I got my full body done and have seen great results! I have needed maintenance sessions over time but that is expected so be mindful of that. I have had a new nurse with pretty much every treatment so also be mindful of that. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Always confirm that the appt they booked is for ALL areas if you are treating multiple. You need enough time.

I have had great customer service at this laser away location, especially with Amari at the front desk, who was very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. I am very satisfied with my results so far as the hair barely grows back anymore after the 5th treatment. In addition all of the nurses here have been really wonderful and done a great job, always asking me if I am doing ok during the treatment and super accommodating.

Amari and my nurse were amazing. They were so sweet and so kind and took the time to explain everything to me. I was really nervous to have my laser tattoo removal session but the team helped me feel relaxed. This is one of the best customer service expierences for me in the beauty world. I highly recommend.

If you were thinking of getting laser hair removal go to any company but LaserAway. I try to give this big corporate company. The benefit of the doubt and I got screwed over almost $5000. Those consultations that they do isn’t with the nurse. It’s actually a sales rep and it’s not an actual consultation. I was told I was a “perfect candidate” for laser hair removal during my consultation. After eight sessions I am still waiting for the results. We went up to the highest setting and I cannot believe I wasted almost $5000. During one of my sessions in Sacramento I was told it looks like the Folsom location was actually missing a whole bottom side of my armpit and they were not getting that area treated… I was completely shocked when one of the nurses told me this. I did a post treatment evaluation due to the lack of results on all my areas (Brazilian lower legs and arm pits) and of course the only thing they recommended was I purchase more sessions. I am so disappointed!!!!! my sister went to get laser done at SEV in Roseville and has had such amazing results I regret not going there the treatment is cheaper and more effective! Ihad my under arms, Brazilian and legs I would highly not recommend going to laser away!

I had a great appointment with Lady!!! She was so sweet and I’ve never done laser so she helped me feel so comfortable. Although I myself give facials, I still get scared when it comes to doing anything on my skin. I’m really excited to see my results! Thank you queen for your help!

Highly recommend Laser away. I just did my first session 2 weeks ago and already it has been life changing. Facial hair has been my biggest insecurity and now I can truly say I’m over that with just 1 service I can already see a huge difference I cannot wait for the final outcome. Customer service is the best they tell you everything you need to know and inform you off all the details.

I had two sessions so far… the first session was okay because the lady barely talked to me and she acted like she didn’t want to touch me, not sure if this is the right career for her but with my second session everything was absolutely amazing, all thanks to Aman. Pricing scheme/format is incredibly vague and convoluted which to me speaks to the integrity of the service. Laser hair removal works, but so many places have very deceptive advertising and this place is kind of the prime example of shady marketing and pricing all balled up into one. Will their treatments work if you have your expectations in check through proper research? Yes. But I view trustworthiness and integrity as essential parts of choosing any type of specialty service and this business is like a predatory car salesman crossed with a loan shark. Stay clear and go somewhere that is upfront and transparent with every aspect of their service.

This is my second purchased package. Laser away does great with offering seasonal promotions. Lady was my representative she was very attentive, very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend connecting with Lady. 10/10

Friendly staff. Appointments are quick and easy. There is some pain, but the girls are always caring and go at your pace. Overall, the pain is worth the results 10 times over. (Pain is not that bad, just certain areas, but most dont really hurt at all). Im excited for the final results.

The Midtown Laser Away location is clean, secure and friendly! The staff is friendly and professional, the clinic is comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable of services and specials. I would definitely recommend.

Pro. The staff is kind and caring.Con. The Clear and Brilliant is the laser version of snake oil.1. One session wont work so you need to buy multiple sessions. And not just 2 or 3, sometimes 12, like what I needed. If you bundle the thousands of dollars worth of sessions, you may have to finance it, which means youre paying upfront for something you havent gotten yet. Dont do it!2. It is very painful. They will do the best they can to numb you but everyone takes to topical anesthetics differently. For those who have the gene for red hair, it may not take at all.🤷🏽You will also peel like a snake after your sessions.In my case after a year of monthly painful treatments and thousands of dollars... Nothing!Try microneedling if you have textural issues.This place is good for a cute $100+ facial and hair removal. But dont do the clear and brilliant.

Where do I start… consultations over the phone for a almost $2,000 dollar package is a horrible idea. I purchased 6 clear and brilliant sessions. After 3 I shared my concerns with the technician doing my treatment. I hadn’t seen ANY results. That’s over $900 in treatments with ZERO results. After wishful thinking I continued hoping for results. After my 4th treatment I was then told that I wasn’t really gonna see any results because I wasn’t even a good candidate. I should go to a dermatologist. I was shocked, disappointed and extremely frustrated with the whole experience. I called to complain and at least get a refund for my last unused treatment and they said they don’t give refunds. No integrity. You can go to a professional med spa or dermatologist and get actual results for the same amount of money. After escalating it to the corporate office they told me they would sell me another treatment that would have worked. I’m in the beauty industry and wanted to make sure people know what is going on there. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR $$$ hopefully this saves someone a lot time and money.

