Marilyn and Hannah were absolutely amazing. My daughter said it didnt hurt at all.

She was so helpful and very polite. Helped me make the best choice for a birthday gift and was able to answer any of my questions. She did a great job during my visit I will definitely be back again.

Great experience, my 5 year was nervous but the ladies who pierced her ears were super warm and friendly with her. Their reassurance put her at ease quickly and her ears look great!

Took my daughter in this past Sunday to get her ears re pierced. Hannah and another associate were very kind and detailed with my daughter, easing all her worries. We will be back for sure. Great job Ladies!

I took my 10 month old granddaughter to have her ears pierced. The girl piercing was lovely, unfortunately she pierced her with the incorrect earrings. I chose the diamonds and she pierced with the gold studs. My daughter and I were upset. We were not apologized to by the manager, she was not empathetic nor did she try to help make the situation better. She wanted to repierce an infant with the correct earrings. That was definitely not an option!

I took my sister (21) and my daughter (8) for ear piercing today. Employee #13538824 was a fantastic professional that addressed our situation and completed our visit with exceptional service.

Went here on 7/19 & 7/21 to look for some earrings for my kids. I didnt even bother to stop and look WHY because 3 employees both days sit on top of the counters. After shopping in the mall for quite some time I thought maybe to go back and all 3 were still sitting in the same spot on the glass ... Ill never shop there again. Pagoda management needs to nip this in the ass very unprofessional

Would have got a piercing just now but the tall young man with blond highlights was so busy talking to his friends who were eating at the counter. He looked right at me, never asked me if I needed help, I had to figure out what side had the information where piercing earrings were. Even when I verbally said oh thats how much it cost to get his attention...he still was into talking to his girls. So anyone that focus on their company while on the clock can not touch me. He clearly doesnt pay attention. He also is a bad reflection of the company. B

Great overall experience with staff, and they were very nice about your peircings. They always ask your opinion before peircing, and if youre under 18, they ask your parents opinion. Definitly reccomend, I adore my second peircings, and so do my friends! Not overly costly either! Definitly 100% reccomend.

I got my nose peirced there uneven job. Went back to get some jewelery and since i have no clue what im looking for i had questions got attitude the hole time bought a set of studs that i love. Went back again to try to find something else. I bought a set of straight post nose stids. I got them home. The one bent as soon as i touched. The box said it was 20g it was not. When i took it back an hr later the girls at the stand didnt believe me and refused to help me. They told me a bunch of lies. So i went over to the other stand the guy was so nice and the girl with him helped me pick something to exchange it for..

The woman who pierced my daughters ears was so kind and compassionate. My daughter was scared as first but ended up doing great!

The ladies at banter always take care of me and answers all of my crazy questions. thank you girls!

They have terrible service, or at least the girl who helped me, seems to hate her job and looks bad all the time. I asked her if they were silver and she answered yes and oh surprise, I havent worn them for even a week and this thing turned completely black. the nose piercing. I would NEVER shop here again and I recommend staying away from this place and buying your jewelry somewhere else.
