I got 2 tattoos done by Selena and she is amazing! Im obsessed with my sloth tattoo! Its perfect and she did it exactly how I wanted it! She also used her talent to do a cover up flower tattoo as well. I highly recommend her! I know Ill be going back soon!💗

If you’re looking for a tattoo experience this place is a must…what I mean is when you get tattooed there it’s not just sitting for a tattoo..the whole team there has been nothing but amazing. They are so friendly, the conversation with everyone are so genuine and make you feel so comfortable being in their shop. I have gotten 2 tattoos from Gabriel and can’t wait to get more.

My mother and I had a great time there. We both got 2 tattoos. The artists were very nice. Will totally be coming back for more.

A horrible experience. I came in and asked for tongue piercing which is $100….got into the chair and she looked at my anatomy of my tongue and told me that I had a vein running through the middle of my tongue so she would have to pierce it crooked. I wasn’t able to get a single word in to ask for a different piercing because she wouldn’t stop talking. She pierced my tongue crooked and now I have to take it out, $100 is wasted. I went to a different piercing shop to see what they would say and they said they 100% pierced it wrong. She didn’t use any utensils but a needle and markings to pierce my tongue. Horrible. It won’t heal correctly even though I have been doing everything to keep it clean. I’ve waited a month to see if the results of it would change yet I see nothing.

Ive gotten multiple ear piercings here and the staff is so sweet! Felt very comfortable and piercer did an amazing job with the placement of my piercings. Definitely coming back for more :)

I took my BFF and had a wonderful experience. Everyone is warm and friendly. Savannah was our tattooist and has a gentle touch. I will definitely come back again!!

It was fast and comfortable, but arguably too fast. *Pricing is kind of outrageous compared to most other piercers, especially since the lady who did it is clearly new to the game*. It was clean and quick, but placement of both piercings was rushed and came out wrong for both of us. The septum was so high up you can barely see the jewelry and my tongue is very clearly crooked as hell. Granted she was trying to make it work with my frenulum, but if she wouldve slowed down slightly, it wouldve come out perfect. Other than that it was a decent experience. Everything healed fantastically and the attitude was great.

I love their piercers. Both of them have lots of experience and a friendly bit their hours are soo inconvenient. Open 6 hours a day and oftentimes the piercer leaves early. My new piercing I got on Saturday, the feont piece fell out on Sunday night and because I work 9-5 Mon-Fri I cant get it back in asap and need to get it repierced. I wish they closed at 6 instead of 5. Just being open an extra hour would make a difference for us 9-5ers

We had such a fun experience and my girls are super happy with their piercings. Kelly (the owner) was full of energy and made the process so easy. The lady who greeted us was very sweet and explained everything. I would definitely recommend coming here! Thank you Kelly for a great experience.

I want to like this place. I really do. However as the owner of the shop how can you mess up a septum piercing by going thru cartilage a cm above the sweet spot. Seriously?

Got my Daith pierced here about a week ago. This is my first piercing and Kelley the owner made the whole experience quick and comfortable. Could not recommend this place more.

I was told I couldnt get my septum done and I was so sad. I went to Kelly and she got it done in less than 5min and I didnt even realize it was done there was 0 pain. I recommend Kelly for piercing 100% shes done mine and my friends so happy with her work. ❤️

I again Im not happy with this new tattoo I should never go when Im upset and then the artist was fired that is a sign to not do this . Why again I tryed to tell what I want but I didnt get is. I cant see it clearly but I wanted the letters smaller and not a big open letting to the red and omg I cant see it but I pray there is not rock in the back ground. I did not ask or want it. Omg what Ive I done..the manager did this tattoo. I am crying about this ...I just cant go back to your business again Kelly.i want my money back .this artist added without talking to me before and I clearly told what I wanted as a tattoo. This is not good business.this last picture shows area with blood and its healing but it hit nerves but its a tattoo

Great service! Ive received three piercings from this place and each time it has been fast, no pain, and healed correctly. The price is a little higher than other shops, but your paying for a piercing that is going to look and feel great.

