So I am going to assume its part of their jobs to only tell people about the gold karats ear piercings which is around $45-$60. But my friend was on a budget and never did the employee we had helping us give us any other information nor time to decide on which piercings to get. In fact we did ask for which piercing would be the cheapest and she directed us towards the $45 range which now I know for a fact that is not the cheapest option. There are cheaper options around $20-$35. And it was our fault too for not asking enough questions but honestly the lady we had assisting us seemed to be rushing us which kind of made it uncomfortable for my friend and I. In any case I love the store due to all the cute variety of jewelry they have but the piercing service we got wasnt good in my opinion.

This was probably the worst experience in a public place Ive ever had, It doesnt even deserve a star! I went in to get my ears pierce for the first time after long overdue, since we thought they had pretty decent prices. I had originally gone in a few minutes earlier with a friend to ask for prices and to see who was required to be present for the piercings, we came back with my family. They first pushed us over and over to go for a more expensive option of piercings, after refusing we went to pay before the piercing took place ( a total of $18). After a few thousand questions they found out I was with my adopted mom and my biological mom, who they didnt believe it was really her (what, I dont carry around my adoption records!!) . After the lady gave us some pretty unbelievable attitude she left to speak with her management before coming back and telling us we couldnt purchase the piercings. I was shocked, I understand the right to refuse service but I dont think its okay to not allow a LEGAL guardian to pay for piercings. All n all this place SUCKS, I do not recommend anyone (especially those who are adopted) to go there!
