Terrible experience, my daughter bought 2 nose piercings that were buy one get one for $5. She opened one pack and realized it was so small it would never even fit in her nose (she never even tried to put it in). We knew both nose rings were the same size so we never opened the second pack. I tried to go back and return it and realized you cannot return something there if you opened it. Hence you need to tell your employees that when people buy stuff like that they need to tell people it is non-refundable. I even tried to pick out a different nose ring for The pact that was not open but she tried to tell me I owed them $10 when the other nose ring pack I picked out was supposed to be $5. I should not have had to pay any difference because the second set of nose rings was the exact same amount as the first nose ring. Absolute terrible customer service I will never be back in your store

Drove all the way out to let my daughter use her gift card in a Sunday. Online says they’re open at 10a. 11:05a still closed. Apparently they open at 12p.

Went after work (5pm), the only time I can go and they were closed. I thought they may be on break but there’s no sign and garbage was sitting by the door.

Had a great experience with my daughters ear piercing

Came to this location to get my sons ear pierced. A girl by the name of Tristan helped us. She was so nice, friendly & gentle my son didnt even flinch. He was more nervous than anything. Its been about two weeks with no issues with the piercing, which is awesome. Just a small suggestion...this location is at an outlet mall. Tristan was the only one there at the time we went. She had people waiting to be rung up at the register while she pierced a babys ear. Tristan was very apologetic & we customers all understood and were patient since she was by herself. Im not even talking about the mess at the back of the store. One person can not do it all!

Does not open at 9 AM wasted my time this morning. Trying to beat the clock before I get to work sat outside for 20 minutes and nobody answered the phone nor came to the door. Please change your hours to reflect your actual time.

Awkward experience as a customer due to employees behavior behind the counter of making fun of and laughing at customers who were leaving. I couldn’t wait to get out of the store. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in any store, and the person “in-charge” allowed the behavior and disruption to the shopping experience. This store really reminds me of how bad customer service is these days. Sad.

Very patient and proficient staff. Brought my 5 and 7 year old daughters in for first ear piercing. It was a clean environment and they were very patient with my girls. Great selection of beginner ear rings and beauty accessories for all budgets.

If i could give a zero i would Terrible experience.the girl who was in the store was rude. As she was ringing us up we tried to give her our email address so that we can earn the rewards points she told us they do not accept email instore to earn rewards points. This made no sense . I have shopped at claires numerous times and always have giving my email address .I also had a coupon that would not accept. She told us it can only be used online- coupon didnt not indicate thatAfter she ring us up we left store I decided to go back in and ask her again why all if a sudden she dont need my email for the rewards she then stated well thats because she was the only one working at the store and since she was by herself she didnt but if i wanted the points i would need to return my purchase and she would ring it up agin and use my email and then would get my points .Well that didnt make any sense why didnt she just take the 2 seconds to put my email in- all of sudden she had time to to a return and ring me out again. There was Noone else waoting in line when we were there and just one person in the store .very disappointing I will not be returnung....

This is such a nice place to take our kids for a fun prize! Our daughter got her ears pierced today and the employee that helped us was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about the procedure and after care. We had a wonderful experience and appreciate such a sweet store for us to visit!!

Very rude to black customers! Red head skinny lady and dark hair medium build lady. Me and my family was the only ones in the store and no one greeted us or said anything! Will not return! When I asked why wasnt we greeted red head chick said she didnt see us...

There was just not enough space in this store to shop. Everything was soooo very close!! Great place 4 shoplifters!!!!

Claires is a great place for shopping for Christmas and birthdays, and any other time of year, for mostly childrens accessories and toys, but also teenagers, ie, Squishmallows, LOTS of earrings, necklaces, hair accessories, sunglasses, purses and phone accessories. One convenient service CLAIRES provides is EAR PIERCING! I highly recommend shopping at CLAIRES for all year around wants and needs!

They more than 1 person working during a shift. After waiting in line so my daughter gets her ears pierced, a rude customer demanded the 1 girl working to stop what she was doing and ring her up. The girl did not stand up for herself, but instead stopped helping me and went and helped her instead of finishing with my daughter. Really aggravating when you’ve already waited your turn and you get interrupted by someone that clearly thinks they are above everyone else.

Went in for my brothers piercing on 12/27/2021 , lady was extremely nice to white customers but when it came to helping me and other black guests she acted like she didn’t have the time of day to answer our questions or concerns. Absolutely horrible.

Visited April 17th at 4:58 pm I do not know the lady’s name that was assisting me,, it is also not listed on the receipt under cashier section.Older lady assisting me with Red Hair for a piercing on a 14 month old she was a bit difficult for the dotting process, first ear got stuck simple , second ear got stuck simple, fuss for 30 seconds stop via lollipop given but fused afterwards every time the lady would come near her. The backs were not pushed all the way on due to this and we was instructed to push them in once she is home and sleeping. To our knowledge we pushed them in however today April 18th had to visit the Orange Park location explain why my daughters back was off of her earring and have them assist me with putting it back on and was advised that St Augustine should have never let us leave without making sure they were properly inserted and tighten to the ear therefore avoiding this all together. Unfortunate that I have to leave this review because overall it was not a bad experience however I suggest making sure the earrings are completely on before leaving this location as other locations may or may not assist I got lucky.

My girls love this place but its too expensive and Overrated. You can buy the same stuff at other places for so much less money.

Hamburgers were very juicy well put together fresh keep up the good Work.

Last year I went and it was not the best experience. Now the store is looking great. Its clean and organized. I was so happy this time with the new staff.

If youre a preteen or teen, this is an awesome place for jewelry and accessories. They do ear piercing as well. Not too expensive either. Great staff and you can get some really good deals here, too.

The store was ok, but the one associate that was working kept staying at the ear piercing stand chatting. Never was waited on, and I wasnt the only one.

My youngest daughter loves this store and it is close to the food.

When me and my nana went to Claire’s and they said they were open but I saw that no one was there. I love the stuff they have not gonna lie. But literally they said they were open and I see that they are not open.

DO NOT BUY JEWELRY FROM HE IT MADE MY NOSE PIERCING IVE HAD FOR 3 years WHICH MEANS IT WAS HEALED AND IT GOT AN INFECTION AND I EVEN SOAKED IT IN ALCOHOL BEFRORE PUTTING IT IN
