My bestie & I went in for our 1st ever Fri the 13th flash tattoos…there was no line which I thought maybe we just lucked out. We went in, the dude was rude, had no personality & his gf which acted more like a guard dog, sat in the corner the entire time watching his every move. He helped my bestfriend 1st & she brought her own designs, I tried showing him mine while he was waiting for the printer on hers and he completely ignored me and turned around. She got two WAY bigger tattoos than mine and said he would do it for $80 for her (She had one across her thigh that was probably 3in wide roughly & one that was like 2inx2in on her arm) She was maybe on the chair 20-30 mins max. He gets to me & I got a tiny semi colon that was on the $20 flash tattoos (.5inch) and a palm tree also on the flash sheets (maybe 1.5in) and was in the chair maybe 15 minutes max and he charged me the same amount as my bestie and was so rude to me. When I asked if he could blend the leaves and the solid lines a little better he put one line and said I do free touch ups for life so just come back if you’re not happy with it. Never said another word to me and walked off and started helping the next person waiting. I was NOT impressed by the service here at all and ended up paying $100 ($20 tip included) when It should of only been HALF of that.

I had the absolute pleasure of getting my first ever tattoo with Sam Lopez. He made me feel very comfortable and was very patient. If I could leave more than 5 stars I definitely would and I’m definitely going to him if I want anymore tattoos done!

Bad service. I called more than 5 times to ask if the piercer was in and no answer. When I walked in two guys were sitting watching tv. Why wasnt the phone answered? I asked if the piercer was in and they said no. Simple question that could’ve been answered over the phone and I didn’t have to waste my time.

Wow, the best tattoo shop I have have yet been to in Arizona, very friendly and welcoming, dope shop and dope people. Great experience, my tattoo was very detailed, he gave me exactly what I was looking for , I will forsure be back!!🥰

This was the first place I had recd a tattoo from since living in Arizona. My first experience was great. I got a pretty big detailed thought piece done that took roughly 3.5 hours, got a great deal on it any everything. Fast forward to yesterday and I took my daughters for their first tattoos. Me thinking it would be another great experience, and similar pricing, I was dead wrong. I only chose to get them done after talking sound the price because my girls were so excited. For about 15 minutes of tattooing (I know exact as I recorded) I was charged $400. Now I have plenty of tattoos and understand the general house minimum of 100. I expected to at least let my girls get our matching ones and then they get a small one together, 2 words each.(I had one with each daughter so I had 2 small ones that took 8 minutes, to match the ones they were getting). He said it would be $600 total if they wanted their words. So that didn’t happen. To justify $400 for 15 minutes is ridiculous. I couldn’t even justify tipping like I always do. Rip off, absolutely. But I am glad my daughters had a good experience.

I walked in and Sam did my tattoo right away. He was so quick, gentle, professional & kind. I had a really detailed tattoo and he did an amazing job - I didn’t think it would be possible due to all the detail. SUCH a clean shop - very comfortable and super nice. I also got my nose piercing done here and the process was quick, professional and clean. Highly recommend Sam and Legacy Ink!

If you’re in the area looking for a tattoo this is an amazing shop. I had the random urge to get a tattoo that’s been on my mind for a while and decided to walk in on a Monday. Sam Lopez was available and he made my idea come alive and accommodated the few changes I was wanting. You won’t go wrong having Sam tattoo you, he’s professional, clean, and does crisp tattooing and fine line work. 10/10 would recommend and come back!

I was a walk-in and was greeted by the receptionist who was very friendly. Asked what I wanted to get done far as my tattoo. The original wait time was going to be an hour but one of the guys ( Jesus ) stepped up to do it. I’m glad he did because my tattoos came out clean!!! Also, he was cool to work with. I definitely will be going back. The shop was clean, and fresh I might add. Which is a plus.

Went in for a walk-in tattoo. Sam took me right in & did an amazing job free handing & the results came out perfect once finished. Very chill dude, made me feel comfortable during the entire session. Thank you!

