I have been seeing Carmen for my tattoo removal and could not recommend her and this business more. I was telling her I wish more people knew about her process and stayed away from laser. I did about 15 sessions of laser tattoo removal with almost no results. Seems they cared more about the money than results… but that is not the case with Carmen. She has you in her best interest. I have done 3 total sessions with Carmen with much success and am very pleased with my results thus far. She is kind, personable, professional and an expert at her craft. I highly recommend, as I know she offers many other services as well!

Carmen and Rachel are the absolute best! They have made my tattoo removal process so comfortable and easy. I got my first ever tattoo over 2 years ago and just haven’t been happy with how it came out since then. I went to so many places to get quotes on how much it would be to remove it. Every place was an insane amount of money and they never had good before and after pictures. That’s when I found carmen! Literally a blessing in disguise!! What she does is nothing like I’ve ever seen before! And it works! I’ve had two sessions of removal so far and I already see a chunk of my tattoo GONE! Something laser would’ve never been able to do. Not only that, she also makes this process so nice and comfortable which is something I looked for especially since a removal already isn’t the most comfortable situation. Along with her nurse Rachel, who is amazing as well! She numbs the area the tattoo is in and you don’t feel anything! I have absolutely enjoyed my experience here so far and know now if I ever get any other tattoos that I regret, I can count on Carmen and Rachel to get rid of them!

Carmen is highly proficient and knowledgeable at removing tattoos. She knows how the whole process works and communicates this information very well to her clients. I have seen amazing results from her removal process versus clients who have come in after doing 10-11 LAZER removal sessions with little to no results. Full disclosure, I am not a client but have attended the first two tattoo removal sessions in support of my girlfriend. These sessions have gone EXACTLY as Carmen promised. She is professional, VERY CLEAN and very serious about what she does. My GF has followed the strict protocols and as an observer, I can emphatically, and more importantly, TRUTHFULLY state there has been a remarkable difference in the appearance of her tattoos. After spending THOUSANDS of dollars on laser removal with little to zero results, Carmen would have been the better choice,, clearly. Save your money and go see Carmen.Based on the results so far, I can see why Carmen stated it would take 5 sessions for complete success. This is not some pipe dream guess, this comes from her years of experience. However, as a client, my GF accepts the responsibility of following the protocols in place in order to achieve the success. Im very thankful for the services received by Ms Carmen.I had open heart surgery as a kid and was left with a big scar as result. THEN I thought when younger to cover it with a tattoo which has since faded and needs to be camouflaged of which ill return to have completed. Carmen is very nice but this method causes major scarring. Please do the research and spend the extra money on laser. Should have looked more into it instead of impulsively paying for all of the sessions upfront. Ask for her portfolio and you won’t find any pictures with clean results. I’m not trying to be harsh but you are causing irreversible damage. Overworked tattoos cause damage alone and what you are doing is not backed by anything. It’s a home remedy somehow turned into a business.

I have had a couple consultations at some different tattoo, removal places. I have yet to decide if I want to go through with the process, but if I did, I will choose to go with Carmen. She is the most decent priced that I have found, and I can tell that she is very committed to what she does. This is the only office that I have felt comfortable in.

I found AZ Tattoo Removal after 8 laser treatments on one tattoo & 10 on another with very minimal results. The thought of continuing with painful laser treatments & barely noticeable results made me nauseous. My last laser treatment left me driving home trying not to throw up, not only from the pain, but the smell of burnt flesh too. Each laser treatment resulted in painful, huge, ugly blisters, & very, very faint lightening on both tattoos.I met w/the owner, Carmen, for a consultation and she was upfront with me that the previous laser treatments does affect the process, making it more challenging. I had a permanent makeup procedure at this establishment. I am pleased with the results after one visit. It requires two visits to achieve the best look since 35% of pig t is lost during the healing process. The process was easy and Carmen provided good advice for color selection. I would recommend this business for permanent makeup. She also provides tattoo or permanent makeup removal for those that need a non laser approach for removal.

Im terribly disappointed with my experience here. Misleading and untruthful. I had my consultation with Carmen, the owner, to remove the end of my eyebrows (which had already had 2 previous treatments at another place) and a tattoo on my lower back (that had 8+ treatments done at another place). I expressed my frustration that the previous place I went to swore they could remove the tattoos within a couple treatments, which simply wasnt true. Carmen was confident that she could remove the tattoos within one or two treatments. She offered me a discounted package of 3 sessions if I paid upfront and she told me, if you dont need the 2nd or 3rd treatment, Ill refund your card for them. I attended 2 of the sessions and I was there each time for so much longer than expected. The 2nd session I was there for almost 3 hours! The numbing cream that was used wasnt strong enough, so to re-apply with the higher percentage of lidocaine cream and wait, took even more time. After the 2nd session and almost 2 months of healing time, the tattoos are still not gone and the end of my eyebrows look worse. I am currently under the care of a dermatologist to manage the slight scarring from the removal. The tattoo on my back lightened slightly, but its definitely not gone. Not even close. I sent a message to the Carmen saying that I wasnt interested in coming in for my 3rd session and would like the refund for it. She replied with an email and referenced their no refund policy and that even if I have a doctors note that says Im no longer an appropriate candidate for the procedure, Id still have to pay a $150 admin fee. And keep in mind, this entire experience has been with the owner! Talk about terrible business practices. False promises, setting unrealistic expectations, and damaging my skin. Beware!

If I could give them a zero and have it show up here I would. They texted me after I reached out on Facebook and seemed very kind and excited to meet. On the day of my first appointment the woman acted like it was a consultation, and then roped me into buying three sessions. More than $400. She made it seem like I wasnt able to just do the one session we already planned, and I felt pressed to buy the package of three. She also stated that saline tattoo removal was less painful than laser. WRONG. This tattoo removal took twice as long in my one session than all the laser sessions I have experienced AND it was INCREDIBLY PAINFUL. While I understand pain tolerance is up to every individual, this was excruciating. I was shaking and crying by the end of the session. I was so out of it from the pain, I forgot my purse and she had to follow me out with it to hand it to me. I sat in my car and sobbed. The next day I asked for a refund for my other two sessions and NO ONE TEXTED ME BACK. Which was weird because ALL of our previous conversations had been though text so why couldnt this one be? I texted again another day and she told me someone would call me. A Dr Reed or Mr Reed or someone. Well its been a month and not a single person has contacted me. I will not be doing business here and I will absolutely not recommend them to anyone. They still have not refunded me and no one has contacted me either. Im sure saline works for other people but I will not be going back. In this day and age $400+ is a good chunk of my rent that could have been saved... but I trusted them, and I was wrong to do that. I work two jobs and can barely live on what I make. I wish they were more understanding to their clients.

The lady was rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me a refund after a lack of success saying I dont follow protocols I have before and after photos where my tattoo is way darker then it was before . This is a scam watch out

I reviewed this company on my first visit. I went to 3 appointments and did not continue. The second time I went I was over charged and I can only get my money back on another visit by reducing that visit cost by the amount I was over on my second visit. I was able to go to a place that had laser tattoo removal it was half the cost and my tattoo is gone, minus the scarring I received from going to this location. I would suggest you do your research and maybe go to a different provider.The laser removal is not as expensive as I thought. Like I said it was half the cost of this procedure.

My mission was to remove my micro-bladed eyebrows. She didn’t numb my eyebrows properly so it was one of the most excruciatingly painful experiences that I’ve had. Now after 3 weeks it doesn’t look like I had anything done. Sadly, it was a waste of $300
