LOVED OUR EXPERIENCE! My friends and I went yesterday and all three of us could not be happier!!! They did smaller meaningful tattoos which came out perfect for them and I got a bumblebee. Brendon did an incredible job with the details and was extremely professional, kind, and funny! All the staff we interacted with were also very patient and helpful. Also the prices are very fair. I will 100% be going back there again and would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone asking!! Thanks again EastCoast Tattoo for such a great experience and a lifelong beautiful piece of art!!!

Trevor is a great artist. Easy to talk to and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. I’m just sad that I’m from Maine and found a tattoo artist that is 4+ hours away. The tattoo is the pumpkin in the photos.

My daughter went to have her nostril pierced. The shop was recommended by a friend and we appreciated that their prices were listed on the website. When we called to make her appointment, they suggested she just do a walk-in. We went about 3pm on a Saturday and they took her right in.Everyone there was professional and the room was clean. My daughter had her nose pierced and, as expected, there was some bleeding. Jess was fantastic at keeping her calm and helping us with extra gauze and assistance to get it to stop.

I’ve gotten many different ear piercings here ! I love the piercers, especially Trevor he’s fabulous !! He’s done such a good job and all of them have healed so nicely !! Always a pleasure chatting with him as well!

Piercing prices are very good and cheap for a reason. Both tragus and rook healed horribly: excessive swelling/bleeding/pain months later, despite proper aftercare. Piercing jewelry bar was way too short to accommodate swelling. Cleanliness/skill of shop is fairly questionable.

If you choose to get pierced here, make sure that the jewelry that they are piercing you with is long enough to allow SPACE for the swelling that happens with any piercing. I got my ear (snug) pierced here on Friday, and I noticed that the jewelry was short and it was already pretty tight but very stupidly didnt say anything about it. Over the next two days I kept up with it exactly how youre supposed to, didnt touch it, didnt sleep on that side even used ibuprofen and ice packs to try to get the swelling down. Ive had many piercings over the years, mostly all in my ears so I know the drill on the healing process. This morning the swelling was so bad from the jewelry being SO tight that I had to get the thing out of my ear. The second I unscrewed the ball I felt instant relief from the pressure. This is a picture of the piercing with one ball off- the jewelry was so short there was absolutely no space to allow for swelling. I was going to wait to go back to the shop and see if they could get it off but I was getting seriously concerned with how tight it was. The woman who did the piercing was friendly enough and I went with someone else whos piercing in their nose is doing okay. I chose to come here because I was being cheap and I know they do piercings for cheaper compared to other places in the area, and I definitely learned my lesson. I dont assume that youll have a bad experience getting pierced here, Im sure its fine for some people. But if you do get pierced here CHECK that the jewelry is appropriate and not too small.

Lady who checks you in is always super rude. Pricing is mostly reasonable, got my navel done and they used the wrong jewelry which caused it to reject 8 months later. Also tried to get snakebites here and the piercer was super rude and insisted i use closed hoops. if u have any brain cells u know u should only ever use studs. she claimed it was for swelling but they literally make longer bars to compensate for swelling. Luckily they gave me a refund. anyway never go here.

I will let yall decide based off of these pictures if you want to get a piercing here. IT WAS JUST A NOSE PIERCING. Prior to receiving this piercing, the piercer was having a discussion that I could hear, with a tattoo artist about how angry she was. She had done 60 piercings that day. (Saturday 3/18 at 2:30) She was mad because the next piercer hadnt shown up because she was sick. Which the tattoo artist, piercer, & front desk worker were able to discuss IN FRONT OF ME that they didnt think she was sick. They were also complaining that the next front desk worker was late. Anyways. The piercer was clearly in a bad mood but took me in anyways and I was nervous because of this. She quickly pierced my nose. Blood came rushing out of my nose like it was broken. Blood on my shirt, neck, arm, and face. My friend who was watching was horrified. The piercer blamed it on the fact that I drank a lot the day before. Im sorry, no matter how much I was drinking the day before, that was not a normal amount of blood. Im lucky I didnt pass out and that I have a high pain tolerance. Shouldnt she have asked me before if I was drinking? Especially the day after St. Patricks day? She didnt wait until my nose stopped bleeding and sent me off. Told me it will take 3 months to heal. Shouldnt she have asked me to wait to see if I was okay? There was no concern about my well being. Luckily I stayed in the area. I had to go back twice to get it cleaned within an hour and a half because it wouldnt stop bleeding. (Picture attached) She put blood clotting powder on me and said I feel so bad your nose must be so sore YEAH. YA THINK? My nose did not stop bleeding for 5+ hours. She was more caring when I came back angrily, but I think it was only because I was clearly angry for a good reason. My piercing is so gross despite the fact that I am keeping up with aftercare. I am so annoyed and will never come back. DO NOT COME HERE. I wish I just had the patience to wait at rockstar piercing. The lack of unprofessionalism, even though I wouldnt expect that much professionalism from a tattoo place, was just BEYOND ME. Get it together. Get better staff that show up to their jobs. Dont pierce peoples faces when youre mad. Dont talk bad about your coworkers in front of customers. And dont send customers out the door when you know you messed up and their health is as risk. I cant even believe this. I hope this review stops people from coming here. SAVE YOURSELF. I dont even want to hear the excuses from whoever is going to respond to this. I have plenty of piercings and have never had such a traumatic experience.

Had an amazing experience here! Great staff and comfortable environment! Loved the vibe. Got a nose piercing with Jess and she was super sweet, professional and quick! Afterwards I got an amazing deal on a tattoo from Anthony and I couldn’t be happier. He was so easy to talk to and his line work was awesome! Im definitely coming back to their shop!

Quick and efficient piercing but definitely not enough space for swelling, like others have said. It was relatively painless but after a couple of days the swelling has gotten to where it’s turning red and almost swallowing the bottom ball. Not sure this will even heal properly.*edit to add now that it’s been a few days - I can’t even open my eye fully anymore. If you have to choose this place, make sure you stress to them the importance of a longer bar for the healing process.

Came here yesterday to get my septum. The lady who was going to do the piercing was not a pleasant person. She didn’t even check if I had the anatomy for a septum piercing that was a huge RED FLAG for me.Told me to lay down and that was it. I told her I didn’t want it and my mounted was returned. Go somewhere else.

First experience :The employees there where really nice! I was there to get a nose peircing, I went at about 12:30 to get it but the peircer jess was late. So we left and came back about a hour later and she was there. The peircing was really fast and painless, overall a pleasent experience!Second update! :went here again about a year later after my nostril has beautifully healed and i got my septum done by jess aswell, she was super nice and the septum was really affordable compared to near shops, like rockstar peircing which is pricing septum peircing at 100$ which in my opinion is insane. But the peircing process here was quick, sanitary, accurate and is the septum ring is in the right place (sweetspot). I will most likely to continue to go here for future facial peircings.

