Erik did piercings for my friends and me and they look all look awesome! He made us all feel very comfortable and he made the experience fun too. Definitely recommend him and Ill definitely be going to him in the future for any other piercings when Im in town!

My two friends and I recently went later in the night, and I was the only one sure I was getting a piercing. Eventually, my two friends decided to also get one, and Erik made sure to get them in right then and there with me. He was super fun and personable, and really made the entire experience so enjoyable. He gave us quality advice on how to properly care for each piercing, and said to stop by the shop whenever if there is any concerns. Definitely recommend this for piercing needs, and the tattoos look amazing as well.

Erik is the only one I feel comfortable going to now. And he is (in my opinion the best around) best prices, makes you feel welcome and important and truly just the best vibes. Always gonna recommend if you’re looking for a tattoo in PA Erik is the man to see 😊

Took me years to figure out a tattoo I wanted for my boys, and a shop I was comfortable with. Eric was awesome had great advise in regards to the style and colors in my tattoo. It was an all around great experience and I totally plan on booking another apt very soon!

First tattoo ever, excellent experience. Erik is wonderful, hes so personable, helpful and an amazing tattoo artist. I stopped in two other shops before his, but when I stopped in his after a friends recommendation, I knew he was my choice. Showed him my ideas, he worked with it, he was very interested in making sure what he drew up was what I wanted. I got a small penguin tattoo, and he treated me as if I was getting a huge tattoo. This says volumes to me because its on forever, and he was making sure he was tattooing just what I wanted. Highly recommend, I will be getting another tattoo from him. Forgive the redness in my tattoo, it was just done.

Sean has done so many/ almost all of my tattoos but specifically I’d love to point out my throat/chest piece!! Sean ALWAYS makes me feel 1000% comfortable/happy/excited when I’m booking my appts to when I’m sitting in the chair to finished! I knew what i wanted but didn’t have the full vision and after just a few words shared back and forth Sean was able to capture everything i wanted and more!! Everywhere i go i receive so many compliments and i couldn’t be happier to recommend him!! The Rock Shop Erik, Sean, & Sam bring such great vibes and every single piece of art/work they do is amazing!!

Best experience with a piercing here. Ive had both eyebrows pierced and Rock Shop did the best job. Last place I went bruised my entire eye. I left here with no bruising and the pain level wasnt as bad. 10/10 recommended!

Eric is the man. Nice as can be, full of knowledge he loves to share unlike a lot of places that act like youre wasting time, the shop is super clean and welcoming with great tunes blaring. Cant wait to head back.

I have received my 1st, 2nd & 3rd (but certainly not last) tattoo at The Rock Shop. The shop and tools are clean and sterile. The cost is consummate with the fact that all tools are disposed of after each client service. He even creates an amazing environment if you would like to get your little ones ears pierced in a sterile environment by trained professionals rather than potentially having the gxn at the mall fail and traumatize your little one. If there were infinite stars to give I would!

Samantha was so delightful. Her technique was great and she explained the whole process. The best piercer I have ever had. She did our whole group and was so pleasant the whole time. Awesome shop, I would definitely recommend.

My daughter got her nose pierced here. Theyre very clean, attentive and reasonably priced. Well definitely be back once its fully healed to have them exchange her jewelry out.

I got to say this place is hands down the best place and only place I have gotten tattoos from. I started going there to have a cover up finished up due to the artist moving out of the area and after 4 other tattoos I haven’t gone to another shop everything from start to finish is very professional and sterile

I had heard wonderful things about the rock shop and the reviews online matched the buzz. I sent a message via Facebook asking pricing and availability. The response was quick and super friendly. After I sent my design of what I wanted to get - the person who I was chatting with said come down “today” if I wanted! Perfect and awesome. I had been really wanting this design for a few months but I was waiting to book or make a move till I graduated from Yoga Teacher Training. I wanted this tattoo to symbolize my whole experience. So it was important to me that this studio made it a very symbolic experience. The tattoo artist was super chill and we chatted about our passions for horror movies, exchanging recommendations. I didn’t feel as if I was rushed or just another ‘job’. This honestly was one of my best tattoo experiences! Highly recommended this place. HIGHLY!! Also- my cute little tattoo came out amazing!! It’s a simpler design sure, but line work and small details are hard. It’s absolutely perfect. Awesome show, great job.

Very respectful and personable people, was able to squeeze me in and made me feel very comfortable and handled my concerns and questions professionally without making me feel silly. i’ll definitely be back for my next tattoo asap

Malachi was rude and cocky both times I went (making the appt & during). I appreciated him letting me reschedule though.The lines arent clean and some parts of the tattoo disappeared after they healed while other parts are raised and scarred. Ive had the tattoos for almost 2 months and they look horrible.Dont recommend and wouldnt go back, even for the touch up. Id rather go somewhere and have it done right for a decent price. (Malachi even said theyre prices were sky high) .

TL;DR: THE ROCK SHOP ROCKS. Go there. Do it.*****Actual review:5th tattoo, first at The Rock Shop - my first visit cemented my loyalty. I popped in after checking out the black work done by the guys on here because I figured it would be convenient (super close to my office). Erik saw the Don Quixote design Id created and got psyched about doing it. That was even better than the pricing or the convenience (both of which were fabulous!) - knowing my ink would be handled by someone who got it.I got an approx 10 inch piece, all black, and felt NOTHING. Eriks inking felt more like an electric toothbrush than a tattoo needle - with NO fading, flaking, bleeding or issues. My wife hung with me while he was doing it, and shes now trying to decide what she wants him to do for HER!Another plus - Erik cares about his work. He scheduled a follow-up for a week later to check out the healing process (I suck bc I havent made it back in yet) - first time Ive ever had that for any work Ive had done!I cant recommend them enough... whether its your first tattoo or your 50th, theyll make it your best.

Most important thing when it comes to getting a tattoo is feeling comfortable with your artist and your environment. The rock shop excels.. at these. Im very pleased with the work, with the artists personalability and the Keen eye for detail. I will be returning

There buisness was incredible my dad knows Erik very well and has been going there for quite some time when he went a couple months back I went with him to get my nose pierced and he did incredible he didn’t lie and say it wouldn’t or would hurt he told me straight forward he said it depends on pain tolerance and he handles the equipment amazingly I just went back and got my industrial and he did so good on it I 100% recommend and I will be going back for every piercing and tattoo i want to get my dad loves his tattoos and I love them too
