Jay is a very down to earth man, his work is meticulous. Shop is spotless and inviting. This was first visit to Jay, but not my first tattoo, definitely enjoyed this tattoo experience the most. Will definitely go to Jay for all future tattoos, and will recommend him to all my friends.

Exceptionally clean shop and pleasant owner. Things are getting revamped so theres quite a wait to schedule an in depth consultation for detailed tattoos. Based on what Ive seen so far, Im looking forward to having my tattoo done here, regardless.

On a wednesday, I went to Vision Burn to ask about getting a tattoo. The guy, Jay, seemed in helping me and we had a little consultation. He asked me when I was able in coming in to get it done. I said that the following friday would be great..that I have a half day and I could be in for 12:30. He claimed he had to take his car to the shop at that time so he scheduled me into his computer for 1, claiming that he also has an appt with his buddy at 3 but if our session goes into his.. that its only his buddy and that hed understand. Well I ended up taking that day off instead and driving down to Vision Burnwhich is about 30 minutes for me. When I get there, their OPEN sign wasnt lit and I took it that noone was there yet..so I wait. Around 1:10, two guys drive up into the parking lot and go right in so I also went in not knowing that they are open. As soon as I walk in, I hear Oh, there she is.. like he was impatiently waiting for me. I walked upstairs to talk to him and he would NOT look at me. He said I was supposed to be there for 12:30 and that he has a session with his buddy for 1 ..that we would need to reschedule. I informed Jay that he put me into his appt book on his computer for 1 as well as writing me an appt card for 1. What I get back is, Well, then thats my bad but my friend here will reschedule you for another day. I said, No, thats okay .. ill call and I walked out of there. Walking out, the OPEN was get turned on. Right after, I can say that Jay wasted my time and my gas in driving down there. If I was supposidly late.. take the consideration in calling, reminding the customer. I wouldve been a new customer..but instead this individual would rather tattoo his buddies. I ran right over to Slingin Ink and got an appt with Tim Would who took his time out of his busy schedule and made an appt with me and gave me a wonderful price. I have gone to SlinginInk for all my tattoos which two have been done by Frank and 4 have been beautifully done by Vinny. I thought trying out a different surrounding would be interesting but instead made me fuming mad and wasted my time and fuel. Tattoo Seekers BEWARE!
