I got my Philtrum & 3rd Eye dermal done today and I must say my experience far exceed my expectations! The piercer was very informative about the process and very patient as well as gentle. I am in love not only with my experience, but the piercings AND the jewelry. It was actually really important to me to find somewhere that would allow me to select from high end jewelry to start and stay in my piercings rather than having to keep something standard in because of a lack of options, though they’re a bit more pricey - I think they’re a great investment. I look forward to coming back soon to get some more work done & I would absolutely recommend coming here to get work done :)

This is a big city piercing studio right here in Santa Rosa. I got three piercings in my face and I plan to go back until Ive fulfilled all of my body modification goals. Why leave SoCo when you can get the best experience right here?They have a very professional setting with knowledgeable and experienced piercers who can do any type of piercing - any! I felt really taken care of. They spent time getting the positioning just right and had steady hands and a firm pressure.They have quality jewelery and a pretty good selection on hand. I plan to go back and replace all of my cheap stuff as budget allows. And it wont break the bank to get work done here, so it will go faster than if I did it at the big shops in SF or Berkeley. Id even encourage my friends from around the bay to visit here, thats how good I think they are.I worked with Jamie, who was excellent at his craft. Im sure any of the piercers would be equally good.

I brought my daughter here to get both ear lobes pierced and decided to get my second ear lobe piercings redone as well as I haven’t worn earrings in them in *ahem* several decades. The piercer quickly noticed that my holes were not closed, so he inserted new jewelry in the holes and charged me only for the jewelry. My daughter’s piercing was uneventful, fast, professional, and virtually painless. The space is clean and beautiful, the choice of jewelry is great, and the piercers are friendly and professional.

I brought my daughter and her friend to get belly button piercings. What I really like about the place is the environment is clean, sterile dr vibe when you are in the back where they do the piercings. Professional and knowledgeable. Didnt care for the selection of rings they had to choose from and the price skyrocketed if you didnt want silver. But they found ones they liked and it ended up being $120 each.

Brought my mom for her birthday for us both to get piercings. The piercer was so nice and informative. My Daith was painless. Such a chill, clean shop. Will definitely be going back!

Prices are OUTRAGEOUS! $30 for a plain curved bar and $70 for a double stone bar is wayyy too much money. I only went here because of convenience, but I dont plan on getting NEW piercings here. The jewelry selection really sucks and extremely overpriced for surgical steel curve bar with crystal balls. I came here b/c I had an emergency with my navel peircing (it fell out the night before) and i was really trying to avoid this place because they are OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. All other places were impossible to get in contact with. Yes they are super friendly but why do they charge so much? The jewelry isnt premium quality and they offer the same services as the dungeon! The dungeon is 50% cheaper and I dont understand why they charge so much for the same thing. I apologize for this review, I understand you are just trying to survive as a business, but seriously $15 to $50 more than everyone else is absurd!Update: thank you for your detailed and thoughtful response! It really helps your business stand out from the crowd. It would be nice if you offered cheaper jewelry options for us poor folk that also had gems. $70 is too steep for me along with most people

I got my nose pierced and my friend got her jewelry changed and everyone was so nice and helpful. The girl in the front was very sweet and took her time with us when choosing our jewelry. Jamie did my piercing and he was great and it was painless. Most definitely will be coming back soon.

I came into this place to repierce my helix. It was quick and easy compared to other piercing shops Ive been to before. The staff was very friendly, and I havent had any problems with my piercing since then. I will definitely be back.

I went in to see the new shop in the area and it has to be the nicest that I have seen. The owners Jamie and Henry were very welcoming. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new piercing.
