I came in not knowing what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone there was very professional, welcoming and kind. I will tell EVERYONE about this place. A true gem in my hometown. Love you guys!!!!!!Carlos was FANTASTIC!!!!! I cannot say enough about his work. He blew me away!!!! His work exceeded my expectations. I will be back!!!!!!!

Some lady Kathy gave me the most horrible tattoo on my arm. Ive gotten about 20 tattoo Lazer removal sessions. Some heavy set guy with big piercings there too gave my husband another horrible tattoo. Do not set foot in that so called shop.

Great first time experience! Kimberly was super helpful, answered all questions and thoroughly went through after care. Me and my niece got piercings on the same day. She got her nose and septum for myself. Everything was clean and sterile, she disinfected between our piercings and wss very professional. I will definitely be going back for all my piercing needs!

Tattoo_chan (on Instagram) has done all three of these tattoos. He’s amazing with the colors on brown skin!🥰He has an awesome personality and he’s reasonably priced. The eye of Horus is a coverup and he killed that as well!10/10 Do Recommend!

Came here just for help to change the earrings on my baby and everyone here was amazing! I looked at their jewelery selection and loved the options. I plan to come here when I want more piercings, jewelery, or even tattoos for myself!

Kind of disappointed, went there for 2 different piercings. last year I got my nipples pierced & they ended up being non symmetrical so I took them out. recently, maybe a couple of months ago, I got the other side of my nose pierced. the piercer was very nice & took a tool to match up the position of my other current nose piercing to be symmetrical with eachother. the experience with the piercer was lovely, but not the piercing. just recently I went to change my stud to a hoop & the newer piercing was WAY off from my existing one. It wasnt even close in position, if it was I wouldnt have minded much, but there was a HUGE placement difference. it was hard to tell at first with a stud because the jewel was alittle big. apart from the very nice piercers Ive had, I dont think Ill be coming back for another piercing at this location.

Walked in to get 2 ear piercings JC was very chill and professional. He had my Rook and Tragus piercing done in no time. I believe he is currently the only one in the shop that takes cash or card but I would still recommend just bringing cash. And tips are always nice 👌🏼

I get all my work done here by elvis. Almost have my arm filled up by his art. Hes amazing at freestyle art too ! Really clean place. Nothing but amazing reviews for this place.

Im giving two stars because years ago I had a good experience here. Today was definitely a zero star day though. I called Friday to make sure covid hadnt changed their piercing policy. That it was still walk in and I also wanted to know what time the piercer was available. The man on the phone was very nice and gave me all the info. I bring my 13yr old in today, her birthday, to have her ears pierced. We arrive a hour and a half before the piercer is off and there are four people already waiting for piercings. I was told that their were too many people in line already so we wouldnt be able to be taken today and I was also informed that the piercer wont do piercings on someone as young at my daughter (13). I wasnt told this when I called and now I have a very disappointed birthday girl. When a customer calls please give them all the information. I was told to come in between 2:30-5 on Sunday. Only to get there and be told the piercer refuses to work after 5 and that that my daughters appointment would probably run just past 5 (mind you we arrived at 3:30, its not like we walked in at 4:50) and that my daughter was too young for the piercer to deal with. I was told they have a second piercer there on different days who is willing to pierce a minors ears, but I would rather find another business to take her to.

I had been wanting to get my nose re-pierced for a while. Called in ahead and they said the piercer would be in so I rolled through. Couldnt find a good spot to lock up my bike so started locking it up on the street when a couple of guys who work there, must have been on break or something, suggested I lock it up in the back where it would be safer and under the watch of their parking lot camera. Gotta love when people look out for you like that, so I already had good vibes and I hadnt event walked in.Once I got in and filled out the release, the piercer came through and brought me back to get poked. She swabbed my nose, and got to business. Clean, quick and about as painless as having a nose hair plucked. Im horrible with names, but the lady who pierced my nose was nice, and super down to earth. She proceeded to let me know how to take care of it, charged me and I was out the door. The whole process was really quick. Needless to say, Im super happy with the outcome! It was only $50, which I thought was pretty reasonable for a professional piercing + jewelry + great service. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

I was nervous to get my nose pierced but have been wanting to for a long time. Kimberly did my piercing. She asked me what side I wanted it on and I said my left. She ended up doing it on my right side because it was her left side I’m assuming. I was very nervous so I did not even notice until I left. I was not upset since I liked how it came out. She was very nice and was always checking to see how I was doing which I appreciated. Overall, I’m happy with my experience there!

Aracely killed it! She pierced my belly button is less than 60 seconds with zero pain. I didn’t even notice it was done until she screwed the jewelry on. Definitely recommend for piercings.

First time we came here was for my daughters first tattoo. Then recently went back for piercings for myself and my daughters. Always such a warming experience. Everyone is super friendly. And very professional! Will definitely be returning!

