I had an excellent experience at Unify! First, the shop is one of the nicest I’ve been in and everyone was very nice. I worked with Kevin Moore and he took my idea and created a piece that was even better than I could’ve imagined! Great furniture, cool vibe, nice artists who act like they want your business and like what they do. We hardly had to wait for a walk-in which was kinda sad cause the shop is so nice!I didn’t personally get a tattoo but my wife’s tattoo was awesome! And I kinda wish I did.

Angel is a wonderful tattoo artist. I got a great arm piece with color and shading, it looks vibrant and so well done. I travelled 3 hours to come here because of his quality of work!! I’m willing to do it again!!

I am so impressed with the talent! I had Izzy do the mermaid tattoo on me and she was amazing. She was so much fun and her talent is top notch!!! I can’t wait to have her do more. The studio is super clean and well laid out and very professional as well. You won’t be disappointed with any artist you pick here.

I am so honored to have been tattooed by bart, and i absolutely do not mind traveling out of town to get inked! this is my very first tattoo, and i felt super comfortable at their shop. the artistry and creativity of the artists in there are phenomenal!professional, clean, great music taste, and an all-around good vibe. many people have complimented it already and asked where i got it done, and i recommend unify tattoo 100%! definitely will be coming back for a sleeve :)) my boyfriend also got tattooed here, and hes coming back for more!

I was recommended Kevin Moore at unify and I have to say he gave me the best tattoos I could ever ask for! Every tattoo he does is original and designed by him. His black and grey work is some of the best realism I’ve seen. Have trust and he will give you the best tattoos imaginable. Had my first session with Rob Jeff working on a Warhammer 40k sleeve. First off, the location is pristine! Very clean, welcoming, good vibe, and everyone was friendly and relaxed. I had left Rob with a ton of reference images and had a good discussion about what I was hoping for. When he showed me the ultimate design he came up with I was beyond excited! Incredible artistry and talent. Well worth the wait! Cannot wait to get back in to continue working on the piece!

Unify Tattoo Co. was absolutely amazing this past weekend when a few of us in our large group decided to get tattoos for our ‘yes theory’ St. Augustine meetup. They graciously accommodated us and let us all hang out for a few hours to support our friends getting tattoos. Our artist, EZ made us all feel super comfortable and did an awesome job with the designs and lettering. Unify tattoo co really helped us reach our weekend goal of “seeking discomfort” and saying “yes” more in order to build meaningful connections with people around us. This tattoo shop is extremely clean, organized very well, and has amazing tattoo artists. Rob Jeff is renowned for his tattoo work, so of course I am going to wait for him. The wait list for this guy is incredibly long...but I waited and it was worth it! The tattoo project is a half sleeve and incorporated other tattoos into it. Rob is an expert at his craft and I get non-stop compliments on this sleeve!!! Natalia is the office manager and outside of being incredibly professional, organized, and kind, she makes the tattoo planning, experience, and vibe perfect. Keep in mind, if you want the great artists, you will have to get on the wait list if you cant snag a walk-in spot...but I would rather wait and have something amazing for the rest of my life than anything else. The experience from the artist to the shop vibe is perfection. Highly recommend and will keep going back!

Ive been frequenting Unify Tattoo since 2016--Bart and Pepper are just phenomenal! Theyve created a one-of-a-kind experience and atmosphere. Unifys level of professionalism, cleanliness, friendliness and talent is top tier. I travel cross-state because they have created a lifelong customer. I have 50-60 hours of work done so far from Unify and I look forward to even more! You wont find anywhere better. Period.

Great experience start to finish. I saw Robs work online and stopped in to schedule an appointment and consultation. Front desk was helpful and set up the initial appointment. Rob provided great feedback with my initial idea, and I booked his next available appointment a few months out. I asked to be on the cancellation list, and was lucky enough to get in 2 weeks early. Appointment day with Rob was great. Having 5 previous sessions, with different artists throughout the country, this was by far the best. Professional, prompt, clean, easy conversation, and outstanding work on top of it.Entire shop, from front office staff to artists were amazing to work with. 10/10 will be back, and would recommend to anyone who asks.

Wonderful experience at this shop! I saw one of their guest artists, but the entire shop was incredible and everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. I had a great time admiring all the original art in the wall while I got my tattoo too.

