Sam did an amazing job on our two tattoos! He was friendly, efficient and his art is beautiful! The shop was very clean and the lady at the front counter even started cleaning in her down time. Wow! Kendra was phenomenal. Hands down one of the best piercing experiences I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot!). From start to finish, she was incredible. She helped me with picking out the jewelry to make sure it would look great in my ear. She educated me on the healing process with some tips, and the act of getting pierced was fantastic and smooth. I will be back for all of my piercing needs. :-)

This is one of, if not the best shop in the Sarasota area! Audra is so knowledgeable and has some gentle hands when giving a new piercing or swapping out your jewelry. The staff is super nice and willing to help you give the right artist for the job. I did a lot of research on where I wanted to take my 10-month-old daughter for her ear piercing and I’m extremely happy I chose Z-Edge. 10/10 experience! From the minute you walk in the staff is very helpful and friendly. Everything is clean and sanitary. Crea and Dani were so good with my daughter and pierced each ear at the same time. There were other babies in line to get their ear piercings too! This is the place to go!

I always get tattoos on whim so when I walked in on Sunday for a small, simple piece, I didn’t have a lot of expectations for an artist. I left the shop having formed a relationship with the artist I will work with for all my future art. Alexandre has been tattooing in Brazil for 33 years and his creations are unmatched. The most beautiful work, kind energy, and gentle touch. I went back the very next day to consult about adding to and modifying a current piece I have, and Alexandre already started his magic. I can’t wait for future sessions! ❤️

My daughter wanted to get a septum pierced for a long time, we took advantage of Friday the 13th deal, it was her first time getting one and she was really nervous. The piercer was very nice to my daughter and calm her down. It was a really nice experience for her.

Great experience!!! i was pretty nervous to get my second earlobe piercing and nervous of the whole experience overall, but Dani was SO kind and sweet and her smile really put my heart at ease. everything was super sterile and the pain was there but definitely bearable. the earrings i chose were super cute and the front desk even gave me the after care spray on the house 🥹 def would recommend!!

I dont expect anything to happen to Audra with this review, I just want others to think it through before going in for this piercing.Ive gotten pierced a few times in the past here, and most were done correctly and healed fine. However, I went in almost a year ago (writing so late because I really wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt) to get my belly button pierced and specifically asked if I they had floating navel jewelry and if I could see it (these are for people who dont have enough skin on their belly button for a traditional piercing, it prevents it from rejecting due to movement), as I was almost sure I wouldnt be able to get a normal piercing. They pretty much just said no, and only showed me traditional jewelry. When I went back into the piercing room I asked if she could at least check if I had the right anatomy and she, very bluntly, told me Ive been doing this for 22 years. I know what Im doing. It basically ended up as a stomach piercing completely above my belly button. Fast forward to now, it finally started to get painful, infected, and its very much rejecting.Im writing this to say PLEASE be careful and dont settle for less because someone in here is giving you an attitude and you just want to get it over with like me. Infected and/or rejected piercings are serious and leave a nasty scar. If you really believe theyre wrong about your piercing try somewhere else.

Alycia was amazing she gave me three new piercing and swapped out another 3 pre existing holes with new jewelry! She did it so fast will definitely be going back!

Dani was very welcoming as soon as we opened the door. She was very professional, friendly and patient. Made sure my mom and I were happy with the earrings and the placement of our earrings. I highly recommend her.

Brought my 9 year old here to get her ears pierced. They did a great job. They explained everything and answered her questions. Once they were ready to go, they went quick which sort of distracted my daughter once she started to freak out a little. They handled it very well and allowed me to talk to her and keep her calm. Highly recommend.

I have never left a bad review or a review period, but this was a really bad experience. I got my ears pierced in april. I went in to get my triples done and these were my fifth and sixth piercings so I have experience caring for piercings. I went in and everyone was super nice except for when it came to mentioning the back of the earrings. It was a ball back which is not the best option for healing so when I asked about another option but concern was dismissed and honestly rudely brushed away. After the piercing, I was told the backs were each an additional $15 which was not mentioned at all before. They had a curled up label on the display case stating this but was not pointed out nor readable before the piercing. Now months later the ball has moved into my earlobe and I had to pry it out from inside my ear. Needless to say I would not recommend for piercings.