First of all, the receptionists were very nice and warming! I love professional workers especially at places like this. Everything was clean and great energy from the staff😊😊. Oh yeah, the music was great too lol. Now for my piercing artist, Kimberly was great!!! Pierced my nose with the two piercings I wanted fast and easy! She was so sweet I just had to give her a tip. I always appreciate great artists and I can tell she’s really passionate about what she does! I love my new nose piercings and it didn’t hurt that bad. I love how she knew exactly what to do right off the bat that’s not easy to come by! She takes her work seriously and she put me first throughout the whole process! I will be going to her for any future piercings and I will refer her to my family and friends 😁😁. A+++++

Total bait and switch tactic over measly $10 its just the whole point today we called to get belly button piercing and literally walked in to the place 5 minutes after we spoke to them after they quoted us $50 short answered girl said you got the wrong place we charge $60 its always been $60 we confirmed by me redialing that we called and they still with a short attitude said no I dont know what youre talking about so prepared to at least be lied to I know its only $10 but its just the whole point specifically the attitude that they have

Had an appointment one day with Dominik and was bailed on last minute and offered to come again the next day for a tattoo and a free small one. The next day comes around I text him to make sure we’re good for my appointment first he pretends to not know what I’m talking about then bails on giving me a tattoo at all and said I can come back and ask someone else. Never have I had such horrible service, definitely would not recommend, won’t be returning.

Got my first ever tattoo done by Ivonne and it could not have gone better. The shop is comfortable and everyone I interacted with was very friendly and welcoming. Not at all what I anticipated my first tattoo experience to be but in the absolute best way possible. I love my little ladybug and I plan on coming back soon to get some more ink!

We went to have our girls ears pierced here and it was a wonderful experience. Staff were kind and patient. When we were done my girls ages 8 and 5 said, that didnt hurt! Thank you Mission Tattoo for making this a great experience for my kids.

I got 2 tattoos and an industrial piercing there, the place is clean and I felt comfortable at all times. I like that they were professional and respectful, I never felt pressure to settle for something I wasnt totally happy with like other places.That being said, some advice especially for getting a tattoo for the first time. Be decisive or youll drive yourself and the artist crazy but also be willing to compromise a little if needed.My only critique is that the parking isnt great

I just came in today to get my nose piercing! Needless to say that Kim (@saturnineincision), was the sweetest and super professional! she talked me through all the steps and allowed me to explain to her what I wanted. I 10/10 recommend her for anyone wanting to get pierced. The shop is really clean and professional, I arrived at around 11:45 and they let me walk right in even though they open at 12.

I took my 14 year old daughter to get her nose pierced they were very professional fast and steady hands which meant less pain. Would highly recommend any of their services very professional staff a plus rating of my book five stars

Just took my 5 year old to get her ears pierced. The lady was so nice, kind and friendly to her. She did a great job. Very clean and sanitized. She told her what she was going to do. I highly recommend taking you kid here to get there ears pierced.

I took my 11 yr old daughter in for 2 piercings on the cartilage of her ear. The guy (didnt get his name) who did her piercing was very professional and made my daughter feel comfortable. He explained what was going to happen and while it was happening. We will be going back to get her other ear done. Thank you!

My piercer Javier was so sweet! I was getting two piercings in my ear and he was super friendly and was talking to me through the whole thing. He explained to me what every tool was and what he was doing. It was an amazing experience and I will come back in the future!

Awesome experience! The place was really clean and the employees were extremely nice. I get my septum pierced by Zeita... will definitely be going back to her again. She walked me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I have been here a few times. The most recent was for a nose piercing, the young lady who pierced my nose was super friendly and made me feel comfortable.The whole thing was so fast took less than five minutes(signing paperwork, piercing and aftercare instructions). So far piercing has not gotten infected, still in my nose and looks cute.

I had my first piece done today, my artist was Sam. I cant say enough good things about him and the work he did. The studio is very clean. I was impressed with the clean (aseptic) techniques he used with the product used as well as the equipment. Not a big fan of the music in the studio, but I brought my own. :)

I took my girls to get their cartlidge pierced. Although we couldn’t make an appointment, we didn’t have to wait too long. Aracely did the piercing. She was very professional and my young teens were very happy with her and their results!

My cousin got his industrial piercing here and she didn’t give him a warning when she was gonna pierce his ear so that was funny. Really clean shop and everyone is super friendly. Got piercings here before and a tattoo before so definitely recommend it here.

Got my ears pierced here a week ago. They were very helpful. I was a bit nervous she was very reassuring it would be quick and not very painful.

My daughter and I came in to get our ears pierced together and it was a great experience! JC is great with kids and the piercings look great. Hes quick, clean and precise. The only thing I would warn is on the pricing. I didnt call to confirm the cost prior to going, it was kind of a whim thing, but I was surprised how much piercings cost now. Mind you, it has been over 15 years since Ive had piercings done so I didnt have much of an idea really, was just very surprised. Still, the work and cleanliness is worth what you pay and I am happy with our experience. Thank you!

Every time Ive been here has been a wonderful experience. So far Ive had both my ears pierced here, my septum done, as well as a handful of tattoos and everything has been so well done. I love coming to Mission!