Great tattoo shop. This was my first tattoo. Hector Concepcion did an amazing work. He made this tattoo and process a great experience for a first timer. Was very professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and kept encouraging me to ask him more questions. The tattoo was not painful at all. He was fast and cares about his clients. The tattoo shop is very clean and it has a good environment. 10/10 would recommend. Will be back for more for sure

11/10. Amazing experience.I flew from Michigan specifically to get a tattoo from Bart and couldn’t be happier. The shop is beautiful, clean and feels welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. You can tell that these people take pride in their shop and their craft. Every staff member I encountered was extremely kind, friendly, and accommodating. Bart took the time to freehand my design with sharpie, ensuring it flows perfectly with my anatomy and filled the space I had available perfectly. Even though I am pretty heavily tattooed, I was concerned I wouldn’t make it through an all day session and complete my tattoo - but Bart did everything he could to ensure I was as comfortable as possible through the entire session. My piece is absolutely beautiful and I could not be more pleased!

First time here and I will never go anywhere else! Skyler revamped an old piece for me and it looks so incredible! The original artist didnt consider my skin tone when coloring the piece and Skyler was super helpful, explained everything really well and chose colors that looked much better on my skin. Everyone here was so friendly, even when I was a little indecisive about the second piece I wanted. He took the time to ensure I was happy with my decision and placement and also reiterated everything we were doing before he began three times. I am so happy with my experience (and I have four tattoos from two other shops). Thanks so much, Unify, I will definitely be back!!

I don’t live in St. Augustine, but will seriously travel to have my ink done here! Great shop! Clean, professional, and in a great location. My friends and I dropped in to make an appointment when we got to town and EZ was able to work us in for the next day. He was very patient and created a beautiful piece my friends and I love. We’d give Unify Tattoo 10 stars if possible!

Went in for a simple autograph tattoo. The artist (whose name Unify would not tell me) completely botched the tattoo. When I asked for it to be fixed, the kid made it worse. Staff unsympathetic and snarky. Would definitely not recommend!

Skyler fit me in during a quick trip to the city. He gave great advice and moved my tattoo to a perfect location on my shoulder. His shading is flawless and the lines on my script writing are sharp. He was quick, polite, and easy to work with. It was a fun session! Will return for more. Price was great for such an awesome tattoo and quick service. Recommend highly.

I had a tattoo removed almost 15 years ago and it left some major scaring. Bart at Unify was able to cover the scar with a beautiful new tattoo. The process was very professional and sanitary. I highly recommend Unify Tattoo.

I just got my first large sized tattoo from Pepper & I had a wonderful experience! The shop kept excellent communication with me throughout the appointment-consultation process & everyone I spoke with was professional & friendly. The shop is BEAUTIFUL, I was there for about 8 hours when I got my tattoo so I can attest that its very comfortable to hang out in, haha. I met several of the artists while I was there & everyone was great. I would recommend this shop to anyone, especially if its your first large piece & youre a little nervous. Unify will treat you right 👌

I recently received a Tattoo from Rob at Unify. The experience was nothing short of excellent from the initial consultation over the phone to the 4 hour session itself receiving the tattoo. Rob was super easy to talk to and made me immediately feel comfortable before ever beginning the tattoo. The end result was beyond my expectations. I couldnt be happier with the finished piece. I will absolutely be making another trip to see Rob at Unify in the future. He is a true artist and I would HIGHLy recommend him to anybody.

I planned a visit to Unify a few days in advance. I emailed Julia (store manager) a few times back and forth, I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn’t 100% sure how it would look. I’m 125lbs and super small bone structure and brand new to the world of tattoos. Drew Potts did an amazing job of putting everything I wanted together! This shop is awesome! Everyone was professional and it was super clean. I drove from Orlando and will keep making the drive for the rest of my arm sleeve! Great studio. Helpful staff. Talented artists.

Had an initial appointment with their apprentice for a cover up, agreed on a design and talked all points through. When I texted, called, emailed and dmd on IG to pay a deposit for the tattoo I was ghosted and ignored for a couple of months after which i decided to give up on them and go with a different shop owner/artist who btw left unify due to them treating many customers the same way in the past.

