Just had my consultation yesterday in Riverside-La Sierra with Roger and then my first session today with Jasmine. Had a really great experience at this location. The customer service was outstanding they went above and beyond. Jasmine really help me feel at ease with my first session. I was 100% happy with my 1st results!! I was scared and nervous at first and worried it would hurt but it actually wasn’t at bad at all it went smoothly. I’m looking forward to coming back for my next sessions! Thank you Removery! Best decision I’ve ever made!

I had a really great experience, I consulted with Roger for my first consultation he was very informative. I felt like I didn’t have any questions when he was done explaining because he covered everything. The removal cost is at a very reasonable price compared to other places and I would recommend for anyone considering a tattoo removal to go see them as they will make you it all so much easier and attainable. Thank you for your help and I can not wait to see where I am at with the process in a year.

Removery of Riverside just earned a loyal customer and promoter. I needed to bring a severely disabled family member to my appointment. When she had a meltdown, the staff went above and beyond to help us and then developed a great plan with a great price to do my removal.

I went in person to request a consultation because I thought I’d be harassed by requesting information through their advertising. I was not expecting Removery to be THIS professional. Roger explained the procedure, cost options, answered all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable. This is a company run by respectable medical professionals- NOT sleazy salesmen. I felt safe and never pressured at any point. I’ve had my consultation and have scheduled a procedure. I am so excited for my next appointment.

Roger was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to! I came in for a consultation for two tattoos on my back and he was so helpful in getting me the best price possible. I definitely recommend Removery and I’m so excited to begin my tattoo removal journey with them!

I had a great consultation with Roger for a few of my tattoos. He thoroughly reviewed my answers from my questionnaire and followed up with certain questions pertaining to my health. I am in the process of IUI and he made me aware I would not be able to do any treatments if I became pregnant. I appreciated his concern and he let me know my options. As of now, I am holding off on moving forward but feel comfortable moving forward with Removery in the future.

It was easy to book an appointment, and full transparency by a knowledgeable professional. They want you to feel comfortable about the process and inform you a Nurse is who performs the laser removal, as well as answer any questions you may have. The nurse will tell you how to treat and care for your treatment on the day of your session however this information is also spoken about on the day of your initial free consultation.

Wow! I don’t even know how to start. I had my consult with Roger. He was kind and very knowledgeable. The office in riverside is clean and relaxing. They definitely make you comfortable and answers all your questions. I’d recommend this company over and over again. 1000/10

Love my experience so far! The consultation was pretty fast and I was clearly explained all my options. Having had removal elsewhere prior to this, the prices here are very reasonable! A week later I came back for the actual removal and wow! The fastest I’ve ever had it done! Looking forward to the rest of my sessions :)

Stephanie is awesome, she makes every appointment chill and stress-free. I took advantage of a black Friday deal and got a total removal package for the same cost as a package of only a few sessions at my local dermatologist, and they dont offer the service of an RN using the laser. Hands down best choice I could have made for myself. Im very excited to see the tattoos fade.

I got a tattoo on my face and regretted it instantly. I’ve had it for awhile and I finally decided to get it removed. I’ve almost had one other tattoo removed because it was a very badly done tattoo, but instead I got a cover up, dedicated to my father after he passed. I reached out to this location because they had very good reviews. I had a consultation on a Saturday with Adrian and we discussed the process. He was VERY informative! And he gave me an amazing price!! I told him I would have to discuss it with my fiancé but after a phone call with him, I decided to walk right back in that day and start my first session of the removal. Amazing office, they all are so nice and very informative and they helped calm me down and make me feel comfortable with starting this journey. I’m now waiting on my second session in about 5 weeks. I’m very pleased with the progress of my tattoo removals. The staff is wonderful, very professional and very patient. I will say it hurts to have it removed but worth the pain for the results. I would recommend Removery in Riverside to anyone looking for a professional company to have your tattoos removed.

My first session and experience at the riverside office was great. They treated me good, took time to explain everything, and made me feel very comfortable! I’m on my 4th session at this point and very satisfied with the progress. It takes time so just know it does but it’s worth it!

First time there, quick and easy to start your sessions. Amazing staff and well sanitized working area. Satisfied with their work.

Just a great all around experience. Ive been here twice and everybody is professional yet personable. They remembered my name, it was like they knew me for years.The procedure was over so quick! A very thorough job, no corners cut, no sales pressure.Fantastic people, fantastic results!!!

I went in for a consultation as Im unsure if I will be covering up or removing my tattoo and wanted to explore both options. Check in was quick and efficient. I was lead to an office to discuss the treatments offered and to have my tattoo photographed for accurate pricing. All of my questions were answered and I did not feel overwhelmed or pressured into making a decision in that moment. I will very likely be returning before the end of the year.

They did a great job with my eyebrow tattoo removal. I just did my first treatment and the results are looking great. I have to do more treatments but I don’t doubt that I’m going to be satisfied every treatment

I called about price for my eyebrows, but lady told me that i need consultation first. But prices start 150 per section. week after i came for consultation and guy dont even look at me told, that for eyebrows price is firm and its 250. if i knew from beginning i will not drive 40 minutes. For me price is not affordable..my complain not so much about price but about wasting my time, gas and guy with attitude you should thank you me, that i am talking to you.

I was a little nervous going into the process of laser removal. The place is very clean & the staff was extremely friendly & helpful. They really make sure you’re well educated on the process & answer any questions you may have. The removal process was very quick & was moderately painful but it was tolerable and over in a matter of seconds. If you’re looking to get a tattoo removed, I would definitely recommend Removery!

I came in nervous and not really knowing what to expect because of the cost or how many tattoos I can get rid off me since I have many. I left with a great deal that exceeded my expectations. The staff that helped me today Krissy and Yailen helped me get started and with any questions and information for after care which is simple. I also got the chance to get treated the same day of the consultation. I’m happy to have got treated today and ready to get more treatments

The riverside, CA location is garbage. their tech shows up whenever they want, they cancel appointments last minute. take the extra time to go to the chino hills location where they provide great customer service.

They describe everything in detail, gave me the best help I needed, and I am willing to suggest them to other people who are interested in having a tattoo removal work done.

Everything about Removery completely exceeded my expectations. Two prior and tedious saline removal attempts on my microbladed eyebrows yielded no results but Removery pretty much wiped out the color in one quick session. I was quoted 2x more at a dermatologists office for laser removal. My only regret is not having gone to Removery sooner. They were welcoming, more affordable, and most importantly they were effective. Thank you Removery for erasing the mistake I made on my face and giving me my confidence back.

The staff here are very friendly. They have payment plans and removal bundles for how long you want to continue treatment. I seen actually results by my second treatment.I wish they had a location in Yucaipa or Beaumont.

I award 4 stars only because its my first treatment and think the results will improve with the the next one and will give me a more realistic idea. Overall Im happy with the work done and initial results.

Way too costly for just three pulses. And one area it wasn’t even phased by the laser so for $250 for three pulses. I find it too expensive and should be adjusted accordingly.

I have now completed my second session with Removery and I gotta say if you have unwanted ink weighing you down mentally like that troll that was meant to be a roaring lion or the name of that special someone that turned out not to be so special then Id advise you to reach out as I did and get it removed already take control get it lightened for a cover up or removed completely it doesnt even hurt I just got my throat worked on and it was surprisingly just a bit uncomfortable from the ice pack placed on my neck before the laser was even administered