Leaving 2 stars because the lady who pierced my childrens ears was very nice and patient with them, However previous to coming in I called not once but twice to confirm the pricing of the piercings. The gentleman who answered specifically said 80 total for both piercings including ear rings, I verified it to make sure before going in. Once it came to payment I was told in fact that it was 90 per child, when i asked the gentleman why he had said 80 instead he acted very rude towards me, and made it seem like I was imposing on him and even had the audacity ask me why I hadnt asked the price when I had called to make certain of the price before driving 30 minutes to the shop. I regret that this experience wasnt how I had planned since the lady was very apologetic towards me and sweet but I would suggest anyone to verify the pricing since clearly they are not all aware of them.

The workers are so nice and amazing, i went there with my older sister to get out nose pierced, the lady was very nice and talked to us, she was very quick it only took like 20 minutes for 2 piercings!!

The girl who pierced my nose over charged I do not reccomend people to go here . The management person replied back to my review and was upset so he decide to say that I threaten them for a bad review and that I was being rude to the piercer. I was actually very polite and had a great conversation with Her . I gave a 1 star review because I know it was over charged. I never asked to get a discount so I dont appreciate the false response i got back from the company , I defently stand with my 1 star review.

I got my smiley piercing done today and I waited almost an hour after being told the wait was 25 minutes. Finally they called me back and the lady was nice but she didn’t pierce it right at first . She took the needle out and tried to force the jewelry in and when it didn’t go in she pierced it again and she tried to blame it on me and said that I was moving even though I have a video and I clearly did not move and it was her mistake. Luckily the piercing came out even.

Kevin was our artist. We had three of us walk in for tattoos and he took our idea and ran with it. He was professional and followed all cleaning procedures. Our tattoos look amazing and we had a great time hanging out while getting them!

Had an appointment with an artist named Ana (bab3str on insta) canceled without notice. found out when i called the shop to let them know we were on our way. the lady who answered the phone was rude and unapologetic. refused to give us any info about the reason for the cancellation or tell us the shop’s policy on refunds. just kept saying to contact the artist. Really disappointed, but I did get a full refund.

I went in today in order to get a,daith piercing after hearing that it could possibly aide in migraine reductions. Nick, was excellent! He made sure that it was something that I would be willing to commit to, (even with the possibility of it not working), kept me laughing, and was very professional. Highly recommended and will most definitely be returning!

They had great service. Two ladies helped me out and they were both the sweetest. I got my nose piercing done back in october and i havent had ANY problems with it.

I think my eyebrow piercing was placed incorrectly. It goes through my eyebrow and is very close together. I havent done anything like pull or hurt my piercing but it still looks like this after a year of healing :( sad to say Im disappointed on how it looks. even after a year i cant grow to like it. I hope this comment helps anyone considering getting a piercing done here

Ive never been to this place before and I saw that they close at 9pm. I arrived at round 8:10. The open sign was flashing but the doors were locked. I called and knocked a few good times and got ignored. As I left I turned around and saw someone come to the counter and walked away. I went right back and knocked and called and still got ignored. Wouldnt know if they accepted walk ins or not if they answered the phone. All I wanted was a piercing which would only take 10minutes. Never coming back here. Mind you I walked 24minutes in the cold to get here.

The artist Araceli was very knowledgeable and professional. They take walk ins and the price is reasonable. The shop is very clean and organized. Would recommend. Overall I’m very happy with my experience.

Great place to go. I got a septum piercing from some other place and it was to small and was cutting into my nose. Got to Mission tattoo and they took me right away and my nose is so much better and feels great.

I got a philtrum (medusa) piercing here and it was a great experience. Nice clean shop with friendly staff. They even replaced my jewelry a few days later when my lip swelled. I would definitely return.

Mission tattoo and piercings is a great place. I 100% give it 5 stars! my mom and i love going there to get piercings and the piercer Javie is just wonderful, hes not out just to get your money. He truly loves what he does and wants to satisfy all his customers, Also my mom and i are nurses so we know how important it is for things to be sterile and Javie is right on it. I use to go to other places in sanbernardino until i tried this place. I live in Colton and will drive to Riverside to my favorite piercer because i know he will take great care of me and hes very trust worthy :) good work guys!!

I came in for a daith piercing for mi migraines and got both of my ears pierced almost 3 months ago and havent gotten a migraine at all!! I really recommend this place specially if you suffer from migraines!!! Ask for Zeita!!!

Brought in my deposit, than left my design and font style on paper. Came back the design was not what i wanted and he did not match my font style. Not problem use this font and a different name (it has the same amount of letter as the previous name). They said no. So i lost my deposit. Even if i did not like the design. It was just a name..... : (

Im from out of state. I got a memorial Tat for my dad. I gave Vaughn my idea .He perfected it onto my skin. Much thanks to Vaughn and his talent.

Customer service was horrible, they dont answer the phone , drove all the way from perris because a family member told me they were open, when i got there the door was locked and the employees were on there phones and sitting down and they told me the were busy. Which i can clearly see they werent. I always came to get my ink done there but now im taking my business elswhere .

The lady who just treated me did not want to sell me the piercing that I wanted. Probably because I am Hispanic and speak Spanish and I have brown skin.My wife speaks English and we told her many times that we wanted the larger version of the piercing and she didnt want it.VERY BAD TREATMENT