Always an awesome experience!! Lexx is a fantastic piercer and Anthony is a bomb tattoo artist! They make it a very relaxed and enjoyable environment. I go wicked often and always enjoy my time there

Pros: Every single other place I looked into charged at least double for the $35 tragus piercing I got at East Coast! The pricing is excellent and affordable- with the supplies, jewelry, and establishment upkeep and hygiene being just as quality as anywhere else!Very comfortable, personal feel in the shop, with large murals featuring local-themed art, multiple pool tables, television with movie and video game options, poker table, etc. Lots of tattoo option and jewelry displays as well.There is an extremely cute trash can in the bathroom.Professional and friendly artists.Con: I showed up about 30 minutes after the shop opened and still waited about 40 minutes before the piercer (whose name I didnt catch, sorry!) even showed up. (After calling to make an appointment and being told that it was walk in only, I feel like setting up an appointment may have avoided this issue.) However, I had nothing to do on that day, so it wasnt a problem for me. In fact, I enjoyed browsing the art and the personal touches in the shop! Thought this information would be helpful for the review, though. :)

So dissatisfied and upset. A little over a year ago I got a quote tattoo and I despise it. People make fun of it 24/7 and the artist would not even let me pick the font. I think about getting it removed everyday. Very unfortunate. I also went with my friend who went to get a rose tattoo in memory of her grandmother and it was completely butchered. For instance here is her before and after she got it touched up by a completely different artist…. AWFUL

I came as a walk in to get my lip re-pierced on the left side after a different piercing shop had left my snakebites a little mismatched. She did a great job listening to exactly where I wanted it pierced and she absolutely nailed it! The placement is perfect and I couldn’t be happier with them! She also changed the jewelry in my other lip piercing to match. Whole thing was very quick and painless, would definitely recommend getting pierced here

Anthony Hall did an amazing job with my tattoo—I was nervous doing a walk in appointment for one so important to me, but he was so caring, informative, and detailed during the session.

I’ve had probably the worst experience here today. I went here before years ago and had a pleasant experience with Frankie ( I believe ) but this time he was not there and apparently he’s the only one who is friendly. I am not new to tattoos and have had them for over a decade. We walked in and the girl at the front was looking at us dumbfounded and stood there until we were asking if they’re available. Her overall attitude was super bland and then when we explained what myself and my two other friends wanted they immediately judged us. We were uncomfortable but sat down and looked at fonts to give them the benefit of the doubt. They soon shut our idea down but saying “it’s not possible because of how the font is and how the detail will not show”. The request made was not hard as we went down the block and got it done. The one guy with tattoos all over his face made us feel like we were dumb or new to tattoos when we are not. If the place does not do fine line and detailed tattoos, they should have just said that instead of gaslighting us and making us feel dumb/unimportant. If you are looking for a tattoo make sure it’s a basic 101 tattoo from a tattoo book from the 2000s or just go down the block.

Terrible customer service. my friends camefrom new york and we were trying to do asmall set of matching tattoos, immediately when we walked in the receptionist was standoffish. after when we were requesting a small 333 they were all giving us a hard time when we were asking for help and requesting a thinner font. we were asked to just look for fonts on a computer and they were making us feel dumb or like we’ve never gone to a tattoo shop before. just because we wanted a small tattoo or something you had to actually draw out doesn’t mean that we don’t deserve the same customer service as someone else. save your money and time and walk over to other tattoo shops down the street who have better customer service skills.

My sister recommended me this place and I’m so happy she did! I had my nose pierced on both sides and my septum. I apologize for forgetting the name of the piercer but she’s very sweet and quick with it! I felt no pain at all. Never had problems with my piercings and I love how they give you a paper with instructions for after care. I don’t trust any place else but here! Will be coming back for more piercings soon!

Go see Anthony for a tattoo! He’s super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. If you love anime, he’ll work with you to make your vision come to life.

I’m truly on the fence about this place. I went yesterday with a friend who has gone before to get my snake bite piercings done. She said the piercer was nice and that it wouldn’t take long to get done and that her lip piercing she received there had no issues due to the piercers fault.I was excited and ready to get them done, and it was truly a mostly painless and quick procedure.My issue lies with the size and quality of the jewelry. I do fully trust that I was pierced with surgical steel of some degree. But I 100% was not pierced with a longer bar to accommodate for swelling. My inner lip keeps swelling over the bar causing discomfort and I keep having to push the bar to try to free it from my own skin. It’s a shame I drove so far expecting greatness and spent all that money to possibly have to take them out and get them redone due to not wanting to cause any issues with my inner lip.

Love this place! Absolutely hands-down recommend Lexx to anyone for piercings! She fixed one for me last year as an emergency and went today with my bestie for her nose and my navel piercings. She made us feel welcomed and very comfortable. The shop is very clean and sterile, which is also a major plus for me. We will be returning for tattoos at some point in the future😊

DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE!!!!!! Be warned, I got my second and third holes pierced here a while back. They used the wrong gauge, it was way too thick which caused horrible piercing bumps for months after, they would not heal, hurt and bled and were continuously infected. I didn’t even bother to call them because it was so awful. I took them out recently. I asked the female piercer to specifically make sure they were even, she barley checked, and gave me no warning before she put the needle through. These 2 piercings cost me almost 200 dollars. Awful service, awful piercing. Rockstar is expensive but I totally recommend it they actually care about your piercings. I would add a photo but it is way too graphic.

I love this place. I’ve never had any complaints. I got my nose pierced here like 3 years ago. And just today I got my lip pierced. The front desk lady is super nice, as for the staff not really sure. No one was really welcoming except the front desk lady. Both piercers I’ve had where wicked nice. They also have good prices for piercings. Where as the other place I was gonna go to they were trying to charge $80 for my lip piercing.

My friends and I went here recently just as walk ins. Not only was the the whole group accommodated but we all got great tattoos.We each got different designs and the artist, Brendan, was able to bang them out quickly.I’d go to Brendan again, he was great to chat with and made us all feel comfortable.It was one of my friends first times getting a tattoo, which can be stressful. But Brendan took his time and walked her through the process so she felt good and confident getting tattooed.Thanks Brendan!

I don’t want to say not to go here because I have friends that had gotten piercings and had great reviews… however I got a very simple tattoo here “444” in and olde English font. IT LOOKS SO BAD!!! The other artists here may be amazing but unfortunately the artist I had gone to (brendon) had way too heavy of a hand and not a very steady one either. He was very nice but definitely should be apprenticing or practicing at this point in time. The place is very cool inside and had the best waiting area for any tattoo shop I’ve ever been to! I hope that the other artists can give you a better experience

First of all dont advertise “walk in” if you don’t take “walk ins”. 2nd front desk looks miserable like she don’t want to work, told us it’s an hour wait, cool. THANK GOD we asked about the tattoo I was going to get which we mentioned 2 small cover ups. The fact that this tattoo artist refused to do the tattoos including the minor cover up is insane. Covering up a few thin lines is not hard. Just say you aren’t confident in your work! Automatically did not feel welcomed. No reference, no take a card, no quick consult. Imagine if we waited an hour just for them to say no…lastly great way to spread germs having 5 people in a small room while you’re tattooing someone. Smh don’t go in for a walk-in unless you’re literally getting something conveniently small for them.

Jess, Trevor and Anthony are awesome! Ive been coming here for years and Ive always had great experiences. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking to get a tattoo or piercing. I was recently tattooed my Trevor, And he was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. My tattoo healed great as well! Thank you!!!

My husband and I love coming to East coast tattoo. Anthony is awesome! We have had multiple tattoos done by him. He takes his time, works with you on design, and leaves you with an amazing tattoo. He is just a great, funny guy to be around. Highly recommended. I tell everyone I know looking for a tattoo to go talk to him.