I saw designs by pepper in an artist group I am in and immediately fell in love with her art style. From the very first email Pepper was kind and answered all my questions without ever making me feel pressured to buy something, but I already knew I was going to before I sent the first email. She took me through the process step by step and gave me some guidance as to angles and such she needed of my rabbits. They are two different breeds so both have a very different look. She made it so easy when it came to color palletes, payment and communication. I 100% will be buying from Pepper again. The painting itself far exceeded my expectations. It’s brilliant and beautiful! I spent days looking for the right shop for me in the Jax/St johns/st Aug area and found these guys. With respect to other shops, this shop has tattoo artists with an emphasis on ARTIST. An utterly ideal experience. While researching artists all over North Florida, I was captivated by Peppers portfolio and was really excited when she took on the piece. After a series of emails and a free consultation, Pepper turned my general concept into a tattoo design that boggles my mind. She executed the actual tattooing flawlessly, and as an added bonus she was a pleasure to sit with for almost 9 hours (done over 2 sittings). I ended up with a true work of art on my skin that I could not be prouder to carry with me forever.Everyone in the shop is super chill and are skilled in a wide variety of styles. This was my first piece and I honestly dont know how I would go anywhere else for my next one. Clean, professional, comfortable shop, knowledgeable artists, and clear pricing...what else could you ask for? I

Al was so kind and a great help getting our appointments set up and Skyler knocked it out of the park with my amazing tattoo. The best part was obviously the finished product, my tattoo, but runner up was the amazing attitude, understanding, and patience I was given. The shop is clean as a whistle, tastefully decorated, and well maintained. I felt comfortable getting my first tattoo here and I cant wait to go back!

Hector is fantastic! Went in for my first tattoo a little over a month ago, and he nailed it. It was better than I could’ve ever expected! He’s extremely personable, and takes his time and talks you through it to make sure you are as comfortable as possible before starting. What I thought would be a nerve wrecking experience, turned out to be the exact opposite. In fact, I ended up coming back a month later for a second with him! Once again- perfection!Thank you!!

My experiencing was disappointing. I went in to talk about a tatt and spoke with Natalia who asked me to just go on line and fill out their form. Based on what I wanted, Kevin would be the best choice. So I did. She said with 24 - 48 hours I would be called and consult with Kevin. After more than a week, nothing and only after i sent in another email checking in did I receive an email explaining system was overloaded but Kevin said he can’t do that design. Really? No conversation, no consultation, nothing, just can’t do it. The man does some of the most complication designs I ever seen and money wasn’t an issue. Should have been handled better.

After booking an appointment, and paying the 100$ deposit, my appointment was then rescheduled due to the artist deciding to attend a convention on the day/time we had slotted. Seeing as the next available appt was 2+ months out, after already waiting for a 6 weeks I decided to cancel.After initially refusing to refund the deposit due to his scheduling error, it was finally agreed that would be done. It’s been 2 weeks since this conversation and at this point the principal of the deposit is over with.The owners were great upon initial conversation however this whole ordeal has just been terrible.

Bart and pepper are so talented, listen to their clients and are so nice on top of it. Check out their work, their new shop, you wont look anywhere else.

Katie the piercer is amazing. I have had multiple piercing by her and every time is a wonderful experience. Her space is clean and her jewelry selection is always on point. She takes her time with making sure you are happy with placement. If something is not going to work or may not look the best she is honest and wants nothing but the best outcome for you. This girl is not notch!

I met with Kevin who took my idea for tattoo and made it better than I ever imagined. If you want a great piece of art as well as a great time while you get your tattoo definitely see Kevin. Unify has a great vibe and kevin keeps things humorous and fun through the process. Couldnt be happier with how it came out.

