I got my navel pierced here about a month ago. I should have known something was off from the start, when I did not need to sign any forms or provide any identification before the piercing. From the very start, Chay was extremely unprofessional, making multiple passes on me and made me feel very uncomfortable. When the piercing was done, he asked for my phone, to take a picture, but never told me that’s what he was doing. He then concluded by saying “I have made your navel beautiful,” which I thought was a very weird statement. A few weeks later, I went into a more reputable piercer whom I’ve gone to before to have him look at my navel piercing because it is not healing properly and is extremely crooked. He told me that he’s seen plenty of botched navel piercings and this is the gnarliest he’s ever seen, said it was pierced crooked and with jewelry way too big for the type of piercing it is. He had to take my piercing out and told me to come back to him in a month when it heals so he can re-pierce it. Bottom line is: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Don’t make the same impulsive decision that I did just because of the convenience of the location. In all honesty, this place should be shut down from reading other reviews as well. I hope that the parent company will read these and make necessary changes.

I came here to get my nose repierced and I definitely will never be coming here again. Although I am over 18, I wasn’t ID’d at all. The placement of the piercing was awful plus the jewelry was so incredibly long that half of it stuck out of my nose. I took the piercing out as soon as I got to my car. Complete waste of money.

I went in to exchange a nose ring long story short the guy did exchange it but he was pressuring me into writing a review asking to write a review as a favor and when i told him okay and tried to walk away he would keep pressuring me into writing a review. it wasnt until like 5 mins that he stopped and let me be on my way. i felt extremely uncomfortable and just wanted to continue on my way. this is costumer service that is very inappropriate. and this was wheaton location upstairs.

I made an appointment online thinking this was a stand-alone store, not a kiosk- so first I would not recommend bothering with that.Everything seemed sterile and prices were fair, but she breezed over any after care instructions. Second, they use butterfly backs. Within two weeks, my earring got caught in something and went halfway in my ear. I ended up having to make an appointment with a tattoo/piercing company (Fattys), to get it all fixed. Additionally, I had to go to urgent care in fear of an infection.

The place was clean and the lady was friendly the only thing I didn’t like was the prices were higher than the booth in the mall both ran by the same company, so for the cost of my nose piercing in the shop I got my nose pierced and the spray at the booth and Stacy was perfect she gets a 10

Niya was absolutely amazing!! She did 3 piercings and it was not even as painful. I’ll be back for sure! I love her!! She also trained my new fave Adriana who is also fantastic, and I will give her a 5 star rating as soon as I am able too. (Apparently you can’t post 2 reviews in a week or something weird). I will post her work and another 5 star rating as soon as it will let me (including pics).

I went to get my smiley piercing and I loved it!! She was so nice and helpful. And there is a loyalty card which is amazing! I will be coming back to get more piercings :)

Walked in to get my nose pierced i thought he would mark the spot with a marker and show me to see what i thought he just went ahead and pierced my nose the placement is horrible wouldnt recommend!!!

I’m pissed that my 12year old daughter got her nose pierced at this establishment without “parental consent”. From what I understand in the state of Maryland it’s considered Child Abuse to even so much as pierce ears without an adult who can provide proof of a birth certificate or some legal authority of guardianship to the minor child. My daughter and her 13 year old friend asked a random adult at the mall to sign for them to get matching nose piercings. I now have to take her to a proper “Licensed Tattoo & Piercing” facility to make sure it’s even in the proper placement, make sure it’s with the proper metal material due to certain mineral allergies, and proper aftercare products. I’m pressing charges and I hope STATE BOARD shuts you down immediately!

She did a great job, everything was sterile and she showed me the placement and everything. I only have two complaints. 1) as nice as she was she was on FaceTime with someone the entire time. 2) she didnt discuss any aftercare with me outside of selling me a spray that she never told me the price for. Otherwise haply with my piercing and a good experience!