I got one of my nose piercings done here and it healed perfectly and had no problem with the piercer she was great. On the other hand the older lady at the front desk, extremely rude, establishment definitely doesn’t care about first impressions if they still have that old lady there, more than half of the reviews have had an issue with her. I went to get another piercing there and was greeted with the same nasty attitude that resulted in me leaving just because I couldn’t stand it even though I was patient and kind with her.

Awful....took $500 from me for a tattoo of 2 birds that were very detailed. The owner told the apprentice that was working under him that he had to do it even though the apprentice did not feel comfortable doing it.And stated he wasnt comfortable doing it.Later found out that the apprentice had just started tattooing and had only tattooed a small star on someones hand. A different artist ended up doing it but he completely rushed through it and did a half as$ job. Had to have it redone at a different shop.Very unprofessional. All this tattoo shop wants to do is $50 tattoos all day long.Owner only cares about taking your money, doesnt care about the quality of work that comes out his shop. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!

DO NOT GET PIERCINGS HERE!! I went to get a double helix on Saturday night, couldn’t even tell you the piercers name because she never even introduced herself to me, she was much too busy chomping on gum. Regardless, I got my piercing, she didn’t ask if I liked it or asked me to look at it, just threw an aftercare sheet at me and that was that. Never even went over after care or asked if I had questions. I brushed it off because sure whatever, I have 9 other piercings so I know the drill. That being said I have absolutely NEVER had a piercing get infected before. I woke up Monday morning with an extremely swollen, red and very warm ear. I iced it, took ibuprofen etc with zero luck. The next day I wasn’t even able to move my neck due to the infection spreading quickly after only 2.5 days. I went to the ER so now I’m out a copay for that along with the $65 for a piercing that lasted 2 days. Absolutely ridiculous and will never be returning. Posted some photos of both ears for comparison.

Ive wanted my septum pierced for YEARS and finally decided to pull the trigger. Jess was super informative and very friendly. She pierced me, gave me care instructions and answered all of my questions! She has lots of cute decor in her room so youll have plenty to look at while youre anxiously awaiting to be stabbed with a needle :)

I came in for a nose piercing, staff were very personable, prices were reasonable, and the actual piercing went very smoothly! Would come again

My son and I were turned away due to not having my sons birth certificate despite being told by an employee there a couple days ago that us having valid drivers licenses was all that was needed and regulars per the board of health do not require birth certificate, just valid photo IDs. I’m not really sure how a shop can operate without even knowing the rules and regulations that apply to their business.

My husband and I had been trying to find a place to get matching remembrance tattoos with the same artist for weeks and finally were able to get an appointment here. To be honest I was skeptical due to some of the negative reviews and somewhat low ratings but, we ended up having a great experience. Anthony was absolutely incredible. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and did amazing work for both of us. His line work is smooth and shading is on point. We couldn’t be more happy with how our tattoos came out. I would highly recommend seeing Anthony for any tattoo needs, he is skilled and talented!

Never got a tattoo here.... yet! but the piercing artist is FANTASTIC. great prices, piercings were less than painful. i’ve gotten 3 in the last month or so & all have healed BEAUTIFULLY with no problems whatsoever... which is an absolute miracle for me. very clean, friendly staff, & artists know what they’re doing. accepts cash or card which is awesome & walk ins are welcome. even with 5 people in front of me, all getting at least two piercings wait time was VERY quick. sometimes there’s no wait at all! either way 100% worth going to! 10/10 recommend & will we back very soon to get my piercing fix.

Quick and easy nose piercings! The piercer was super nice but one side of my nose bled a lot all over my shirt and pants. It bled for like another hour or so must of hit a bloody vessel. But would come back to get more piercings!

I have had 4 piercings done so far by Jess, and each experience was phenomenal! She is super personable and is crazy sweet. She talks you through it and you watch her set up, so you know everything is sterilized. She is also incredibly quick with the actual piercing, so it is a lot less painful. I have brought my best friend and also my fiancee to her and they both love her. I will only ever go to her now!

Place was clean but customer service was enough for me to not want to return. The woman at the front desk was pretty rude. I really wanted to be able to discuss my piercings with the piercer and I was ignored and just told a price. Pricing was fair but it felt rushed. The piercer was a bit nicer but once again felt rushed. Mind you I was the only one there. When I asked her professional opinion on what she thought would look/ fit best I wasn’t given an answer just a shrugged “whatever you prefer”. Which all ears are shaped different and certain things look better or heal better on certain people. I was in and out in tops 10 minutes and was just handed a piece of paper with directions. Not conversation about care, purchasing cleaner/future jewelry or heal times. If you already know what you want and are in a time crunch sure this place could be for you. I however went in looking for 2-5 piercings and professional advice. I got the piercings at least. Also you may want to call your bank ahead of time because it triggered a hold on my card. Totally not the establishments fault just a heads up.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Drove all the way from Massachusetts to come here and get a tattoo. First, I called them to assure I could do it today and they said yes I get there and they tell me not tonight. Dont ever listen to these people theyre just going to play games with you. 0/10 stars would not recommend even wasting your time.

Got my septum pierced here yesterday and it was amazing, went by quick and my piercer was very professional and efficient at what she does, ill admit, at first I was nervous bc of some of these other reviews on here but I had a wonderful experience! 10/10 would definitely come back for more piercings

Went in last Friday night to get my Septum pierced. I asked the piercer what gaguge the jewelry was. She said I dont know, this size. Pointing to the ring then threw the clamp on and had the needle through before I could say anything else. It was all done in 20 seconds. The piercing is crooked. I will not be going back to this place.

Absolutely adore coming here! Had my nipples pierced by Jess a little over a year ago and they came out perfect! She was gentle and accurate. Ive had my tongue pierced by Nate and hes also done two of my tattoos. Very detailed and skilled in what he does! Very laid back and comfortable environment. Definitely a place I recommend often !

This was my first time ever getting a piercing. very nice and helpful staff! was super nervous about getting lip piercings, but they made it go by so quick and im so happy with how it turned out! i believe jess might have done my piercings? not sure, but whoever has the room on the far left did a phenomenal job, hardly any pain and no blood at all.. perfect!

Love. It was great. Nice setting even though theres minimal construction happening. Staff was so nice. Professional. Enough space between myself and others waiting as well as masks being worn. I noticed it took the piercer enough time in between clients where she broke down, disinfected and setup her station to make the process as safe and efficient as possible. I did my septum and was in and out of the chair within 5 mins maybe less. Very professional and nice. My third piercing here and Im always very happy.

I went yesterday for a nostril piercing, They did a very good job but the person at the counter wasnt the nicest and the whole thing felt rushed. I understand there are other customers but I was in and out of the piercing room in ten seconds, I tried to kind of make conversation but they didnt seem to like that, it felt kind of like a drive through and made me question if I was getting the best service. Although my piercing looks amazing and the pricing was great, thanks!

My sister and I made a spur of the moment decision to get new piercings. She had been here before but I hadn’t. The experience we had was the best. Everyone was super nice and professional. Everything was clean and of great quality. The piercer was efficient and made the experience as painless as possible for both of us. I will definitely return here when I’m in the market for a new piercing.

I went in with my friend and we both got our nipples pierced. Fran our piercer made us feel very comfortable from start to finish. She was super honest and knowledgeable. Chatting with her allowed me to stop freaking out about the piercing. She made the entire experience a breeze and me being nervous going in there, that was exactly what I needed. Any aftercare questions we had or questions in general, she took the extra step to explain and show us exactly what to do and which product to use. She also gave us a “comfort recommendation” for the healing process which helped me so much personally! I’ve had multiple piercings done here before, each a great experience.

