Atmosphere tattoo is amazing every time I go in! My very first tattoo was done by Becca back in Feb. she was super nice. My second tattoo was done by Desiree a few weeks ago who designed a floral spine tattoo for me and it came out amazing. Highly recommend these two artists.

Ive gotten two pieces done by Desiree . Desiree did an amazing job at bringing my vision of my cat, Grim, into a unique piece! I have gotten numerous compliments on both my pieces and I am so happy with them. On top of my tattoos, I had a great experience with Desiree as she is very professional and communicative. Any questions I had, she was quick to respond. She takes her time with her work and it definitely shows good result! You are talented girl!! 🖤

I have gotten two tattoos from Desiree during her apprenticeship and I love how they turned out. She is extremely talented for someone who just started out. She showed lots of patience with me when I was choosing my designs. During the tattoo process she would tell me what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The tattoos healed great. Overall I am really satisfied with my experience and will be back soon for another tattoo from her.

Got an awesome crab tattoo done by Desiree! It’s my new favorite. She’s so talented and fun to talk to. 10/10 would recommend getting some work done by her. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I visited Atmosphere a few weeks ago for my appointment with Desiree. Upon entering the shop I was greeted with smiles and good energy from everyone! Desiree did a damn good job on my piece and I have already scheduled for my next appointment! She was awesome and patient with me during the placement process and helpful when I asked questions. Overall a great experience and I can’t wait to see everyone again soon!

I had Desiree do two very meaningful and absolutely amazing tattoos on my upper arm. She was wonderful, she offered me snacks and water, asked if I needed breaks and made sure I was doing okay during the entire process. She was very sweet and had many different options such as size and which way my tattoo was facing. Desiree gave her professional opinion on size and placement while being extremely respectful of my thoughts, concerns, and opinions. Desiree had a very clean space and offered me a pillow to ensure my comfort! 10/10 I’m about to book my next appointment with her!!

I got my tattoo done by Desiree and I absolutely love it! She did tattoos for both my friend and I and we are both obsessed! She was super flexible with us wanting a last minute change in our tattoos and was just super sweet throughout the entire experience. I cannot recommend her enough!!

Got my nose pierced a couple years ago and Chris was great! I found Desiree on instagram and booked an appointment with her. So glad I did she is professional, clean, nice and did an amazing job on my tattoos! I booked a second appointment with her, I can’t wait for my next pieces!

My tattoo from Desiree exceeded all my expectations! She’s an incredible artist and super smart chick. I went in knowing she was an apprentice, but she really blew me away with her attention to detail, technical skill and versatility, and her ability to somehow bring to life a pretty hazy concept in a way I didn’t even know I wanted! It’s so well done, and one of my favorites and most commented on by strangers. The vibes at the shop were also very comfy and chill, everyone was so friendly. 10/10 will go again.

This tattoo experience was my first time at Atmosphere and I will absolutely be coming back. Desiree did a great job on my tattoo, she was very light handed and the tattoo exceeded my hopes! She was also very helpful in providing information on their piercer that made me confident in coming in for that as well.

I got a tattoo with Desiree at the end of March, and it was so good and she was so sweet I decided to go back to get two more just a few days ago. My recent experiences at Atmosphere Schaumburg have been amazing! I got three tattoos done by Desiree, who while still only being an apprentice, is doing some incredible work. From her attention to detail with the tattoo designs to her care for the tattoos after the fact. Desiree is an incredible artist and you should definitely go check her out if you’re in the area!

I’ve been coming to atmosphere for a while for all of my piercings and tattoos! so many of the artists are amazing, including desiree! desiree is an apprentice i’ve seen twice now and she is absolutely incredible. the first tattoo i got with her (the flowers) was on one of her first days of tattooing, and it was done perfectly despite her being so new to tattooing. i also just got another piece from her yesterday, and once again she did amazing. she’s so easy to work with when it comes to scheduling and planning a tattoo, and she is very caring and kind when getting the tattoo done!

Desiree was the artist that I had the privilege to work with, and I WILL BE BACK! This tattoo location is so nice, clean and professional. My artist had me smiling the whole time. Desiree made sure I was comfortable from the second I walked in the door. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Desiree did my tattoo and my boyfriends first tattoo. My butterfly tattoo turned out so beautiful (its my favorite) and his tattoo looks amazing. He was excited to show his friends! I would go to this tattoo shop again and again if I could, the people were wonderful. And my tattoo artist, Desiree, did an amazing job on my first tattoo and my second tattoo in which I took my boyfriend to get his first tattoo. She listened to what we wanted for the design and we couldn’t be more happy about it.

