Just got my forward helix pierced here - absolutely loved my experience. I’ve been to four different pierces in the past and this was by FAR the best experience I’ve ever had. So clean and really attentive to placement, as well as an amazing jewelry selection for both gold and silver/white gold. 10000/10!

I do not recommend coming here. I got my 3rd lobe with them in October 2023 and it’s been giving me hell ever since. I make sure it’s clean, I went to my post downsize appts and everything. My ears have been feeling not so great for the past 10 months that I just had to take them out myself. I spent about $230 and I feel like it basically washed down the drain :( the nurses were nice though!

Nurse Jules was soo sweet and so kind. Explained the whole process and took great care of my brave 5 year old girl. Wonderful experience, would highly recommend.

Came to Rowan to get our 8 year olds ears pierced.Clean, professional and easy. Staff was friendly and fun. Staff are all licensed nurses so it is safe and sanitary.Jules took great care of our 8 year old and made it stress free. The kiddo even left with swag.If you are looking for a place for you or your kids, Rowan is the place.

I took my daughter to here for her ears to be re-pierced after an awful experience at Clair’s and we had an amazing time! The staff was incredibly friendly and made her feel comfortable and relaxed. The store was clean and inviting, our piercing nurse was super friendly, professional and gentle. They also provided excellent aftercare instructions and followed up to ensure everything was healing well. The jewelry selection was fantastic. We have now even gone back for new earrings and they are so helpful in teaching her how to care for ears going forward. They are the best!!!

Absolute BEST experience! My daughter was hoping to have her ears pierced a second time but was very nervous about the procedure- so glad we found Rowan at Scottsdale Quarter. We were welcomed right away by Giovanni who reassured us that the piercing would be nearly painless and she was in very good hands with their licensed nurses. Karlee was so helpful in showing my daughter the apparatus used to pierce the ears and explained the whole process. Taisha, our piercing specialist, was an absolute angel! She answered all of my daughters questions and was so patient waiting for my daughter to give her the green light to go. We highly recommend Rowan at the Quarter if youre looking for the absolute best piercing experience! I will definitely be bringing my other daughters back when decide theyre ready :)

I was in Scottsdale to celebrate my 40th birthday and came across Rowan. Ive been debating getting my conch pierced for months and decided to walk in and do it! The staff was extremely fun and nice and the process was quick and painless. Lia, RN was in training and did an amazing job! Prices are comparable to most piercing studios.

My 12 years old daughter got her ears pierced for the first time. The staff was so kind and welcoming and nurse Taishawas so patient, explaining every step and letting my daughter feel safe and calm and teaching her to be responsible for taking care of her new earrings.Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Mibsy was absolutely amazing she worked with me on my vision and it came out more than perfect 🙌🏼 I’m very indecisive and she made me feel confident in all of my choices! Highly recommend!

Easy to book check in times. Friendly and helpful staff. Large selection of jewelry at multiple price points and materials. My nurse, Taisa, did a fantastic job making sure placement was perfect and recommended specific jewelry pieces that worked with my current piercings and the new piercings. The piercing itself was gentle and accurate, and I have no swelling. Nurse/piercer Taisa also had a group of younger fans and their parents come in during my appointment to thank her and tell her how great she had done with their piercings earlier in the week. It was great to see a group walk in just to tell her how much they enjoyed her work. The cleaning solution works well, is travel size compliant, and packaged nicely. The reminder text about cleaning and care instructions with a link is helpful too. Overall, great experience!

I got my cartilage done a year ago last month for my birthday. I was so excited to get my cartilage which is my fourth piercing in my ear! My left side I have never had any problems with, but my right side is a whole story. I left it in for so long it was my first time taking that piercing out two months ago and I leave it out for maybe 5 hours and the hole is completely shut. This has happened multiple times with this piercing where there is a hole in the front or back but not on the other side. The piercing then bleeds and I have to almost to the point re pierce it. I will not be coming back to this piercing place and should’ve went to a tattoo/piercing business. I do not suggest going here for piercings like that. Although everyone was so nice it was way overpriced. I thought it would have great outcomes with getting pierced by nurses but it was a let down! Other than that super cute place, very organized.

Great experience for our girls. We had a first timer, and another getting her doubles. They said it was painless, and Theavy was wonderful. Our youngest was really nervous but she did a great job making her comfortable. Outstanding place!

This place was so much fun! Me and some of my closest friends decided to get our ears pierced to celebrate entering our 30s. The nurses were amazing and so careful with the placement of the earrings. I had the best experience yesterday getting my ears pierced for my wedding. I came in as a walk-in and was greeted instantly by the nicest woman (I’m awful at names, so sorry) and she made me feel comfortable right away. The appointment was quick and easy, the studio was clean and super cute, and she walked me through all of the aftercare. I would recommend this place to anyone (and already have). Took my 6 and 9 year old girls to get their ears pierced here yesterday, Saturday. The good, the place is adorable, the earring choices are great and the nurse who pierced them was amazing, her name was Tasha. She was fun, patient, and everything you would want in someone piercing your kids ears when they are scared for the first time. The bad, they are trying a bit too hard to hustle and not paying attention. We arrived at 345pm and were told we needed an appointment and the next available was 445pm so we made the appointment and went to walk around, came back at 435pm and waited while they took multiple walkins and only got to us at about 5pm, waiting with 2 scared children is not the best. As a tradition I tried to bring my earrings from childhood and was told they can’t use them because they are not sterile and I have to buy some. Costed just under $320 for 2 ear piercings: $50 each for the piercing, $60 each for the earrings and $20 each for the cleaning solution. Also, they suggest tipping on top which I did but holy that’s a lot to spend even in Scottsdale!

