I brought my 6 month old granddaughter here to get her ears pierced. They look great. The girl who did it was super sweet and took her time marking her ears. Her ears healed super fast with absolutely no issue. She looks adorable!

They made sure my niece felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process.From the moment we went up to the counter, the associate was warm, welcoming, and professional. Nicolette was SOO sweet and patient with us. She was clearly very busy as she was the only one working. There were four people ahead of us and she was still very patient and polite with everyone. Very impressive given the situation.

I brought my daughter to get her ears pierced. She was excited, but as soon as she got in the chair she was hesitant. Nicolette and Josh were amazing. They were patient, kind and encouraging. She ended up going through with it and shes so happy she did! We will be back when my younger daughter is ready.

We had a wonderful experience! My daughter has wanted her ears pierced forever but would chicken out everytime we went. There was a no refund policy however the staff let us come back and try again. Natasha was absolutely wonderful! She was quick, confident, reassuring and just genuinely such a pleasure to have during this sometimes emotional and stressful time. My daughter was such a happy camper afterwards and Natasha helped us navigate through it quickly! For reference, our daughter is 3. Its not the best age to do it but if you need help and want to, ask for Natasha!

Banter @ The Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall was my “go to for ear piercings” Cat did my piercings and she was AMAZING!!! They are super friendly and the most important thing to me was the sanitary conditions and cleanliness which wasn’t impeccable. I am so grateful that we have this pot of gold in our area. I would not go anywhere else to get a piercing.

Natasha pierced my baby ears today (almost 5 month old). She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process and my jewelry choices. She was super patient and detail oriented about placement. She helped make the experience completely stress free and most importantly really took her time to go at the baby’s pace from start to finish. I was definitely a little hesitant about piercing my baby’s ears, being a first time mom, but I would absolutely recommend Natasha!

Took my nephew here to get his ears pierced. He was so nervous about having his ears pierced. When we first got there, there was actually another woman getting her ears pierced, so he was able to watch this which helps. The piercer took her time with him and allowed him to relax in between each ear piercing. She walked him through each step on what was going on and when it was going to. My nephew is on the autistic scale with him sensory stimulation problems. Overall fantastic place to come. I think we were here for about 20 minutes.

Will not be shopping here again. I purchased 2 nose rings from Banter & got the year warranty for both. I had one in for 4 hours and it broke and fell out of my nose. I came back the next day, less than 24 hours after I bought it to get a refund or a replacement and was told that since I did not have the jewelry in my possession, they would not do anything to help me. 0/10 recommend shopping from banter by piercing pagoda.