Desiree Gawle just did her third piece for me and I’m obsessed! The detailed lining and pops of color on the flowers really added to the tattoos already there. I can’t wait to finish it. 10/10 would recommend

My favorite shop to go to! I’ve never had a bad experience there. Went about 2 months ago to get my childhood stuffed animal tattooed by Desiree and she did a fantastic job overall! She drew it perfectly and did a great job tattooing (this was just as she was starting but I see from her socials that she keeps getting better and better)! Hopefully going back sometime soon to get another piece by Desiree!I also regularly go to Abbey: she’s always so kind and understanding! I’m always happy walking out of the shop after an appointment with her! Abbey did my first coverup piece, I didn’t know what to expect but she knocked it out of the park and I’m so happy with it! Highly recommend!!

Ive been here twice and both times I had nothing but excellent experiences. Ana did my piercings the first time I came in and she was very informative and generally super fun to chat with. The second time I went, it was for an earring change that actually needed to be pierced again. Even though it was super busy, Kris took the time to pierce my ear and made sure to let me know that hes available whenever to answer any questions. The location is very clean and everyone knows what theyre doing. Definitely recommend!

Becca did a memorial tattoo for my son, who I lost a few years ago. She was very personable, and listened to my ideas. She was very patient as I worked thru a few mods. I was also able to get the tat the same day, and the finished work was very nice. I will be back for more.

Ive been to Atmosphere several times but so far the best service has been from Desiree. Shes done two tattoos on me so far and all I have are great things to say. She was super informative, clean, organized and nice. For being an apprentice and still learning shes done a way better job than some other shops Ive been at. Both tattoos have healed nicely and gave me no issues whatsoever. Im super excited to get more work done by her in the near future. Thank you Desiree!!

Kris was absolutely wonderful when he did my nose piercing last Tuesday. He communicated all of the information clearly, the piercing was barely painful, I felt very safe and supported. Everyone at the front desk was also very welcoming and made the entire experience a joy. In terms of the actual facility, everything is clean and well kept, I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to be tattooed or pierced!

I booked with Desiree for matching mother / daughter tattoos. She is super talented and we absolutely loved our matching tattoos. Ive already booked with her for my next tattoo by her which will add to existing piece as well as new pieces in memory of my dad. I have quite a bit of ink and happy to be working with Desiree for new pieces. Shes very knowledgeable and checked on us throughout our entire visit with her.I love personally love her shading technique. You wont be disappointed if you book with her!

Kris did an amazing job on my septum piercing. He took the time and explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. He was quick and almost painless throughout the piercing as well. I will definitely be getting pierced by him again soon!

Kris is the nicest dude! He makes the ouchy process of getting pierced not so bad! I would 1,000% recommend going to him, no matter how far the drive is - I followed him from a different shop just to have him do my lobes. Had the best experience 🤩

Desiree is awesome! Shes so sweet and patient, and frequently checked in with me if I was feeling okay or needed a break. She took extra time to re-design my tattoo to fit my arm better around my already existing tattoos. Super easy to make conversation with, and so friendly. She gave me very straight-forward aftercare instructions and answered all of my questions. Desiree also has been following up with me to make sure the healing process has been going well. Ive never felt more comfortable and cared for as a client than I have with Desiree! And of course, I love my tattoo!! Will definitely be a frequent client of Desirees!

The first tattoo with Michael was fantastic. I asked him to create another tattoo with my 6 bunnies and 18 roses. This 2nd tattoo was spectacular. The roses are amazing and the bunnies were incredibly spot on. I receive so many compliments. Michael is a phenomenal artist.

Had an amazing experience with Desiree. The process from start to finish she was very accommodating. We had settled on a date and time in April and a week or so before my appointment I needed to bump up the time for an hour earlier than discussed due to a work schedule change and she was able to accommodate that for me.The day of my tattoo Desiree was super kind and made the whole process very comfortable, the tattoo came out amazing and we even had great conversation. I would highly recommend her and I will be coming back to get some additional tattoos.

I have had my septum and eyebrow piercing done here. Every time I come in theyre always very kind and quick to help. Anna was very helpful today as my eyebrow piercing needed new jewelry. She explained the aftercare and was very kind. 100% recommend

A couple weeks ago I made an appointment with Desiree during her April tattoo flash. This was my 3rd time getting a tattoo at atmosphere and the experience was amazing as always. The shop is very clean, organized, and a welcoming area-offering water and snacks as you enter. Desiree did an excellent job on my anchor tattoo. She was very sweet, personable, and an amazing artist! I highly recommend going to this tattoo shop!

Took my 18 year old for their first tattoo. Its always so clean and the staff are so laid back it makes it perfect to relax and get some amazing work done. Im on tattoo number 23 and counting from my favorite artist plus the piercing staff is amazing as well

My daughter had a helix and a lobe piercing done by Kris and we will never ever go anywhere else. Kris is absolutely amazing and incredibly professional. He takes his time to talk to his customers and goes above and beyond to make them feel safe and in good hands. I highly recommend Atmosphere and specifically Kris.

