I went in on my birthday for my first ever tattoo last month, and I am so thankful I did. They did amazing, and I have gotten 3 tattoos total with them. Will continue to use them for future tattoos!!! 🤍

My boyfriend and I brought his daughter in and got her ears pierced. Joe was amazing! Was informative to us and his daughter and told her everything he was doing before he did it!

I went in on my birthday with my bestfriend , she got her seconds on her ears pierced and I got the other side of my nose done ! Gentle joe struck again and made our visit the best! We will be coming back and recommend this place to anyone wanting a friendly environment.

I absolutely loved my experience at this shop. I went and had my belly pierced for the first time. “Gentle Joe” definitely played up to his part!! Very nice, clean, calming. I 10/10 recommend booking with this shop for piercings, etc.

Got my belly button pierced by Joe, and it was by far the best piercing experience I’ve had. He talked me and my friend though the whole process and made it a quick and easy! The whole place was extremely clean and the environment was calming and relaxing. Highly recommend coming to Outlaw for piercings!

My boyfriend and I were celebrating our 5 month anniversary and decided to stop by this tattoo shop. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and great environment. Joe did my septum piercing and belly button! He ( joe) had a great personality and made me feel very comfortable and easy to talk to. Taylor did my boyfriends tattoo he was great! Also very friendly. Russell is an amazing artist. The shop is always clean and is a great environment. The whole group of guys are amazing. Ive been having Russell do my tattoos for years and his shop is the only place I ever recommend. If you have an idea of what you want, Russell makes that idea come to life.

I had endured 12 years with the most hideous tattoo youve ever seen, worked on by three different tattoo artists who shouldnt have been tattooing at all. Always trying to cover it up, just so self conscious about it. I finally got the courage to try to fix it one last time and found this shop on social media.Russell has done amazing on my cover up, it now looks like it was worked on by a true professional. I will be coming back to finish it up (it was a pretty big one) and Im looking forward to seeing the final piece.Highly recommend!!! If you know of anyone wanting a tattoo I wouldnt send them to anyone else!

Russell listens to what you are wanting and makes it happens. I get stopped all the time for my tiger asking where I had it done. When you walk into the shop you are greeted like family and they have known you forever. Great quality work, and professional. You have a returning customer for sure!

We had Joe, he worked miracles. Me and my momma got a nose piercing. He was super friendly and very clean and professional. I am definitely going to go back.

I was in touch with the owner of this shop, Russell, two weeks before my appointment. I sent him photos of what I wanted and was expecting some mock ups before or ready at the beginning of our appointment. Nothing. I also repeatedly asked for pricing and was told I couldn’t get an estimate without it being sized, despite me telling the artist the exact dimensions I wanted.Russell showed up 15 minutes late, because he forgot our appointment entirely. I had to show him our text messages to refresh his memory. I was lucky he even showed up that day because it was not for my tattoo appointment. He had nothing prepared, so I had to wait half an hour for him to sketch up a design that I made.Now 45 minutes later, Russell starts the tattoo. Only after he is finished does he tell me the price. $300! The quality of the tattoo is just fine but by no means impressive, and the size of it is no larger than my palm. Nothing can justify this price. I asked around and apparently it is common practice for tattoo artists to overcharge consumers for their first tattoo in this area.I do not recommend this shop.

Paid way to much for what I got and had to go some were else to get it fixed . He said he would do touch ups went to the shop the day and time he set and never showed txts hours later saying he was sick. So he would have to do it another time ask many times to book me and always said he forgot to look. I gave him time to book me I waited for two months got tired of walking around with a messed up tattoo so went some were else .

Got some piercings done here, and Joe was very patient with me and explained all about what was going to happen. I did wish he had waited to setup until I got there, but the piercings are clean and healing nicely. He gave me his card and told me to call if I needed anything or had any questions. Plan to go back for some other stuff soon. :)

These guys were awesome! Super nice, I was a walk in piercing and they got me in and had me finished within 20 minutes. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever been and the price was awesome!I’ll definitely be back for more!

If youre looking for a new or first tattoo shop look no further. The staff here are very professional yet treat you like a person still not a number. The work done at this shop is absolutely outstanding. From the work on the walls to the work on skin these guys have to be the best in KC.

Russell does AMAZING work and creates such a great atmosphere. The new shop in KC is so nice and definitely worth the drive! I do not trust anyone else to do my tattoos!

Went there for some piercings last minute on Joes day off, and he came in, did a killer job, and was super friendly. Seriously, so amazing!

Place looked very nice and I had high expectations based on the reviews but in may, my sister and I went as walk ins to get small matching tattoos for her birthday and they look so messy. The tattoo artist rushed through both tattoos and did them under 10 minutes. Seemed like he had something better to do. The tattoos are nothing like the reference photo I gave him and the lines are so patchy. Will be going somewhere else to get touched up soon!

Tattooed but Russell today and he’s the man. Focused and creative, he’s driven non customer satisfaction and it shows. He’s a gentleman and social with pretty good taste in rap artists. Definitely will be back for another appointment.

Weekends are packed, but I went back on a weekday and had a great experience. Love how my tattoo turned out. Brett was acomadating and fully in the zone, focused on the artwork. I liked that. Thier pricing is pretty standard. (They only accept cash. I wish they had mentioned that upfront, but they do have an ATM.)

Several members of my family have been going to these artists for years as they do amazing work! No matter what kind of tattoo you’re looking for they always bring it to life even better than you could’ve imagined! Absolutely would recommend to anyone whether it’s your first tattoo or your 50th!

Where here with a friend and enjoyed my visit there. It was Halloween so got to see few costumes. Liked thr books they had but felt there should be more to inspire others. Pretty basic office. I did enjoy the artists. Very funny and friendly. Bathroom was bit crowed and messy for my professional taste but dont expect less from group of guys! Id go back if I were to get tattoo.

I saw Outlaw ink on instagram and knew that Russel had to do my next tattoo. The shop is unique and the artist that work there are one of a kind! He did some elephants on my arm and knocked it out of the park! It was more than I could have hoped for! Definitely will be back for all my future ink! Listened to what I wanted, gave me some guidance in the direction I wanted to go for my sleeve... I have big visions, but not a lot of ideas on HOW to achieve them! I was treated patiently and with kindness(artist Elmo) and the end result was ahhhhmazzzinnnng! also, got my lip pierced at the same time. The piercing was quick, clean and on point. The artist (Bart) was ahhhhhhmazing too! I WILL be going back!

Very amazing shop fallowed these guys from st joe when they moved and I’d fallow them again ! Went for piercings. Called ahead and they where dead on with the wait time. The piercer took something that was a bit overhyped and put it on ice. Made double nipple piercings seem like a breeze. He was professional and he executed quickly and precisely.

Vibe and Taylor were awesome, we were on our sisters trip they were able to fit us in right away. They were very kind and professional!!
