I had such a great experience with Dan. I came in and wanted to remove a line on my piece and he was able to do it in minutes. The tattoo looks exactly how i could’ve imagined it to turn out! I got it done October 2023 and it still has its vibrant colors and fine lines! My first tattoo, i forget who did it, also did an amazing job. I was able to book my appointment the same week and get it done. I am excitedly waiting to save up some money to come and get my next piece!

Keepsake didn’t miss a beat. And the best part is, I didn’t even need a touch up. Years later and the color is still vibrant. I have also gotten piercings here as well. In the last 8 years I would recommend this place to absolutely ANYONE! Everyone is so warm and welcoming when you enter, there is many laughs shared, along with feeling very comfortable. They are very clean, open the equipment in front of you. And their artwork is incredible with ANY artist you pick. 11/10, worth every penny.

1st off John answered the phone & put me at ease immediately. At 69 & 73 my sister and I embarked on our first tatoo.Dan LaMacra tatoo artist was incredible, detailed, super clean, thorough, gentle & oh so kind! We are thrilled with our hearts.

I had my first ever Tattoo done by Brent a realistic Wolf head back in 2016 and after some setbacks over the years since, today I finally was able to get my second tattoo done by Rich thanks to him I finally have my first dogs paw print with some fantastic Buttercup flowers completed. Both of these artists were extremely helpful throughout the entire process giving me ideas I didnt even think about, Their unique takes on the designs they do helped make what I wanted better than I could have ever hoped for. Huge shout out to James and the rest of the staff at Keepsake!! My daughter has been begging for her nose piercing for a while now and I finally caved! I was a little apprehensive about allowing her to do this however the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly, informed of her choices and given explanations about why and how they make decisions on jewelry and services. Then it came time to “do the thing” and James was AMAZING!! He was so kind and explained each step of the process making both of us feel more comfortable! I’ve been tattooed by three different artists here and each have been absolutely amazing. rich always does the best job and is super kind. i’ve also gotten pierced here before and he’s super professional and explains everything beforehand. they also let you pick your jewelry and they have so many options that are so pretty and elegant.

I made an appointment for a tattoo on a Monday. I cancelled my appointment on a Wednesday. I knew I was going to have to pay for the deposit, but I was shocked at the price. The manager never told me how much he was going to charge my card. He charged the maximum $250. I was going to get a small tattoo (4 x 4). It seemed extreme to me.

Daniel did a cover up on my arm and it’s honestly my favorite tattoo I’ve gotten so far. You can’t tell what was there before, and I get compliments on the detailing and coloring often. Besides that, just a really cool guy. Kind and fun staff, clean shop, and beautiful artwork.

Piercing are great, very informative and professional, as it goes for tattoos, I have to go elsewhere to get mine fixed as it was a simple tattoo and took maybe 30Minutes and it’s not right. So honestly I wouldn’t get a tattoo here again. And I do have other tattoos that I have sat through 7+ hours for, so I don’t know if it just wasn’t worth their time for a small one or just lack of ability honestly

James pierced my daughter’s navel and he was amazing. He has the perfect demeanor for this job and is absolutely the most knowledgeable person I have ever met about piercings. He explained every step and made the process stress free. It came out beautifully and even though we live hours away if we have to ever do another piercing we would travel there in a heartbeat.

My wife and I both got out first tattoos at Keepsake. We did plenty of “online research” reading reviews and looking at artists work. Keepsake has a large social media presence and the tattoos spoke volumes.From the first call we felt comfortable. Contact was done via email which at first I was taken back by as I felt email is so impersonal for something so personal. Quickly realized they really listened and read the emails. Looking back it was a great way to document exactly what we wanted.We received nice text messages keeping apprised of the appointment we made for our tattoos.Building was easy to find, plenty of parking. The building is shared with a barber shop. And we were not 100% sure where to go instantly however were quickly informed they were up the stairway.At the top of the stairs immediately greeted and we knew we were at the right place. The decor was absolutely fun from coke memorabilia to tongue and cheek tin signs and absolutely clean.Mara our artist met us in the lobby and showed us different sizes and an option we had not thought of!We went to the studio where there was music playing, clean equipment and just a fun atmosphere. The actual tattoo process seemed to be over in minutes versus over an hour.Absolutely an amazing experience and will be emailing them shortly for the next “keepsake” for my body.

