would give the shop a higher rating, but my most recent experience was disappointing. I have given the branded shop tons of money over the years and I always return. But this is the last time. I got a piercing done by them several months ago at the other location and it was great. My piercing has now healed up and I’m ready to put in my new jewelry which they said they would help with. Now because my new jewelry was not purchased from their store, they don’t even want to look at it or touch it to help me out. I already put it in myself and just simply asked if they could clamp the clicker for me. I was told that they couldn’t because of the liability. Am I alone here and thinking that this is wrong? I am done spending my money at the shop because apparently I am just a liability. Very upset because I feel like they are just going to help people who want to spend hundreds of dollars on jewelry, but when someone can’t afford their jewelry and just ask them for something simple, they are quick to send you away. Initially they’re fine to get your piercing done, but don’t plan on having them help you with anything else ever.

Called HTC, spoke to a young lady asking about derma piercing, she gave me quote of 90.00 that included jewelry. When I arrived she wanted to charge me 90.00 plus the cost of the jewelry. This place needs to get its prices corrected and have a better attitude. Treat their customer with professionalism and etiquette.

I got my tongue pierced here and while it did heal perfectly fine. The piercer I had did it a bit crooked. Its not horrible, I wouldnt tell you not to go here for this. However their customer service is shotty, they dont like to answer their messages or calls. And the piercer told me he didnt allow videos because he didnt want to be filmed messing up. I asked if he was going to and he said well Im human. Yeah, I get it, but unprofessional and definitely not something you should say to someone getting such a dangerous piercing. He didnt use clamps but Im hoping thats because he did it further back than he planned and therefore at an angle.

Had a terrific experience with this studio! I would give them 6 stars if I could.I needed help with my earlobe piercings. They are taking appointments only, but it was super easy to schedule online. When I arrived, I called the number listed on the door and the staff invited me inside.The space was immaculate! And everyone working that day was super friendly, helpful, and informative.Kat was super generous with her knowledge and demonstrated excellent usage of PPE and cleanliness practices (mask, gloves, clean tools, bench, workspace, and antiseptic around my piercing site). My purchase included my jewelry, the examination/insertion of jewelry, and cleaning product to use at home.Overall, it was an excellent experience and Im so pleased with the results. 10/10 would recommend.

I came here and got my tongue pierced. Nicola did my piercing for me, and lets just say she was amazing. She was really nice, and knew what she was doing. She was talking and made me feel at eaze. Well be coming back for sure.

Also she just makes you feel like youre made of stardust. JD is an awesome manager and piercer with his witty banter, playful sarcasm, and the dad jokes! LOL, people, L-O-L 😂 Okay. Im just learning about the other folks in the shop, but the femme piercer (I believe) with blue hair was also super duper helpful and they definitely know how to foster a connection with their customers/clients. This location, as Ive told them a few times before, always feels like theyre tight-knit, trustworthy, communicative, and like family. I know Im safe. I always walk out in a better mood than walking in and Ive been going there since 2009/2010!

Got a piercing 4 1/2 mths ago and was told originally told to please call at anytime with any problems and they would be happy to accommodate me in anyway. I have called twice since then with TONS of problems and the best I get (with attitude) is go to my Doctor! Seriously??? Once they have your money, they can careless about you or the job they did!! Great customer service. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this place due to their lack of service for their customers.

Amazing. I went here to get my Christina done for my (late) birthday present after doing some research on local shops. I was delighted to see that not only was this shop reputable, but also close to my home.Firstly, the staff was amazing. My piercer was Steph and I was very nervous before the piercing. She was very relaxed and talked to me the entire time, which helped ease my nerves. I had done my research on the Christina beforehand but still had extensive questions, and Steph was able to answer everything. I was very comfortable the entire time and the experience was very professional. Not to mention, I got to pick the jewel I wanted for my piercing, so I could have something much cuter than just a steel ball stud. That was actually really nice and not something I have encountered in other piercing shops. Overall, fantastic experience. It was pricey (as thats the way these piercings go), but it was definitely worth it. Not to mention, they offer free check up and consultations and gave me coupons and a checkup and downsizing date. I will definitely be returning.