Kris helped me get my daith piercing back on track after it got infected. Even though they weren’t the original piercer, they took it upon themself to inform me of the proper aftercare. They were super helpful and understanding every step of the way. You can tell that they do this out of the kindness of their heart and have a real passion for helping others on their piercing journeys. I cannot recommend Kris enough and plan on coming back for future piercings!

Atmosphere is great for piercings! So far Ive had a conch, helix, and doubles done by Kris. The place is always kept clean and the piercing process goes by quickly. Kris is very informative and all of the staff members are very kind and always make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

Chris is the best piercer at this location. I got my triples done. He is VERY officiant, accurate, and so gentle. He makes sure you understand the type of piercing you’re getting, the healing process, and the pain. The sweetest piercer!! Go to Chris!!

Ive gotten two tattoos with Desiree so far (2 more scheduled for this month!) She was the sweetest person & made me feel comfortable the whole time! The first time I saw her was for my koi fish tattoo in my arm in March & then I went back to her with my mom and sister in April for our matching tattoos & she was amazing both times! My mom & sister were so happy with our tattoos & I believe my mom will be going to see her again for something soon! EDIT: I have been reached out to and was given free jewelry and a great experience yesterday. The piercer apologized and was confused on how I had the bad experiences. He is so sweet and always has been, and I hope that people have a better experience here than I initially did even though it was made up to me. This shop is clean and the piercer Kris is very sweet! I wish I could give the place 3.5 stars just because I did have to pay for my belly button to get redone at that other shop. I now was given new free naval and double helix jewelry. They clearly care a lot about their customers.Previous from over a year ago:They don’t be picking up and the girl at the front desk is pretty rude but she stands on business ig. I got my belly button pierced here and the piercer made it crooked, I went back a day later and asked him to fix it and he said “it looks perfect to me, I don’t know what you want me to do”, so I complained and went to a different shop in Columbus called Evolved where I was treated much better and they fixed it for me! They also messed up my doubles here (same piercer). My double on the right ear was farther away from my singles than on the left so there was a different amount of space between them. Only about a 1-2mm difference but it was noticeable and bothered me. Again I complained and a different piercer measured it, admitted fault, repierced me for free and offered me a free piercing! Overall, you shouldn’t have to go through all of that in order to get a piercing.

With my original parlor closing due to Covid, I was in search of a new location.I went in yesterday and got my next tattoo done. This place was great. Very clean, all workers come across as a family, joking around, super friendly.They had movies playing so I wasnt staring at the wall for 3 1/2 hours while my work was done. Speaking of which it came out great. I think I found my new home. (Pics below. Ones in black)

I did weeks of research to find a new tattoo artist for my friend and I. We settled on trying atmosphere and picked Cassandra for our artist. We were not sure what to expect our first time there and were so glad we found atmosphere. All of the staff is great, so friendly and helpful. It can be intimidating trying a new place but theyre all so great and welcoming. Cassandra amazing and we plan to book many more tattoos with her!

I went here a little over a month ago and got a beautiful tattoo done by Desiree! Highly recommend her, as she was so kind and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Atmosphere was an amazing environment to be around, I came in and got 2 tattoos done by the beautiful jadeddesiree she was such a sweetheart, made me feel comfortable at all times, checking on your pain, and keeping constant focus on their clients experience! The best part was not even feeling like a customer, youre a friend there! 10/10 recommend. Everyone was so friendly it was a great experience!

Booked my first tattoo with Becca. She did amazing. She had a lot of patience and very well at explaining step by step procedures with reasonable pricing. Her line work and shading is beautiful. I also went to Cody the see if belly piercing could be fixed since I didn’t like how it was laying. He kindly changed my piercing to a smaller one and it layed just how I wanted.

I have had both tattoos and piercing done at Atmosphere and I couldn’t be happier. My piercings healed nicely and I still have them today. As for tattoos, I always go to Mike and most of my tattoos have been done by him. They are exactly what I wanted and I appreciate his style. They healed beautifully and I will be back for more. My entire family goes to him and we appreciate the work he has done for us. Thank you Mike!!!

Very nice and very welcoming environment. It is also very clean! As soon as I walked in I was assisted and directed, I did have an appointment with a specific tattoo artist. I Got a tattoo that I had been wanting for a long time. Desiree was very good at listening to exactly what I wanted and provided me with different options which was great. She made the whole process very simple and very quick. I hadn’t got a tattoo in a couple years so I was a little nervous coming in. The tattoo was more than I could have ever asked, it’s been a struggle finding a new tattoo artist, but now I found Desiree! Can’t wait to get tattooed by her again!

Ive gotten multiple piercings from Kris over the years and am also so happy with the work that he does. He really cares about his clients and the quality of his work. I always recommend him to my friends when they want to go for a piercing.