I had a wonderful experience with James the piercer. I was looking for a very specific piercing that many places would not do. James was extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and had a very professional but friendly and calming demeanor. Everything was immaculately clean and then end result was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. This was a great experience all around.

Jon did an amazing job covering a tattoo that just didnt land as hoped. In memory of my son, Jon took hours to make sure I left with happy tears knowing my sons memory was honored and I could hold my head high representing how much his loss has damaged me beyond belief. According to their website: “We promise to provide nothing short of excellent customer service…We are committed to valuing your time”Well I booked last week for a tattoo today at 6:30pm, but woke up this morning sick and tested positive for Covid (first time..yayyy), and waited till noon when they opened to call them to inform them I have Covid! The dude on the phone rushed me off the phone and seemed unconcerned and also rude and cut me off several times, even though I apologized for the inconvenience…I’ll go somewhere else, keep my deposit for all I care, use it to improve customer service training lol. And certainly won’t be recommending them ever. I actually went to them for a tattoo last year, same issues with rudness by the way…

My go to place for piercings!! Leo has done all of my piercings over the years. He makes you feel comfortable and he educates you thoroughly on the jewelry and aftercare. Recently I was pierced by James and the experience was just as amazing. Atmosphere is very clean- you watch them sanitize multiple times. Jewelry selection is great as well.

My family came in to get all of our ears pierced on Saturday Feb 17th. The experience from checking in to getting the piercings done was great. When we arrived there were 3 people ahead of us to check in, but the woman behind the desk moved through the line quickly and had us all set up and picking the earrings. We went downstairs for the actual piercing and had to wait maybe 10 minutes. James was the piercer and he was very kind and knowledgeable. He did my daughters ears first. And was so sweet with her. Great experience. Wpuld definitely recommend

Do not go here. You will get mrsa if you get a piercing, and they will 100% blame you for not sterilizing their own jewelry. Also incredibly overpriced, sold me a stainless steel earring that was marketed as “white gold. I have a few friends with horror stories from this place. If you like overpriced trash line work and rotten piercings, hop on in!EDIT!!!: after leaving this review they posted a PHOTO OF ME, SAYING THEY ARE LOOKING FOR ME. They have a trend of vilifying unhappy customers. Customers can leave whatever review they please and speak to who they please, get over it. Have now had a 1+ year long antibiotic resistant ear infection. in the past they also refused service to my sister and made her cry, saying she needs to pick a design from the wall instead of her own which was for her dead dad. i dont need to speak to anyone from this business nor desire to ever again. do not recommend at all!

I saw Brent for a bumble bee tattoo that says “happy” underneath. I am extremely happy with my experience. They offered a free touch up and Brent made sure I was happy with how it came out. He took his time and everything was perfect! Extremely realistic looking. I’ll definitely go back for another tattoo in the future. Maybe even a piercing or two!I purchased a piece of jewelry from them that unfortunately didn’t last long. They were very quick to replace it for free. They also offered a full refund if I didn’t want a replacement. I truly believe I just got unlucky and they have lovely jewelry. I would purchase from them again.

I had my nose pierced YEARS ago at this place and now my 13 year old daughter wanted hers done. Living an hour away, this will always be my first choice. Super friendly staff, clean establishment, and quick service. The piercer was so nice and talked us through his whole process, from his sterilization procedures right through the piercing itself. Keepsake tattoo has been a breath of fresh air compared to other parlors I’ve been too. I got a tattoo located on my wrist done by Mara in 2020 in honor of my one year, to represent suicide prevention. When explaining to the artist how special and emotional this was for me they welcomed me with open arms and created a beautiful reminder for me to keep going. There work is always 110% put in and NEVER leave you disappointed. I have recommended this to my friends,family and even girlfriend who lives 6 hours away coming to keepsake for there hard work and beautiful tattoos.

