Came to get a Harry Potter Tattoo & the design artist was awesome, very nice and patient. He was able to bring my idea to reality and it was exactly what I envisioned. Berkam was my tattoo artist and he was the best! Super friendly, explained everything in detail, his fine line work is the best. I highly recommend. The staff was super pleasant all around.

I worked with Donaldo and he gave me my first leg patchwork piece! He was super fast and efficient about it, which I appreciate. He also listened to what I wanted, and changed the placement to what I wanted. Great service.

I’m very pleased and happy with my tattoo!!I was around the area and walked in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming from the start, the facility looks clean, spacious and professional.I worked with a designer to help me bring my idea to reality in the spot, which I thought it was super cool. I was told the artist that could do my tattoo was internationally renowned and a multiple award winner, in which brought in a-bit of confusion when it came to the pricing.It was unclear to me if I was paying for the size of the tattoo, or hourly which the artist mention a certain time frame, or how the breakdown of the price came about still unclear.When I showed up to my appointment, I was appointed and new artist, which threw me for a loop at that moment, the quoted time end up being about half of what I was quoted at first, but in the end Gizem was terrific, and the end result was amazing!I would definitely love to get more work done here, I will 100% recommend this place.Just some more clarity in the price structure would be appreciate it!

Amazing experience here! Called for a walk in and they were able to fit me in. Everyone so friendly and I almost fell asleep getting the tattoo, the artist had such a light hand. Will definitely be coming back for more. They worked with me on design and placement. I wasn’t sure exactly where to put it and gave the artist freedom to do what he wanted. He was very careful, took his time, and I’m in love with the tattoo! Everyone was communicative and checked in with me throughout the entire process.

STAR ⭐️ was amazing! Leaving farmers market she was outside handing out cards and she got me! I’ve been wanting to re-pierce my nose and it was the perfect opportunity. She was super nice, helpful and I love the piercing! I went with the secure threadless nose stud. She made sure I loved the location first and the piercing was super easy! From start to finish, I received amazing service! The consultation before finalizing my tattoo was very helpful, and the artist who assisted with my design was extremely kind and helpful. Also, the owner helped me secure a time, date, and a price within my budget. I highly recommend this shop.

While I love my hand tattoo I was not impressed it’s their process or customer service. Initially I went here to get a quote for a hand tattoo because I saw an ad for 30% off all tattoos. I showed up to my appointment and was told I would be working with a designer. I have a lot of tattoos so working with a “designer “ instead of the artist themselves was completely foreign to me. I presented my idea with pictures of a design I liked. Usually an artist will take your ideas and pictures and make it their own…that is not what happened. She literally cropped the pictures I sent her and placed them on my arm that she had taken a picture of. All of this done on a tablet. I had other ideas that would take up space on my forearm, which I didn’t expect to get with my hand tattoo but I wanted to see how it would look and again no original artwork just cropping pictures and laying them out on a picture of my arm. The guy apparently running the shop told me they could do it for $3500. Now that was pretty steep so I asked well what about it just the hand portion to which he said $1500. Again, pretty steep. Told him I would think about it and call back for an appointment. He then turned into a salesperson asking if it was about the price to which I said yes and he said they could do it for $700. I was happy with that price and they stated how the tattoo would lay out and everything. He kept saying we have “world famous “ artists here and the artist that would be working on me was coming from Turkey. Okay don’t care where he is from but as long as he does good work and makes it his own original art that’s fine.When I showed up to the appointment it was not the guy from Turkey working with me but a female. No biggie I have had female artists before but this wasn’t the artist he told me about. She then when and got the stencil. It was the cropped photos from the pictures I sent. I should have stopped there and walked out but I paid a deposit and I was being dumb. Then I noticed it didn’t go all the way around my wrist like we discussed. I told the artist and she stated she wasn’t doing the whole wrist again i should have walked away but i didn’t.Then came the phone call. I called to let them know i felt cheated based on the work and price. Dude that’s running the shop offered to correct it by having me come by and they would do “whatever I want”. I make the appointment with him over the phone only for him to call and cancel because they have “bigger” tattoos to work on. I say okay when can I come in. He says “ oh I will call you with an appointment time when I take a look at our schedule “ severally irritated at this point. I call back two weeks later after hearing nothing, for a touch up. He obviously does not remember our conversations since he plays dumb when I ask him about it. I did get my touch up but had to pay another $50 for a different tattoo artist to work on me.All I have to say is there are no “world famous artists” working here. They conned me out of $850. I will never go here again! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Very clean and big shop. Friendly staff, and AMAZINGLY talented. Definitely going back. Parking was a little tricky due to a special event, but we ended up parked on the street directly in front of the shop. We only got our designs done today. Well go back next week to get the ink done. Ill be in the chair for 9-10 hours. Ill try to update this after the ink is actually done.

My tattoo artist was Berkan and he absolutely went above and beyond when working on my tattoo. It was my first tattoo and I’m glad I had Berkan working on it! The rest of the staff were also very nice. I was able to walk in and get help with the design of my tattoo as well! They handed out refreshments while the design artist worked on a custom design just for me using my criteria.

