Amy pierced my ears today and was so nice. She helped me make sure my placement was awesome & it was almost completely pain free. Highly recommend getting pierced with Amy she’s a pro!!

JULIANA, JULIANNE, or whatever the chubby Hispanic girls name is who said she was the manager is extremely RUDE!! For my own records today is May 4, 2024. I’ll be contacting corporate about how she made my kid (4 years old) cry in the store today and had no reservations about it. Yall need to make sure you don’t let your little ones touch ANYTHING because she will raise her voice at them. The young black cashier was embarrassed and apologized to me for her. Unreal. :|

My husband and I went last week. I got both my ears pierced and he just one. The young lady was very polite and proficient. Painless and easy process! Maybe one day my daughter will be ready to get hers pierced and I’ll take her here too

Went to have my daughters ears pierced today and I dont think we would have made it through without Melissa! She was wonderful, kind, patient, and matched the speed my daughter was comfortable with. Which made the entire event better.

We had a wonderful experience today. My daughter got her ears pierced and the experience was amazing. The lady who helped was so nice and explained everything perfectly. Clean, well kept store. Will be back!

I have always enjoyed Claires stores. After 15yrs of putting it off. I finally got my second piercing last Christmas.

Came here to surprise my daughter to get her ears pierced, her aunt and uncle shocked us with this and Grace, the girl who pierced her ear was sweet, gentle and cool when it came to handling my daughter. Thanks to her, my girl handled it like a champ was anxious excited during the process but Grace was caring and fun during this experience.Thank you so much for your patience and hard work! You rocked!!Only wish we were able to capture the moment it happens as mo video and photos were allowed during the ear piercing 😪 but we respected the policy regardless of how much we wanted to pull out our phones.

Gotta love claire’s and got to love it more for how affordable it is and all of their deals. currently wearing all of my jewelry from there right now. you’ll be surprised at what you can find here. I’m balling on a budget and I look good!!

Took my 6 month old in to get her ears pierced. I have ALWAYS used Claires because they are so professional and clean. The lady was super gentle and made sure it was perfect. They offer the best earrings for babies little ears that wont get infected as easily. It was about $65 to do it but well worth it. The most expensive earrings was going to be $111 I think. My daughters ears were only sore that first night and have had no problems after 4 days 😊

This is by far the worst Claire’s you could ever walk into. The customer service here is horrible. You can’t ask about the promotions because it irritates the employees. My daughter was trying to ask questions and they wouldn’t even even bother looking at her. You are a children’s store, if children bother you maybe you shouldn’t be working for a children’s store. Don’t get me started on their store manager, she was there listening the entire time and she was encouraging her employee (Italy) by laughing and insulting my child. Never again.

I went in to get my cartilage piercing and i was really nervous about the pain. Bethany was my piercer and she was great! she explain what it would feel like and had so much patience with me as i was freaking out. she was very gentle and very experienced. i will be returning!

I got my 3rd wholes done in my ears & it didnt even hurt .. The lady was so gentle. Clean. She made me feel really comfortable.. Ill differently be going back.

If you want more then 1 piercing in you ear lobe do NOT go here!!!!! I choose this store after my first experience here and remembering how great it was. Now I regret coming back for my 2nd and 3rd piercing. They approached multiple painful complications with my 2nd and 3rd ear lobe piercing in my left ear. Its been a few months and my piercing in only my LEFT EAR LOBE closed up after following the cleaning routine to a T. I am so frustrated and angered with the experience that I wish no one to face a similar occasions. once again, DO NOT COME HERE FOR MULTIPLE EAR LOBE PIERCINGS!!!

Do not go to this place for ear piercings!!! Their employees are not educated in earrings sizes for babies and teens! My kid got her ears pierced and we tried to tell them that the earring was too embedded in her lobe. Refused to adjust it because they said it as already as lose as it could be. My kid wakes up this morning and the earring is embedded all the way in her ear lobe!!!!! Toook her to urgent care where the dr confirms they pierced her with a f@@@ing baby earring! Filing a complaint with corporate on Monday. Negligence trumps their waiver of not being accountable for embeddings by all means!!

Terrible, staff is clueless to questions asked about ear piercing and not at all helpful when asked questions. Did not feel safe enough to get my babys ear pierced. Wouldnt recommend.

Jaguar is always our first stop at the outlets. Staff are always accommodating and warm. Specials are a great attraction. Always a VETERAN discount!

All the employees here are super racist towards anyone that isnt white and it makes every client feel horrible by not even asking if i need any help, and by not even giving out a greeting at the door. so disrespectful. very disappointed.

Friendly staff and good savings at the San Marcos Outlet store! It was busy and the cashiers were helpful and seemed happy!

My daughter had her ears pierced here and they did an excellent job!! I was so relieved when I realized it wasnt young kids working here and they knew what they were doing

Way overpriced now if you just purchase one or 2 items.

Worst place to go I swear I got my second piercing I took them off the time they told me I can and then I was gonna change the earring I couldn’t , it hurt so bad so know I don’t use the hole👎👎

I give it 2 stars, because it didnt have much variety. You need more merchandise. I hope you take my opinion into consideration, since it is one of my favorite stores. I hope to visit it again and meet my expectations.