Brought my daughter for her 14 bday present to her her belly button pierced they were absolutely awesome very nice very patient will totally go back again!! Ok. Went again this past November for my daughter 15th birthday to get 1 side of her nose pierced and today we went again litterally at 815 when they closed at 9 my daughter got the other side of nose pierced tonight and I got my Marilyn pierced the gut who does the piercings here is absolutely amazing!! So patient and understanding he was super great talking my daughter down. Bc her nerves where getting her but he is super amazing and understanding and great at talking u through the piercing!! I will def go again n again if u want a piercing def go here they are honestly the best by far Ive had alot of piercings over the yrs but I have to say they are the most personable place!! Alot of piercers as well as tattoo artists tend to sometimes b short term patients and they arent always very personable... but I would give this place 10 stars if possible thank you again!!

My daughter and I went down to get her septum pierced after we had a very good experience with a regular nose piercing a couple years ago. Everyone there is super nice and professional. They will give you the straight dope on what you want. Prices are reasonable and they gave me free advice about something I want done soon. We will definitely be back!

I 100% recommend going to Mara for tattoos. I’ve gotten 2 from here and they have come out better than i imagined. She’s so great with fine line work. I also have been pierced by Leo. He is one of the nicest piercers I have ever met. Today I had James just to swap out my jewelry and he was so nice and had great advice on how to heal my piercing. This place makes you feel so comfortable and is such a fun environment. I was so nervous to get my first tattoo but they reassured me and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place!!

I’ve been thinking about a nose piercing for years. Call it midlife! They are so cute stylish, funky, especially if you like to wear jewelry and being a hairstylist I thought why not. Researching and hearing horror stories about it, I knew I needed to find a place that really knew what they were doing. Like a lot of people I’m allergic to certain metals, and my ears get warm and they turn green. I found Keepsakes in Salisbury! They blew my mind! They were telling me everything that I needed to hear.I knew I was going to keep the stud in for a long time. Quality is key. The staff is so well educated and professional. They put all my anxiety at ease.I don’t feel like I over paid. I feel like I paid for good quality and don’t forget to tip your piercer. They spend years educating them self in this craft. It’s worth it. Can’t wait to go back and work on an anklet tattoo to cover a scar.

Where do I begin?! I called around for a while looking for someone to pierce my two toddlers ears. I am SO GLAD I found this place. I have been going to Keepsake for years. I can’t say enough good things about them. Professional, clean, great communication, and easy bookings. The amount of talent in this studio is crazy. I get compliments on my artwork often. 10/10 I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Manager John was nice to speak to me through emails but very rude to me over phone and in person. Don’t like the attitude I got from him and too over priced for medium simple tattoos. The other staff were nice and friendly though. Don’t recommend as a first choice.

Got a nose piercing today and everything from the check-in to the piercing process was top notch. The sanitizing and cleaning processes were excellent and the explanation of each step in the process was appreciated. I will definitely be recommending and using them for any future services!!

I have had 2 tattoos done here, one by Rich and one by Jon and both I was an amazing experience. Both artists did excellent work and helped design and give me the tattoos I wanted. I cannot say enough about how happy I am that I chose this place! James is so talented and was able to not only fix my tattoo, but make it look 1000 times better than it did before. I’ve have been here many times for all my piercings and tattoos! They do a fantastic job and are very clean when doing tattoos and piercings. The piercer that works here is super friendly. He will have a conversation with you while piercing and will still do a fantastic job. My tattoo artist has been James every time I get my tattoos and I love his work! Leo is the absolute BEST piercer on the North Shore, hands down. Anyone receiving a piercing can have total confidence in Leo.I have been going to Keepsake for years but have had to find another piercer as their prices have skyrocketed. This is why I’m giving four stars.I’m considering a new piercing, but the price listed is way more than I’ll ever pay. I have found a new piercer with more reasonable prices. I’m disappointed as I always wanted to support Leo.

The first time I was ever tattooed I brought two (highly tattooed) friends for support, I was so nervous to go by myself the second time (due to COVID restrictions) but once I was there I felt completely taken care of. Everyone there is very professional, kind and excellent at what they do! My Nana who has wanted a tattoo her whole life, but was too “chicken-shit” got her first at 76 at Keepsake after I told her about them! And even though I have never been pierced there personally, I have heard all positive accounts from those who have. Overall, I highly recommend Keepsake for any tattoo/piercing needs!