The female piercer was absolutely lovely. She took care of me nicely, fast, and efficient. The only problem is Ive paid for a tattoo that Ive never had yet because i was there waiting for 2 1/2 hrs while two other tattoo artist tattooing each other. And only one working. Ive had to ask for a refund because i was not going to wait any longer and i felt bad for the only tattoo artist working hard.

Found out about this place while scrolling through my Instagram. The staff is super professional and respectful of their clients. They really want to see you happy. My artist Anthony is as passionate as they come and it really shows through in his work and his attitude. He didnt just give me ink, he gave me an experience and a piece I will love and make me smile everytime I look at it for the rest of my life. After just a couple conversations I felt super comfortable working with him and almost like Id known him for years, great guy! All the artists give off a similar vibe, definitely feels like a sense of family as well as community here. What more could you ask for? Oh a sick spot with pool tables and a juke box for your friends and family to be entertained while they wait? Yeah they got that too. 😈 Go check them out!!!

So my friend suggested we come here for piercings, when we got there the people at the front were friendly and joked around. The paperwork process was fast. I went in for a piercing (conch) with Lexx and it was great, beyond what I expected. She was super friendly and made me feel comfortable during the entire process, let me double check the positioning of the earring, and explained how to clean the piercing + answered all my questions without making me feel bad for asking. My friend had gone before for an industrial bar with Jess and she didn’t end up doing it too good, it ended up being bruised for a while and much more worse than what it should’ve been. We were glad to have met Lexx and would definitely go back so long as she does the piercings.

Great place. My friend in I went to get a walk-in piercing for the helix and medusa. We were helped by a woman named Jess, who was friendly and polite and did a fantastic job with the piercing. We were both very comfortable and found the experience very enjoyable. The prices for the piercings were reasonable and we were in and out within 20 minutes. Very satisfied with everything, I would come here again and would recommend it to others as well.

Jess was awesome! She tolerated me and my obnoxious friends and did exactly what I hoped she would do...give me a heads up of when my piercing was taking place and walk me through breathing I had already been practicing, haha! I was expecting my nose piercing to hurt, but I and my friends (knowing how much of a baby I am) were shocked at how I handled it. I swear...it felt like a little pinch! Smooth, fast, easy breezy. And it looks beautiful :) I highly recommend East Coast Tattoo :) Great customer service, great prices, and beautiful and clean environment.

Trevor gave me the absolute cutest tattoo I have gotten thus far, he was super kind and easy to talk to. He also was super understanding and open to other ideas that I had! Definitely interested in seeing him again for future tats, thank you Trevor!!!

Although the staff was pleasant, my septum piercing was done incorrectly. my piercer was kind and personable, but expressed that she had only done septum piercings 3 times and that she was nervous for me when she was about to put the needle through my nose. no clamp was used, it was extremely uneven, off-center, and way too low. the piercer did not know what size ring to use and she did not know the general placement of a septum piercing. super painful and i felt like my piercer did not know how to do this specific piercing, which was unsettling.i received a refund and the customer service wasnt bad when i explained the problem. not trying to shout a bad name for this business, but i suggest going to a different place for piercings.

My piercer was awesome, she made me feel comfortable and safe while performing the piercing went above and beyond no issues with healing and she recommended the best and utmost professional way to keep my new piercing clean will absolutely be coming back for more piercings and some INK -BadAssPiercer 9-1-22

The piercing itself was great but the heavyset woman with long dark hair that pierced me had a serious attitude problem. She was so annoyed by my questions and could not care less about me being comfortable with the piercing. Super condescending and should not be working with the public

I had a great experience for getting pierced the first time at East Coast. Lexx was my piercer and she did a great job. She was very professional but also very cool and down to Earth. I walked in nervous but she made me feel so comfortable! She is so ausome definitely gonna see her again!!

Jess, is the best. Quick & painless piercings. Got 3 at once, & I can only compare it to a: highly skilled nurse w/, giving a quick shot or sumthn. It was over, in a second or 2. Highly recommended A+++.

The first time I went here I was Pierced by a girl named Jess she did my tragus helix in middle helix. Unfortunately when she did my middle helix she did it wrong and flatten my ear. However the second time I went I was pierced by a girl named Alexis.If you plan on going to East Coast plan on going to Alexis it was the most wonderful piercing experience I’ve ever had she was so clean and so friendly. I got four piercings at once and I bleed a lot when I get piercings and she had no issues keeping my ears and nose clean and getting the piercings done correctly. Seriously this girl needs a raise!!!!!

Such a great experience and definitely my go to place for all piercing needs in the future. Nate was excellent and super friendly/calm dealing with my needy self twice in one week. Was having issues with my nose piercing and another piercer down the street refused to help me out twice saying it was impossible to fix, while Nate helped me out without hesitation! great prices as well. 10/10 recommend him to anyone in the area.

Ill never go anywhere else for piercings. Jess is awesome, shes so friendly and does an amazing job. The tattoos I watch get done are absolutely fantastic. Such a great environment and staff. Really a fun place to go. Theyre also open late so you dont feel in a rush.

Please do your research before getting a piercing because I did not and I now am dealing with the consequences. Went for a nose ring and I will never return. This place is not friendly nor sterile. The older woman at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and every single customer she interacted with. She was rushing everyone to make decisions and fill out paperwork so she could eat her food on the check in / jewelry display desk. She would sigh and toss her hands in the air if people would ask her questions. My piercer was begging to go home since her shift had already ended and they forced her to stay to do more piercings so I’m not surprised that my nose ring ended up being botched, infected, and then removed. The jewelry was extremely low grade metal (it was literally corroding and leaving blue/green crust), the hoop was too small so there was no room for swelling, and the jewelry did not come from a sterile pack or an autoclave. Prices are very low because you definitely get what you’re paying for.

Stopped by to purchase a very simple septum ring. Staff was in disinterested, unknowledgeable, and unwilling to help. The customer in front of me paid for a septum piercing to be performed and then I was told they had no septum jewelry……. This place is trash like the rest of RI, don’t bother. Go to MA.

My experience at east coast tattoo and piercing was very good and comfortable however the piercers technique caused my belly button ring to sink and have to be taken out because it did not sit right in my belly button. she also pierced my septum thru the cartilage instead of slightly lower down which has made the healing more painful than expected

I have more than 1 tattoo from this place and I’m extremely disappointed. Most of them look fine, but the last 2 I got (a small piece on my arm and lettering on my back) are awful. The line work in incomplete and the lettering on my back is below average. It seems as if the needle was not far enough into my skin, yet it was painful enough to hurt me (I have 8 tattoos, i LIVE for the needle) meaning something was up. A friend came with me and got a very small tattoo. Long story short he was quite literally scarred from the terrible work done on him. Every artist treated me with respect and gave me a beautiful tattoo except for the artist whose face is covered in tattoos. Do not recommend and will not be going back.