Went there after seeing a Facebook ad. I called and they set an appointment for me to come in Same day. I didn’t get a tattoo that day but I came back as I promised I would. Staff were super friendly artist there are crazy talented. I decided to get my tattoo my Berkan who I recommend, I recommend Jeremiah as well. I had a tuff tattoo to cover up but I left extremely excited. Berkan did a tremendous job. Love this place will be back to finish my sleeve and get other tattoos. I’d give this place ten stars if I could.

I walked in with out an appointment. Was welcomed with professional and kind manners. I had a tat colored and 2 new tats. The wait time was about 20 minutes and while I waited, I had my ideas sketched out on a iPad. All colors added and lettering came out perfect. Serdar is amazing!!! Very little pain. Has a great touch. Great color choices from black to neons. I highly recommend this business and intend to go again soon.These people and their tats are amazing

Did a walk-in tattoo and everyone was so nice! Consultation and design took about an hour, and Wander was very patient and really listened to what I wanted when we were designing the tattoo. He was able to fit me in and get the whole tattoo done in one day and I absolutely love it! Would 100% recommend!

Clean shop. Open on Sundays. Live designer who is so nice, Sibel is her name. She designed my tattoo right in front of me. So I was able to take an idea from google and have it customized. I gave them a price and they fit me right in. I have had tattoos before but its been well over 10 yrs.

My tattoo artist was good. He did a great job. I totally recommend him.

I got my tattoo on July 28th 2024.I went a head of time for a consultation. It was 2 small tattoos that I brought the drawings in on. I was quoted a 5-6 hour tattoo on July 26th. I went on July 28th for the tattoo .It took him less than 2.5 hours to finish tattooing my 2 tattoos.I am not new to the tattoo world. I have 11 other tattos. Including full color ones.I woke up the next day in full pain and stuck to my clothing as the new skin popped. I cleaned it with unscented soap and put aquphor on. My leg and arm where the tattoos were was red and swollen. And painful. I developed a fever the next day. I saw my dr. She said I had a cellulitis infection. I got 10 days of antibiotics. I tried to contact the shop 2 times and they did not reply. My infection got worse before better. I had to go to dr a 2 time at day 10 as it was still bleeding and that isnt normal. I had been taking care of it with covering it up. Applying aquaphor , and washing with unscented soap as instructions emailed said.I only heard from them after I filed with the BBB, and they sent me to the owner telling me I have to download WhatsApp to talk to him as he is in a different country. Apparently all these shops are from a man who owns then in Turkey named Verdat. No last name.He would only text me and not answer phone calls. He would not take any responsibility for the cellulitis, the over worked skin, and the trenching.He blamed me . He told me he will only refund me the tip money. ( they charged me $1200.00 , plus I gave a tip ).I showed him how the line work is gone. It looks like beef jelly. It caused a serious infection. Still. He refuses to do anything to rectify appropriately. I got my lawyer involved as this is a personal injury. They sent a letter to the shop. They ignored BBB, they ignored my lawyers letter. Verdat wrote back on WhatsApp. Threatening me that if I take them to small claims court. He will sue me for millions , he said that he doesnt care I have medical documentation, that shows what happened. He doesnt care I have affidavits from many tattoo artists saying what happened why that would be caused, and how much it will now cost me to fix , and he doesnt care that I now know that the way the man did the tattoo was not sanitary. ( like rising the gun in dirty water, and wiping rhe needle with a paper towel. Can cause a cellulitis infection. ) he just threatened me . Instead of giving my refund so I can get it fixed in the future. This company is shady. This company does not have good customer service clearly. And I want my money back! I am now taking them to small claims and I dont care if they want to keep Threatening me. This was the absolute worst tattoo experience I ever had. And all I wanted was 2 tattos in dedication to my kids. Now I have 2 embarrassing tattoos and I had a very bad infection. I have documentation day after day on my fb with photos and videos of how it healed and how I am taking care of it properly. I have no fear of this bully Verdat.Updated I called the shop to ask for contact information as I am taking them to small claims, for the manager to REFUSE to give it to me. Question why I wanted it. Told me he has talk to corporate . When looking up their business on the state of California businesss, there is NO Cleopatras Ink listed. When contacting the county office they sent an email back saying they also. Can not locate them.Funny.I am still moving fwd with this suit. This is absolutely ridiculous. I wish I could post photos here. Luckily Ive kept an amazing online diary . Beware !!!!!!

I walked in for a simple small (3inch by 3 inch outline with the tiniest amount of shading) tattoo. I’m not from here and had no idea what to expect pricing wise for a small tattoo with no detail. I was expecting between the 100-150$ range but was told it would be 350-400$ with shading and that’s not even including the expected tip. Even for california that’s crazy pricing for a tattoo that takes 15 minutes. Everyone has their price and i’m not dissing it, it just blew my mind. The vibes were just off and the guy who helped me seemed really annoyed so I just left :(.

I found my ideal place, a few days ago I was looking for a place for a piercing and now I found it, the best of all, Elena, with her best attention she did it for me, it didnt hurt, it looked beautiful and they have beautiful jewelry, I will definitely come back for more, excellent atmosphere, good music and excellent service.

My friend and I decided to go to the Farmer’s Market. On the way there, we passed by Cleopatra Ink & they were having a flash sale. We were like “okay… let’s do it 😂” ….and can I say how amazing the staff/artists are! The place is clean & aesthetically pleasing. The customer service is great and they are very accomodating! I ended up gettng a Koi Fish behind my ear and I love it! I will definitely come back for another Koi Fish 🫶🏼