Got an ear piercing here and had such a great experience! Leo was very thorough talking through the steps he was taking, very respectful, and even made sure I was taking deep breaths :) after having some swelling and needing an earring change, James was so helpful in choosing a better earring option for healing and some tips and tricks that have been a godsend. The staff here are amazing, friendly, and very knowledgeable!

I went here a few days ago to get my septum pierced and because my nostrils are so small, it originally came out crooked. I let the piercer james know and he told me to come back after a few days to see if it was due to swelling. It stayed crooked and I came back to see if it could be fixed. James was able to fix it and get it looking perfect!! He was very personable and experienced and i could tell that he knew what he was doing. It was a great experience and I’ll be coming back here for any other piercings I get!!

Cant really write much because we got there to with 3 people to get 3 seperate piercings and were left standing in the upstairs lobby while being ignored by a woman. Refuse to give my business to a place that will look at a customer, walk past them and go text for 10 minutes. Left after the woman working the counter walked by us multiple times without inquiring why we were there. And to be clear, the place was dead. One guy was busy with tattooing and I definitely didnt expect him to stop. Thumbs down for horrible service.

Went in to get my Medusa repierced after having it pierced crooked by another shop. First thing the shop is spotless. Everyone that helped me that day were incredibly nice and welcoming. Leo was absolutely amazing. So kind and gentle. Caring of your personal space and comfort. Placement is perfect. All around a great experience. Will most definitely come back for not only my own piercing needs but my friend’s needs as well!

I got my very first tattoo here with Mara and she was so understanding about me needing to take a few breaks. So unbelievably gentle with me and her line work was gorgeous. Would love to come back to her if she’ll have me haha!!

Got my first tattoo here and was very nervous. They did a great job at making me feel welcome and comfortable. The tattoo was very meaningful to me and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I have been going to keepsake for a couple years now and I will not go to another shop now. Rich is an amazing artist and so easy to vibe with while in his chair. Leo their piercer is very professional, talks you through the entire process and gives great valuable feedback. He’s honest with everything and quick. He recently reopened my left nostril and pierced my right one. The only place my piercings have healed cleanly and did not suffer from infection. 10/10 definitely recommend this place.

Called for an appt while on vacation they got me and my friend in for the next day. They were friendly place was super clean Maras work was amazing her lines were perfect! The only thing that sucked is it took way longer then it should have and ended up $225 for 2 quite small tattoos which seemed outrageous i personally do not think they’re worth that. Stencil went on at 4 :05 is for the L (100)and was done at 4:25 and the arrow stencil went on at 4:44 (125)and was done at 5:25 and at first the lady was going to charge me 150 on top on the 100 deposit I believe but then took some off but still outrageous. I won’t take a star away from them for that because other then that everything was perfect and would recommend them.

I got a septum piercing. My piercer, Leo is so kind! He told me step-by-step everything he was gonna do, let me take it at my own pace and even had a little conversation with me and my mom. This place is awesome, 10/10 would recommend!! 😌

I found Keepsake when I moved to the area years ago, and I wouldn’t recommend any other place for body mods. All of the staff is knowledgeable and so friendly. They answer questions timely and they don’t make your feel rushed. For tattoos, they make sure your design is exactly what you want and they are so patient through the entire process. The atmosphere here is perfect and so welcoming and they treat you like family. I absolutely love Keepsake and all of the staff. The work they do is unbelievable and I have never had a bad experience here. This truly is the best shop around.I recently moved an hour away and I will still continue to come back to Keepsake for any tattoo or piercing needs.

Absolutely loved My experience here! Got my first tattoo as a walk in. I was so nervous but the whole vibe of the building was amazing. I literally had two google images that I wanted put together and Brent was fantastic with me and made me super comfortable. Will be going back soon to get a new one. I have also gone with multiple friends to get piercings and they are clean, quick and make you feel comfortable the whole time if your scared or have never gotten one before.