Walked in asked for a half inch bar for my tongue. Was told that the longest they had was 7/8 and half inch was crazy long. When I tried to clarify that I was asking for something shorter than that. They doubled down and said they didnt have it. They had anything from one quarter inch to 7/8 and a half would be crazy long. What do you recommend? ? Well I recommend that 5/8. and I said okay. Ive always worn a 1/2-in bar. Thats fine. You know that a half inch is shorter than what youre offering me. They insisted that a half an inch was too long and handed me a 5/8 bar and sent me on my way. And I said hey, you know this is an eighth an inch longer than what Im asking for right? And they said were not going to fight with you. Well, Im not going to go there again either. Basic math should be a skill that a piercer has. Being rude about customer requests is a no-brainer no. Thank you.

Waste of time & money. The piercer (Fran) here RUINED my nose piercing. It was perfectly fine, just about fully healed, so I went in with a friend to change my piercing. The woman changing it was RUDE and unprofessional. She claimed she didnt have jewelry in my size, and then 10 minutes later suddenly found one in a bag in the corner of her room... The quality of jewelry here is VERY LOW. When she changed my piercing, she MANHANDLED my nose. I bled, and cried. Mixed with the low quality jewelry, and the rough handling of my piercing, I sadly now have to take out my piercing that i PAID FOR!! All because I wanted to get new jewelry. Please dont go here. They are not even APP approved.EDIT: I keep seeing MANY bad reviews about Fran being a horrible person & piercer. Rude & just plain bad at piercing. And the owner replies to every single one. YET why is she still working there? Shameful.

Went in today with my sister to get matching tattoos. Frankie was the artist and he did a really great job, my sister and I are happy with his work. He was a really chill funny dude. Definitely recommend him to anyone. Oo and my sister ended up getting her nipples Pierce by Nathan. He was hilarious and did a great job making her feel comfortable threw the little process. I will definitely be returning to this shop and will be telling people about it :)

The piercer (i cant remember her name but she had a power puff girl tattoo on her right arm and had glasses) was not too friendly, acted like she hated doing the piercing and ignored any talking. she also didnt give me any directions for after care except handing me a general piercing care paper. but on the other hand the woman at the front desk with the pink and yellow acrylic nails was super friendly and nice!

I went there to get my belly button pierced. The environment looked clean .Jess, the piercer was fast and did a good job. But it’s like she didn’t want to be bothered. She made not the slightest attempt to have a conversation with me. I tried but it felt weird so I stopped. She wasn’t rude or anything, but a smile or a little conversation would have been better considering that it was my first time getting my belly pierced. When she was done she didn’t tell me anything else, like how to clean it how long it would take to heal and what to expect etc.... She handed me a piece of paper. I felt rushed like she didn’t want to be talk to or be asked any questions. My experience over all was ok but I went on YouTube to get information I should have gotten from HER! Which is overwhelming! Hopefully everything goes well with my new piercing!

I had gotten my septum and my eyebrow pierced, the service was great and all of the staff were so friendly. They treat their customers like family!

I brought my daughter to get her nose pierced and I wasnt particularly impressed. Jess, the piercer, was efficient and did a good job, but the whole time I had the sense that shed rather be elsewhere. Neither she, nor the woman working the counter, made any attempt at coversation; and while neither one was outright rude they were not the slightest bit friendly. I feel as though the only thing that interested them was my money and I was not sorry to leave.

Good experience getting my nose pierced recently. I was in and out in under 10 minutes with no appointment on a Sunday. It looks great and no irritation or any discomfort (I follow aftercare). Can’t beat the price too.

I’ve gone to this shop in the past and have always had a great experience I got my nose and rook done three years ago here. So I choose this shop to come back to get my industrial bar done. It was a great experience the women all around, the women who pierced me was extremely friendly and was clean and professional the entire time. I highly recommend this place for fairly priced professional piercings!

Would give it a 0/5 stars if i could. Got the most horrible tattoo i have ever gotten here. And i have 7 different tattoos. On top of that, i trusted them with a memorial tattoo for my grandma that passed away. It turned out so bad I had to go to a different tattoo shop and get it completely touched up and redone. Either that or it was getting removed. Luckily, the second tattoo shop saved me and fixed it up. Looked completely different after. Mind you it was a rose that was maybe 4 inches lmao didn’t know that was that hard…..??? Wish i could remember the guy who did it but i sadly cannot.

Fran was rude and had zero bedside manner. She was on a personal call and acted as if i was an inconvenience when i asked her a simple question about my piercing. I should have left then. She rushed, was dismissive & pierced my nose incorrectly. Not even sure if it was sanitized properly. Definitely wasn’t done in the machine like rockstar body piercing. Now I have to take it out myself. I have the worst anxiety about it & a migraine to match. Avoid this place at all costs. An absolute waste of money.

Had a great experience with Lexx for my cartilage piercing! She was efficient but still personable. Will definitely go back. The person who picked up the phone seemed annoyed that I was calling so I was initially unsure but I am glad I went.

I got a third hole in my lobes by Fran! She had me confirm the placement which I appreciate. Her communication style was otherwise unspoken but I had no issues because I have more piercings and jewelry knowledge. If youre going for the ultimate professional-level experience youve gotta try somewhere more expensive than East Coast though.

I usually come here and have a great time. I always come here for walkins and they usually take me. Today i came in for a tattoo, and they told me there were two people ahead of me , so it should be about an hour- 2 hour wait . No problem, I understand tattoos take a while and things take longer than expected. I sat around for 6 hours and was there until 9:45 at night and had to reschedule to another day but already paid for my tattoo and didnt even receive it the day of . Usually a great place , just frustrated that i had a bad time .

I recently got a piercing. My piercing came out because the jewelry wasnt tightened all the way when I call to let them know the lady who answers the phone says okay what would you like me to do? How about having your piercers tighten the jewelry correctly so that way us customers dont waste 65.00 for it to come out

Ive gotten two fantastic tattoos here and one piercing. Im so glad they take walk-ins because both of them were completely random ideas that I wanted that day. They were professional and timely, however they also had some great line work and they were very clean. I highly recommend this place for all tattoo needs, especially for a walk-in tattoo. Awesome place!

Came by. They weren’t open. Waited an hour. Still not open. Says they open at 12:00 but it still wasn’t. I return later in the day, they finally opened. My nose stud came out and I needed a new one. Just a stud. $10 stud $5 for her to put it in $2 if I use a card instead of cash to pay. $17 is way overpriced for some metal and a fake stone from china. She was a bit rough putting the stud into my nose but it was done. I normally pay $7.50 for the same stud back home (NC) and they put it in free, but this was the only shop in the area and I needed the stud so the hole doesn’t close. Wouldn’t come back due to the price but the place looked cool and had pool tables. No other customers there so I got helped right away.

Got my first piercing there at first when I got it done at the store I liked the way it looked mind you it only took her like 20 seconds . but later on as I started to look at it and clean my jewelry I realize my piercing was cricket. Very disappointing it was probably cricket because she didn’t even use a clippers for my stomach as ur suppose to. But it’s not that bad until you stare at it I just have to keep moving my jewelry every five seconds so it could look straight. I probably wouldn’t go back here though. but the lady was very polite

Walking into East Coast I felt out of place nor did I feel welcomed. That was my intuition telling me to walk out and find a more professional piercing place to say the least. I got a ear piercing (biggest regret of my life) with a hoop on my cartilage which I highly do not recommend piercing with a hoop. The piercing was fine, I was cleaning my piercings just fine…until I got a small KELOID like bump on my ear. To make this short, I had to take the piercing out completely. I got the piercing Jan. 23th. It is now May 17th (nearly 4 months later) and my ear still looks swollen & the bump is still there. Plus, the girl didn’t even pierce where I wanted it and I didn’t say anything because I felt uncomfortable. I’ve taken a week’s worth of prescribed antibiotics (3x a day), prescribed ointments, still disinfecting it everyday, and the bump is still there. Call me dramatic, idc but I don’t play about my body especially not my EARS and this is now my biggest insecurity. Thanks East Coast for butchering my left ear. They shouldn’t be piercing with hoops, period. There’s more I could say about my other piercing experience but i’ll hold my peace.