The piercer Kris (IG: laserunicornpiercing) was wonderful. Even though I was getting some simple additional piercings in my lobes, he took the time to remove (and put back in) all my other piercings and measure for perfect spacing. He’s super friendly and knowledgeable too. I highly recommend him and also messaging him on IG since his wait times can get crazy long, even on a random Tuesday after work.

I had an appointment with Desiree to do a weeping willow leaf tattoo on my forearm. She was so nice and really kind. She made sure I was okay during the process of getting tattooed and kept telling me I was doing great. Desiree made sure I was completely sure of what I wanted to get and made sure the placement was the way I wanted it and was very respectful with my opinions and thoughts. I’ve gotten so many compliments from the piece and I absolutely love it. Definitely will be booking with her next time :).

Moved to Illinois from Ohio and have been trying to find a home base for a new tattoo artist. Had the privilege to get tattooed by Desiree although a current apprentice, she was so great to be a canvas for. She made my friend and i feel welcome in her studio and like we were just friends catching up. She mimicked the writing of my mother’s in to a tattoo PERFECTLY and just how i wanted it. Finally feel confident in having another artist in a different state and i cannot wait for my appointment coming up in a few months!

This was my first time at Atmosphere (Schaumburg). When I first walked in the door the front desk was extremely kind.They got me checked in promptly and fast. The artist who did my tattoo (anthony cicero) greeted me as well apon my arrival and gave me multiple styles of the tattoo (wording) I wanted and told me if I didnt like any of them that he would we draw them. Anthony Cicero was very attentive and made sure I got the tatto I wanted before we even started. He was efficient and super friendly. Hes also a jokster with the other artist in the building which I liked because I feel like you need to also have some fun while your at work. Anthony Cicero I highly recommend. He was awesome! Thank you so much!

My husband and I took our 9 year old daughter here in March to get her ears pierced for the first time. It was insanely busy (a Saturday, nice weather, during spring break for college kids, so understandable) and ended up being over an hour wait, which was fine since we had planned on going to IKEA anyway. When we got back, Kris H. is the one who pierced my daughters ears and he was great! Very kind and professional, explained everything, gave us an upgrade on her earrings since we had to wait so long even though it was not their fault. He even gave us his info in case we had any questions or concerns afterwards and told us if one came out and ended up lost before the 12 weeks she shes supposed to keep them in, we could come in and see him for a free replacement. Great place, great employees, highly recommend. Thank you Kris for making my daughters experience so great!

Kris did my piercings and he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and hygienic. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you for taking so much time to thoroughly explain the procedure, aftercare, and healing process!

Ive come here over the years and its gone downhill. Usually the front desk staff seems to be very inconvenienced by everyone entering the facility and make you feel like youre bothering them as theyre always on their phones, etc. Piercing waiting time has been so extreme and ive even gotten turned away after calling and messaging piercers in advance. Some of the piercers take up to 45min with clients because its their friend of some sort, which is all fine and well but when you have a waiting room full of people is very unprofessional. Ive gotten tattoos here too and the tattoo artists are all very rude and up tight. All of their apprentices here and at the roselle location charge outrageous prices despite having horrible line work. One of my friends got a tattoo that blew out from an apprentice and still got charged way more than it was worth. This shop needs to get it together.

My husband and I have been seeing Daniel here for MONTHS and could not be happier. His work is phenomenal, and hes just overall a great person. I recommend all my friends to Daniel.

I came to Atmosphere a couple weeks ago to get my first tattoo and could not have had a better experience!!! Desiree was super professional and made the whole process really easy. She was super patient and did a great job answering all my questions, I’ll definitely be back for more soon :))

I’ve gotten 2 tattoos from Desiree within the past 2 months of her apprenticeship and they were both phenomenal. The first one was from her flash and the second one I came up with an idea and she created a custom design for me. She actually created 2 and let me pick which one I liked best! I get so many compliments on the tattoos and people are so shocked when I tell them she’s an apprentice.

My boyfriend and I got our very first tattoos done by Desiree. They turned out great! She talked us through the whole process and kept checking on us to see how we were doing. Definitely coming back to her for my next tattoo.

This was my first time at atmosphere and working with Desiree for my tattoo, and she made it the most comfortable and relaxing time for me, (hence why I plan to book with her in the future). Desiree is very talented and her work is crazy good. The precision, the shading, her work ethic is something Im so proud of. Shes professional and will give you options on whether that tattoo placement is ideal and sizing as well. When I walked in to my appointment, Desiree was accommodating to me and showed me the options I had for sizing. What I enjoyed the most besides the outcome of my tattoo was that she was playing Illeniums live trilogy show for me while she was doing her work and that meant a lot to me, we shared the same interested in Illenium as well as other edm artists and she made me feel comfortable to the point that I didnt feel anything during my tattoo process. Desiree deserves all the best recognition- she has done a great job thus far and I know she will continue to do so.