I had gotten my nose pierced at another place. After about a month it seemed to be really infected. Not sure why. I came in and saw Leo and he was AMAZING. He took care of it. He drained the bump and put a new jewelry in that wouldn’t be so harsh on me. The time he took to explain everything and actually make sure I didn’t have anymore questions was amazing. Would recommend to anyone. Keep up the great work!

Keepsake is great! I’ve gotten my nose pierced here and had ~7 tattoo appointments over the years and could not be happier with their work. Just follow their process and it’s super easy to book an appointment. Very clean, professional, and a great environment. Most of my tattoos were done by Mara, she is phenomenal! I also recommend following them on social media to get constant updates on the wonderful work they do!

I want to give a shout out to Keepsake Custom Tattoo and Body Piercing!! I took myself and my daughter (4) to see Leo and it was a great experience. The studio was very clean, the staff was professional and very helpful from the moment we walked through the door. My daughter got her first ear piercings and I redid my nose for the 3rd time lol! Leo was great with her, talked to her, made her feel comfortable, and explained everything as he went; I honestly thought we were going to leave with one ear done but she was very brave and stuck it out for both. I recommend them every chance I get and can’t wait to go back for more!

I got a very important tattoo of my dogs paw print and her name done by Nate. It was my first tattoo and I was nervous so I had specifically asked for him and they accommodated that for me. When I walked in everyone was very welcoming and chatted with me while I waited as I was early. When it was my time mate made sure I loved the tattoo and checked on me to make sure that I was feeling okay during the process. They also made sure that I had the proper cleaning and care supplies to keep my tattoo in the best shape. I recommend them to everyone I know proudly! (They are super clean and that’s most important!)

Everyone was so friendly when I walked in, professional, made me feel comfortable getting tattooed. Very sanitary and clean place. Easy way to get tattooed or pierced within your booking time. They do walk-ins. $100 deposit post tattoo appointment but they take it off at the end of your appointment. I’ve gone here twice now for two tattoos and I will keep continuing coming here for my tattoos.

Ive been to other piercing places before but none have compared to the customer service of keepsake. Everyone is so welcoming and it makes you feel comfortable being there. I got some piercings done with Leo and he is very professional. He walks you through everything before doing the piercing so you know what hes doing and what is happening. Overall, great experience.

Leo did the dermal on my right cheek. He made me feel very comfortable and walked me through the process. He made sure that I knew that everything is sterilized and clean. It was a very swift, and painless piercing. He also had a great variety of jewelry to choose from. I will never go to any piercer again because Leo is just amazing at what he does. The tattoo artists have phenomenal work as well and the shop is beautifully decorated. They keep up with cleaning the shop, and have done especially well with being mindful of the pandemic. I highly recommend this shop!

I just received my very first tattoo from Jon, one of the tattoo artists at Keepsake Custom Tattoo Inc. It was a great experience and everyone is so nice. I was even able to get a new stud put in for my nose piercing right after I finished up my tattoo. I highly recommend them for both tattoos and piercings. :)

I went in this past week to get my nose pierced. All of the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The gentleman doing the piercings downstairs was amazing. He kept me in the loop with every step he was taking. Although I obviously signed a waiver. He even asked if I would mind if he got closer to me to do the piercing. Very respectful! Plus it was kinda cool to listen to how he does things, and why. He did an amazing job lining this piercing up with the one I have on the other side. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I loved Keepsake! I went in to get my nose piercing changed and a septum piercing done. I felt like the entire staff was really informed and gave me a real sense of ease throughout the entire experience. The place and the procedure were both very cleanly. I was looking to get a few small tattoos and even though they were booked up, they were able to fit me in within a few days. I’m very happy with my tattoos and Rich’s line work is impressive. Leo is super friendly, clean, helpful and supportive! I got my nose piercing jewelry changed out today, i had an infection that caused a bump and Leo was able to use a saline compress to get rid of the bump completely! Throughout the whole process he was super kind, professional and overall amazing. I really loved that he said “if at any point you need personal space let me know and we can take a break” He also sanitized everything in the room and all the tools before i went in. When i started to get dizzy at the end he was super helpful and understanding he layed me down and put the fan on me, gave me cold water and a glucose tab. I felt completely comfortable the whole entire time and loved the environment of the place as well overall and absolutely amazing experience ❤️

