Came for a conch piercing back in July. Everything seemed fine once my piercing was done. 5 months went by, and it hadn’t healed at all, even though I was careful and kept it clean. After developing a pretty big keloid, I went to a different piercer for a second opinion. He realized the ball was missing and that my ear wasn’t fully pierced. I was freaking out, thinking the ball was under my skin and that my piercing bump was actually the ball! I found a picture (taken while still in the studio), and it turned out the piercer here had pinched the earring on, rather than putting it all the way through and securing it with a ball. He also found that I was pierced with a 16g hoop, after the girl who pierced me told me it was 14g. Because my ear was sensitive, irritated, and not pierced completely, I had to have it removed. So now I have no piercing, a piercing bump that is thankfully healing well, and I’m out $60 from my visit here. A shame, because it was a very pretty piercing done incorrectly.

I had a belly piercing done here and not a great experience at all. the lady was aggressive with the whole process. the original belly ring bar was 10 mm it was sinking into my stomach bc there was too much skin. i now have in a 16 mm bar in it, it took almost 3 years to heal, i have major scarring around the top ball. the healing process was painful i had puss, major bleeding, major scabbing, and was in a lot of pain, that piercing was not worth 50$.

Great shop, great work. Adam is very meticulous and precise with his work. Exactly what I hoped to find for such an awkward placement. I didnt want shaky lines and Adam delivered 100%. Very personable and professional. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

I go my industrial piercing here for my birthday. My piercer, and other staff, was wonderful . My piercer went through everything and made sure me and her were both comfortable. My piercing itself was pretty painful personality, but thats to be expected. She did a fantastic job getting it done quickly and just the way I wanted it done. I plan on coming back for future piercings and tattoos once older.

Adam Moore is a complete artist. I came to him with concepts and ideas for tattoos I wanted, he brought my ideas and vision to life. His work is superb, his attention to detail is unmatched. He has done a cover up for me and we will be working on the other arm next. Do not hesitate book your appointment with Adam. You will not be disappointed.

I had the opportunity of booking Adam Moore for a day while at Tommys tattoo convention in Hartford, CT. This was my first tattoo and I had been waiting for the right time and artist to perform the work. The detail and shadowing he put into the work was just amazing a photo of it doesnt do justice.Since then we have visited Adam Several times.For those who just recently had issues contacting him, he was out of work for a period of time but is back now.

Adam at Twizted Ink is simply awesome. I was having a hard time finding someone to do my wedding band due to risks (fades quickly, needs to retouched more often, etc). He came up with a romantic design that I love! The lines are perfect. The details are perfect. Its just all around perfect. Great customer service, very friendly, and excellent work! Shop is clean and comfortable. My husband and I will most definitely be going back!

I got a tattoo here and I absolutely love it, its stunningly well done! He was quick, he gave me a nice break, and was very easy to chat with! Very polite when working with you BUT it is incredibly hard to get ahold of them I have messaged them on FB tried to show up in person and text/call their number and I went unanswered for over a week before my tattoo and I wanted to get another one done with a friend there and its been weeks of not being answered again only this time still no contact back, I dont think its personal because my friend tried to get in touch too with the same results and he had told us to come back for our next tattoos. =( Very sad loved the work but im going to have to find another shop to continue my business since I cant ever seem to get in touch with this one but again my tattoo is beautiful

If I could leave 6 stars I would. I have gotten 4 tattoos done by Adam and will be going back for a full sleeve. By far the best work in the area at a price you simply can not beat. Adam is a great artist and a great person. Stop trying to figure out the best place to get a tattoo and go to Twizted Ink! You won’t regret it.

Adam and the staff are always friendly and courtesy, beautiful shop and always clean. They do amazing work. I wont go to any other tattoo shop to get my tattoos. I would recommend them to anyone wanting or thinking of getting a tattoo.

Absolutely the best shop in the area. Meticulously attentive to cleanliness and ensuring that all patrons are aware of their strict standards, aimed at the safety of the client and artist. Every artist and apprentice is required to take the blood borne pathogens NYS does not require this. The owner has proactively made this a part of Twizted Inks standard procedures. That alone instantly puts me at ease. Everything is single use and opened in front of the client. Ultimately my tattoos have all been beyond what I had expected. Great prices! So happy with the entire experience!