Dont waste your money on Laser Away, I did Thermage &clear and brilliant with them but dont see any changes on my face skin at all. The other fact, once they charged you, there is no refund, even right after you pay them. I wouldnt recommend Laser Away to anyone. Their management is awful ,not supportive at all.

Mateo was amazing! he had me in tears with excitement And we found a payment plan that worked out perfect and the services. he was extremely knowledgeable and very detailed.. he made sure that I understood the financing and let me know all of the promotions available. It took 2 sessions, each session was 1/2 syringe because they are conservative and I agree with natural looking esthetics… I did a total of 1 full syringe nasolabial, 1 full syringe lip filler to get my final results. I am absolutely obsessed and happy with my look!!! I love the front office! I love the nurses with gentle injections and helpful advice!!! All around 5 stars best ever

This was my first time ever having any kind of filler on my face, and I have to say wow! what an incredible team! I was immediately greeted, and I was late my fault but! I come here for Laser Tattoo removal. The ladies that have performed my treatment are amazing, they get 5-Stars. BUT when you are one of the 1st of 6 people scheduled (and the 3rd person that came into the office) and you overhear the office staff talking about being overbooked and they pick all of the pretty people to go back first, the people most likely to return for more treatments, before your overweight self...it feels pretty discriminatory. Then when everyone has gone back, but you, and you question why its 20 minutes past your appointment and you havent been called back, they gaslight you stating youll be going in a moment, to only then wait another 10 minutes (30 mins past your appointment time). Mind you, my appointment only takes 5 minutes, its a small tattoo. I promise they will never get another cent out of me.UPDATE: Still havent gotten a single phone call. Additionally, out of all my laser treatments, this last one healed in 2 days. My first 5 treatments took at least 7 days to heal and the next 3 treatments they said they increased intensity and it took 2 weeks to fully heal. This last time, where I kindly (despite the BS I experienced getting into my appointment) expressed dissatisfaction for how little my tattoo had been removed, the person did the worst treatment in response. Im assuming to try and get more money out of me for more treatments. I will be seeking a refund on this past treatment and my unused treatments when I call this week. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Cant say nothing bad about LaserAway in Downtown Sacramento 1800 19th street.. The staff is friendly my nurse that took care of me was nice friendly and just awesome great personality.. Went in a month ago to get botox, I paid $560.00. I have a attached photos of the lack of results. Ive done botox many times with different companies and never had no results like this. When i reached out and showed them pictures, they did not even offer a follow up appointment to review, they said I was out of luck. I do not recommend this place for their botox services. Go to someone more reputable with proven results

Natalia was amazing for lip filler! I had a bad experience with someone before and she took everything I wanted and did it so well, almost painless and she got me a stress ball and talked to me the whole time and really eased my nerves. Also was late to my appointment due to my Uber and they still found a way to get me in, up front staff is also just as great

For Christmas, I decided to treat my mom to laser hair removal as a gift. I purchased her sessions through Haley, she was very informative and thorough which made it easy for me to choose a package. Haley also spoke with my mom and helped calm her nerves as she has a huge fear of pain and now my mom is actually looking forward to going to her 1st appointment. I cant wait for my mom to be hair free!

I just had my second appointment today and I was lucky enough to get nurse Samantha!! She is the holly grail!! Probably the best nurse I’ve ever had contact with, no joke. She is sweet and she listens and takes her TIME and is very thorough. Haley from the front desk is also amazing and has the best appointment suggestions and made me feel very welcomed

This is my third visit to this place. I had the first time with someone else but then I met RN: Jessica on my second visit she is absolutely fine with her work and knowledge, one of my appointment ( last month “October 2022” even though they charged me $154 ) I missed in waiting for her (Jessica ) because I feel comfortable with her and she is very knowledgable and she shares it and the cares she shows, all in all, I like her very much. The girl “ Haley “ at the front desk is also very nice, helpful and gentle.