I’ve only been to Leo once but he did an amazing job with my piercings and was super helpful. He even made sure to keep me semi distracted so it hurt less. And he did a great job on my friend’s ear piercings too. He’s super friendly. I’ve gone to keepsake for all my piercings and always loved them. And I’m hoping to get tattoos there soon too! Keepsake has been incredibly reliable and welcoming. I’ve received multiple calls from them about ensuring the design and accuracy of my tattoos. They have excellent deals and I’ve never been disappointed by their service, incredible art, and quality of their work. I recently moved to Amherst and wanted to go to a local artist, but the artist in Amherst tried charging me a $500 down payment then $150/ hour for a tattoo. I immediately decided the several-hour commute to Keepsake was totally worth it. I wouldn’t pick another tattoo shop.

Great customer service with very experienced workers. One of the few tattoo shops I have been in near New Hampshire that doesn’t have a red neck feel to it. James did an excellent job piercing our noses and telling us further information about the piercings.

I went to Keepsake Custom Tattoo for my 16th birthday a couple of years ago. I 110% recommend this place and I say that because I was so scared to get my nose pierced and they talked me through the whole process. They have multiple options as to which ring to use etc. they also gave very descriptive directions on how to keep it clean and healthy! I have gone there for tattoos as well, in fact, I just finished some work on my sleeve. I will and would NEVER go anywhere else for any service. This place really is the best there is!

Mara has been at this shop for a few years I think now, I’ve never gotten a tattoo from any other artists at this shop, in fact I’ve only gone to Mara for all my tattoos except 1 and now he died so I take it as a honor I was able to get a piece from him. I’ve been going to Mara since I was 18 years old my experience at keepsake is wonderful. There so friendly and out going as soon as you walk in! The tattoo artist here are talented in my eyes. My experience is warm welcoming. I really feel welcomed walking into this shop!

I showed up and Jason looked the part. I mean if you want someone to pierce you this is the guy. He walked me through everything. Was caring and it didnt hurt at all. Go see him!!! I honestly can’t recommend this place enough for my birthday I wanted to get a tattoo in remembrance of my mom and when I called John was nothing but accommodating in trying to get me in sooner than later and I can’t thank him enough for that he really got me in just a few days after my birthday and the tattoo came out amazing. Mara did such an incredible job with every detail of the piece and every time I look at it I love it even more. I’ve gotten two tattoos done by them! My first one was with Nate and I was sooo nervous!! I’m not good with pain but Nate made me feel super comfortable and took the tattoo at my pace. Second one was here for my Grammy that passed away a few years ago. I was given a price and they had mentioned it might be more with the design I wanted but they did it for the original price and it came out amazing and by far, my favorite tattoo! This team is absolutely amazing. My daughter and I both have gotten piercings here . We went in yesterday to get our helix done and she was having issues and not feeling well. Leo picked up on it right away and instantly guided her through it and he kept making sure she was OK putting cold cloths on her gave her candy ect . He stayed calm so we all stayed calm he even was going to walk her to the car! They are so friendly and so professional here I recommend them to anyone. I could say more but they only gave me so many characters lol!

I got my conch pierced here about a week ago by Leo who is a very nice person and was very clean but In my opinion his knowledge might be a little out dated, for starters they allowed me to start my fresh piercing off with a hoop which is what I wanted but have learned since then that there is a good reason most piercers wont let you start off with a hoop, I now have to go to another jewelry shop to get this hoop changed out to a stud because I live in a different state and can’t just make the trip. Leo also told me to twist my piercing only when wet… after consulting other piercers I was informed you should just leave your piercing alone no twisting, no turning - none of it even if it’s wet.

I came here to get my semptun Pierced and this place was amazing! The design of the shop is so cool and edgy but welcoming and colorful at the same time. The staff was so friendly and made me want to come back for tattoos after seeing some of their work. The piercer took me as a walk in and told me hes been doing it his whole life. He was calming and really made me at ease before I got it pierced. Definitely go here if you want an amazing shop!