I got my first tattoo here by Monica. This tattoo was very special to me not only cause it was my first but it was in memory of a close friend of mine that had passed. I was very specific on what i wanted and Monica made it come to life. She was very gentle and thorough. The pricing was fair and clear when i came in for the consultation which I appreciated so i had an idea of how much i was going to spend. Also Monica’s apprentice Ava was also so kind and helpful. Im so in love with my tattoo, its everything i imagined, and its healing very nicely. So happy and would recommend them a thousand times.

Brought my 5-year-old daughter to get her ears pierced. She was quite nervous walking in, practically frozen in fear. These guys pierced her ears so fast, efficient, and smoothly that my daughter didnt even flinch.Its a few hours later as I write this, and shes happy, at ease, and pain free. Her studs are beautiful.

I wanted an mid-ear piercing and decided to try out Z-Edge. The shop was very thorough w the consent paperwork and providing care information. One thing I found out when I got there is theyre cash only. They do have an ATM right there but I had to pay a fee. Id definitely recommend their shop though for anyone wanting a piercing!

Just got home from getting my nose pierced. Let me tell you.. the lady that did my piercing was phenomenal. She was informative. Let me pick the actual location on my nostril to make sure I liked it. And was sooooo easy with the piercing. Ill definitely be going back for tattoo work and I will recommend everyone gladly.

ZEdge is wonderful. My 7yr old made the grown up decision to get her ears pierced. My mom always went to ZEdge, we took the plunge, opting for needles instead of a kiddie jewelry store gun. It was smooth from start to finish. They were moderately busy, with a man getting a tattoo, to other walk ins for piercings as well. They gave us their time and patience. Even the counter help, likely apprentices, we’re cool and kind to my daughter and I. Audra and Alicia were calm and helpful, professional all the way. Thanks guys. I’ll be back when it’s my turn.

Tandem ear lobe piercing was amazing for my 6 year old. Super quick and I would highly recommend Audra! They even have a kids decorated area where they do the piercing!

My bestie and I went in tonight for sister tats. We both had a great experience with Earl as our artist! The shop was super clean, and everyone that I dealt with from my initial chat online, scheduling over the phone, going into the shop, to deciding on our design with Earl was very professional.

Sam is a great artist, and most importantly he is patient and kind. My mom, sister, and I got matching turtle unalome fine line tattoos. They set up chairs so we could all be in the room together to watch. We were greeted and welcomed as a walk-in. Clean and cool environment, reasonably priced. Tried calling to schedule an appointment left a message with the answering service and no one called back… messaged on Instagram and got a very short uninformative answer. Showed up two days later after not hearing anything back. Turns out you don’t need to make an appointment for piercings you just walk in. Hope that saves you time lol didn’t even get the ear piercing because it was way more expensive than advertised on their website

We had a great experience here. They were so sweet and good with our daughter. Talking to her the entire time. She only screamed for a few mins (mainly just from being held still), then she was fine and smiling right after. She looks adorable with her ear piercings.

Not a very good experience. The pricing is crazy and they aren’t up front with the fact that you pay for the gem and post of your jewelry separately. I have never experienced that in all my piercings and I got over charged for a couple items I didn’t receive and they never fixed it. Won’t be going back. I paid 250 and only got my lobes pierced my cartilage pierced and got just the stud on my nose changed.

My friend and I did a walk in nose piercing. The two ladies were knowledgeable of the material in the nose rings as I’m an allergic to nickel and our piercer was a perfectionist when it comes to placement I recommend. Also got a new earring for my daith

Im terribly sorry that i dont remember the piecers name (Alyssia? She is tall and had curly purple and blue hair) but she helped me size and dead stretch some single flared plugs into my long shrunken up stretched ears because I was not confident enough to do it myself. She was very professional and gentle and my ears are doing great, Im so stoked to have them back. I really appreciate her help, shes awesome! Her work station was very clean and hygenic. Definitely would recommend her and this shop.

Every time I’ve been to Z-Edge it’s been a great experience and this time was no different. Audra was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and quick which I greatly appreciated. I had to make a quick stop in to get my gear switched out, and Audra gave me some tips as to how to conceal my piercings, seeing as I’m in a musical that calls for no jewelry or piercings. She provided me with a clear nose ring, and A fable, septum piercing. Next time I get a piercing I’m asking for Audra!

The experience was perfect. In and out in 10 min and little to no pain getting my nipples pierced for the 3rd time. I had been told by another artist she wouldn’t do them since I had some scar tissue but Crea and Alycia (pinchy) pierced them at the same time and made the experience quick and painless. Just wanted to share how amazing my experience was here. Everything was super easy, from making the appointment to having my appointment. It was not a stressful process at all. Monica was my tattoo artist and again, my experience with her was great. It was my second time getting a tattoo done by her and once again I was not disappointed. She got the tattoo exactly the way I wanted it. I live in NC but I will happily travel to get my tattoo’s done by her.

