I got a Friday the 13th flash tattoo. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. Big Mac was my artist and he was so awesome and made getting my first tattoo easy and fun. I will definitely go back

This place is still open! Got my first tattoo here in 2002! Took my teenager here for her first nose piercing. She loved the entire experience and her piercer made her feel super comfortable.Great tattoos and piercings. Private, clean, covid friendly, and great lobby. Awesome art. Highly recommended!

After about a dozen hours and a small fortune spent in this place, I feel more than confident giving 5 stars. Great bunch of really talented artists here. You can sit in any chair and know youre in good hands. Ive been worked on by four different artists here, and every single one has been confident, competent, and talented.

The experience my wife and I had with Bill was amazing. He is extremely hospitable, knowledgeable and easy to work with.We had a previous session with Tiry (who is no longer associated with the shop) that didn’t go well. Bill went out of his way to personally do a tattoo that not only covered up the mistake of Tiry but looks incredible. Bill’s willingness to work with my wife throughout the whole process shows why he has been a household name for tattoos for over 30 years.

Me and 3 friends walked in and Juan and Ty hooked us up with some tight new art. There is so much cool flash to look through I could hardly pick what to get! Well be back for more soon! 😁

I came as a walk in to get my sons ears pierced and Steph was amazing! She was very friendly and professional. She was patient and explained the process really well making both me and my son comfortable. I highly recommend. All of the staff were friendly.

I highly recommend Steph for piercings! She was so professional, skilled, and just really kind. I got both my ears re-pierced and my eyebrow freshly pierced on a walk in and it was a quick, clean, and relatively painless. I also got a tattoo here a year ago that also went really well and looks great! Although I can’t remember who tattooed me, he was also really kind and professional too.

Got my 4th tattoo done here as a walk-in, after arriving in town today. Tony was great, really helpful getting the exact image I wanted.Efficiently done, looks great, and no pain while it was being done.Great aftercare advice, and even did a little touch up on another, older tattoo for me.Great conversation while he was working too.With artists and service like that, I can see how this place has been here so long. Look forward to coming back again sometime, travel permitting.

I had my first tattoo with Iryna who did a wonderful job custom designing my tattoo based on what I provided. She was an absolute delight every step of the way. I was slightly nervous but she was so patient and communicated all the steps so well to have me feel more at ease. It definitely made my experience wonderful and I will definitely return to this shop for my second tattoo 😊

I cannot rave enough about Iryna! She did an incredible job at covering up my existing tattoo!! Her skills are beyond!! Super detail oriented, drew up an idea within an hour of my request! I came prepared but what I thought was going to take me 4 hours took only two! She is incredible !! The whole shop is super friendly! 1000% recommend !!

Both piercers Steph and Paige are absolutely wonderful! Was my third time here today to get my nostril re-pierced after another shop screwed it up. Steph fixed me up previously after buying a bad nose ring online that melted my nostril away, she’s very knowledgeable with her work and hooked me up with some proper jewelry and helped me remove the nose ring the other shop pierced too low. She answered any questions I had and wrote down all the answers for me so I wouldn’t forget. And Paige pierced me today, took her time to make sure everything was perfect, was very clean and did everything so smooth. Both ladies make me feel so safe here! Everyone else in the shop from the manager to the tattoo artists are also so friendly and made sure I was taken care of and comfortable! I’ve never been to a shop so awesome, definitely will be recommending to everyone 😊

This was my first time going to this location and getting a piercing in a while so i was very nervous and had questions but Steph (the amazing one that did my piercing) made me feel very comfortable and made sure i was okay during the process… i highly recommend this location for anyone looking for someone to do your piercings. I had a wonderful first time experience with her and everyone els that worked there were very welcoming as well. Love this place and she’s the best !!!

Came here for a few piercings for my birthday. Everyone was so nice & friendly. Steph did my piercings, I did my smiley first followed by my cartlidge . She was very thorough with her job & made me feel at ease. I will be recommending her to my friends & as well as be coming back for more 😁

Brought our daughter (15) to get her conch pierced. The place we’ve gone to in the past was closed so we came here. Steph was our piercer and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Very patient, informative, answered all of our questions. This is where we will be coming from now on!

Staff was incredibly friendly and professional and helpful! I almost fainted twice but everyone knew exactly what to do and had snacks and water ready. Was there for 4 hours but didn’t feel anywhere near that long, was just having a fun time chatting with everyone in there.