I almost used their services until I witnessed somr atrocious behavior by one of the artist. His name was Trevor. While waiting mid afternoon for for tattoo, he was extremely under the influence of Marijuana and sparked up to smoke more before starting a tattoo. His language was extremely rude to customer waiting as well. Not a professional place and maybe BBB needs to investigate the cleanliness. Would not recommend

Pierced my septum crooked. did not give me the opportunity to give my opinion on placement before she stuck the needle in. sat down in the chair and 30sec later i had the needle in my nose, no assurance. taking it out and going to get it repiecered at a more professional establishment. unsanitary chair & equipment. DO NOT GO HERE.

Went in for a nose piercing and my sister went in for her belly button piercing ... front desk was pretty cool and nice she explained a few things for us .... keep in mind we were the only ones there .... piercer was getting basically agitated at the fact I was a bit nervous at first and my friends were explaining everything to me being it was my first time and she was not with it all ... literally told us “this is what we’re not doing today” .... we decided to still go through with the piercing , had a paper handed to us and she walked out the room. Not what I expected for our first experience.

UNPROFESSIONAL!! The piercer was rude .. BENT my industrial bar on PURPOSE & said it’s better for my skin that way. The next day my piercing was INFECTED! After she finished my piercing she gave me gauze and told me I’m all set to go. Didn’t even give me proper instructions on how to maintain it, change the piercing when healed, NOTHING!!! I’m so upset and now I don’t know what to do or how to fix my infected piercing that I paid $65 for.

My daughter and I went to get our Tragus pierced, I was nervous my daughter not so much she’s had more experience, but I have to say I was very impressed with the service ,we were treated very kindly and they were patient with us all around my daughter and I are pleased with the quality and professionalism that we received, you will be seeing us again!!!!! Went there on 11/20 to get a new septum ring, charged me 15 dollars, 10 for the jewelry and 5 for her to put it in. Fine gave her 20 called it a day. Woke up on 11/21 to one of the balls gone and went back she had the audacity to tell me it was gonna be 10 for the jewelry ... nope. If she had done her job right the first time around I wouldn’t have had to go back. Last time I give them my business. This place goes through piercers like women change their underwear.

Got two tattoos there at the same time one got extremely infected the quality of work was extremely poor both tattoos scabbed and now have areas that need to be touched up the infected tattoo did not look right from the beginning I have over 15 tattoos and I’m familiar with what a tattoo should look like during the healing process had to go to the doctor and receive antibiotics both tattoos are now almost healed but are Of very poor quality extremely unsatisfied would never go back again Texted the tattoo artist letting them know what happened he said things like this happen don’t bother going to the doctor and just keep it clean he said it probably happened because I rubbed my tattoo on my sheets while I was sleeping????? Seriously? Would not recommend for a tattoo

I went there a while back for nose piercing & love the results, but I felt like an inconvenience because I wasnt shown sterilization, placement, look of earring, absolutely nothing. She didnt say a word to me. It felt so cold. I understand everyone has a bad day sometimes. My daughter bugged me about getting her tounge pierced so we went. When we got there Jess was very happy very talkative very pleasant. Still didnt show sterilization of implements, but my daughter still went through with it. Unfortunately the piercing is slightly off to the side but not bad. I did notice she never checked under my daughters tounge & I know thats suppose to be done because I hade mine done & got a whole lesson on why they are suppose to do that. Now weve decided to go back for tattoos. My daughters came out nice. Luckily I can hide mine between my fingers.

Service was quick and place was open and welcoming. everyone worked at a very fast pace which was appreciated. trevor did my tattoo and he was very well mannered and helpful, and the tattoo came out just how i wanted it!

I got my ears pierced here during Covid, in early February, and it has been four months and the piercings haven’t healed. My ears have been irritated and painful this entire time, and I haven’t been able to sleep properly for months.I saw two piercers who said that they never would have pierced my ears with such a small ring. They also said the material the jewelry was made out of was cheap and was not titanium, and that that might have been the cause of some of the issues.One piercer recommended letting the holes close up and starting from scratch or putting in quality studs and seeing if that helps. He also asked me why I didn’t go to rockstar. The other piercer recommended changing the jewelry out for something high quality, which I did, and that ended up costing nearly $200. She kept saying “your poor ears” and was appalled at what was done at east coast.I went here initially because the prices at rockstar seemed a bit too high at the time, but in retrospect I would have paid any amount not to go through this.Don’t make the same mistake I did.The owner has suggested I call him, which must be a joke, because they never pick up their phone at east coast. Had they answered the phone at any point and made a sincere effort to do anything about this, I might not have left this review.

I originally had a pleasant experience here when I got my nose pierced back in April; however, my piercer forgot to tell me any aftercare instructions and after getting the piercing my mind was elsewhere. Then after a bump formed they told me to use tea tree oil. Another piercing place just told me to never use it as it’s too harsh and my nose ring was so lose in my nose that it fell out in my sleep and got lost. I’m out $100 now to get it repierced somewhere else and I have a very irritated nose from all this commotion

I got a Breast Cancer Tattoo on 8-28-16 it was the first one i ever got. I was soo scared!! The artist i had was Josh. He was very professional. I highly recommend him. If i were ever to get another one he would be the one i would go to!!Thank you Josh for doing such a nice job!! I love my tattoo so much Josh you did an awesome job!!

I have gotten a piercing here and it turned out well, but I came today trying to get a tiny tattoo and the customer service was awful. The artists and piercers are great, but the receptionists have consistently been extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not seem to even wants business for the shop and they are not accommodating at all. I don’t know if I can even come back just because of how rude the receptionists I’ve encountered are.

Had such a great experience here! Frankie did such a great job and was very very nice! Tattoo came out beautiful! ( got a bike tattoo. Matching with two other people.) The older woman at the desk was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I didn’t even bother getting pierced. When I asked to meet my piercer before committing she refused. All she cared about was getting me to pay. They may do great work but need to work on their front of house hospitality.

I wanted to get a piercing, they said they dont close until 10:00. I got there around 8:15 and the person to do the piercings had just left for the night. Why give a time if youre not going to commit to it.

Randomly stopped in on Sunday and was greeted with the most pleasant women who helped me figure out what I wanted. Then Frankie came out and took the time to draw it out and size and resize until I was completely happy with my new piece of art and its placement. Frankie did an amazing job and I couldnt be happier. Cant wait to go back to get more work done!

On a whim while visiting my daughter decided to get a tattoo I have been wanting for years... walked in and met Emily , great fun personality who than made an appointment with me for 8pm with Francis.... Francis did exactly wanted was extremely professional and quite talented!!Could not be happier !!!!

Nice people, clean shop. We only had to wait about 10 mins while another person was pierced. Then it was quickly but proficiently. Going again tomorrow for another one!