I came in to get new jewelry for my nose piercing. It was an emergency because I didn’t have any jewelry in and I needed a new one before the piercing closed. The worker at the front desk told me I could go get it myself from the glass and then pay for it, to which a few minutes later she told me I actually had to wait for the piercer to assist me. She told me it would be a 45 minute wait so I waited, and then after that time frame I waited an extra 30 minutes before I left because this was taking way too long. I found out that there were many other people the piercer was doing piercings on, all while I just needed to purchase new jewelry. But I could not do that until he came back to assist me and I waited for over an hour and it never happened. To make this situation worse, the employees do not seem to be very professional. Giving me a false time I’d be able to get assistance is completely wasting my time when I need dire help before my piercing closes! Not to mention when the piercer came in to talk with one of his clients (a minor) he was swearing…

I got two tattoos done by Desiree! in love with both, and she was super patient with me making sure the flail was in the perfect spot. I would love to come back to Atmosphere for Desiree again in the future 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

I called and there is a guy tattoo artist who answered the phone and was very unnecessarily rude over the phone for no reason! I don’t know his name but I know you will get further in life for having better customer service! Do better! You know who you are! Your tone and your words go along way. You never know who your talking to on the phone, they could be having a hard life and your getting paid to be there, you are a representation of the shop! If you’re having a bad day don’t come to work! Do better!!

I had a great experince getting my tattoo done at atmosphere tattoo gallery. Desiree did such a great job with understanding what i wanted and combining all of my ideas into one tattoo. Everything was very clean and she was so professional. I would recommend reaching out to her for any linework!

I was really nervous about getting a hand tattoo but Anthony reassured me and helped walk me through the process in the weeks before my appointment. He talked with me to get a time that worked for us both, and it was nice being able to book an appointment only a week or two out as compared to other shops that book months out. Everyone at the shop was awesome and Anthony was an absolute pleasure to talk with. His work that I’ve seen is awesome and my new hand tattoo is perfect. It didn’t hurt at all, either, and I appreciate that he made this a seamless process for me! :)

I followed Kris here from tomato tattoo in lisle. I have 26 piercings and hes pierced a majority of them. Prior to him I had some not great experiences, but every time he pierces me it heals beautifully and its always beautifully done. Hes gentle, quick and does a phenomenal job every time. Hes pierced everything from my lobes to my nipples to my nose to all my cartilage piercings. I dont trust anyone else to shove needles in my body. Thanks again for all the wonderful work

Kris took the time to explain the process and the history behind the daith piercing and migraines. Piercing was quick. Some pain on the drive home but havent had any pain since. Which is super surprising considering its a pretty thick area to have pierced. Ive been following the cleaning regiment with the solution I purchased there. Hoping the healing process continues to go smoothly! Kris and the staff are super nice. Check in process was quick and easy on a mounted tablet. I only waited for max 10 mins though apparently they can have longer wait times, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Looking forward to getting tattooed by Cassandra there next week!

I got my nose pierced here a couple months ago and knew I wanted to come back for my tattoo. From the moment I walked in I felt very welcome and everyone was friendly. I got to work with Cassandra and she walked through all the steps and made it a great experience. She was very helpful through the whole process. I will definitely be coming back to Cassandra for my other tattoos and recommending her to others as well.

Got a tattoo here by desiree and the tattoo came out so good. She was very nice, and it was very easy to book with an appointment here. Can’t wait to come back for another tattoo.

My friend made an appointment for me to get a tattoo with DESIREE. And because of a typo that Desiree had, I couldnt get my tattoo. The date was May 8th at 8pm, and Desiree said that she made a mistake texting the date and that it was actually May 4th. She said that she would let me know how her appointments were going that day so she could get me tattooed. When my friend asked to reschedule the appointment and I told her that she was unprofessional for not making room to assist us, she said that she did not feel comfortable rescheduling. I work as a lash tech and I canceled my appointments that day to go get a tattoo. As a person who also works and makes appointments, when you make a mistake you always try to reschedule if you know you wont have space or you try to make space to assist the person. Very unprofessional of her.

Id give this place a solid 3/5. Ive been coming on and off since i turned 16 (3 yrs) for piercings and first tattoos. Unlike a lot of the reviews i was really able to get in and out for the most part i never made an appointment for any of my peircings or tattoos (smaller things like nose piercings and dainty tattoos) and ive never had to wait over 30 mins. If youre into more fine line work I do think theres better places for sure in my opinion the quality and the price for smaller or daintier tattoos or even piercings do not COMPARE LOL. Thats honestly my biggest concern I just dont think the price is worth it. Never had any big issues with any of the staff but I would read reviews first. I wish i did bc someone of these responses are crazy condescending from the staff and almost none of the replies seem to have a sense of empathy lol so big red flag🚩🚩🚩 . So overall not awful but for a permanent bodily decision it should be made in a comfortable enviornment

I have been to atmosphere for three tattoos so far and Cassandra is always exceeding expectations. She asks all the right questions and when I don’t have the answers, I can trust her style to match what I like perfectly. The shop is so clean and easy to get to and find parking in front of. Cassandra communicates through painful tattoo areas, is patient if you need anything (including a water or potty break) and she’s got a great personality and is so respectful as an artist and a person.I almost don’t want everyone to find out how great she is, in case I can’t get future bookings lol. But if you like her style, you won’t be disappointed in your final results.