Nicola was AMAZING!! She made my 17 Yr old daughter and I feel so comfortable and special. I litterally walked in sad my daughter was getting yet another piercing and left wanting her to make another appointment. I am even thinking of getting something done myself. Nicola just has this magic and we loved it!! I will never go to another piercer if I can help it. Also, the studio was clean and neat and followed extensive COVID protocols. The staff was informative and kind and really made us feel welcome and well taken care of.

Love getting my piercings here. Always so friendly and helpful. They will change your piercing out afterwards if you buy the new jewelry from them. Not too badly priced but it does take a bit of time since they are busy. Just make sure you have time to stare out at all of the jewelry choices. Super clean and totally worth it.

My bgf had pieced my nose twice and it hurt like a son of a gun. After it closed again, for the 3rd time, i decided to get it professionally done. What a big difference! It didnt hurt no where near as bad. HTC is a very clean shop and theyre superb in maintaining its sanitation. I purchased my kinda pricey post there. Four years later, the hole hasnt closed. Then again I had a hard time getting the post out. I returned for them to remove and replaced with something easier for me to remove. You must make an online appointment and leave a minute deposit. While not in a great area, the parking lot is ample and free. Face masks are. mandatory along with temperature checks. Only so many clients are accepted in at a time. (So leave your companions and/or kids at home). Social distancing is practiced. The only con I have is they dont carry a wider selection of piercing jewelry. In and out in about 15 minutes.

I took my 15 year old son, Ben to get a septum piercing and we went in, found that we had a slight identification issue (my son is FTM trans and doesnt have his dead name on much paperwork anymore) but we figured out how to prove that the person on his birth certificate matches up with his school ID number even though the names are different.The staff helped us figure out what docs to bring, we did that, checked in, spoke about jewelry options, chose the best one for the initial piercing, and even on a Sunday, we barely had a wait.Once we got in the room, Bens piercer, Nicola Sands had my son laughing, relaxed, and ready to get a hole in his face. She is really knowledgeable, funny, and professional. As a parent, she included me, but focused her discussion on after care on my son.She performed the actual piercing quickly and with a minimum of pain. He loves it!As soon as my daughter turns five, were going back to Nicola to get her ears done. Nicola has stringent standards as to piercing children and my little girl is too young, but when its time, were going to HTC and Nicola specifically.This was a birthday present for my son and HTC and Nicola made it a wonderful bonding experience. It was worth it! Thank you HTC!

My sister and I went here for the first time and had Nicola as our piercer and she was absolutely amazing! Super funny, nice and very professional. She made sure that I was okay throughout the entire process. We will definitely be going back. The shop was clean, well priced, and had an amazing selection of jewelry as well.

I went in about a month ago to get my tongue pierced and it was a wonderful experience. I had JD and he was very nice, the piercing was painless and he explained the aftercare very well for me. I downsized about a week ago, getting to meet more of the staff and let me tell you everyone in this shop is amazing a very knowledgeable. Ive have about 4 more piercings planned and I will be going here for every one of them.

I didnt get a piercing but went with my wife and the staff was friendly and professional. Big I wanted a piercing Id come here. HTC has been for as long as I can remember so that tells you something.

Poor customer service. I went in got a septum piercing. Fine and dandy but I’m a person with extreme needle anxiety. The lady was nice at first but when I tried to catch my breath she rushed me and just pierced. Found out a few weeks later it was crooked. Went in for a consultation and they looked at it and was like yeah crooked. No dur guys or I wouldn’t come back. So ginger beard man pulls out my piercing and is super rough I’m sobbing and telling him to stop because it hurts really bad and he told me to stop acting like a child and just let him pull it out. I went back for the free repierce and got charged for the new jewelry and looked at like I was stupid for asking for a hide away ring. Horrible people here. Literally do not care about their customers and only a paycheck

Stopped in today with my girlfriend to get piercings. The staff were incredibly kind and informative. JD and his apprentice were fun to talk to and walked us through the whole process. We were incredibly happy with our piercings. Looking forward to going back for a check in and downsize.

