My brother wanted his ears pierced and we were met with a very grumpy angry woman.The woman woth all the face piercings.Ive witnessed her yelling at other younger staff members. Noticed she was alone today.Grumpy people shouldnt be giving piercings. We got as far as getting the tablet from her to fill out our info. Talked my bro out of getting a piercing from her. I sure wouldnt. Wouldnt recommend.
This location can not give change for large bills, so i will assume that cash is limited. Just a heads up. Staff was super friendly and helpful
Came into look at a few items for my sisters birthday and found one that I really liked. Deanne was absolutely an amazing person to talk to. She didnt care that I was in a wheelchair and treated me just the same as I was as if I was a regular person. Really knowledgeable about the products that they have and was one of the only people there that had an appreciation for my sense of humor. Overall this place has good selection but an even better customer service especially if you get it from Deanne
The website says that they are open until 7 PM. Made a huge effort to arrive before seven to pick up an online order for my daughters birthday but they were already closed at 6:40 PM. Extremely disappointing I wont have her gift in time and I wasted all that time to get here. You might want to update your business hours or ask your employees why the store was closed early so that someone else was not as annoyed as I was.
On 5/21/23 I went and At the check out I had left two of my items so I could go pick out my three free. After returning I was informed she had given away my earrings to another customer because she “accidentally” put them in their bag. one of the items was the last pair of those earrings. I ended up with earrings i didn’t even want.
I was in there the other night and it was sorta spur of the moment but after talking with my mom I got my ears pierced and I couldnt be happier they were super nice and attentive and I got the cutest little sapphire studs
Pretty disappointed with my whole experience at this store.My sister and I went in during their black Friday sale, it was buy 3,get 3 (dont do it, its still ridiculously priced), the person at check out scanned the items twice instead of once and over charged me. When I noticed that, I asked her how 3 items could cost so much. The manager came over and said that the items were scanned too many times so now they had to do a return so that I could get a refund for the items that were scanned. The manager processed the return and when it was time to rescan the products for me to purchase, their system crashed...I was asked to go to an ATM to pay for the merchandise. I wasnt going to do that because 1. A mistake was already made. 2. I was there for way longer than I wanted to be and wasnt about to walk out, get cash and then come back and rejoin a long line.Fast-forward 7-10 business days, my refund is still not in. Not only that, but they had double charged me on the day I went in instead of issuing a refund. When I called the manager to sort this out, she said she could not do anything about it and that I should contact corporate about this issue.Was the mistake not made at your store by your employee and yourself?Honestly just a total mishandling of the whole situation. There was no accountability and no intention to make it right. Horrible customer service. Needless to say, we will not be supporting this store anymore, and yes, I am going to take this to corporate because you cant just take peoples money and act like theres nothing you can do about it.
Was exceptionally happy & satisfied with the customer service and help from Deanne & Laila. It was my first time in the store with my two little girls and they were both extremely warm, friendly and helped me purchase exactly what I needed.. I’ll definitely be back & will probably throw a birthday for one of my girls here because of it. Would definitely recommend.
My son and I visited the Claires location in the mall and we picked up some earrings for my wife. Great selection and folks should support the mall-culture because its a great place to shop and hang out.
We were at this location on 12/17/22 and the store Manager Deanne was so rude to my 13 year old daughter. She was returning something she bought and Deanne was extremely rude I think she just like bullying kids! So I go in to get her name and she was extremely angry and rude. I really dont think she should be working in customer service. Maybe she was having a bad day and decided to take it out on a kid. But we will never come back.
My 7 year old granddaughter decided she wanted to get her ears pierced. Faith and her co-worker were wonderful and patient! It literally took my granddaughter two hours before she was “ready” to let them actually pierce her ears (lots of tears and “I’m nervous”). While her mom and I grew short on patience, not once did these women seem upset or irritated! And they got the job done!! Kudos ladies. You are appreciated.
Decided to get my 4 month old daughters Ears peirced. First of all the price was outrageous $135.00 plus tax. The peircer missed her mark and grazed the top of my daughters ear lob with the jewelry. Luckily she only grazed it and didnt end up piercing the edge of my babys ear. She says my daughter moved although I have video showing that she didnt move a hair, I was holding her. Then to top it off the earrings dont even have safety backs so the sharp ends of the earrings poke my babys head behind her ear. Walmart could have done 1000 times better and for a way lower price. Should have gone to a tattoo parlor instead.

The young girl working here was very busy with five groups of customers all in this little store at once. She made verbal communication with everyone and remained cheerful and helpful with each group. She did an excellent job taking care of everyone.
Granddaughter wanted a bling phone case for her Motorola phone she got for her birthday but they didnt have any 😢 but we still love Claires!
Horrible- I visited the store 3 times this afternoon, comparison shopping on their St. Patricks day items. I was profiled, as the store manager singled me out, LOUDLY inquiring as to whether or not I was looking for something, because she had seen me in the store before that day. When I replied that I was not looking for anything, and was with my husband, she continued ask if I was looking for anything specific. Can I not just be shopping? Dont people generally look at items when they shop? Ive never had this issue before- and I wont be shopping in that pathetic excuse for a store again. Whatever!
My 5 year old wanted her ears pierced. The lady never suggested doing both at once, until after the 1st peircing! my daughter freaked out and then lady suggested that we should of waited till 1230 for the 2nd girl to come in, so we could of had both done at once. Anyway we left with one earring. She was rude, we tried to come back and she waited around until my daughter freak out again. Before she attempted to peirce her second ear. We paid FULL PRICE and got 1 EARRING. I wont shop hear again. Go somewhere else for your kids ear piercings! Now I have to try and find a tattoo shop that will do it, because my daughter wont go back there but wants the 2nd one.
If I could give less than one star, I would. I was charged $20 for an item marked other when I thought I had bought a set of faux nails for $7.99. I went back to the store hoping to figure out what went wrong but was treated like I was dumb by the manager named Leena saying that there is no item other and that theres nothing she could do besides have me call corporate. This would have been okay, I would have just settled, however, the way I was treated as a customer was not okay and something needs to be done.
They took very good care of my granddaughter today. She had her 1st ear piercing. Thank you.