I found desiree on instagram and im so glad i found her ! this is the first tattoo ive ever gotten and she was a dream to work with ! she explained every part of what she was doing, was so fun to converse with throughout the experience, asked me throughout if i needed any breaks, any water and if i was feeling okay with the pain as it was my first time. i’m itching to get back into her chair asap. i’ve attached photos of it being fresh and how it looks now being just over a month healed.

Cody is the best!!! I went in for a daith piercing and I was out within 5 minutes. He certainly knows what he is doing and I was a little bit worried about the pain but Omigosh he is such a pro, he made me feel comfortable and the whole experience was quick and easy. The price range is good too and you’re definitely getting your money’s worth at Atmosphere Tattoo Gallery. I will definitely be going back for more piercings and who knows maybe even a tattoo if I’m brave enough.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I came in just to buy a new piercing NOT get a piercing, and instead of telling me I’d have to wait for all the clients to be serviced first, BUCK decided to tell me she needed to finish the prior clients paperwork and then she could help me. As I sat there Buck proceeded to grab jewelry for her NEXT client and then went to service multiple clients after that. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE on her end. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.

I got pierced by Kris tonight and I’m just really happy with my overall experience. He is the kind of person that immediately you feel calm around. You can absolutely tell he’s a pro and I felt completely at ease in his hands. Since it is walk in only, I did have to wait awhile, but there’s plenty of seating and bottled water (and a candy bowl! I also wanted to mention that unlike other piercing shops, they do not charge an insane mark up on their jewelry like some other local places do.

I got three beautiful butterfly tattoos by Desiree @jadeddesireetattoo She was fast, efficient, kind, not to mention great at designing. I 100% plan to come back for more.

She pierced my left rook and left conch today.I have been to countless piercers and she is def in my top two (other one is far far away) and I’ll never be going to a different piecer again!She’s quick and efficient and pretty much painless.When I first walked in someone came in after me asking about getting a bellybutton re-pierced after a surgery happened and she asked to feel the piercing area (both top and bottom navel) she was honest and explained taught skin is not a feasible option to pierce and will only be problematic.It’s nice to know there are still honest people out there not waiting to make a quick buck off people who don’t know better!She also exchanged my right rook out. Only had a piercing done but the place looked super clean had professional staff. I had perfect timing but i was in and out within 20 mins. Daith piercing done by Kris. He was straight forward and a pro. After explaining the process and aftercare, piercing was quick and easy. Piercing and placement of ring was done in 20 seconds maybe. Excellent and would highly refer for piercings. Havent gotten a tat there..yet.

I had Chris at a piercer, and let me tell you he was the sweetest person ever. He handled me and my mom well, and even tho they were packed and he had to rushed he took his time to make the placement of my piercing perfect. I had to wait almost 2 hours tho as a wait time even tho they said 40 min - an hour. Chris gave us the cleaner for free for the wait though. Great experience overall and love my piercing!

Absolutely adore this place. I keep coming back! I got my first tattoo(s) here in June with Kris Brown and he did an absolutely amazing job. All my friends love the tattoos. They accepted my walk-in and not even 10 minutes later, they called me in to get the tattoo done. I came back a few weeks ago to get another tattoo as a walk-in and Alexa was the artist who did my 3rd tattoo for me. I absolutely adore her too. She’s so kind, funny, and welcoming. She’s so talented and I truly recommend her. I recently scheduled an appointment with her soon and I cannot wait. Such a pleasant experience and I’ve heard so many good things about this place that I just had to come (and I am glad I did).

Had a wonderful experience at this parlor! I went on a weekday in the evening so I did not have a long wait time. Kris was the one who did my navel piercing. They explained everything & answered concerns about it; they are experienced & very knowledgeable and knows how to put you at ease. Overall the place is very nice and clean; everyone is friendly. Everything was sterile and professional-grade. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a tattoo and/or piercings done!

I went here for a second lobe piercing. Piercings are walk in only but they were able to take me right away. I had Anna and she did an amazing job. I didn’t feel a thing. She did a great job explaining in detail about cleaning the piercing and everything else. The place was very clean which I appreciated since I was getting a piercing. Good price as well. They overall were very friendly and good service. Highly recommend.

