Taylor is amazing!! I found phoenix skin when I was looking get a tattoo removed. The removal is going fantastically and all the staff are super friendly. They’re very fair on pricing and always up front about the cost and how many visits are required. I highly recommend them.

Dealing with skin issues can be tough and emotional, but the care I received at Phoenix Skin made all the difference. Erica and Mike are simply the best. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel heard and supported. They’re not only experts in their field but also incredibly kind and understanding. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I’m so grateful for their care and would highly recommend Phoenix Skin to anyone.

This location gives the impression that its a mini mall of different types of stores clustered together. Actually I would say its all medical specialty offices clustered together with a insurance company here and there to break up the monotony.There appeared to be plenty of free parking, all with handicapped accessibility.I have been to Phoenix Skin at their Phoenix location, but this is my first visit to their Scottsdale Office. The 3 girls handling the check- in duties were all very friendly and actually looked to be enjoying their jobs (not always the case in medical offices).My previous doctor, Dr.Ha, had left the practice so Michael Richards was to be my new doctor. After our brief introduction he went about his business of examining me. He is funny and entertaining as a doctor could be. Quite the sense of humor and I left with a smile on my face.(Partly because there was nothing wrong with me and partly because of the bag of goodies the doctor made sure I was able to bring home).Only complaint would be that like most other Medical offices they want you to fill out all kinds of paperwork ahead of time on the computer so you dont have to do it in the office. I had done it twice at home and still had to do it in the waiting area again because it didnt go thru.I would give Phoenix Skin a great recommendation as far as my personal experiences go. The staff is so kind here and attentive to all of my needs. I was able to come in for an elective procedure and also be seen for a skin assessment through insurance with the same practitioner. I highly value having a one stop shop to meet multiple needs at the same place, and person, knowing I’m in good hands. Highly recommend for anyone considering coming here.

My daughters appointment was completely useless they didn’t even give me answers all they said was there’s no irritation at the moment for her hemangioma so just to go to pch and their appointments are all the way until October that’s why I scheduled here but again waste of time. And of course they will bill my insurance for a useless appt.

Went today for unhealed sore on back. Entire staff was so friendly almost dreamlike. They took a very unobtrusive sample and then I explained to Mike Richards that I was about to spend a quarter for a Rat to Gnaw off this unsightly mole on my cheek!(Uncle Buck). Mike laughed remembering the bit and said let me make a call to my insurance. He peeked his head back in and said Would ya like to remove it today? My life was changed in minutes and Mike Richards is a God to Me! What a place!! What a visit!!

TAYLOR, TAYLOR, TAYLOR! What an amazing aesthetician. My tattoo removal was super smooth and super quick and very painless. She was very informative, super helpful, kind and was amazing to work with. She talked me through the whole process and I’m so happy with my results after just one session. She also helped me find some products for my rosacea, like what?? She took the time to help me out with another issue that I wasn’t even there for and that’s what mattered. Thanks Taylor!!

Ive seen Michael Richards, PA, in the Scottsdale office on a few occasions and consistently find him to be excellent. I went in with a rather esoteric issue (Portuguese Man O War sting from recent trip to Caribbean) and he readily knew how to treat it. He is very engaging and clearly expert in dermatologic issues. I would trust him for aesthetic work as well. Ive also seen Allison Lewis, PA, on several occasions for a keloid scar and general skin cancer checks, and she has also been very thorough and super terrific. I like that Phoenix Skin has their own line of products. Great group all around and I highly recommend!

Mike Richards has been our families’ provider for years. He is always friendly, responsive, professional, and interested in making sure that all our issues are resolved. The office staff is pleasant and works to get patients seen quickly so you don’t wait needlessly.

The staff and front desk are very nice. Tyler was professional and tried to help answer all my questions. But the only complain is the $50 consulting fee. The front desk said that it can only be used for treatment on the same day! And it isnt stated clearly on the website and no one told me about it when I made the appointment.

Fell in love with this place and the amazing Taylor Nash! First, their services are affordable. $275 for tattoo removal and Resurfax which is just unheard of in CA. I know people who make a very far commute just to get an appointment with this amazing dermatologist. Incredible service this morning. I had an 8:00am appointment for exam and biopsy of a concerning-looking spot on my skin, that I just discovered over the weekend. I called on Monday and they were able to get me in next day, Tuesday. Everything went so smoothly and with no wait, that I was finished and back in my vehicle at 8:25am. Wow. I really appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was, because when you have a troubling spot on your skin and a history of abnormal cells, you want to be seen as fast as possible, professionally and by people who care. Check, check and check. Great bonus was that they also have very reasonable prices for this kind of care for self-pay patients. Highly recommend if you need similar care. Years back I was sent to Phoenix skin for my psoriasis, my Dr. Was Dr. Richards. He told me that he was going to put me on a medication and if that didn’t work he will try another and he said if that don’t work we will find one that does work. He told me he will change my life and he did. I think he is the best dermatologist and cares for his patients. I recommend him very highly to anyone who needs to see a dermatologist, he changed my life and he will change your too. If you do decide to go see him let him know that I recommend him to you, he will know who your talking about!! I give him 5 stars with no hesitation. I will never see any other dermatologist as long as I need one.

Michael is an awesome PA, figured out the actual cause of my problem in the 1st visit by actually DOING THE HOMEWORK before I arrived for my appt. He has been great during treatment and a shout out to the rest of the fine staff in the practice as well...Very happy that I found them...Been almost a year and STILL think that they are an outstanding practice...From the PA all the way to the front desk staff...A good place to go for treatment, very knowlegeable staff...

This was my first time here, I have seen 2 other dermatologists in 20 years. Front office is run extremely efficient & was pleasant to deal with. Intake nurse was extremely thorough & pleasant. Skin technician was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. The only reason for the 5 star is because I was instructed to leave my underwear on and the skin underneath it was not totally checked for skin problems. I highly recommend this practice and feel very comfortable w the level of care I received from all (5) the employees at the Scottsdale location. If you are choosing a new skin professional you should give them a try.
