I dunno which I love more… my 3 new piercings (septum and both daiths) or hanging with Tai! She’s just the best. Totally super cautious, safe and professional and a totally fun and super authentic girl. Like we try to find reasons to swing by the shop just to see her. Lol. Will def be back for her to poke and fill more holes in our faces! If youre on the fence… just do it and book with Tai.

I got my daith done by Tai two weeks ago, she was so sweet the entire visit and thoroughly explained each part of the piercing process, as well as provided me with cleaning instructions to follow for the next couple of months. I even had a couple of questions regarding my piercing today, since it is my first one and I wanted to make sure it was healing properly and she quickly answered my message on Instagram. The best customer service and attitude!!

Tai pierced my 5 year old daughters ears today & the experience was phenomenal! She explained every detail before she did it, and asked if it was okay before she proceeded. The piercing was quick & done extremely well. Everything was sanitized & her area was free of clutter. We felt very welcomed & safe there. Tai praised my daughter for her bravery after everything was over & the shared a big hug 🤗 We will send everyone to her, she was wonderful to work with!

I have a tummy, and I was told by my old piercer that I didn’t have “the right anatomy” for a bellybutton piercing. Tai literally set me up with the perfect placement, perfect jewelry for my anatomy, and it healed SO quick and easy. Also, Tai was sweet and funny as heck. Tai was very sweet, and customer service was wonderful. I had my upper lobe and conch done. She was gentle and quick about it. I definitely need to get poked by her again, and I recommend her!

Definitely will be coming back for my piercings. 100% recommend!! She was very friendly and clearly knows what she’s doing. You can also tell she takes her time to make sure everything is clean and has the intention of give her customers 100% satisfaction.

Super kind knowledgeable, respectful, sanitary, walked me through each step & made it as fast/efficient as possible. I LOVED that she guided me with deep breathing. I came here around a month as a walk in for a medusa. Tai is very meticulous when it comes to cleaning and the equipment they use and I am still very appreciative of that hence the 2 stars. My medusa looked crooked and too close to my outer mouth and I reached out via email and felt reassured but also confused. The explanation felt very round about, but I hoped to get clarification when swelling was down and I could go in for a down size. I made an appointment for 1:30 when their books opened that day at 12 (appt made around 11 that day). Once I arrived they were nowhere to be seen. I sent a text after 10mins of waiting (in case they were cleaning the area). They responded they were out getting gloves and wouldn’t be back for 10ish more minutes. That’s already my appt time gone.… I wasn’t able to change my jewelry due to them not having it in stock (this is fine because I didn’t realize I should have specified in my notes to them). But it’s that I was there for 10mins and they weren’t even in the shop and I wasn’t even notified… fast forward to now. I still felt my medusa was crooked (especially when I smiled) and decided to go to the laughing Buddha in ONT to get it checked out. It is crooked. The entrance and exit holes are not lined up correctly. Yes I was asked if it was centered on the top of my lip. And it was centered on the top, the issue was the exit hole of the piercing, which I couldn’t have seen during the process. I had to take it out and let it heal before I can have it pierced again. Currently massaging the lump it left on the inside of lip and doing warm water soaks. I just felt I should leave a review because the other piercer stressed about placement on lip piercings due to gums and teeth. Just to end on a better note. They are really clean and open brand new packaging each time and respond quickly.

Tai is awesome, funny, upfront, and honest.. Had me laughing before I was pinched by the needle but still had me laughing after. Will definitely go back for more piercings... Not gonna lie getting the nipple pierced twice isnt that fun, but Tai made it entertaining.. Thank you for the pinch 😜

The people were nice but the women who did my snake bites did them completely wrong. The piercings are way to close together & one is higher than the other. She used a tool to measure it and yet it’s still to close together. I do not recommend getting a facial piercing from here, maybe something small like a nose or ear piercing but anything else is risky.Hi i don’t really see the need to contact anyone since the piercings are already done, with permanent scaring. I think it’s understandable to not want to go back to a place where I felt dissatisfied. I just left a review with my experience to let others know.

Came in to get a tragus piercings on both ears. Met with tai she explained the process throughly and very detailed. She was very professional, she showed me the needles used during the process to make sure they were not open and that they were new. She made you feel very comfortable before and during the piercing. The piercing experience was great, her needles glide like butter 🧈. I was very pleased with everything and honestly wouldn’t go to anyone else for my piercings. She will keep you up too date and give you detailed instructions for your healing process. She very professional and very friendly. Her work area is very clean and sanitized. Hit her up for you piercings you won’t regret it. 10/10