I was a walk in seeking a piercing. new to Atmosphere but not piercing or tattoos. i had a few clients in front of me when i arrived, and at times overheard Kriss bedside manner speaking with those clients. it was then i knew i was in great hands, and we hadnt even spoken still.when my turn came up, even near the end of his shift he greeted me with positive high energy. i trusted him start to finish, and was rewarded with a well executed inverted labret late last night. my early assessment was right on. his talents are a gem for the suburbs, thank you Kris!additionally i found the shop to be very clean, and the staff to be both attentive and friendly.

Book with becca for tattoos!! she was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable, it wasnt my first tattoo but my first one in a couple of years so I had some nerves. She went out of her way to grab me a water and would always check up on me during getting the tattoo to make sure I was still doing alright. The tattoo shop itself was very clean and everyone was very friendly. Price depends on what youre looking to get but for the tattoo I got I thought price was pretty reasonable! Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience at Atmosphere. My daughter was getting great work done by Becca McCormick so I asked her to take a look at my old tattoo to see if it could be brought back to life. She mentioned that it was not her style and expertise so I would be better off working with Michael Figueroa. To me, that shows next level integrity.Michael happened to be in the shop so he took a quick look and I was a little surprised at how confident he was when he said he could fix it up. He ultimately was 100% correct and it now looks better than when I got it 20+ years ago. The tattoo needed more work than estimated and Michael made sure to get it right.I will be going back and would recommend both artists.

I went here to get my earlobes pierced. The staff was friendly. Cody pierced my ears. He did a great job and informed me how to take care of the piercings. We had a little conversation and I told him my birthday was the following week. He was nice enough to give me a $10 discount on my piercing. Great place.

Easily the best experience I’ve had getting a tattoo! I’ve been to a few different places and don’t think I’ve ever seen a better combination of cleanliness/quality of equipment, overall vibe, and general awesomeness of the artists and staff as a whole. 8 hours went by in a blink because of how kind and caring everyone was during the entire process, and they really make the experience feel like a fully collaborative effort between you, the artist you’re working with, and all of the other artists too! I’d give this place 6 stars if I could, and I think it’s absolutely the best in the area for anyone looking for a first or hundredth tattoo alike.Also shoutout Becca for being amazing! She was the biggest reason for why my experience was so incredible and I’m super thankful for how patient and positive she was during the entire process, let alone how much effort she put into the design itself. If you’re looking for any sort of detailed black line work, she’s as good as it gets!

I got a Medusa piercing today by Kris and am so happy with it! They are very knowledgeable and explained the process start to finish so well, which helped keep my nerves down a lot. I was considering between this and another piercing, and they were very honest about the difficulties of it healing which made my decision incredibly easy. I appreciated the professional opinion and will absolutely see them for future piercings :) could not recommend enough!

Yesterday I got my first nose piercing here and the piercer artist was amazing!! He was extremely professional and helped calm my nerves instantly. I also didn’t even realize he was starting the piercing and by the time I did it was over with not much pain! I highly recommend going here for any piercing!!

Okay this place was GREAT from the first call till I walked out the door.I came here after a friend took his daughter here to get her ear pierced ( also reviewer below) and I live about five mins from here, so I thought I’d check it out. I called to get pricing and the girl who answered the phone was funny and personable right off the bat, which is a great start. I got there and checked right in with the same girl who I spoke with on the phone; process was super fast and she was extremely friendly. Check in was a breeze and I only waited maybe 5 mins before taken back for my piercing. Kris, who did the piercing was very informative, personable and made the entire visit very comfortable. He was extremely knowledgeable about piercings, which made me feel even more comfortable. While setting up, he made sure to explain why he was using the jewelry he was, how the pricing would go and how healing would be expected. He had mentioned he had been doing this for sometime and you could tell because I didn’t feel much when he pierced my tragus at all; HE’S GOOD! I can say this is most likely one of the best experiences I have ever had at a tattoo/piercing shop ( I have 9 tattoos) from start to finish. Process was fast ( maybe there 20 mins from check in to check out) people were extremely friendly, shop was very clean/well kept and they know their stuff there. I will defiantly go back!

This place deserves its high rating. Its so clean and welcoming. Anna did a great job with my eyebrow piercing and made the experience really enjoyable. Just recently the piercing fell out while I was cleaning it. I came back and Stephan checked it out to make sure it was healing nicely and replaced the piercing for free because it was still so fresh. Im definitely going to come back for another piercing because my experience here was so great

So long waiting!!! Omg I can’t wait 2.5 hours to my nose piercing will be done. Take more stuff if you can’t cover your clients….

Very nice easy to deal with. This was my first tattoo and it was a very pleasant experience. Vito was my artist walked me through the process and was patient with my changes to the art. Very satisfied!

Took my 7 yo for her first ear piercing. Kris came out, talked to her, checked her lobe width, set her up with bling, lined the holes up perfect (and gave mom a lesson in ear lobe anatomy, this guy knows his stuff). He had his partner come in so they did synchronous piercings to ensure completion.Gorgeous jewlery, kind staff, clean, a great first piercing experience for my lil one. Wont hesitate to bring the eldest back early next year for her doubles!!