Stopped into the NEW Twizted Ink Tattoo Studio today. Great job by Adam and crew preparing the new studio. The great work done at the old shop will continue and only improve at the new and improved Studio. They are ready to serve your needs with a high degree of professionalism.

Been here twice now, the people who work there are just so nice. They make you feel comfortable and welcome. I definitely will just come to this place for all piercing and tattoos in the future.

This is the best tattoo shop I have ever been in. It is clean , and the artists are amazing. Me and my girlfriend came in for matching tattoos, Adam did mine, and Emily did mine at the same time. I was scared about getting a new artist but Adam and his team made me feel like I was regular customer. They make a person feel comfortable about get the work done and about the after care. The work done is professional and beautiful. I tell my friends to go Twized Ink and I will be taking my family there.

Did an awesome job with my lobes and industrials. I’ve gotten 7 piercings with them now. All have looked amazing. (Ignore the small amount of dried blood, this was shortly after I had gotten it done)

My experience at twizted ink has been nothing short of excellent. i was looking for a job after my last shop had closed and the entire staff at twizted has let me in with arms wide open from the start, even though they did not have the room for me at the time. This shop has a very warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you walk in until you leave. Hands down the most clean and sterile environment i have ever worked in. everyone here is friendly and does the most they can to make sure you are comfortable and have a great tattoo experience. 5/5 stars I highly recommend.

My mother got a tattoo here a few years back by Adam. Let’s just say it’s horrible. It wasn’t at all what she wanted or described to him. The size of the tattoo is about two/three times larger than she asked for. All she wanted was a flower with her granddaughters name in it .. what she got is so ugly. You can’t even tel it’s a flower and you cannot Read the same. I’ve very disappointed every time is we this on my mother, the tattoo was flat out horribly excueted. She’s since found a new artist with a brand new shop to help give her what she originally wanted.

I recommend you stay clear of this shop. 8 months ago my wife gave me a gift certificate for a cover up. I spent 8 months being blown off by Adam Moore and never saw a design regardless of how much I asked, would take months to get a reply to which was only one or two word answers. Only when threatened with legal actions because I asked for a refund does he want to talk. Even then it was all sob stories and b.s. excuses boiling down to he no longer has that money and can not afford to refund it. Unfortunately I’m hearing we are not the only ones he has scammed with similar experiences.

Tongue piercing by Bryan.I went into the shop in the AM. The man at the front desk told me that the guy for piercing was not there yet but will be soon and took my phone number so that he could call me when he arrived. I never received a call. Instead I called back around 2:30 and asked if he had come in yet and they said yeah nonchalantly as if I wasnt suppose to be hearing from them. But I let it go. The staff was very nice. However, as Bryan was showing all of the sterile equipment (which I appreciated), I noticed that he was using a short barbell. I did ask about it because I was almost 99.99% sure that I was suppose to have a long barbell for swelling purposes. But Bryan said that it didnt matter and he sounded educated so I let it go, again... Big mistake. I went through with the piercing which is actually my 2nd time getting this pierced but it was 6 years ago. This time hurt sooo much more than the first time. They charged me $40.00 for the piercing and it is $25.00 at most other places. Bryan told me to rinse with listerine (with alcohol) after every meal and drink that isnt water. Once I got home, I started researching about the barbell. Turns out, I was right. The barbell can actually embed into your tongue if there isnt enough room for your tongue to swell. I actually called another tattoo parlor to verify this information. They were shocked and offered to change the barbell for me, I havent yet due to just getting it done and being really painful. Then I found out that the after care information given to me was wrong. I am actually suppose to be using an alcohol free mouthwash. All in all, a lot of time, money, and pain. I thought it would be fine, ratings were good. Maybe getting a tattoo is different here but as for piercings I would not go !!

Terrible piercing experience from the girl working there. Should have known from the start with the personality, none. Needless to say, lots of blood and no piercing delivery!... normal piercing in the ear! Sad.

I always wanted tattoos but I was always too picky about artists work. I took a chance on Adam and it was the best decision ever! I just keep going back for more.

Absolutely terrible! Got a naval piercing done and it came out Slanted and way to close to the surface. And every time I try to call them for assistance...no one awnsers the phone...EVER!