I went in to get my piercing jewlery replaced and saw Nicola. I was shown jewlery beforehand and picked out 2 pieces I liked. Nicola took out the jewlery I had in and then told me the pieces either wouldnt work or they didnt have the correct size. I would of appreciated this being checked before my jewlery was taken out for no reason and my piercing was irritated. I noticed Nicole did not sanitize my jewlery prior to putting it back in. This was a waste of my time and I hope my piercing doesnt get irritated. Nicola talked way to much and I felt like she didnt listen to me. I wont be returning or recommending.UPDATE:I had to remove my daith piercing because it got infected. I had this piercing for 9 months before Nicola messed with it. I felt like this was going to happen after I left this shop so I sanitized it day and night and it still got infected due to Nicola taking it our and not sanitizing it properly before putting jewlery back in. So Nicola did not prioritize the health of my piercing. HORRIBLE SHOP AND HORRIBLE PIERCER.

Ive gotten 8 of my piercings done here (all besides my earlobes) and everyone who has pierced me has been amazing! JD, Nicola and Steph (current piercers) have all been so pleasant to be pierced by and are very knowledgeable! The counter staff, Mel and Kaila (current staff) are so sweet and are always so patient as I ask a million questions about jewelry options. I highly recommend HTC to anyone wanting to get a piercing but are not sure where to go! Many of their piercers throughout their locations are APP members (Association of Professional Piercers), and have gone through much training in classes and as apprentices to ensure that they are able to perform clean and proper piercings.Love them!!

Out of the nine piercings Ive had done, three of them have been done by piercers at HTC and I cant even describe how blown away I was/am by their customer service, cleanliness, and passion for body mod as a whole.Every member of the staff is always eager and ready to help. Ive gotten my philitrum and my left nostril pierced by Nicola and shes just amazing. Shes sweet, bubbly, hilarious, and (most importantly) very good at what she does. Shes great to talk to and pierces like an angel.Working at Karma Tattoo Studio, we get a TON of calls about piercings. This is the only place we EVER send our clients. If youre not getting pierced here, youre missing out on high quality jewelry and equally high quality service.

HTC is the cats meow and the bees knees. Ive had several piercings done here, and they have always been knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I feel that they portray a more artistic approach to body modification instead of the were so hardcore because we put metal through our bodies image, which is great. They are also ridiculously hygienic. I wasnt even allowed to change my own piercings in the main lobby, which goes to show how much emphasis they place on maintaining a safe environment. They also have a large variety of earrings/nose rings, which is fantastic. Tl;dr - they are awesome. Will go here again, and recommend them to as many people as I can.

Went here to get my septum pierced, spent forever trying to find a good place to go and found this one and I’m glad I did. Everyone was really friendly, Nicola did my piercing and she was quick, explained everything as she did it and made sure I was alright. This is the best piercing shop in Phoenix, In my option because of its wonderful piercing artist Nicola. She is a well of knowledge with amazing customer service. She made me comfortable with the piercing and walked me thou all educational steps. Shes calm and cool and even fixed two of my boyfriends piercing one was septum and the other was gauged ear the had was damaged in car accident. I have been there many times after for check up and questions about jewelry. She aways helps me get whats right for my body and will have me as customer for life

I was actually disappointed in them for the very first time. The fact that they charged me a dollar just to hold an appointment. And then they charged me to put a belly button ring in that took 30 seconds. And they didnt even refund the dollar to hold the appointment that I showed up for. They never used to charge and I used to tip quite a bit. I know covid has changed a lot of things but what if I just wanted to walk in and shop cant do that anymore?