Jesse saved my belly button piercing! She knows what’s up and will assist your needs 100% LOVE HER! Front desk lady is very sweet as well! Definitely go to her for any type of piercing she knows exactly what she’s doing and has all the confidence you wanna see in someone piercing your body! Also I don’t recommend asking the front desk lady advice for you’re piercing she gave me completely wrong information and it did freak me out but I did let Jesse know what said and told me she will have a talk with her. But other than that it’s a great place and respectful service.

I received a piercing last Month, and got helped by Christy. She was amazing! Today, I got helped by her assistant (she had pink awesome hair) and today, I lost one side of my piercings. And they all were able to help me replace my left side. Thank you so much to the both of you. And the front desk. You all are amazing :)

My go to piercing place! i’ve gotten my lobes, nostril, rook, and industrial here. it’s super clean and a great environment in there. i had some problems with my industrial the first time i got it pierced because of my anatomy but kelley redid it for free! she was super kind and apologetic even though it wasn’t her fault. the staff is always amazing and so is their work. i’m so excited to return soon :)

Over charged. Came in to get retainer( had to get a MRI, didnt want nose piercing to close).I wanted a new hoop or stud to wear after the mri because the hoop I had was bent. The piercer asked me if I wanted help taking out my hoop. I told her no I could do it. She insisted then popped in my retainer. Took like one minute. So I had one hoop picked out, and had a retainer. I thought it was going to be like 30$ at the counter for my retainer and one hoop. No it was 50. I asked why. All she said was the retainer was 10 dollars?. OK what about the other 30? I guarantee the small little hoop I got wasnt 30. I believe she charged me for her taking out my nose piercing which is ridiculous I told her I didnt need help with it. I think this place is scandalous. I asked her ehat size the hoop was she said i think its 6mm. She knew I didnt want a large one. And this hoop is 8mm.Guess Ill dispute it with my credit card and find out what I was really charged for.

I am NEVER going to the place again for a piercing…they did my industrial too close on the inside of my ear, it started to cut into it, I started thinking that it wasn’t normal. So I went back in for a second opinion, the owner Kelly told me that Chrisy messed it up. And this shocked me because they did my daith and conch, those healed up beautifully. I wanted it re-pierced since it was salvageable. But even THE OWNER THAT HAS CLAIMED TO HAVE DONE THIS FOR 25 YEARS MESSED UP AS WELL! She did the piercing WAAAAAY too close in my ear till the point where you can’t really see the bar too much! She even pierced the bottom part of it a bit too close to the surface of my ear! She didn’t do it deep enough! I told her to remove it, I was very unhappy with the whole experience. They did give me a full refund, but that still doesn’t make up for the massive amount of damage that they have done to my ear. I highly suggest a different place if you want the industrial done because they clearly are not experienced enough. Don’t risk it, otherwise you’ll end up like me!

Went there with my daughters and my youngest got her nose pierced. The lady whom did it ( forgot her name) was very good at her job . Fast , efficient and precise. Not to mention very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I gave the place 4 Stars only because of the cost. Ummm, quality work, fonts exactly what Id chosen, sizing exact. Im very pleased with my artist & workI just think that 5 letters across the back shoulders for, $400 was a bit high & taken advantage of.All in all... Im loving the ink though ‼️ 💯‼️💯‼️

They are great when we are able to go there. He went I called ahead and they told me they closed at 8:00 but when I got there it was only 6:00 p.m. and they were closed down there was two ladies and there talking and didnt even acknowledge us trying to open the door. We ended up giving the business to their next door neighbors and they were awesome!!

I went and got a nose piercing and my first tattoo from the shop here yesterday. I had a great experience and plan on going back to see Adam,my attoo artists. The price was very acceptable for what I got. Overall a good time.

This shop is my go-to for all piercings and tattoos. It is such a friendly, laid back but professional environment. Kelly is amazing. She has pierced my ears, face dermal and tongue and did them perfectly and makes me feel comfortable! All of the artists here are friendly and do great work but I personally go to Nico. He has done most of my tattoos and they are all beautiful. We have great conversations and everything is steril and well kept. I would recommend this shop to anyone for any kind of tattoo or piercing. I will remain loyal to them for all of these reasons! Love the hole thing!