Never experienced this shop before just recently when I got tattooed here, the shop was overall cool and looked great but my artist didn’t give me the best experience, it didn’t seem at all like my experience mattered to him , seemed like it was his way or the highway,this was my second time ever being tattooed and I wish I could have gotten what I wanted but instead I chose something else because he couldn’t do it because it was too small and he didn’t make me feel good about my placement decisions, i didn’t like that he didn’t do something because he didn’t like the way it looked on me instead of trying to find the best solution for me I felt that he rushed to get me out.The tattoos I got looked really cool from the stencil but after some time healing I can see that my skin was overworked, the tattoos look rushed and ink is not distributed properly ,the lines of my tattoos are crooked and none of the numbers look the same size or shape, this was supposed to be something special to me and overall I wanted it to be a good memory but this shop was not the place for that, this was my last experience before leaving Sacramento and if I go back I don’t think I’ll be back here again! Really sad and hoping I can find another place where the artist cares about client experiences and comfort and fixes this for me.

We came to have our 10 year olds ear lobes pierced! My husband and I also got cartilage piercings in support. Steph was super kind and patient. She walked our daughter through everything and helped calm her anxieties. Our piercings all turned out great and our daughter said she barely felt it! The price for all three was about the same as other places were trying to charge for just 1 of us!I was hoping to have my daith redone but she evaluated it and determined it would be risky. She helped me pick a new spot (tragus) and I love it!

I took my two teen daughters for a belly piercing! We love Steph. She made my girls feel real comfortable. We got some laughs in and we chatted like weve known each other for forever! There was a lady there before us that transferred her bad energy but Steph handled it like a G and got us on our way! We will definitely be back! Love them!❤️

Got my ears pierced the day that I called to make an appointment, ( no wait time ) the location is not far from my job. I also got a tattoo there like 5 winters ago it still looks healthy. I will be back at that place in less then 8 weeks to get some hoop earrings.

I have received many tattoos from this establishment, the staff and tattoo artists are extremely friendly. They are artists and their experience in their trade really shows through their work.

Took a while for a piercing because of the weekend rush, but the service made it absolutely worth it. The piercer was very personable and calming. She even helped me figure out what jewelry would look good on me! Definitely coming back here for my next piercing.

My friend and I were on a vacation and decided to randomly get tattoos. When we arrived we were greeted by John. He was very nice and helpful. I asked for a tattoo cover up, The tattoo artist made up his own tattoo to put on my body. Instead of giving me what I asked for! He could of said no I can not do, what u are asking of me!

I got two piercing that Jonathan did he was amazing. He explained everything he was going to do asked me what side do I sleep on so I dont have pain when sleeping. He made sure it was set properly. 100% would recommend. I went there to get my conch pierced and I would definitely go back. Lisa was the one who pierced me and she was very kind and helpful. It did hurt a lot, but I guess I shouldnt have expected anything different, as I was getting a needle stabbed through my flesh. The price was reasonable, and I was very well taken care of.

Very very professional! I searched all over for a replacement piece of jewelry for my Monroe piercing, as it fell out and was concerned about it closing up. They had so much merchandise and options to choose from. Very well-stocked, very clean, open until 10 p.m. seven days a week, and very friendly staff! My favorite Tattoo/Piercing shop in town!

I got my Ashley piercing done by the piercer here. She was nice and very welcoming. She pierced me with a short bar and it wasn’t long enough for the swelling that was happening. Had to go to someone else that would switch out the bar for the Ashley Piercing.

Very rude when calling. Loved the piercer who had pierced me here awhile back, but wont be coming back. Person oh phone couldnt/wouldnt give an estimate when they would be selling jewelry again since they dont have a piercer anymore?? Pretty subpart for a supposed piercing parlor. Maybe you should get rid of the &piercing if you dont sell piercings

I came here recently to get a mediocre tattoo redone. Bill worked his magic and created something new and beautiful. He was also very patient with my need to take breaks. Jasmine was awesome too, giving me pep talks to keep focused. What a great place, great people, and great talent. Will post a pic when fully healed. Highly recommend!

I got my septum pierced by a pretty blond girl (I cant ever remember names) and she was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Furthermore, the shop was very clean and inviting.I was very happy with how the piercing looked, and will definitely go back to her for more piercings in the future.