Went in for a walk in and was extremely satisfied with the customer service. Sam hooked me up with a dope tattoo. Was impressed with the final outcome with my moon and cross piece🔥🔥. Shop was clean and had a cool vibe to it. Definitely will be coming back in the future🔥😎

Unprofessional. I went to get a nose piercing on the weekend and the man told me that they don’t do piercings that day and to come Monday and it would be $60. If you are open 7 days a week, why not offer all of the services those days? I also ask about a dolphin tattoo (I’ve never had one before and wanted some ideas) and he just handed me a business card with their socials saying he doesn’t really know and to look there. If you’re getting a tattoo shouldn’t you consult with the artist what you want? The pictures in their instagram isn’t something I was interested in (which I also checked before I went into the store) and wanted to consult to them about it. Yet, they just hand me a business card like I wasn’t already inside the store?Disappointed really.

Vanessa salas did a great job piercing me. Had some difficult asymmetric piercings and she truly nailed it. Was pumping me up the entire time. I don’t know how long she has been doing this but this isn’t my first rodeo, and if she was a doctor I’d let her give me surgery.Can’t wait to see her tattoo work on me.

I had a super weird experience here. I went on Halloween for their deals to get my first professional tattoo. I made an appointment online to be told in person that they did not use their website. That was the first weird thing about it, but the man I talked to was kind enough to honor my booking an appointment.Something that made me uncomfortable was that none of the employees were wearing masks and they had a table of food out during a pandemic. It would have been more appropriate if it was in the back for the employees there only and not the customers. There wasn’t any social distancing as well. They were not following CDC guidelines.There was one super amazing employee with a long braid and she was really helpful and kind. Honestly deserves a raise considering how sweet and friendly she was. I feel terrible for her since her coworker was being rude and arguing with her within ear-shot of customers.The employee at the counter was incredibly rude and tried to overcharge me. I must look naive because this woman tried to charge me $40 for a penny-sized finger tattoo when they were offering $20 business card size tattoos. She claimed it was because finger tattoos fade and I would need it touched up. I’m more than willing to pay for a touch up if needed but she just assumed I would ever want to return to that establishment. It’s totally off-putting to me that a business would try to take advantage of me on my first tattoo. I won’t be recommending this place to my friends. The same woman was filming everybody in the store for a long portion of the time I was there. She constantly had her phone out, I assume she was taking videos for a Snapchat story. It was unprofessional considering the length of time she had her phone out for. I can see maybe 2-5 minutes, but bordering on 20-30 is excessive and annoying. I did not consent to being filmed either.Onto the actual tattoo, it came out great! My artist was amazing and so so accommodating. I never got his name but he let me ask questions and was reassuring. Like I mentioned, my tattoo was small so it was over quickly.Overall, most of the employees I encountered were great. It made me uncomfortable that they decided to not wear masks during a pandemic/enforce social distancing and that one of their employees tried to overcharge me. Maybe I just had a weird experience here since it was so busy, but I’d recommend checking out other tattoo shops before going here.

Sam is unprofessional. First encounter, nice guy. When my relative came back for a touch up he instantly had an attitude. And the tattoo still needs a touch up. I couldn’t get a touch up because the guy that did mine was not in. I reached out to my artist to schedule for the next day which unfortunately he was not in when i arrived. Sam says “He’s not in yet. You got too excited.” Fast forward, I return to get my touch up the following week. Sam starts verbally attacking his co worker. Trying to belittle this man, speak on his personal life and telling him to meet you after work in your business in front of customers is very tacky. There’s a way to conduct business and he lacks professionalism.

Came to Phoenix for the day hoping to get a tattoo. Legacy Ink took me as a walk in bright and early. Angel hooked me up with an amazing piece. Helped me design it and made changes as I wanted. Gentle handed, attention to detail, great lines and shading. Highly recommend. Very nice. Clean environment. Definitely planning a trip to come back to see him. Got my first tattoo from here, they accepted walk in so got service right away. Kora was the artist that worked on me and my sister. He was amazing great personality and kept me informed on every step and even did a test run with just water to make sure I was ready to continue and now I love my tattoo. I will definitely come back when Im ready to get my next tattoo. Highly recommend Kora for a tattoo.

