I just want to give a huge thank you to Michelle K.!!! She was AMAZING with my 11 y/o son!! She was very informative and thoroughly educated us on the entire process! My son didn’t flinch when she pierced his ear because of her expertise and gentle touch!! Her warm personality made us feel so comfortable and made us smile!!! She is truly a GEM and made my son’s piercing experience a memorable one!!!!! Again thank you so much!!! 🩷

My experience was wonderful. The lady who rang us up and pierced my 2 friends and I ears, Michelle, was great. Very personable and great in the aspect of customer service! Made us feel very comfortable and talked us through everything she was doing. If I get another piercing I will be coming back to Michelle!!

Michelle helped my friends and I get piercings and she was very helpful and sweet. She really made the process easy and fun. She also gave us so much information on other piercings and the best ways to do it.

Took our daughter there to get her ears pierced. The “special” piercing earrings kept falling out! We brought her back in a week later to get re-pierced and complained about the earrings falling out. We had to pay AGAIN to get her ear pierced because it closed and we were charged an additional fee for not buying two earrings instead of one. Not even a week later the earring was gone again. I guess we will wait until we can go to a more professional place to get real piercing earrings that will stay in!

Carol Ann was very helpful when picking out a pair of piercing earrings. Also a very accommodating, kind employee. She took extra time to make sure the piercing hole was in right place.

Michelle was excellent. She provided my daughter and I a high level of comfort. We got our nose pierced painlessly and with ease. I recommend her especially if your experiencing some anxiety with getting a piercing.

Michelle was amazing! I was so nervous to get my nose pierced for the first time and she made sure I was more than comfortable and pleased with my results !

Mrs.Sharon was top-notch. Her customer service went well beyond what I expected if anyone is looking for any type of gift or even a gift for themselves stop by and pay her a visit.

Stopped by the kiosk with my mother. Sharon (manager) was WONDERFUL. She answered all of our questions professionally and was very helpful in picking out a necklace for her. I will definitely be back her for all of my jewelry needs!

Michelle was the sweetest lady ever! My boyfriend and I are on vacation and she helped us with everything we got. Ended up with a gold chain with a cross pendant and a dainty gold ring. Many thanks to Michelle for making us feel right at home!!!

Amazing customer service!! The woman pierced my ears exactly what I asked for; however, after an hour I wasn’t happy with how I asked her to place them. It was MY fault. She did exactly what I asked for. When I went back, all the employees went above & beyond to fix the location of the new piercing. I’m beyond pleased with the piercing location now!! They all were so sweet and comforting. The customer service was absolutely fantastic!!! All the employees made me feel so much better.

Great experience! She explained the process to my daughter step by step and was super friendly. I also got a second and third piercing myself and her placement was perfect.

Went here to get my ears pierced, let me just start off at this was my second hole being pierced on my ear. I took care of it, did what I was told and ended up with a keloid. And as if that wasn’t enough the jewelry broke. Do not recommend, I even paid for the most expensive jewelry for my ears. Waste of money, and they don’t know what they’re doing!

Ripp off place charge for a late payment that was sent off early 2 months later there trying to charge my wife 33.48 on a 250 dollar pay off interest an its not late or isnt late fee
