I took my infant to get ear piercing on 4/20/24 and the lady that did her piercing did terrible. I realized it when I got home. I have to get it re pierced because how bad it is. The employee did not pierce at the target she marked, the earring ended up being extremely to one side. Very disappointed.

I highly recommend this location.We came here on a whim to get my 6-year-old daughter’s ears pierced and were so pleasantly pleased with the level of cleanliness and professionalism. Shanice assisted us and she was fantastic. She was patient, personable and so helpful. I’ve come back within the month to purchase more earrings and have told other moms to go there for their ear piercing needs. Beautiful earrings, too!

Don’t buy gold from here. It’s gold plated over silver and no matter how much you take care of it, it will fade. They know how long it will last with a warrantee. I spent $1200.00 when I might as well spent $12.00 for costume jewelry. I give them no stars.

Took my 4 month old to get her ears pierced. I was a little...ok a lot...nervous but once Stefan and his coworker started going over everything with us I felt so comfortable! They really eased my nerves. My baby barley let out a little whine and we were both happy. Great customer service!! Will recommend!!

Beyond satisfied with the store,service, staff amd products. I was able to put jewelry on layaway when needed and use the payment plan thay lets you take jewelry home same day. The deals are geat buy 1 get 2 at 50% off and the staff did everything they needed to do the Staff doesnt try to oversell overpriced rip you off they are so helpful and fast and just really grateful there is still good people in the world.

8/3/2019Reasonable place to get pierced.Pierced my daughters 2.5 yrs and 2.5 mo, was a bit painful for few seconds but was quick and swift.The guy here was nice and easy to work with , though we tested his patience with changing our mind with the earrings several times ;-)

I was a little nervous to get my second piercing but the person helping me was AMAZING she was so nice and did such a good job with my ears! i love this place and will come back if i ever want more piercings for sure! ❤️

I got my babys ears pierced here. It was horrible. They were rude to begin with and I wrote it off as me being a crazy parent. She was standoffish in making the mark for the piercing. When time came for the piercing, one ear was ok. My baby cried a little. The second ear, the back didnt attach to the earing. My baby was howling as age unsuccessfully tried to attach the back. then she told me to do it. Finally, another person working there did it. Horrible. Go to Claires, theyre nicer

Was my 1st time to going to the place. The lady was super nice. I pierced both of my cartilages. Didnt hurt that much. One a 1 to 10 scale of pain i would say its a two. I plan to go again. :)I saw a baby get her ears pierced.

I went to go get my daughters ear pierced and asked how much it cost and they told me its free with the purchase of the earrings then when I proceded to pay I didnt even look and they charged me 79 when the earrings ware 40 very misleading I didnt want no warranty nothing just to get my daughters ears pierced. Be ware on over charges also not real gold!

I love the Sunday afternoon shift I just had today. They made my baby happy before her piercing before and after. They were helpful and nice. I’ll be back.

Fake Gold! I bought a 10k Cuban link gold chain from there and was told by the manager that it was real gold. I took it to a pawn shop by my house to get it tested and found out it was fake. The chains are all gold plated which makes them look real but most likely contain silver or metal on the inside. The chain I bought kept sticking to a magnet, real gold doesn’t stick to a magnet. I will never shop here again. Biggest rip off ever!

Workers were VERY rude, recommended the wrong jewelry (they recommended an 16g eyebrow ring as a belly ring.....), and would not let me return it even though it was within the 30 day limit. I tried to contact customer service and got no response from them. ever. Just makes me mad thinking about it.

My son good his sister a necklace it broke took it back with the warranty and they didnt have the same one and wanted us to drive around to other locations to find it staff has no knowledge and I had to go back the next day when the manager was there to get a replacement

I was gifted 2 necklaces from here for Xmas last year. Both broke, suddenly. They didn’t even last a year LOL, never again. Very cheap

I got my little ones ear pierced here once. They did terrible job so did it again. But it was even worse. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and my daughter got their ears pierced here and they got infected, they went to another place and nothing happened. Pagoda probably has poor hygiene

Sorry l have no photos at all. I was hospitalyse for eleven days for a health condition. I lost track of time during that period.