I was looking for a shop to get my 6 y/o daughters ear lobes pierced and was surprised to find that many shops would not do piercing on kids, though I can understand why I suppose. When I called Sacramento Tattoo & Piercing I spoke to Jasmine and I liked her POV right away, she said that if the child could express clearly that they wanted to be pierced then she would do it, assuming all the proper guardian permissions and documents.Jasmine was great. She took her time and explained everything to us before she started. When my daughter picked out the jewelry and I approved, Jasmine took a moment to take it and show it to my wife in the other room as well to ensure there was consensus which I thought was very thoughtful.When it came time to do the actual piercing she was honest and straight forward when communicating with my daughter, acknowledged and honored her slight nervousness, empathized, but didnt dwell on it or amplify it at all. She took her time to get the placement and explained why she recommended the spot she did, checked with us to make sure and then did the job just the way you would expect from a professional. It was smooth as can be and my daughter was ecstatic. It was a positive experience start to finish.

They have always been supportive ...I only have a couplea piercings... but they answer a million questions. Have great advice... if your work was done there they will remove and replace existing jewelry for free ...their prices seem pretty reasonable. And they seem to keep things very clean...

Fantastic place, they actually had to fix the problems from another piercing place had caused. Von the piercer went above and beyond by even calling around to other piercers to get the parts he needed to complete my dimple piercings. I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. He is my permanent piercer and will follow him anywhere. Please visit this place because I guarantee it will be the best and last place you will ever go again. My husband who has no piercings even was amazed because he felted as welcome as if he to was being pierced.

Ive gotten a couple of piercings here in the past. Ive actually recommended this place to a few people. However, the people who work here are extremely rude, and dont have very good customer service skills at all. They give off negative vibes and always had a smug look on their faces. I spent alot of money here and always left generous tips, regardless of how they acted towards me when i came in. Who wants to feel uncomfortable when they walk into a tattoo and piercing parlor? Needless to say i wont be returning.

Just got my new tattoo done here and they were incredible! All of the staff members were friendly and attentive. They also were great when I changed my mind and tweaked my tattoo 100 times! I will be coming back for future tattoos :)

We went in to get my sons ears pierced. We were met with an extremely knowledgeable and very informative young lady that gave us all the details of what that would require. For minors you need a birth certificate, Drivers License for the parent matching the birth certificate and school identification for the child. Should they not have a birth certificate e thatll match your Drivers License youll need guardianship paperwork.Loved the vibe of the shop! Lots of tattoo artists working and convenient location.

Tattoos are good but the customer service is not good I decided not to get my tattoo that the guy supposedly “drew up for me” (looked printed) and then e said very rudely walked away from and said I have another tattoo to do and then when I walked past him to leave he rudely asked for his drawing back. I don’t plan on coming back and if I did I’d make sure to ask for someone nicer . Because I did nothing wrog

They take walk-ins. As soon as I walked in the shop, I was instantly seen. The shop was very clean and they were very friendly. I highly recommend this shop to all of my family and friends

Stan the piercer is awesome. He hooked me up with a new nose ring that is not L shaped so it will actually stay in and he removed my botched daith piercing from another shop that was all jacked up.

I love artwork. This was my third tattoo! Had an idea of placing it on my biecept. (Warning: due to graphic nature of this content some words might be spelled wrong)First, I didnt have enough money to pay for the tattoo it-self, but the guy said hed do it for $4 dollars cheaper:) Yay for me! I gave the best idea. He said no. So we went with the L. Forearm. I wanted it upside down. I told the nice tattoo artist. He drew up the lettering neatly, and placed it on my arm. I drew my signature then he copied it... Which is coool! just wouldnt get that tattooed;)Second, while he was in the middle of coloring on me he started holding my hand. I thought it was weird, at first, but then i realized my tendants made my fingers twitch: and i didnt want to mess up my tattoo he so preciesly worked on. It game out good. I have room for future ideas with past plans.Third, for the price i paid and the pain i put in i walked out with two for one deal. The ink that writes 420 or music - looks. like. a. skull. If this fine artist drew it on purpose or not beats me. He is my hero.In the end a 4.6 review is not what Sacramento Tattoo and Piercings deserves. I rate it 5 stars and will come back with more money.