HTC is beyond amazing!! This time was a quick change of jewelry for me and buying some additional jewelry. The whole shop from front desk, peircer and additional staff was all so helpful!!! They genuinely care about quality and safety!!! I will never go anywhere else.

After a very irritating day looking for nipple jewelry I was recommend this place by Top Rocker Tattoo parlor in Peoria. Definitely worth the drive from the north west valley. I was greeted friendly and professionally. Help was quick. I only needed 1 nip bar they even put it on for me I cant remember the name of the girl that did the deed but she was very friendly and made the process very quick and fun. I will definitely will go back here for any piercing need. I usually go to halo but that place is always a bit to much. So glad I found this place.

I cannot say enough how amazing these folks are!! I have been to both this location and Uptown and each time they do a fantastic job, they are friendly, helpful and KIND. The facilities are always clean and the prices are fair for the exceptional quality and service they provide!

Best experience. First time coming here they took my sisters infected industrial out (she got it done at a terrible shop) at no charge. They also gave her tips on helping it heal and recommendations if she ever wanted it again. I came here for my own piercings afterwards and everyone is so professional and kind. It’s also worth noting that all of their piercing equipment looks sterile and sanitizing the skin for piercing is equally as important to them. My piercer really knew his stuff down to medical terminology. Only ever coming here!

Update: just got my rook piercing from JD, the GOAT. Customer service at HTC North PHX is next level. I’ll be back for more.Best Piercing spot in town. Ive been here on multiple occasions and only ever dealt with Nicola. She is a perfectly lovely person and amazing woman, also a great piercer (probably the most important part for this review, yes?). I love HTC and Ill never go anywhere else again, glad to have found them.

So I originally got my snake bites done at a tattoo shop I had connections with, but unfortunately their jewelry was just bad quality and they even pierced one of them completely unevenly! Thankfully, I came in to get new jewelry with Nicola. She had done all my previous piercings, and she’s an absolute sweetheart and clearly puts in the effort to make sure every customer is comfortable and receives the best service. She recommended I take out the uneven piercing, and now I’m just waiting until it’s ready to be pierced again. Definitely sticking with HTC this time! 💕

I love this place so much! I travel 3.5 hours every few months to come see Nicola! She’s amazing. Such high energy, funny, and VERY relaxing. The environment is so inviting and warm. They put you at ease and make you want to come back every time!

I was disappointed with HTC Piercing. I showed up on time and was told they were running behind, and that I would need to wait in my car. I had no issue with waiting, but when I was allowed in for my appointment, the whole experience felt very rushed. I did not feel comfortable enough to ask questions because it felt like they were trying to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Their website does not offer any kind of helpful information, such as pricing or jewelry options, so you really dont know what youre getting yourself into until youre already there. They did not tell me until after I was pierced and paid for that I would have to go back in and purchase more jewelry when it was time to downsize the post. I found out from another shop that buying more jewelry is actually unnecessary (what you have can just be modified), but HTC hides this info as well, and insists that you have to come back and pay for more jewelry. Ultimately, this was not the experience I was hoping for due to lack of communication and rushing me through my appointment.

Fiancée at the time got her ears pierced around a year ago. The staff there are super friendly and fun. Made the process easy and were very skilled. Her piercing recently got infected from wearing a helmet and she just wanted it removed. The assistant that day took it out with ease and skillfulness. My fiancée was super happy with the service provided.

I had a belly ring installed this past October. Ive never had any body piercings prior to this. Steph was so patient and very knowledgeable about piercings. She explained and walked me through everything. Staff was very friendly as well. Ive had no issues at all with my piercing and will be returning today to buy more jewelry. HTC rocks!!!!

Got my second lobe piercing done here on 1/24 by Steph, and the experience was great! The shop itself is very clean and organized and all the staff are super nice and patient and clearly knowledgeable. The fee for one second lobe was only $20 and they have a wide variety of jewelry to pick from for whatever your budget and personal style is. The stud I picked out was $38.Steph was amazing!! She was super talkative and sweet and made sure I was happy and comfortable with each step in the piercing process. Both Steph and the employee at the front desk went over the aftercare instructions with me before I left and made sure to tell me to come back in a month for a check-up. You can tell they really care about the quality and safety of their work. Ill definitely be going back!

