I have never dealt with more incompetent and disrespectful people in my entire life. I came to this location to get my 3rd earring hole repierced as I paid for a warranty on it at another piercing pagoda. From the moment I walked up the “manager” was disgustingly rude to me. They said that there was no such thing as a warranty like I was just making it up. I had proof on the receipt that they printed out and they still said that the warranty was only on one earring not on getting a repiercing. and the only reason that I could get it repierced is because I was within the 90 days of getting it redone. After several rude comments and eye rolls from the manager l left without getting the piercing because of the disgusting way that they were treating me. As I walked away the manager yelled “have a great day!” In a sarcastic and condescending tone. The store manager watched and listened to the whole interaction and had nothing to say about the way the manager was treating me. I have supported this company for a long time and have been a returning customer for years, and I am so disappointed that they would hire rude low life people like this to work at their store. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Awful piercing experience for my daughter. Struggled to pierce the right ear. Then when two weeks later the hole in my daughter’s ear allowed the earring to fall back into the earlobe itself. We had to get medical attention to resolve. Even worse response from the customer care line after reporting it!

Milli is the best. I was impressed with how easy she made it. Give that girl a raise!

UPDATE: After having such a great experience last year my daughter wanted to get her second lobe piercings. They did a wonderful job again. The ladies were really sweet and did both ears at the same time. No pain and they took their time to make sure the piercings were very even. We took our 10 year old to get her 1st piercing yesterday (2/24). The ladies working were just soooo nice. They were gentle and kind. They did both ears at the same time to help out the situation. We would definitely go back there for another piercing 10/10 recommended!

Terrible never come here… one of the workers pierced my ears very low and they aren’t even either. worker also had a lot of attitude when i asked her if it’s in the right spot. she said “yeah i’m pretty sure id know, i do this for living.” clearly, she didn’t know as she completely messed up. i have recently realized how much this affects you as i have tried on different earrings. NEVER COME HERE!!!

Milly and Brenda really exceeded my experience with piercing pagoda. They stayed after the stores were close so that they could both be there to pierce my little girls ears at the same time and I think that was amazing. Had a great experience today getting my seconds done here! I’ve had my other piercings done at other locations of the same name and I’m pleased to say that each time the workers made it a good experience and that’s why I keep going back. The associate at this place was very professional and made it a fun time and I wasn’t nervous at all. Super happy and pleased with how they marked and placed my piercings. No complaints here! Five star experience.

Had my baby daughters ears pierced here last week, great experience. I was given jewelry suggestions for our specific needs and all of the employees were very sweet and patient with my baby.

Pay attention to the negative reviews, they actually tell the whole story. There is one friendly person there on staff who treats people well and is kind, the rest are incredibly rude and unprofessional and cannot even offer you the bare minimum in customer service. The two overweight staff (woman and man) just whisper between each other while exchanging nasty looks then talk so condescending to you, you have to double take and check if you somehow landed in a high end country club. They treat you terribly because they seem to just not care. If you interrupt them not working and talking between each other then they seem to get even nastier and flabbergasted someone is approaching them with questions and asking them to do their job. This is some mall kiosk where they hire terrible unprofessional staff, have loads of complaints, talk to prospective customers in unprofessional manners, and seem just annoyed they have to do a job they are paid to do. Go somewhere else where you can at least decent treatment without 2 overweight unprofessional employees being nasty to you.

DO NOT GET A PIERCING HERE!! I got my ears pierced for my birthday and the following day they became infected. Went to the doctor to get on antibiotics but the day after my ear had completely swollen over the earring and I have had to have the earrings surgically removed. When I contacted Piercing Pagoda and nicely asked for a refund, I was rudely told that they can only refund my money if I bring the earrings back. So I asked her once I have them SURGICALLY removed from my ears, Ill bring them back? She said she would contact corporate and have them reach out to me. They never did. She had also told me on the phone that a similar situation had happened a few weeks prior. Shocker! So this piercing has cost me a lot of pain and a lot in excess medical bills and the company refuses to make right on it. Save your money, and get your ears pierced by actual trained professionals with a clean facility.

This place was very disappointing and the customer service was not good. My mother wanted her ears pierced another hole and so I took her there thinking it would be the best option for her age (early 70s). 1st off we were pleased that it wasnt too far from the main entrance because she is recovering from foot surgery and cant walk well, so we approached the counter, told the lady what we were looking for and was told we needed to make an appt. It was currently 4:00 and they said 5:00 would be the earliest available. We decided to take it and after giving her info, mom decided to sit at the bench next to them and wait while I killed time walking around. At around 4:30 I headed back to check on mom. As I noticed the girls were not that busy I asked mom if they have even pierced anyone since I been gone. She said no. They ended up taking someone else ahead of her and I asked why and the girl was quite snippy telling me that they had an appointment but they were late as they called to notify them. She said according to covid regulations they had to space the appointments out. Keep in mind same girl who told me this multiple times pulled her mask down rubbed her nose pulled it back up and failed to clean her hands afterwards. They were rude so we left and I took Mom to Claires where she received her ear piercing and was very pleased. Claires was also very busy and taking piercings first come first serve. I would recommend them over piercing Pagoda any day.

I went to buy a “gold” bracelet from my foot like a year ago first of all the guy was super rude, and then a year later I realized that the bracelet I bought WASN’T GOLD after like 3 months I got it I realized the color started changing but I didn’t pay enough attention but kept getting more whiter and whiter and it was kinda pricey for a foot bracelet and i talked to someone that sells gold and told me that it wasn’t gold and that they sold it to me as gold I will never go back this place after I paid a lot for a “gold” bracelet and it wasn’t. Nobody deserves to pay for something expensive and then getting something cheap this is unbelievable I knew something was wrong but I thought maybe it’s just me that thinks it looks white (but I have a lot of stuff in gold and nothing has turn a different color why ? Bc is actually gold) until I asked and yes they sold me something else as gold and again the people were so rude the entired time even when they were selling me something completely different that what I asked for and because I don’t have a lot of knowledge about gold and I thought everything they sold was gold and they told me many times it was gold 100% I bought it and know I have a white bracelet that looks horrible 😞 now I know they stole my money 😓 I never write bad reviews but just realized that I don’t want this to happen to more people so please make sure you guys check is real gold