The piercer Vanessa was awesome!!! She came in on her day off to peruse my daughter septum for her 16th birthday. I def recommend coming here. I also bought new plug a while back. They were not expensive at all I’m on very happy with them. :)

Called to ask questions regarding body jewelry and tattoos. Only got through to asking my first question to the nasty man that answered , I asked if they had sold gold jewelry , he responded with a attitude and hung up immediately! So …. I called back, stated I still had questions and was hung up on abruptly. He then yells … because I’m tattooing right now and you keep calling, making me take off my gloves and costing him money !! WAIT WHAT LMAO I responded how was I supposed to know that and where is the receptionist ? He was still screaming so I am unclear on what he said , however if the tattoo was that important why answer the phone , second if I was costing him money why would he treat a customer like that who’s going to spend money? Must not be that important , in any case yuck. I would not recommend going there bc who wants to be touched, tattooed or pierced by something like that.

I went to several different tattoo shops on Friday the 13th for the deals. This is the only one that had a wait time of 6-8 hours. The tattoo artists were casually walking around, I rarely saw them actually working on someone and when people would ask how much longer they had, the rude girls at the desk would lie and say “an hour and a half” every 2-3 hours. When I asked how much longer I had to wait (this was at 4 hours) she said “other people waited longer than 4 hours” as if that made it okay to make people wait that long of a time. They had half the customers artistic tattoo had (about 100) and about the same amount of artists. Yet I only waited 2 hours at artistic? What’s worse, they kept accepting and taking names/money from people that would walk in after closing time. They were rude and they just didn’t care. HORRIBLE PLACE.

I don’t usually get tatts or piercing in Az. I usually wait until I go back home to my home state of Tx and dealing with this tattoo shop has added to my reason as to why. I stopped by this shop for a pricing for a labret piercing. So when I went back for the piercing the piercer was in the middle of doing a tattoo. So he told me to come back at 6. When I arrived back at 6 the piercer told me that he forgot that all of his tools was at his other shop getting cleaned and for me to come back the next morning and that he would only charge me $30 which was half of the cost for the piercing. So cool that’s fine, the next morning I get to the shop and the one guy that is there doing a tattoo tells me that the piercer is with his daughter and could I come back at 3. I agreed for a brief moment, but then realized that this is not the way a business is to be conducted. So screw it I don’t even want the piercing from here. This is a very unprofessional shop.

5 stars to the guy who did my arm. Unfortunately to the tattoo artist who did my leg my tattoo did not come out how I expect it to after it healed it didnt look right a lot of the colors faded away so fast and you cannot even see the yellows on the tattoo so now I may have to go and get a cover-up because it doesnt look very well

Stopped in to buy some jewelry and ask some questions. Walk in at 5pm to no receptionist and two artist tatting. No greeting no acknowledgement of any kind other then the artist closes to the jewelry counter looking me up and down the making a face as though I walked into a place I wasnt invited to be in. Seriously terrible service. I guess the owner isnt into making solid money.

Dont get any lettering from this tattoo shop the guy that work all the way in the back doesnt know how to tattoo at all his shading are really bad i told him how I wanted my tattoo he couldnt do it the way I wanted to be. Also I had an appointment with them on a Saturday he couldnt answer my calls till the next day he calls me saying to wait another week smfh. Bad business

I live in Wyoming but have family in Phoenix. Anytime we come down to visit, Chris is our guy for tattoos. Great work, super nice guy, the new shop is nice and clean and everyone is so nice and friendly!

I got my first tattoo here with kora, I was super nervous because it was my first and kora was amazing. He not only did amazing on my tattoo but reassured me and made me laugh. I recommend seeing kora and his amazing work!

The new piercer is amazing i love her to death I got my belly button pierced today and last week I had my cartilage pierced she does a great job (cait) keep up the good work love.

The piercing process was good and fast but $60 for only a septum piercing was just out of pocket and i wanted to support because i knew they just got located on 24th but that was my fault

Omg from the time you walk in they take good care of you staff are all nice as well as the owner i went in for a cover up and i walked out super happy with what i got this is my tattoo shop from now on.

Went in with a friend to watch him get work done and his artist was Bear which was a phenomenal tattoo artist amongst others that work their. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I got a small tattoo on my right hand, a rose 🌹 small to be exact, and part of it came off as if it were a sticker and simply with water, almost the entire part of the stem was erased, you can hardly see anything, I wanted to return so that They would fix it but I better went to Mannys tattoos to have Fernando fix it and it was the best decision because the ISO did an excellent job on top of the terrible service they gave me here 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