Nicola makes piercings fun and that’s why I only come here to see them. Everyone is always friendly and professional so it makes a great atmosphere. This shop performs piercings only, and because of their narrow focus the staff is very knowledgeable. Ive been pierced at all locations except Tempe, and Ive never been unsatisfied. No other shop compares and their selection is phenomenal with options to order jewlery they dont have in stock. Ive ordered rainbow fluorite and I asked for as many colorful bands to show in the cut. Ill definitely keep purchasing from this store.

This is honestly one of the best piercing studios you can go to in the Phoenix metro area. I had my septum pierced here for my 18th birthday back in December 2019. The staff was not only knowledgeable, but passionate and helpful as well. Their pricing is affordable and what you would expect from reputable piercers. The selection of jewelry is another plus. It can sometimes be difficult to find quality, well-fitting jewelry that looks cool, too, but HTC has it.

Have been coming here for almost 10 years! I have had about 5 piercings done here and they all have been perfect. First off, they have the 3 free piercings on your 18th birthday which is a steal! Last time I came in, I wanted two piercings in my ear, but was unsure on exactly what I wanted. After talking with the gal at the counter, we decided on the inner conch and rook. I was a little nervous, but the piercer was wonderful and professional and had it done in no time at all. I will be back soon for more!

Ive been pierced here various times and each time, Ive walked out of there 100% happy with everything. Its clean, theyre super rad people there who are always friendly, there was once where they didnt want to do a piercing I wanted and after further research, I was able to confirm that they knew what they were talking about. Their jewelry is legit, and with that being said, its not that cheap, but its lasted me years so yay! I have about 30 piercings and HTC by far has been the best

I had an unexpected surgery and The staff at HTC was awesome about removing and replacing my facial piercings with surgery safe jewelry. The staff was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The store was impeccably clean and sanitary. I wish I had heard about this place sooner!

We read good reviews so we decided to stop in. There was a couple in front of us and then a lady with 2 kids. The girl at the counter was nice. We waited for an hour and a half though and nobody even came up or said anything. Finally I went to look and the same lady with her 2 kids was still in there. I’m no expert but an hour and a half wait to pierce 5 people seems crazy. The girls were just getting their lobes done so I was kind of in disbelief. Then we said we were leaving and the girl at the counter says oh ok. Not I’m sorry for the ridiculous wait, nothing. Won’t be going back.

I just got my septum pierced, the woman who did it was very nice and she helped me understand the entire process. Everyone that worked there was very nice as well. They try to help inform you the best that they can which is really helpful. Very clean too

I love HTC. Truly will never go anywhere else for my piercings. They’re so knowledgeable & fun. JD is a killer piercer. Trust me, only place to go for good piercings

Nicola is absolutely amazing! So nice, and makes your feel so comfortable. I almost pass out every time I get a piercing. And with her I didn’t! She kept me calm, got me juice, made sure I was breathing haha The girl at the front Mel, was also so nice, welcoming, and helpful This wasn’t my first time at htc, but it was definitely the best!

Horrific treatment, felt like an alien and was cut off and interrupted 5 times by the phone in their ghetto office. With bars on the door for safety, its definitely not the best part of town.... Thanks, and never again. Id rather have my certified friend pierce me than go to this dump. Highly recommend going to Club Tattoo if you want friendlier staff and less wait times (and overpriced jewelry)- go elsewhere. - piercing enthusiast

The ONLY place to go for a piercing in my opinion. Ive been a customer of this company since 1993, and now Im taking my kids there. They are true artists and know what theyre doing, they have a great selection of jewelry and a very sterile environment. Please dont take your kids to a place that uses a gun to pierce ears, go to HTC and have it done the right way. On a more personal note, they are great at piercing things other than ears too lol.

