Had the most AMAZING experience at escape med spa!! Started out in the sauna & followed with an incredible facial by Caitlyn. She exceeded all expectations & truly gave me the facial of my dreams. I will definitely be booking with her again! I ended my spa day with IV therapy done by Annie, who was very informative & took time to listen to me and my body’s needs. This is such a beautiful place & incredible team!! I’m so happy to have a place to come relax & rejuvenate within the community!

Annie and Sandy were absolutely amazing. I came for laser hair removal on my legs. I was really nervous because I’d never done anything like this before. I didn’t know what to expect. They were so friendly and made me feel like we long time bffs. As we talked about what I wanted done they made me feel comfortable and were very thorough describing the process. I want make sure I mention the decor and hospitality the whole spa provides. It’s absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to work with everyone more on other procedures I want done!UPDATEI can’t imagine a better spa. I wanted some filler in a few places to balance my facial contour. The most important thing to me was that I did not want to look like I had filler. I wanted changes so subtle that people would do a double take and maybe comment on I looked different somehow but they can’t figure out why. Annie killed it. She was focused and present when marking my face for injection sights. She measured precisely while also taking into consideration how there were parts of my face that were slightly uneven. She absolutely killed it, a true artist! And she was just as happy and excited for me, as I was excited for myself!!!

I just moved to the area and I’m so happy I went here first. Annie truly knows what she’s doing and makes you look so natural. I’ve had an issue with symmetry (I know it’s normal but mine was getting pretty bad) and she has helped me really understand why my face/muscles are reacting the way that they are. I can’t thank her enough for helping me get to the bottom of it and making me feel beautiful.

I love this place! I went today for a first visit, and literally loved every second. The experience was so good. They really take the time to get to know you and the medical history background. Annie and Sandy are a great team and make it so easy. I thought the knowledge behind both of them was spot on. I felt so comfortable the entire time! This was a personal best injection I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t even hesitate to go! Thank you Escape!

I just had a facial with Kaitlyn.. amazing! It was so relaxing and enjoyable. I wasn’t expecting the arm/hand, upper chest/neck massage. The atmosphere is great, as always.. and everyone is so pleasant and sweet. Such a nice way to start the weekend!

I first went to Escape Medical to see Annie to talk about my concerns including lips and a deep crease between my eyebrows. To say the consultation put me at ease is an understatement. Annie was efficient, knowledgeable and so incredibly friendly. I booked an appointment the following week and got both of the treatments done by Annie herself, and now even have a consultation to see the surgeon about something else! The results are INCREDIBLE! I have minimal bruising, swelling or pain. I’ve already gotten compliments and cannot say enough great things about this place, and Annie here!

The minute you walk through the door the whole team makes you feel like you are a part of the family. I cant say enough amazing things about Escape Medical. Ive worked with Dr Hall, Annie, Kaitlyn, Alonzo & Gary and they are all fantastic. They take the time to go over ever option you have and make sure you fully understand everything. Most places just want your money but they make sure the customer comes first and will be happy with the outcome with everything they do. Everyone is extremely friendly, kind and caring. When I first walked into Escape I was blown away by how BEAUTIFUL it is!!! It instantly relaxes you and puts you at ease. My first treatment there was a facial, the room was so comfortable and the treatment was AMAZING, my skin was the softest it’s ever been. A few weeks later I went back for a massage and was just as happy as my first visit. Again, the treatment room was comfortable and relaxing, and the masseuse was great! I walked out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I can’t wait to go back!

After receiving filler from a different location prior to coming to Escape, my lips needed some correction.Annie changed my pout and confidence for the better. She created a drawn out plan prior to injecting and it provided me with reassurance and an idea of outcome. She used great, gentle techniques and I am beyond happy with my smile now. I got the IV therapy done at a wellness expo & Annie and Sally were so amazing! They explained everything and were very personable. As far as the IV therapy goes, after 24 hours I felt completely refreshed and energized again! Definitely recommend!

This is a rare find in Central New York! A fully equipped med spa is just what I was on the hunt for. I met with Dr. Hall and Annie for a consultation and they were a perfect team. I had the Yumi lash lift today with Megan, she took the time to explain the procedure to me along with the after care in depth. Annie was absolutely amazing getting my appointment scheduled at a time that worked around my crazy work schedule. Both Annie and Megan made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and I cried with how amazing the lashes looked when the procedure was completed. I honestly cannot describe how amazing my facial was. It was so relaxing and my skin felt amazing when I left. Caitlyn did an amazing job. The whole place is feels luxurious and is simply gorgeous. What a great experience I had with a massage with Layla yesterday! This upscale medical spa is so welcoming and tranquil! The deep tissue massage was amazing and the exact pressure I love!! I am a type 1 diabetic who has developed abdominal scar tissue from insulin injections, the body contouring sessions have been extremely beneficial to my abdominal area and are great for fat reduction and toning muscle as well. I am very pleased and Dr.Hall has been very thorough and great with me. All the staff are helpful and accommodating. He’s also going above and beyond his work and researching different vitamins and things to help lower my Diabetes A1C number and that was something I didn’t expect.