I had an absolute WONDERFUL experience at Rowan. I got a mid helix piercing and it was explained to me by nurse Emmalee where the best placement would be for me personally and how to take care of it for the next year. It was such a pleasant experience and I definitely will be going back there in the future. I felt so confident walking in there knowing it was nurses that would be doing the piercing. 100/100 RECOMMEND!!!

I chose to get three piercings in the upper helix area of the ear. I specifically wanted to do needle piercing, and the nurse who pierced me did excellent. I even got a reminder text the next day to use my saline spray 2 to 3 times a day. She made sure to let me know that because they were in the same area, I will receive quite a bit of swelling, and so she made sure that when she put earrings in, the posts were longer to accommodate that. That was really helpful to know. Also, I am so glad that these are flat back earrings! As everything heals, they will be much more comfortable than regular earrings.

The piercing shop was great! Busy with a great checkin system online. I only had to wait an hour from the time i signed in. I went out and shopped a bit. I had 2 different people piercing for me. They were both professional, kind and efficient! I would go back there anytime! My piercings look great! A nice text reminder to clean piercings well:).

The best experience I’ve ever had! I am truly glad I stumbled upon Rowan! I have a pretty big fear of needles so the fact that they are nurses eased some of my fears! And I didn‘t feel a thing!!! The shop is nice, clean and each team member was super friendly! And I have super sensitive ears so the fact that it’s all hypoallergenic is just another bonus! I will go there again for my third hole for sure!!!!

I had a disappointing experience at Rowan Scottsdale Quarter. I went in to have my tragus piercing changed and cleaned, but unfortunately, the registered nurse piercer struggled to remove the earring. Despite my repeated attempts to guide her, she continued twisting it the wrong way, causing my ear to bleed and swell severely, leading to the earring becoming embedded into my ear. Her condescending demeanor made the situation even more frustrating. Eventually, I left and sought assistance at a tattoo parlor, where they successfully removed the earring in less than 5 minutes.

Karlee was great! My daughter and I both got our ears pierced. It was quick, easy, clean. Id definitely recommend!

Just left this almost 2 hours ago, and it was a wonderful experience!! I took my baby to get her ears pierced, and everyone was super nice and friendly. They were super patient with me and my baby. I was scared of a possible allergic reaction, and they took their time explaining how things worked and the type of metals. When my baby started crying, they were also really patient with her. In the end, they told us how to care for her ears while they heal.Overall, I loved the experience. It was fast, and everyone was super friendly and communicative. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to get their babys ears pierced. They do all ages, so Im thinking of repiercing my ears, too.

Great place to get your ears pierced or a piercing removed! My freshly pierced ear (not from Rowan) was almost embedded and infected. Lia removed it with no issues and I had no pain! Great place!

The staff was friendly, the store was clean and had a great feel, and they had a fun selection of earrings. However, I would not recommend it for someone getting a simple earlobe piercing. They charge a significant fee for the piercings, then charge you for each individual earring, which start at $20 each, and then make you buy the cleaning solution. Completely my fault for not asking more questions, but when they told me the initial cost I thought it included the cleaning solution and that the price for the earrings were for the pair. We walked out spending over $100 for my daughter to get her second hole pierced in her earlobes. As a registered nurse myself I do not see the value in paying for a “licensed nurse”, as their website touts, to pierce an earlobe, but I do see that it could be important for a more specialized piercing. **Long story short: Great place for specialized piercings anywhere other the than your earlobe, but I do not recommend it for simple earlobe piercings.

I made an appointment but I wasn’t able to get in until 45 minutes after my scheduled time. However I’m still giving 5 stars because I really felt like the girl who did my piercing (I don’t remember her name, sorry!) took the time to go over absolutely everything and she was very thorough in making sure I liked the placement and just overall very pleasant and friendly. I felt comfortable and at ease and I love my final results! While you may not get in to your appointment time slot, there’s a good selection of earrings and other accessories to look through while you wait. Definitely recommend :)

They were lovely but pierced my daughters Cartlidge right on a blood supply. Bruises every time she touches it and we are 6mo Her friends had no issue but she had soooo much bleeding. Hoping it actually heals eventually.

I’m so happy I let my own experience dictate my feelings. The two girls there were thorough and very helpful. They were patient with me and my 5yo. I was pretty indecisive on where to put another hole in my ear and they waited until I was perfectly happy with the location without seeming annoyed or bothered. Thank you guys! We will be back someday and referring our friends.

The ladies that helped me were amazing! I came in for new flat back earring, they walked me through what they had, made recommendations and I found 3 new earrings. Loved going here! Everyone was so sweet and welcoming and super helpful! I thought I was going to have to re-pierce my old piercing from when I was a baby but I ended up not needing to! They also pierced a 2nd on each lobe that is placed perfectly. There was little to no pain and done fairly quickly. I also love their dainty earring options and the quality. Will be returning for future piercings 😊

BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY EVER SPENT. $150 to get my baby’s ears pierced. $50 for the piercing, that’s fine. $50 minimum for a pair of earrings that you have to choose from. Sure they might be hypoallergenic but They are terrible quality and fell off 2 days later. They have continued to fall off not just my baby but 5 year old and 8 year old as well. Then you pay for their spray to keep it clean which is extremely overpriced and you can make at home or buy from a drug store for $2 or less. And the. You need to leave a tip. Of course the piercer was nice, but you won’t walk out of there without paying $150 and then you’ll have a bunch of issues with the earrings. Don’t go here. It’s not some high quality fabulous place.

I was grateful for the selection of high quality earrings since I was worried about her having a reaction to certain metals.She had a great experience with Nurse Taisa! There were no tears and she took her time explaining all of her steps to my daughter so she wouldn’t be frightened. Ear piercing can be scary for kids but she made it an easy process for us!