Always friendly and happy! Staff is great and they know their stuff! Ive used them for tongue ring and naval piercing....now my daughter for her septum and her friend for a lip piercing. Highly recommend this crew!!!

Never have any gauge piercings in stock. Been there multiple times theres virtually nothing in the case. I touched my ear plug in the store and was offered a disinfectant wipe or asked to leave. When I left I watched the girl wipe the entire door down with a disinfectant wipe. I understand the need for sanitation. But I was in the lobby. The lobby. I will never go back to this place. What a joke.

I got my septum redone, right this time because the last time I went to some weird mall shop. This time it hurt so, so much less, and the peircer was amazing. She saw how nervous I was and told me what I needed to hear. She kept me informed every step of the way.The other kind lady held my hand and helped me through the whole thing (Which wasnt bad at all!!) They even but a pretty bead on my piercing!! Im coming back here for the rest of my peircings for sure! Theyre such amazing people ❤️❤️❤️ thank the universe for people like them!

This business is listed as LGBTQ Friendly. My wife whose trans came here for simple, single ear piercings. They took her for over $150. Taking advantage of someones naivety is not friendly; its predatory.They sold her expensive products, saying she needed them. Someone without sensitive skin needs no more than alcohol or hydrogen peroxide to clean ear piercings for a few days or weeks.

They did a great job doing my VCH Piercing today. Quick easy. Almost painless lol. Covid safe. Very friendly and informative. I def recommend this shop to anyone needing a piercing :).

I hate this place. Supposedly they are good at piercing but they make it such a pain and act like they are doing you favor to do it. I had a dermal that came out and had healed up. Eventhough it had been months and was perfectly fine to re-pierce they wanted me to come back and tried to make me keep my jeweler there. Then I came back a month later like they said and they said they couldn’t do it that day because they needed to sterilize my jewelry for 24hrs and tried to have me buy ANOTHER $50 Dermal. Rediculous. They didn’t care about my time or having my business at all. Went to another place not too far and they didn’t it quick and painlessly and sterilized my jewelry in 15 min, and were super nice and friendly and it was cheaper too. I’ll never go to HTC again.

I have gone to HTC PHX N for all of my piercings (nose and both ears) and there is a reason I choose to drive 30 miles instead of going to my local piercing shop. They are ALWAYS safe, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would trust them piercing my baby. They also have a wonderful and diverse assortment of jewelry. I HIGHLY recommend! If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

I went to HTC on June 5th to get my daith and belly button pierced as a birthday gift from my husband and mother. Immediately as I entered I was greeted warmly and enthusiasticly. I felt very comfortable. The piercing on both the daith and the belly button went very smoothly. The jewelry however was a bit of a pain since I chose titanium (you have been warned titanium is a bum to bend). The experience was great however another warning Id be careful what jewelry you choose. If you are a thicker person like I am I would suggest if you get your belly pierced go with the ball instead of colored ones. I made that mistake and it caused some irritation. Yesterday I had to go back because of that and again I was treated with the utmost respect and they changed my belly ring free of charge. This place is outstanding and I recommend it to everyone. I loved my experience here and will come back for more once Im healed.

Had an amazing experience with JD and Kaila! Kaila has amazing customer service and JD took out two of dermals in my back. One of the dermals was easy and the second one ran into some issues when the top piece broke but he handled it like a champ and got it out within a few minutes. He was very polite and gentle. Pleasant people. Decent size shop although very busy and not enough staff. Went in for new jewlery and was told an hour wait to look at the jewelry. Ok cool ill come back. Went back on a Wednesday to get a new nose ring and again very busy so i asked the nice girl if i was able to get help with jewelry only and she said no you still have to wait in the line even if youre not getting pierced. I didnt even ask about the wait time and thought it a lil silly she was only willing to help me after waiting. I thought this cant be the only place in town so Google helped me to find a spot down the road that was also very busy however they had staff to help me and didnt mind helping me with just jewelry. I would just beaware of wait times and noone to help unless youre getting pierced.