This was the best experience for piercing I’ve ever had. I had to get my belly redone because the last piercer at another place pierced it sideways. They are very educated and trained with piercing.

My experience at The Hole Thing was awesome. I went in with a vague idea and the artist Luis transformed it into a beautiful piece. I wanted stars, flowers, with shading and to somehow incorporate my old tattoo into the new one. He did just that and made sure each detail was perfect. The service is very friendly and prompt, plus they have great prices. I felt comfortable and loved that they had music going during the sessions. So happy with my tat!

Just left disappointed for the last time. Lazy people with nothing but time on their hands considering no one was there except 2 workers and myself. The one lady acting way too busy and kept huffing and puffing with every question I asked. Terrible terrible service. The owner was watching the whole time! Yikes!!

In a county you have so many options, you cant go wrong with The Hole Thing. Kelley and her staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with any questions or concerns you may have.This is a female owned, long standing business in Sonoma County.I recommend this shop for anything from ear piercings to custom tattoo work.

The piercer was so unprofessional, barely cleaned my nose and was so aggressive. I have gotten many piercings and have never experienced such bad service. Along side bleeding a ridiculous amount, my jewelry was uneven and bent. Just the worst piercing experience of my life and would never recommend this place to anyone.

I got my nipples pierced here a year ago. They were in such a rush to pierce me that they did it wrong. I spent $90 for the piercings and extreme pain for a year. Today I went to get my piercings changed and was told that they pierced too much tissue and that it would be impossible to change them. I don’t recommend this place for piercings at all. You want someone who takes their time and knows what they’re doing so you don’t end up like me.

I took my daughter to get a nose piercing and GG was awesome, very professional.

I got pierced by Christy. I got an industrial and I was told that I wouldnt see the whole industrial bar, which was odd to me, but I decided to go ahead with it. You couldnt see the bar at all. Everything I was told was that you should be able to see it and it shouldnt be pushing into the cartilage, which it was. I went to a shop that Christy recommended to look at jewelry and I was told that it was done completely wrong and it wouldnt heal. Went to another shop to get a second opinion and she said she wouldnt have pierced me and I should remove it. Waited days for Christy to be available. All she said was that she did it right and she was sorry. Scarred. Lots of pain. Out money. No resolution. So offended. DO NOT GET PIERCED BY HER.

I wouldnt recommend this shop, there are many options around the area, I chose this 1 because it was a mile away from where I was staying over Fathers Day weekend. Now the reason i say go elsewhere is I wanted a handprint of my sons hand, i called ahead and was qouted 60, got there the artist didnt even trace the handprint, printed 1 offline instead, charged me over 200, barely said 2 words the whole time. Probably the worst experience Ive ever had in a tattoo shop...

Great shop from customer service provided by the owner herself(Kelly) to the quality of the art. Theyve got the whole thing wrapped up tight. Personality, professionalism, and quality artwork .

I was really nervous at 1st but my piercer made sure I was OK and made me feel really good about the piercing, she did my helix and Tagus super fast and it didn’t hurt one bit thank you

The well-inked dude in otherwise empty place made me feel very unwelcome and like he needed me to leave so he could get back to watching YouTube.He practically FREAKED OUT when i touched my nose stud to pull it out to show him the end of it, where the ball and twist i put in it keep it in. He snaps that the reason for his shrill squeal for me to STOP THAT! was t its unsanitary... excuse me? I didnt wipe my hand all over your counter, or even touch it—or anything else except the door as I marched out of there, disgusted with such a phobic phreak in a piercing parlor for phuksakes...

I scheduled a week ago and they did not show up for the appointment today.They do not answer their Facebook messages, their website is gone, one number doesn’t work, and the other has a full voicemail.*shrug* I was really hoping to go here, but at this point, I don’t even know if they are open any more.