The place is clean, and the environment is friendly. Chi is excellent and very knowledgeable. He does a great job at making you feel comfortable while getting your piercings.

This was my first time getting a Tattoo and I am nothing, but pleased with East Coast Tattoing and Body. I was a little nervous at first, but when I walked into a clean place and met Josh I felt great about it. Josh was the one who did my tattoo and I give him 5 stars for his artistic skills and customer service. I will be back for another one and I highly recommend this place.

Worst experience I have ever had for a piercing. If I could give it no stars I would. Fran was incredibly rude and did the piercing wrong, and then told me it was my fault. When I tried to get a refund, she wrote a note and made me sign it to never get a piercing from there again, and I definitely won’t. Her customer service is awful and she is a rude person in general. Go anywhere but here.

DO NOT get your navel pierced here. I got mine pierced and after cleaning it out 2 times a day, it still hadn’t healed and caused me pain anytime it was moved even after 8 months so I went back to ask them to look at it and the lady who was at the front wouldn’t even look at it and said it was fine and that it would take longer. And then I went to an actual piercing place and they told me for sure that it was infected and not only that but that the jewelry that was used was a kind no legitimate piercing place uses anymore as it has ridges that cause pain when you try to take it out. They helped take it out as painlessly as possible and told me how to heal the infection. After looking at the jewelry it was obvious the metal had degraded which helped cause the infection and left a big dark scar on my stomach. NOT a good experience with their piercing. Very disappointed especially since I had gotten my nose pierced here the year before and it was perfectly fine and one of the guy piercers was very helpful at the time.

I had a terrific experience here! This shop can be a busy spot so I had to make an appointment a week ahead of time. A huge thank you to Josh Robinson for being upfront about his availability and working with my vision to ultimately produce an amazing tattoo. I highly recommend this spot!

Love this place for piercings but i got a single line tattoo last year and the guy charged me $200, i have multiple tattoos and know that the minimal tat i got shouldn’t cost that much it didn’t even take 40 minutes. i was desperate though and payed.

Very clean place, nice people. Chris pierced my nose and Frankie did a small anchor tattoo on my foot. His lines are super clean. Both experiences were great and I would definitely keep going to East Coast for anything else I get.

Ive called throughout the day regarding a piercing, the last call I placed was at 9 PM. I asked him if 9:45 would be okay to come in for a piercing while he replied yes I show up at 9:40, he looks me up and down and says, were closed. I explained we had just spoken and you said it was okay. I want to preface with I have a lot of tattoos, I know what to expect.The moment I walked in I knew I should leave, artist at the desk was rude, he had a piece he was working on for a client that was unfinished and said “now I’ll never get this done” ok, learn to manage your time my guy.Paid up front, which isn’t common but also not unheard of but this was another red flag for me bc the piece was small and basically just line work so 200$ upfront seemed a little much, but who am I to tell them how to run things.I wanted and easy, small piece, I clarified that I didn’t want much shading bc I knew it would make the piece muddy, he assured me he’d go easy on the shading.Well we’ve determined that was a lie. I’m left with what looks like an overly shaded potato on my body.I immediately texted my regular artist to set up an appointment to fix it however he could, showed him a picture and told him the story and he agreed It was awful.The artist who did the work was a nice guy but Obviously communication wasn’t clear enough. I’ll never cheat on my regular artist again. Buyer beware at this place, I’m going to go cry now.

I got my tattoo done with Anthony. I was super nervous and anxious and he talked to me the whole time through my tattoo that I didn’t feel anything and was very comfortable. He did exactly how the picture looked and added a flower band like I asked. I will deff be visiting him again to add more and for my next tattoo I’m obsessed ❤️❤️

Very disappointed at the moment, I got a conch piercing a few days ago. I was getting a weird feeling about it so I went to another piercer, and he said that the piercing was done so not straight. That I will never be able to change the jewelry, or wear a hop with it. They even used jewelry that was not suppose to be pierced with (used the same jewelry as my rook) . For some odd reason I can not post a photo of the piercing but it was suppose to be straight but its so close to skin where my ear and head connect. The piercer I got a second opinion told me to take it out so I had to take it out because it was rubbing against my head and making it bleed all the time for three days straight. I even called to gave the company a heads up I will be coming in but I know this company is also known for not giving money back and for someone that got a lot of piercing and tattoos here I am shocked about it. I have not gone to the place yet to try and fight it but I will be going tonight, I will keep an update on if they do give my money back .

East Coast and their staff go above and beyond. They are so helpful, friendly and stand by their work 100%. Fran was absolutely amazing! She is so knowledgeable, kind and absolutely excellent at what she does!I will definitely be a repeat customer and I will highly reccomend choosing East Coast!

Just got my nipples pierced by Jess two days ago and had to go back yesterday because one was not where it was supposed to be. It had my nipple pointing to the side. The other side looks a lil deeper than it should be too but ill deal.She was friendly and nice. Didnt have a problem with repeircing it for me. The price was good. I got a peice of paper to tell me how to clean and care for it, i feel she should be a little more informative about what to do afterwards.Places ive been in past years had told me ; to do this, not to do that. Yes i said i have had other piercings so i know the basics, but instead of just being handed a paper after it was done, I would have liked a conversation to go with it about how to take care of a new piercing. Just saying it would have made me feel more secure that i went to the right place. Other than that i liked the place and people. Not bad.

I paid full price for a big piece one of the tattoo artist started on me but didn’t get to finish know he is gone and I’ve been calling trying to speak to the owner all week about what steps will be taken next and it seems like he is avoiding my calls? He is usually there a lot but all last week and this week I’ve been getting the same run around about how he’s not there call tomorrow then the next day then the next day . It’s not very professional and I just want the big piece finished on me that I paid full price for !

I am a picky person and I love how my tattoo turned out. I showed up and told the guy I wanted a Gucci monogram on my finger and he helped me find an image of the monogram I wanted. It looks perfect and I love it. It was a great experience overall for my first tattoo. 10/10

I walked in, had an idea. Met with Frankie( super freaking kool) and got it done, hands down an awesome place!! They have a juke box which still plays music, pool tables, I also saw the arcade game. They can get busy at times, thats why its best to make an appointment. Go visit them if you think youre worthy!!

I’ve been in this place for a couple times and I have to say Josh is my to go to. He’s the best, Can’t even feel the pain lol. But, today I went and he was doing a job that was going to take 5 hrs. Frankie tattooed me and he also did an AMAZING job. I highly recommend both of them.

She wasn’t the most friendly person not rude at all but not friendly. Went for the price. Got my nipples pierced and she made she it was very fast, which was very needed. But she didn’t tell me how to take care of the piercings at all.

Hopefully they will be reasonable and give me a refund for my crooked piercing. Fingers crossed. The woman at the desk told,me to come back in a week if i was still unhappy. Its not going to straighten itself, so ill still be unhappy and will be going back.

Very unique inside. Lounge area and pool tables was. I Was greeted nicely the process for getting my piercings was hassle free and affordable didn’t have to wait and extremely long time all in all it was a awesome experience I will recommend and will go there in the future for more :)

I just had a nose piercing done and my sister had 3 ear piercings done by Fran. SHE WAS AMAZING!!! She walks you through the entire process step by step and the piercing is so fast. Fran makes it almost painless. I will DEFINITLEY be back!!!!

