The employee Morgan was absolutely amazing! She was so calm and patient to pierce my nose and made me feel less anxious! Wow she really did a great job!! Give this girl a raise! Her smile and energy was amazing!

The girls that did my daughters ears were awesome. Wish there were some more cheaper options like 40-50$ range for piercing, ended paying 85$. Yet our experience was great.

Its ok, seems like its more the little ones an teens. But its prices are high. I am not happy about the $13nails that are thin as paper broke doing the littlest things an is ridiculous an over paid.

Staff was fantastic with my 5 year old daughter for her ear piercing. They went through the entire process step by step with me and with her. They were very clean, especially impressed with how things were handled give the current COVID situation. Highly recommend!

Although I didnt visit your store Im leaving this review because of one of your employees. Her name is Jennifer and I met her at an event that I was catering at in Reading. I asked her where she got an item that she had and she said they were selling them at the event but said I could purchase the same item at her work for a much better deal. Her excitement as she informed me of all the items that can be found at Claires was awesome. Its obvious she likes her job. Its refreshing when you see a younger person so enthusiastic about working. As a small businessman who employs young people I notice these things.

My daughter got her second holes done last minute tonight and I’m so glad we choose Claire’s! Not only was the price fair, Pierre (the piercer) was seriously fantastic!!!! Ask for him to do yours or your child’s ear piercing, you’ll leave with a smile, I guarantee it 😊

Stephanie is so sweet, she Pierced my sons ears, shes so professional and attentive to everyone in the store. Not to mention she was working all alone.

This is the place to go for all your granddaughters! They have all youre looking for plus more! Its hard to leave here empty handed thats for sure!