I went to HTC on 28th Dr to get my Daith pierced in both ears at 2 different times and both times the staff was just awesome! Dana was completely awesome and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable the whole time I was there. Hes also very knowledgable. The shop is also very organized and clean. They will definitely be my number one spot for any future piercings I get and I highly recommend Dana to anyone!

They had an impression selection of jewelry and very knowledgeable staff but spoke to me like I was a ten year old child. Came off kind of rude and know it all personalities....I didnt feel very comfortable because I apparently had no idea what I was talking about. Just fyi: everybody heals in different ways/times. ANYWAY: great selection just not the most welcoming staff.

I came in to get my daith piercing jewelry changed and the staff was very friendly. This was my first time visiting and I was very pleased. The lady who did my piercing was very friendly and talked to me the whole time. I would definitely come back.

Got a double helix done and I love it! JD was the one who did it and another woman was in the room I don’t remember her name but he did a really amazing job it was very fast and quick so honestly felt no pain! Will definetly be coming back for more 😊

I had surgery and I came here immediately after to get my piercings put back in. Idk the name of the woman who did it but she was amazing. She was incredibly kind, sweet, did a good job, and even helped me lay down, sit up, and get on and off the table as anesthesia was still lingering in my system.

I got my septum pierced by Stephanie she did really good and was very thorough, she told me what to expect and checked my anatomy 3 times to see where my sweet spot is. After getting pierced it didnt hurt that bad and they gave me sea salt to make the after care solution rhey also gave me a pamphlet and a coupon for future jewlery.

Ive been pierced periodically throughout the years at this specific location and generally the experience is nice. The most recent time I came was for their weekend sale in November. I came on Sunday, around 1pm, and the wait time was shorter than I expected. I wanted to get the medusa piercing and my belly button pierced. The person who pierced me was Nicola. She informed me that due to my anatomy, I wouldnt be eligible for the belly button piercing for numerous reasons. While I was very visibly disappointed by this with my facial expression and body language, I didnt make a big fuss out of it. I just stayed quiet and nodded with oks here and there. However, Nicola took it upon herself to make comments such as Shes taking it like a big girl, Body piercings are a luxury and not everyone can have them Its not your weight. I have a friend whos 90lbs and cant have a belly button piercing either because she has the same anatomy. I found these very unnecessary, insulting, and overall those comments werent called for. Moving onto the medusa piercing. I wore a certain lipstick this day, and it was no where near where the needle would be piercing through my skin. She found it necessary to remove the lipstick on my entire top lip despite the lipstick not actually touching where the hole was made. After she attempted to remove the entire top lip of lipstick, it had then smeared around where the hole would be and now it was a problem. While I understand its necessary to sanitize the area of the piercing, it isnt necessary to remove something that isnt touching the area itself. I will not be returning to this location for any future body piercings.

After reading such positive reviews, I picked HTC to do my double nose piercing for my 18th birthday. Dana was AMAZING, very professional, helpful, and super nice. Being that I came alone, I was nervous, but it was a really good experience. HTC will definitely be my go-to for my future piercings.

Went in for a tongue piercing and they told me I could get it but since I couldnt touch my nose with my tongue they said I shouldnt and tried very hard to talk me out of it. They were very sarcastic and rude. Then they told me I couldnt since my driver license was expired I said I lost it and its labor day weekend no DMV is open I also told them I have gotten multiple tattoos with the same I.d they still denied me I then went to ace tattoo the whole experience was better from the front door I told them my experience at HTC they said they get that a lot they then told me my tongue was fine they also said they have the same jewelry for way cheaper price they all were very kind and I would highly recommend them great experience at ace over HTC I will never go back or let my friends go there

This place is pretty cool the jewelry is very pretty but expensive. They are very knowledgeable here however they never told me I had to downsize my jewelry and after already paying a lot for the jewelry and piercing having to pay to change the backs. Just know it’s very pricy