LIES, SHADY client reps and PRICE GOUGING – DO NOT USE LASERAWAY!I was told they would be happy to evaluate my concerns regarding the lack of Brazilian/bikini hair loss. It is the nurse’s job to decipher follicles for hair loss. They scheduled an appointment six weeks after my last visit.When I arrived, I waited more than 15 minutes and Haley told me they couldn’t evaluate because it wasn’t a full six weeks. LIE #1. It was exactly six weeks.I waited another 10 minutes to be seen.I was forced to give them MY % estimate of hair loss (50%). The nurse REFUSED to provide HER evaluation (she could only speak to her boss/Brian) … “Happy to evaluate?” LIE #2.Upon exiting and before the nurse had time to provide results, Haley said I could buy another $800+ package for their maintenance plan. No explanation, no information, no evaluation. Just a scam.Two wasted hours with no intention of a true evaluation, no less an honest one? LIE #3.Moreover, Mandy called a few days later, refusing to provide her job title, and had the audacity to reaffirm that you sign a contract which doesn’t guarantee ANY hair loss. Interesting.Ultimately, I paid for additional treatments (elsewhere) to get rudimentary results at HALF THE PRICE.Do not be scammed & price gouged. Go ELSEWHERE for HALF the price, HALF the shady sales and SO many less LIES. I would never trust Laser Away for anything they “say” they’re going to do.Incredible. Next stop … VP of Client Services.

I had bought a year worth here and I’m just hoping to be done. I had to reschedule my last two appointments because they had me wait over 30 minutes and I couldn’t stay longer since I have patients of my own. And the ones before had all been at least 30 minutes. My third appointment I was 10 minutes late and they told me they couldn’t see me because they have a 5 minute grace period. I really wish I didn’t buy the deal for the whole year because I’m very excited to find a new place.The also will push your appointment back without any notice.It’s appalling to me how I got no grace while they simultaneously have no respect for my time when I’m dropping hundreds of dollars each visit. I have no interest in returning.

I bought multiple packages at this place and got horrible results. When I told the managers about it I got the brush off. I was told by some horrible HR person named Brian that if I purchased 3 more treatments I would get 1.5 for free. This place is a scam. They steal peoples money with results that aren’t even 40%. COVID is have a lot to do with the problem but they were not understanding about any of it at all. I do not recommend them. Don’t bother wasting your money. Go somewhere else. They actually give results elsewhere.

Two words, thats all you need to know.Shes amazing! So thorough, detailed, communicative, empathetic, patient, and incredibly kind.If youre new to laser treatments or experienced, request Monica.

I clicked on an ad that said 80% off I did not receive 80% off of my services. Instead I received an unrequested sales pitch where they sold me a service without even seeing me in person or recommending an in person consultation. Then on the 7th of 8 treatments I was told that the reason I was coming in for the service wasnt even being addressed. I recommend requesting the full price schedule because their advertising is deceiving. Wouldnt recommend because of this.

I reached out to LaserAway after having a bad experience at another laser hair removal center. I spoke with Lauren and she gave me the information and pricing over the phone. I was able to get in quickly and already had my first treatment this past Sunday. The whole process was extremely smooth and Lauren was excellent at communicating! All of the ladies that were working there were extremely friendly and I am very excited for my future appointments!

I would give zero stars if possible. The absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. DO NOT use their financing plans. It took 3 months to speak to someone about my finance plan and the LaserAway employee, JoAnn, hung up when I requested the refund despite me clearly having more questions/concerns. Go anywhere else.

The ladies at the front are super helpful and super nice. They answered all my questions about my tattoo removal procedure, they provided numbing cream for my tattoo before treatment, and were very helpful. I look forward to returning for my future treatments and highly recommend laser way for any of your hair removal or tattoo removal treatments.

DECEPTION, poor judgement, and lack of customer service - DO NOT use LASERAWAYI paid for ten treatments for lip & chin. On my 8th visit, I was told they would not schedule the two remaining visits and I would have to pay for them. According to Haley, an employee was terminated for selling false contracts. Haley said I never had a lip & chin contract.Instead of honoring known customer agreements due to a fraudulent employee, I was confronted by Brian Dickerson, an arrogant and callous employee. He even deliberately mislead me in his authority/job title.Considering their precedence of eight previous treatments, and their recommended ten visits for dark hair, it is clear the remaining two visits were paid for.Brian used extremely poor judgement and poor customer service. If he had absorbed the last two visits, he would have kept my loyalty for continued business and gained a few more clients. Now he has destroyed both. I would not trust them, him, nor their slick sales pitches.A side note – I attempted multiple times to email Brian with zero response, showing further his passive/aggressive behavior. I also contacted the facility and they refused to handle the situation for weeks.My recommendation is to move on to another more truthful, caring, customer orientated hair removal company. Steer clear of LASERAWAY.

After years (and years) of shaving, waxing, epilating, and mostly ignoring the smattering of hair on my lower legs, I decided Id had enough and wanted to remove it for good. After randomly choosing LaserAway I had the serendipitous encounter with Tanya, aka Nurse Tanya, at this location. A blonde bombshell of cool, assured knowledge, she made me feel as though Id come to an exclusive spa in Zurich for a luxurious treatment and her only focus was me. She was eager to dive in and get the job done. Beforehand she carefully explained the process, asked me if I had any questions, and assured me she, herself, had experienced almost all of the treatments offered and the end result would be pleasing. I like a person who practices what they preach and felt completely relaxed. During the process I learned she is a real nurse and on her way to becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Shes so good, reassuring, and soothing in her manner, just very good at her job. After eight visits, I was almost sad when there wasnt a visible hair left in sight, just smooth perfection. The good news is, theres more! Such as underarms, and although I havent owned a bathing suit in a decade, disappearing all bikini area fluff will likely bring me back, as Tanya is outstanding at what she does, a true professional, and worth the time and money.