For some reason my review was deleted so here I am again to make sure other can see my experience!! I came to this establishment for tattoos on my “chest” (female btw) and felt so violated and uneasy for a number of reasons.First off, I got there 10 mins before my appointment and was barely greeted. Not a huge deal but noted. Then my tattoo artist come in 10 minutes late after my appointment should have started. Then it took about 2 HOURS to get the placement correct. Even the other artists told me it should not have taken so long. I was in a back area with a privacy curtain since I had no shirt on the whole time. Then a female artists decided to tell me that the curtain wasn’t covering me and that everyone could see me the entire time. I was there for 3 1/2 hours for a pretty small tattoo (I should’ve asked for a price point before we started) but I believed I was overcharged considering it took 2 hours to place the tattoos correctly. As I’m paying to leave, I hear one of the artists ask if “my artist was gentle with me” and if he was “pinching and pulling it”. After I called the establishment to complain the next day, I was told the pinching comment was some inside joke but it made me feel incredibly violated at the time. I really wanted a partial refund because I felt I was overcharged and they said they’d get back to me. 2 weeks later and never did (was told owner was out of town but I thought waiting 2 weeks was sufficient) so I made a review and called again. They saw my review and told me they did not plan on resolving anything after my review and didn’t really care how I felt about the situation. The tattoo almost completely faded as well. I also made a piercing appt I didn’t get done and they said they would give me free piercings. I felt SO uncomfortable with everything that happened, they basically gaslit me into thinking I was being dramatic about the situation after my review.

Got my nose pierced, my sister got a tattoo and I’m planning on coming back for more !!! Great service, clean and sanitized, great choice of piercing jewelry! The reception girl gave me steri-wash for free to compensate the wait which was really nice. The guy was quick and professional. I’m very satisfied with my nose piercing and planning on getting more very soon ✨

I came the other week and I talked to the lady upfront and asked some questions.While I was asking them she gave me a stare that looked like she didn’t want to be there ,she looked annoyed and had a rude/ugly attitude. She needs customer service skills asap. Other than that I think the rest of the staff is wonderful and friendly unlike her.I didn’t catch her name but she had 2 stud piercings in each ear one septum and was wearing box braids . Please talk to her.

I had an appointment with Jason August and could not recommend a better artist for super clean and polished line work and an artist with strong attention to detail. His linework on my tattoo makes a nearby tattoo look sloppy in comparison. It was easy to book and exchange ideas with Jason and he even accommodated a small day of change. Was super patient and friendly. If this is what youre looking for in an artist, Id recommend Jason 100%.Staff was super friendly all around, facilities are clean. Great tattoo shop in the middle of the burbs.

Had existing koi tattoo reworked by Dan Nilges. He significantly improved the color and detail, and I’m so happy with how it turned out. Also did some difficult lettering perfectly.Highly recommend Dan as a phenomenal tattoo artist. He was friendly and made the process easy. Repeat customer without a doubt.Thank you

The shop was extremely clean and appropriate sanitation maintained. Jason was an amazing artist. Really helped to soothe the nervousness of a first time client. Will definitely be back for more.Update: Went in myself for a jewelry change. Cody was amazing! Friendly and helpful. Got my nostril downsized and this lovely daith hoop to replace a captive bead ring. Two thumbs up for the shop and the staff!

My husband and I went in a year ago for tattoos. Cassandra and Jason were really good. New exactly what we wanted. Also, jus went in a few days ago for piercing for myself and daughter for double ear piercing. Kris is great. He talks you through it and is so kind. Highly recommend anyone to go to Atmosphere for work.

Cody was very nice and professional. He’s a very cool guy. It was my first time here to get a piercing and overall I would say it was a very good experience. They also do offer to switch your jewelry out for you once your piercing is healed which I think is awesome!

I visited this shop today and was extremely impressed. I went in to get jewelry for an existing nose piercing and spoke with the lady (receptionist with amazing nails)! She was very nice and very professional. My (soon to be piercing) will be a septum. Corey was the gentleman I spoke with today. I LOVE this place. my friend and i came here on our 18th birthday for a piercing and the service was quick and easy. the piercer was super sweet and understanding. i got my septum done and its already healed! i also went in and got my navel pierced today, and the piercer (Kris), informed me that my anatomy was not the best for a belly piercing and that it had a high chance of rejecting eventually, which i was very grateful for him telling me. they care about you more than the money. he told me he would give me a different piercing for a discounted price since i waited for a piercing anyways. i got my tragus done with little to no pain :) all piercings ive got heal perfectly good! i LOVE this place and recommend it to anyone looking for good piercing artists (and tattoo ofc). 10/10
