I had the pleasure of meeting Lee on our trip this week. I had 4 kids in tow and they were all very excited to get new jewelry and headbands for school. Lee was very helpful with me and the kids, which I appreciated immensely.

Trinity is the 🐐. I got my 2 month old daughter’s ears pierced and she was very gentle and compassionate. She exuded patience throughout the entire process. Thanks for all you do especially for the lil tiny ones!

Poor customer service. My daughter bought a piece of jewelry for a piercing on her ear. She left the store and when she tried to put it on, the clasp was faulty so she went right back and was told no returns. She was not offered a replacement. So she should just eat that piece of junk she was sold? Needless to say, the jewelry went in the trash at the mall. I really dont like to write a negative review but I just think they handled this poorly.

Trinity needs to check her attitude. Me and my friend came in because she gets free earrings under 17$ since she got her earrings done a while ago. The store was a mess and we were waiting in line and then Trinity.. gave us the worst customer service ever. My friend was having trouble finding the email and Trinity was again giving us attitude for not being efficient enough even thought there was no one behind us in line lol. Didn’t offer to put in her email or nothing. Finally we did it and Trinity muttered something to her coworker who I didn’t her the name but what it sounded like was talking about us. We said thank you and she dirty looked us and said nothing. If you hate your job quit, Trinity should just be reprehended for ignorance truly.

Guy at Claire’s was nice and friendly stores clean and well stocked

Just got my daughter’s ears pierced at this Claire’s, and had an amazing experience. The employee who prepped everything was extremely patient and kept my daughter entertained so she wasn’t too scared. We had two employees do the piercings so it was done all at once, and it couldn’t have gone better.

So I took my daughter to finally get her ears pierced for her 11th birthday yesterday. And let me tell you! Nikki who works and doing piercings is a gem! She was sooo sweet and accommodating and so knowledgeable. She was so confident when giving advice for earing for my daughter and I was NEVER nervous because I knew I can trust her in what she does.THANK YOU SO MUCH NIKKI FOR THE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, and if you are at clairs I will always come in just because you give the BEST Service! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Great experience getting 2nd piercings in each ear. Aftercare responsibilities were explained clearly and customer service was excellent. The store was busy, but Brianna made sure I didnt feel rushed and things were done correctly. 👍👍

If you plan on doing a piercing over there, save yourself, your time and your money and go to a real piercing place. I went there to get 2 piercings in the afternoon. There was only one lady in the store and it got busy in there. She did my markings and they were not close to even the first time. She redid them and they were too close to my other standard lobe piercings. After a couple days, I just took one of them off because it hurts so bad especially when I was trying to put my other earring on. Then one week later, I took the other one off because it was hurting as well, too close to my other piercing and started to bleed. Please save your money and go to a real piercing place.

Never in my life will I ever come here again, decided to go take my daughter to this store to find no employee for about 20 minutes. To then have a person finally come to help us out and be completely oblivious on the extremely long wait time. Reda Has poor customer service. And looks like she does drugs. I recommend everyone to not shop here! apparently Providence Place mall hires anybody.

I got my second piercing here. About a month later, it got infected and the earring went through my ear. It got swollen and started bleeding excessively. Very dissatisfied with this. Overpriced piercing. Do not recommend.

Okay, so we went to Providence Place all excited that my daughter and her friend were going to get their second and third ear piercings. When my daughter’s friend got in the chair she took 15 minutes max. I was excited because then we could grab lunch after they both were done before heading home. When my daughter got in the chair the lady stood there for a couple minutes, going back and forth between her ears. I asked what happened and she turned around and said that her first piercings were not even. I was shocked because we had done them at the same Claire’s not long ago. After an hour in the chair and an anxiety attack, my daughter finally got her second and third piercings done but the lady had to fix the old one, costing us an extra $50. So at the end of the day it took around 2 and a half hours to get $170 worth of ear piercings. Overall I’m not pleased by their work or pricing.

I wouldnt recommend going to this store. If you do, get ready for a whole lot of attitude from the employee and manager. And if youre going to get your ears pierced, go somewhere else unless youre okay with NOT being acknowledged and stared at for more than 15 minutes. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have been waiting here for like an hour for them to open the store but it is 3:10 p.m. and still closed. This is ridiculous!

Horrible Experience ! Will not return employees had horrible attitudes when i asked for help and also questions i was here yesterday around 5pm.