I’ve been to multiple laser away locations but this locations has to be one of the best experiences I’ve had all thanks to Dani ! She was so helpful and informative. It has been two years since I’ve been getting laser hair removal at laser away and Dani was actually the first to let me know about using ice to help with the pain, which helped tremendously.

Most of the staff here are so kind but unfortunately the director/manager is unapologetic and extremely rude. She will try to scam you, and if something went wrong on their end of things she acts like it’s the customers fault. Lastly there are tons of homeless people right outside of the building, I would go to a different location.

Great experience with all the nurses I see at this location. Everyone is wonderful but Ashley went above and beyond to help me out and I wanted to give her a huge shoutout! Wonderful service!

Great experience at Laser Away! I was a little skeptical getting Botox for the first time along with an IPL. Haley H made the experience much more reassuring and comfortable. She made me feel welcomed and had the answers to all of my questions. I would definitely recommend asking for Haley if you have any questions or decide to do any treatments with Laser Away. I will be a return customer as soon as these wrinkles start coming back =)

I feel like I was scammed. So very disappointed. This was my first and will be my last time ever trying anything like this with Laseraway. I signed up for coolsculpting in April of this year. They wasted no time calling me, doing about a 1 min overview and then sending me an invoice to pay. I paid it and my appointment was scheduled for a month from then. I was having concerns about if it was worth the money as this is a very expensive procedure especially for such a small area (my chin). I called several times leading up to my appointment to speak with medical professionals and I was assured that I was the perfect candidate for this and should only need one treatment, I made it clear I wouldn’t want to go through with it if I should need more than one because it was so expensive. “Everyone see’s 20-25% difference so you will definitely see something. It can take up to 4 months to see a change.” This was what I was repeatedly told. Here we are 4 months later and there is no difference at all. I had a follow up in July and the technician who performed the procedure was even able to confirm there were no changes. I wish I would have gone with my gut. Looking at the before and after pictures from my medical records confirms I completely wasted my money. I also saw that in the comments made by the technician she stated that “Five minutes into treatment the machine errored because the patient had moved.” This was untrue as the machine released suction on the side of my chin on its own. When I brought this to her attention, she brought in another technician to assist her and it took a long time to get it fixed and back in place. This makes it seem as if I caused the machine to error. The only “movement” I did was swallowing because the machine is suctioning hard on your neck/chin area and when I asked her if I should try not to swallow she told me that it wasn’t a problem and wouldn’t effect anything. They were very convincing about everything and I guess I was naive since I’ve never done anything like this before. When I explained my dissatisfaction I was told they really care about their clients and would reach out to find some kind of resolve. They did reach out, but I was offered 25% off another treatment which kind of felt like a slap in the face after the 1st round did absolutely nothing and was so expensive. I was also offered $200 off any of their other services, but this was the only treatment I wanted done and had high hopes because they were so convincing. Save your money, seriously. Go to a place that can do lipo or something if you want to see real results. The only saving grace for this company is that the staff was always really nice. But I do not recommend coolsculpting with Laseraway and I will warn anybody I know about making the same mistake I did.

If you do get laser hair removal, make sure you request Thuy as your nurse. She really does take care of you during the process: reassuring you everything will be fine, reading your body language and constantly checking to see if youre still doing fine, offering you other alternatives when your skin gets too sensitive during the process (e.g., ice, pause, etc.), and most importantly, she makes sure that each treatment is effective! The laser is the most effective when the shaved hair is as close to the follicle as possible, so she educated me on this and helped me re-shaved again, then went on with the laser treatment. It made a huge difference and I really appreciate her thoughtfulness and just amazing work ethics and knowledge. Thank you Thuy!

Setup a consultation online...joined the zoom and waited 10 minutes before deciding no one was coming. I did get a text to reschedule a minute later so so someone did get on eventually, however, first impressions are meaningful to me and that left a bad taste. Deciding to look elsewhere.

10 treatments n only the last 3 were effective enough to start making a difference, I kept telling techs it wasnt working on super low.. and now Im still stuck with hair like I never lasered away anything.. I told the tech at my last appointment n she pretty much said touch up in 6 months, not satisfied with the results or the staff not listening to me,..

Staff is always so kind. Im just disappointed because you pay so much for a service that doesnt really do anything. I wouldnt recommend.

If you have the time and patience to wait 15-20 minutes minimum for your nurse to come then this location is for you. Go to any other laser away.