I went in yesterday to get a tattoo from Monica, and when I arrived the shop was clean, tidy, and overall very nice. The tattoo was done on my elbow, and I cannot emphasize how amazingly it was completed! Alycia (Pinchy) and Megan are wonderful piercers!! I’ve gotten multiple of my piercings there and every time I’ve got in I’ve had a great experience and my piercings have turned out well. They were very gentle and caring with me whenever I get lightheaded after the piercing and provide me with ice packs and a lollipop!! Highly recommend either of the two they’re super sweet!!

I had an amazing experience here I got my second tattoo today and Monica did amazing. I had previously went to them for my first tattoo and deebo did amazingggg As well!!! So if u ever consider getting a tattoo they are great options.

I want to start by saying that nothing about this experience was similar to other tattoos I’ve gotten. Monica was super detailed, focused and mistake free. I would liken it to brain surgeon concentration (no one’s operated on my brain yet lol). This tattoo (forearm) didn’t hurt! So little that I’d assumed it may not have been deep enough for the ink to take so I waited a month to make this review as to make sure the tattoo healed well and I was truly happy with it. Officially the best tattoo I have with the very least discomfort and the price… well the price should never be a factor when permanently inking yourself… but I would have been happy paying double.

First time piercing. Competent and professional staff. Outstanding service. Will return !!

My artist Monica is incredible and so knowledgeable. She is insane at fine lines and designed the most beautiful mushroom girl. The tattoo didn’t even hurt, she’s so light handed. Her apprentice Ava was such a sweetie and placed the tattoos so perfectly. She kept asking if they looked good and replaced the tattoos until they were placed to perfection.

My 3 years got her ears pierced and it was quick and simple. Megan and Crea were so professional and calm with my child. My baby girl did not even cried, it was quick and easy. I loved how Creo was walking her and showing her what he was doing on her ears prior to cleaning and writing the placement. They both made my baby’s experience welcoming, calm and stress free. I highly recommend this place. Please stay away from piercings guns, it’s very bad for the children. Come to a tattoo shop, especially here. They will do it correctly. Love how organized and informative they are.

I took my daughters here to get their ears pierced because we had a previous bad experience at a mall piercing place. The two women who helped us were SO KIND and patient with my girls! One of my daughters had some irritation weeks later and we went back in and they cleaned her up and helped us avoid having to start over. Always had a good experience here. The staff are friendly and willing to answer any questions. I’ve gotten 6 piercings here and most were done by Megan and Crea. Both do a great job. They carry high quality jewelry. Payment is cash only but they have an ATM inside.

Couldnt be happier, looked online for examples forever could not find anything I liked, saw Monicas portfolio (@maskoffcollection instagram) and she had by far my favorite mountains I had seen, she changed a couple things for me in a couple minutes so it was exactly what I wanted, and had a very light touch the whole time, didnt hurt anywhere near as bad as my other tattoos, and it turned out beautiful line work is perfect, dont go to anyone else Monica is the best!

I went with my mom to get matching conch piercings and our experience was great. We were pierced by Audra, who not only did a great job with the piercings, but also with making my mom (someone largely unfamiliar with piercings) feel safe and comfortable. I made an appointment with Audra for my Tragus to be re-pierced. Before coming in, I reached out to inquire and she was so nice and informative! She got back to me quickly about my questions so I scheduled with her. I can say this was the best experience I have had! She is extremely professional and is very experienced in her craft. I also want to point out that she has the clients’ best interest and it isn’t just about her making money like some places are- my first jewelry selection she went to inspect prior to piercing me and noted that she didn’t feel comfortable with the way it was closing and didn’t want to risk me losing it, so I selected a new piece and I absolutely love it. I’ve been there may times for piercings and today we took our 10 month old daughter to get her ears pierced. Crea and the staff were absolutely amazing to deal with! Their pricing for infant ear piercing are actually reasonable compared to other shops that want to charge $200. I was able to pick from a bunch of gems, different colors and sizes that were included in the price. Hands down I would recommend Z-edge to everyone.

Megan was awesome and the process was quick and “painless”. I mean as much as it can be, the wait time estimated was WAY off by the front so I think that could be worked on but can’t be perfect. Clean, safe, friendly, and for my part quick! Losing one star because of not communicating estimated time well but other than that 👌