This was my first experience getting a tattoo and from the time I walked in till the time I left I was treated very well. The receptionist greeted me and answered all my questions. Then tattoo artist Mat Diaz came over and made sure I was comfortable and also explained everything. Mat Diaz did an awesome job and I am extremely happy. I will be going back. So much space with amazing people .Whenever you go they have real talented artists ready to work with you. This shop is incredibly clean, welcoming and inviting. They offer water and cookies which is considerate, given some people may get lightheaded. The manager Al is very friendly and easy to talk to. I was tattooed by Skylar who gave me a tattoo I love so much it makes me question the others I have lol. While there, I saw Hector tattooing an incredible sleeve. The owners werent there but their artwork speaks volumes as well. Over-all just an immense amount of talent working here. I tend not to leave reviews but my first visit was exceptional and I plan to be back the next time I get that itch for another tattoo. P.s. there is extra parking in the back of the building :)

Totally worth the 4 hour drive to get anniversary tattoos from Skyler. Everyone we met was so nice and helpful. The shop is super clean - top notch! Skyler does GREAT work..and had a really light touch (which I for sure appreciate!). We will most certainly be back!

I came in to place a deposit for a tattoo session and asked to see the piercer, Katie, for her opinion on a septum piercing I had done yesterday by another parlor in town. She immediately saw it was a bad job. I have a very slight deviated septum but she said it shouldnt have interfered with the ability to perform a straight-across septum piercing and the initial job done was simply bad. I asked her if she could fix it right then and there and she was more willing to do so. The entire shop was so understanding and convenient as I hobbled in with two babies. It was quick, clean, she was more than generous and I am SO, SO, SO pleased and happy with how it looks. I will be back for more piercings and hopefully, more tattoos! If you need a perfectionist of a piercer to do the job, go to Katie!

This place is awesome! Just moved to Florida last year and been looking for the best place to go. After searching and reading reviews I found this place. Even though my choice of tattoo wasn’t that detailed and more time consuming, I was really impressed by options that were. Their gallery online was what made me choose this place more than the already great reviews. I got an infinity tattoo. I can’t say enough how talented these people are. Very clean and professional. They do a great job. Should definitely look at some of their work for others. It’s impressive.

I came in 2 days ago with a very simple tattoo idea. Al, who I talked to on the phone initially, was so nice and listened to exactly what I wanted. I was able to come in the same day and get the tattoo with Skyler. He seemed to know exactly what I wanted and the tattoo looks amazing! Ive never been treated with such respect at a tattoo shop before. I really wish we had a shop like this in Virginia! Thanks so much, guys!!

Pepper was great! She worked with me on my first tattoo. I didnt completely understand the tattoo process but she was incredibly helpful and listened. She was able to make a beautiful 3/4 sleeve and it was very detailed. This tattoo was extremely meaningful and she did a great job of respecting that and helping me create something I love. Unify and Pepper are a 100% recommendation.

I went to Hosang (IG: @shadow_tattooer) to get two single needle tattoos, and I am beyond happy with how they came out and healed. These tattoos were in honor of my son, and Im so lucky to have worked with Hosang. He really took the time to understand my vision and placement. Plus, hes super cool. Unify Tattoos staff were all so welcoming, too. 5-Star experience, all around. I HIGHLY recommend going to Hosang!

Hmmm, lets talk about Unify Tattoo and Pepper and Katy and Julia and the guys whose names I didnt get during the 8 hours I sat for a tattoo. I have been in tattoo shops around the world and across the country. Unify is truly a world class studio. The staff here is 100% professional, they are genuine, friendly, warm and you truly get the vibe that you are welcome. How many tattoo studios include their customers when they do the staff lunch orders? They do here!On to my Artist, Pepper 🌶. Im no expert but Ive been to a few shops and got a few tattoos. Ive never been anywhere that when you walk in for your appointment the artist is standing there 100% ready, prepped, art in hand to get started. Truly a professional experience.It took 6 years of waiting for my schedule to align with hers but I knew when I walked into their shop 6 years ago that I wanted her to do my next tattoo. The quality of work in the portfolios is above and beyond anywhere I have been and looked. Pepper and Bart are not just tattoo artists, they are accomplished artists who also do tattoos.I did some rough Google searching and found 20-30 shops closer to me than Unify. Pepper and her crew were 101% worth the 12 hour round trip drive and the wait. I now have a world class tattoo that I am proud to wear and have already scheduled my next.If you want a tattoo and you are serious about it take your time, do your research and then go to Unify Tattoo in St. Augustine.Thanks yall.

