I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this location! Dustin and Ashleigh were absolutely wonderful in explaining all their ear piercings procedures and explaining each step of the piercing process. If you get a chance pay them a visit! It was a 10/10 experience.

Tried to buy my daughter some things she picked out. The girl working is to busy on her phone talking to her friend. Cant check out.On a side note. This store is absolutely disgusting... you are begging for an infection if you get your childs ears pierced here.

When I went there I bought press on nails and a pop socket when I paid for my items it was 46 dollars for two items when I went back to refund they were watching a YouTube video and didn’t even pause it they told me to come back tomorrow because they couldn’t do it when I walked off they were talking about me and I know because I was the only person in the store. I don’t think I ever wanna come back again. They are over priced and the service is horrible.

We went here yesterday and there was two Employees sitting and talking and the store was a mess and every time we asked them a question about the price. they acting like we was Interrupting the conversation. I will not go back to this one. Ill drive an hour before going here.

The AMAZING worker, Dustin, was so kind and helpful. Dustin helped my little girl get though her nerves and took so much time explaining everything to her.

Sweetest lady helped me at the checkout today made great convo and helped me with my ears pierced and pick out a necklace for my hoco by far they grates store in the mall!

Tried to get my daughters ears pierced and they refused. They are supposed to be known for being able to pierce ears. I will never give them business again. We can find girl accessories in plenty of other stores with much better customer service!

Tearable service the teenager working threatened me and my 13 year old son saying he is a boy and should not have his ears pierced and should not be in a ladys store