This place is great. Got two helix piercings, the guy who did it was so polite and helpful, he made sure that I knew he was being sanitary, which he definitely was, and made sure that my friend that I went with felt safe (asking if he was getting to close, telling her that she could let him know if he was), since she is a woman. I’m trans and had some confusion about what name I should put on the papers, and the other employees were very kind about that too. Hyped with the piercing as well! Looks great and was given lots of great aftercare info. Overall wonderful and fun experience.

I went to Leo for nipple piercings and the experience was so comfortable, he was so thorough with explaining aftercare, he was quick and noticed when I needed to lay down after before I even did. And the healing process so far has been the easiest of any of my piercings. 100% would recommend.

From the moment of booking I was impressed with Keepsake! They responded very quickly and Jon was helpful on the phone in relaying my design to James, my tattoo artist. I got a scorpion tattoo of my back right shoulder. Mara was incredibly professional and put out above quality work. She made sure I was comfortable (as my arm fell asleep halfway through from hanging). She was done right on time and you could see she was really proud of her work, which made me feel great! In the middle of the tattoo another worker even came in and talked about her quality of work and about my reasoning behind getting the tattoo. The overall environment and experience at Keepsake was very comforting and friendly!

I was getting tattoos from different places I lived and tho I never lived in Salisbury I had a couple friends recommend them to me as I was dying for another one. I had two photos I wanted combined but wanted it custom made, which Nate did. It’s been 2-3 years now and my boyfriend still stares mesmerized at my leg and always says it’s the BEST tattoo he’s EVER seen. And he wouldn’t just say that as he likes everything to be perfect or a certain way. I won’t ever go anywheres else for a tattoo ever again. Keepsake tattoo is their name in all KEEPSAKE. Clean place. Very friendly. Everything to look forward to. And I’ve gotten multiple piercings there as well. Wont ever go anywheres else either. Very quick but gentle and the piercer talks you right thru it. And very precise as to where to put the piercing.

I have not actually been able to get a tattoo from here (mostly because I am still saving up money to get one) but I have talked to the owner about getting some tattoos. We talked about designs and they were very helpful. I especially like how they chose an artist for you that best fits what kind of design you want when you don’t have any experience with them. They are extremely professional, organized, and friendly. I will definitely be going to them once I am able to!!

(I get nervous before tattoos and ramble) Rich and Mara were both awesome in listening to exactly what I wanted and changing it around for me as well as calming my nerves by being completely patient with me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went here for my first tattoo because it had the most positive reviews. I went in there not knowing anything about anything. Rich gave me my first tattoo, he was a really good guy. He told me about all his craziest moments and other fun memories while giving me a sick tat. It healed perfectly and they were very sanitary. These guys are very professional and will definitely be my place for all my future tattoos

Best tattoo shop ive been too. Very professional, clean and always on point. Got both my tattoos with them and i can’t complain at all. The details and color of my tattoo hasn’t faded at all. I recommended them too 2 of my friends and they love them as well as i do.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve gotten piercings here for years, and just got a new one today with their new piercer Leo. He did a great job making sure we were involved with every step in the process. The tattoo work I’ve had there (and continue to get work on) by Jay is beautiful. Keepsake has been my goto for years now. Myself and my kids have gotten piercings and tattoos. We’ve been tattooed by a few of the artist including Nate, rich, and Brent. Shop is always clean and everyone is kind and helpful. It’s a breath of fresh air in this type of business to be honest.

I had a great experience here, we were the first couple people in before a long line of others behind us and there was only one piercer, named Leo, there to help everyone. He did not rush with us and was there to answer all of our questions and made me feel safe and secure, even though it was a simple jewelry change in my nose. It was quick, clean, and informative and I highly recommend it!

I have been going to Keepsake for years for my piercings and I did do one tattoo. Normally these places can be extremely intimidating but the people at Keepsake make you feel at ease and are extremely helpful and considerate. I would highly recommend for a first time or recurring time for piercing or tattoo needs.