I went in to see about getting an appointment. I was told “his books are closed, and he is booked out until December so you want to be on the waiting list” I said absolutely. I submitted a photo of what I wanted on line. Then received an email telling me again the books are closed. When they open we will contact you. …that’s fine I will wait. I get a phone call telling me “his books are open, so you still want an appointment “ I told her yes, “ok we will call you for a consultation “……….. I never received the call. I called today 12/11. I was told again the books are closed. Now he is booked out until March. “We will call you for a consultation “. I know they are very busy, I understand. But don’t tell me you are going to get me in for a consultation and then never contact me. I’m very disappointed.

My friend & I drove over 2 hours to get here. The shop is clean. The artist talented. We are already planning a return trip. Very friendly & creative staff.

A family experience. That is the best way to describe this parlor. First going in everybody is so friendly. Skyler was my artist. He did an amazing job on my tat. I was there for a few hours getting my tat and we all talked,laughed, and had a great time. Like I mentioned it was like being with family. Very clean and professional parlor. They will be doing all my tats! Love this place.

Unify has a great tatoo studio, including waiting area. Jessica skillfully recolored a tatoo I obtained in another state that had areas of scarring and color loss. I appreciated how careful she was with those areas. Unlike the original studio I went to, Unify covers tatoos with a 2nd skin bandage, and so far on day 3 I have no issues. Looking forward to seeing post healing results and planning next tatoo with Jessica!

Came down from Maine on a road trip, called 4 hours ahead of time and they told me to come on in. The atmosphere was great, the owner gave me the insider about the area and my artist, Skyler took my idea and put a twist of his own. I will never go to a new piercer unless I absolutely have too. Katie is amazing. Shes quick, clean and efficient as well as a total sweetheart. I drive from Green Cove just for their friendliness and awesome jewelry. Already want another one 🤣

My boyfriend and I tried to schedule appointments to get tattoos at unify tattoo co. We tried calling multiple times throughout the day and no one answered. So we contacted them through their website and got an email the next day saying they received our submission and that they would reach out a second time with more details? So then they texted my number the next day only to state that I should personally message the artist we wanted. We dm’d Hosang Lee on his Instagram and after three days he still never answered. The website and whole process was not user friendly. The best way to contact the artists should be linked on the website instead of going through their website just to be told to dm them. We chose to get tattoos at another tattoo shop nearby.

Wrote an email with what me & my bestie were looking for. They fit us right in while on vacation! Everyone was very nice, shop was clean, Skyler did an amazing job as well. If your looking for a laid back place, with artists who are great in their art come here! We’ll back next year!

My friend and I went here the other day to get our first tattoos and we both had an great experience! The staff were not only super friendly and laid back, but very knowledge and helpful. Prices are fair and the quality is great, I will defiantly be back if I decide to get anything in the future!

Great local, great customer service. very professional. and a great experience over all! we got our tattoos done with Skyler D.!in town from orlando on our girls weekend...glad my friends and I voted on this tattoo parlor thanks to other reviews we read. We called a few of the other ones in town just to get no answer, or people with an attitude on the other line. we called Unity, gentleman was very nice over the phone. accommodated us for a consultation same day. We went and saw Skyler DelDrogo (left his card at the hotel so I hope thats correct spelling) we consulted and he handled our group of 4 awesome! we all got the same word tattooed and it was a super fast process.we were all satisfied with our end product!

I went to Kevin to get a piece on my are done and we are already discussing finishing my sleeve. His work is outstanding and he was funny and fun! He was very meticulous and made sure every line was perfect. I drove an hour to go to him and I will definitely be back! THANKYOU SO MUCH KEVIN

Im so glad I found this place. Im vacationing from out of state, and Al gracefully communicated with me via email and phone for days figuring out what kind of tattoo I wanted, placement, size etc. He set me up with artist Skyler Deldrago who took my references and ideas and turned it into a sick neo traditional flamingo which Im absolutely in love with. Al is very professional and understanding, and Skyler was so professional and an amazing artist. He was very knowledgeable and gave me all the info I needed in order to properly care for my new ink. He was also down to earth and cared about whether I was comfortable, and his singing along to the radio kept me calm and distracted😆. I visited Unify Tattoo today for a tattoo with Edwardemar. It may just be my favorite tattoo that I have. He was very professional. He created a design that was exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this shop and especially EZ!

Best tattoo expirience Ive ever had. Staff couldnt have been nicer and the shop is beautiful, they make you feel right at home.