Very spacious, private, and professional atmosphere. Tons of room in the waiting area and theres even pool tables/video games to occupy guests! Went for navel piercing and prices were very competitive (the lowest we found because price includes jewelry). Parking was annoying but worth the headache!

I looked up a few places in the area and called. This one not only had the best price, but it was quick, comfortable atmosphere, and she was a pro! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great, safe, and clean piercing! 🤙

Wish I read the reviews before I went. The tattoo I got looks like my second grader did. Would not recommend this place to anyone. $200 for a small hand tattoo and not get it right is awful. And they make you pre pay. 0 stars

The wait was a little long and the building was very cold 🥶 but the guy with the tatted face did an amazing job our tattoos i wish we got his social the experience was awesome and we will definitely be coming back soon

Really good, they would of gotten a 5 star but they didn’t explain much and the workers used unprofessional language and were kinda unfriendly. i got my rook pierced and it was really good and painless. they didn’t look that happy and were blasé.

This is a great place that is one of the few places that actually takes walk-ins. Great atmosphere to clean facility good guys.

They totally overpriced their work and there was only one person there and he was rude charging over 400$ for something that wasnt even a big tattoo.what a 🤡, i think he was trying to make his weeks pay with me. so i decide to get it done down the street from them.

Will never go back , elder lady at front desk was incredibly rude to me and my group of friends just trying to get a piercing. Tried to ask her a question she looks and walks away without answering. Gave us a hard time since the moment we stepped in. Unprofessional

I was overcharged for a small tattoo. That was done very badly. Definitely not what I expected from aPROFESSIONAL tattoo parlor. I was really disappointed, and the owners chase you around to listen to conversation between you and your artist. Overall it was a weird,sad experience.

Got my septum pieced by Jess, very quick and as painless as possible. Loved the atmosphere and set up. The bathroom trashcan had googly eyes. :)

Went by there over the weekend. Got a piercing. Not a welcoming staff and very unprofessional. Just allowed me to walk out without giving any instructions on how to keep the piercing clean and sanitized and piercing was bleeding so much the women gave me a gauze and told me I was all set. Horrible visit will never return.

Just got my septum pierced and its placed way too low :( should be pierced higher so its snug and doesnt stuck so far out my nose. the piercer was friendly though. hopefully I can get it fixed because the placement is extremely incorrect.update: I went back in the next day and they were super understanding and gave me a voucher to get my septum repierced once the first hole heals up. very satisfyed :)

Called for an appointment & the man who answered said they only do walk-ins, although whoever is running their Facebook page commented to multiple people that they should call for an appointment. The man on the phone said that info was outdated, even though it was posted this month. He said he doesnt know why that was written. Would recommend the shop figures out a more consistent communication because I wouldve loved to come here but will now find somewhere else.

Piercing: In and out in 10 mins and was not painful! Jessica is a boss. Would come back + recommend to my friends who want a place that is straightforward and easy.

Ashley gave me a vertical labret back in January and it’s healed beautifully!! She also has super cute Juniper the fox stuff which is wicked awesome! Plan on stopping by tomorrow to pierce my tongue !!

The artist I scheduled an appointment with was over an hour late. The artists that were currently present were unhelpful and lacked basic customer service skills. The staff handled the situation in an unprofessional way and due to this I am absolutely dissatisfied with my experience here. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Lexx was super comfortable and chill. I got my septum done at another salon and they messed but she did it right this time and did a good job. Deff going back soon.

Just got my septum pierced and its been painful ever since :( the placement is way too low and not through the sweet spot where it should be. the piercer was super sweet and friendly but i dont think she pierced it in the right place, it hurts way more than it should

Got a snake eye piercing here she did it so quick she didnt check if it was straight totally loop sided had to keep it like that nd the bar she put me was small but i had no chooce 2weeks later i had swallowed nd could fit her bar so i got a new one but its so loopsided that i cant fit anything else in it ill never go there again the one in cranston does a much better job for a much resonable priceNah my problem wasn’t w aftercare it was with a very lopsided piercing with a short bar it was cared for but removed after not being able to put another bar through because it was lopsided

I waited almost a full hour just to buy some new jewelry for my piercing. Multiple people who had come in after me were helped before me. Ended up leaving with nothing and was never helped. Im extremely disappointed and irritated from wasting my time.

I arrived at 12 like its opening hours stated. Waited for half a hour in the heat, no one was there. Very disappointed because I only had enough money to spare for a lift there and back one time. Not cool.If youre going to this location make sure you call before heading out because they arent punctual.

The guy who did my tattoo was very nice but he messed up on one letter which is really bothering me. They also charged me $200 for a small/medium tattoo, definitely not worth the price.

GOT SOME PIERCINGS DONE YESTERDAY AND IM IN LOVE WITH THEM. JESS WAS SUPER NICE AND PROFFESIONAL. DIDNT CATCH HIS NAME BUT I REMEMBER HE HAS A LOT OF TATTOOS AND WAS AT THE FRONT DESK, HE WAS SUPER CHILL AND FUNNY. TOO BAD THE CHANGE MACHINE WAS BROKEN SO ME AND MY FIANCE COULDNT PLAY POOL (WOULDVE BEEN FUN TO PLAY THERE). HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO GET ANYTHING DONE.

Lexx was just a ray of sunlight, I really went in looking for advice on getting my septum pierced, and let me tell you the comfort I felt with her, for someone who is extremely anxious when it comes to needles.. she’s just a beautiful soul in general, anways I made an appointment for Wednesday with Lexx and I can’t wait to see that goes :)

Navel and nipple piercings here are a NO GO they’ use the wrong jewelry, they don’t offer internally threaded jewelry. They only offer externally threaded jewelry which should be avoided and causes irritation and pain... and my piercer was rude and impatient

Whoever is managing this place needs to be fired! I had a piercing done about a month ago so I called in to inquire about changing rings she left me on hold for five minutes all the while cursing her employees out and actually had a customer leave due to her horrible attitude! I had to hang up and call back and when I did she was still very rude I told her I will go somewhere els and hung up! No customer service skills what so ever!

Myself and two of my friends got piercings there today and the piercer was very personable, and showed alot of care for their clients.

My re piercing experience with Jessica was great. She is great at what she does. Will definitely be back for another piercing.

I just spoke with the owner about an issue I was having with an ongoing infection in my anti-tragus piercing that was done on 5/27/18 (the infection was no fault of the shop) --He was very knowledgeable and accommodating, and gave me good advice and a realistic outlook of my situation. I would go here again for a piercing.

My tongue piercing was done Crooked and it felt like once it started healing that there was a string inside my tongue being pulled every time I talked ate or moved it. I tried calling but nobodys answering the phone

Absolutely horrible. I called earlier in the day to confirm availability and when I showed up WELL before closing time they were closed. This has happened twice now. The staff leaves whenever they see fit and completely disregards the business hours. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I got a memorial tat for my cat last night and it came out terrible. I called 2day 2 speak w the owner but he wasnt there. I dont believe this is able to b fixed. And it cost me 150!!! Can sum1 trll me when the owner will b there

Went to the parlor right when they opened because I was on lunch to change piercings and there piercer didn’t come in until 1:30 and then there’s no parking and you have to pay

Don’t bother making an appointment. Made an appointment with the artist personally yesterday for 8pm tonight, put a deposit down, showed up 15 min early and the artist left for the day. Gave 1star only cause they refunded my deposit. Completely disgusted with this place and the artist.