I got my tongue pierced here and it looks great! All the staff were very kind and professional. The tools used were clean and the process was quick and easy, yet still informative. I drive over an hour to get my piercings at Keepsake! Leo is fantastic! He makes sure that you’re well informed of the piercings you want and he walks you through the process. Recently just had a tattoo done by Rich and had one the best experiences! My friend and I had back to back appointments and he was so professional, funny, and kept the mood fun. The new online booking appointments makes it so easy to schedule and you always get a call back within the day if not next day. Would recommend Keepsake to all my friends and I have just that! My friend & I stopped in to see about piercings. She ended up with her nose pierced that day (I had an upcoming surgery or else I would have also!) We literally had the best conversation with staff. I ended up making a tattoo appt on a whim with Mara then turned around & made another for myself & my son to get matching tattoos (his first) with Jon. Everyone is fabulous there so I’m super okay with any of them! Already have another tattoo deposit down for myself & know my son & his girlfriend have been back a few times!

I’ve gotten my bridge and septum here before and they both turned out amazing! I had my septum pierced wrong before and was nervous getting it re done but he made it look so easy! Went back to get my bridge and I don’t think I’ve seen anyone else have their bridge done better than mine. Leo was very thorough with cleaning and very professional. Since then I’ve recommended everyone go here.

Back in April I went into Keepsake to get my first tattoo. I was a nervous wreck. I kept making myself nervous and had myself convinced I was going to leave once the needle touched my skin. Rich was very understanding and was able to ease my nerves. Everyone was kind and made me feel extremely comfortable. I sat through the tattoo with 0 issues. I will 100% be back to get another tattoo soon!

I got a naval piercing here. Piercer was very clean and professional. Everything was organized and they are taking covid precautions very seriously in addition to usual cleanliness that comes with piercing. He made sure I was comfortable and helped me pick out cute jewelry. It was quick and painless. Definitely the best piercing experience Ive had and will be going back again

Leo does not know what he is doing. He pierced me three times on the same side of my nose because he didn’t line it up right the first two times. I left sooo swollen and ended up taking out the piercing later because it still wasn’t where i wanted it. My boyfriend got two ear piercings the same night, took Leo two tries on one side. The hoop he put in didn’t leave nearly enough room for swelling and months later even after the swelling has gone down there still isn’t enough room in the hoop for his ear. It’s not able to heal because it’s two tight, After spending over $200 that night we can’t keep any of the piercings he gave us.

Leo was super professional and knowledgeable. He walked me step by step through everything he did, from sterilizing the table to showing me he threw away the needle after the piercing was finished. The shop was super clean and organized, everyone I spoke to was polite and friendly. I will never go anywhere else for my piercings!

Went in for a naval piercing and I was quite surprised during our conversation with the piercer.(forgive me, forgot his name) He actually did my nose piercing at a different place many years ago. I’m glad I encountered him again. He’s a super good piercer with A LOT of experience. He’s fast and he makes the experience as painless as possible. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent, down to earth, laid back but straight to business type of business. I love thus place and cant wait til I muster the strength to get a tattoo. The first thing you notice is how clean the whole shop is, which is a nod to how detail oriented they are. The shop was also designed in a way thats really inviting, which was a welcomed change from the shops Im used to and should make any first timer feel at ease.While I waited for my artist (Rich, whom I cant say enough good about!) to get setup, I overheard a few phone consults. You could tell even through the somewhat brief phone conversations that there was great attention to detail and that they would be doing everything in order to make exactly what you see in your head appear on your body.Rich, the artist that did my tattoo was beyond great. He was friendly, down to earth, and extremely knowledgeable. The whole time in the chair felt like catching up with an old friend. He clearly listened to what I wanted, and was able to advise me on placement. He explained to me in a way that was both detailed and easy to understand on why he suggested placing it where he did, and I couldnt be happier I went with his advice.I absolutely could not be happier with my experience at Keepsake, and I cant wait to book another appointment!

Keepsake’s has always and will always be my go-to for any and all piercings and tattoos. The atmosphere and chill and laid back, and their decor has a very comforting feel to it. I got a piercing and the technician made sure I saw everything get wiped down and explained to me the proper care and how long he had been working with piercings.