Worst experience EVER! Before sending this, I thought I’d contact their website to see if the owner or franchise is aware of employees work ethic representing their business. I was taken back to see Artswell Rep/technician TAKING HER BRAID EXTENSIONS out her hair. When I went in to question if she was license she gave me the vendors license. She DID NOT have one for herself (license to conduct body piercing). As these two reasons were reasons enough not to get a industrial piercing or naval piercing. I was appalled how she did not STOP unraveling her braids as I asked my questions! I even took evidence of the trash pile up of hair and her in act of unraveling her braids!She was rude. She was cocky. She showed no customer care at all. She was eager to give me a price. As to say ‘You want it or not’. Terrible. I’m 51 and I never seen such a terrible display of bad customer service.

Just had my septum pierced and it was painless!!!

Was a pop up shop in the middle of a mall. piercer wasnt very nice/welcoming, seemed in a rush, very didnt-give-me-the-time-of-day attitude, did not give me a chance to pick or see the earring she was going to pierce with and gave me one in a color that i do not like. i confirmed the price i need to pay with her and she said no, $5 less, and then said wait no its the price you said. So I paid her that but after thinking about it more and remembering the total price, i realized that the price i should have paid was the $5 less price.

They are scammers! i asked the lady if they did jewelry changes and if they did how much it would be. she said it would be $5 and i asked if that was ALL since i knew some people charged for the jewelry as well but she said it was just $5 plus tax so i said okay. she changed my jewlery and i paid, but when i checked my account she charged me $20 and when i went back to ask why she charged me so much she said the jewelry was $15. i asked why she didn’t tell me that before i paid but she just looked at me. never going back there again, i could have bought an entire pack of jewelry online for that price!

I had my eyebrow pierced for my birthday two years ago, it turned out so well it was like one of my favorite piercings! the lady was nice and it wasn’t painful just some eye watering. definitely a place i’ve recommend to all my friends!!!

Jahniya is the best piercer ever . Very professional and efficient. She takes her time with the piercing and always a great time with her . Today I got my rook and Tragus and can’t wait to come back !!!

Lilly was the piercer the day I wanted a piercing done. She was quick to do the piercing, she was friendly which is comforting and gave off really good vibes overall. They have a nice selection of piercings and I would definitely come back.

Got my tragus and third lobes done by Georgia and my helix by deedee. They were both very friendly and professional. They made sure I was okay with the placement of the piercing and gave me the aftercare information and best of all, they pierce with a needle. For your piercing needs definitely go to Georgia or deedee

I have issues with my nose ring constantly falling out and I always stop by here to see Neelima to put it in for me. She is always so sweet and helpful and always takes very good care of me. If you need any piercings or jewelry for your piercings go visit her. She’s the best

I went yesterday to redo my daith piercing. The lady was very nice and knowledgeable on different piercings. I liked that she walked me through the whole process and talked to me through the entire time to distract me. She was very professional and nice the entire time. I will fretting for future piercings.

Came just to get my septum ball replaced. Wheaton mall isn’t that close to me (ab 30 min drive) but i’ve lost a ball before and got it replaced here so I decided to make the trip over. Online it says they close at 9:30 pm so i assumed that was the case. Walked up to the kiosk at around 7:50 pm and the lady refused to replace my ball nor did she let me buy a replacement piercing because they’re “closed.” Im not sure if the time shown needs to be changed to close at 8 pm but even so It hadn’t been 8 pm so I was just a bit confused and triggered at the fact that she couldn’t do this simple task for me. I decided to go hit up some shops and head back home. at around 8:30 as im walking towards the exit the lady is still sitting there at the kiosk? I thought they were closed? I took my friend to get her septum pierced here on aug 4th and it was the same lady that did mine and she was perfectly fine with getting us out the way even though it had been 7:55 pm. I really wish I remembered her name. Anyways Im not sure what the issue is here but if there is a new policy please change the hours and let us know what time you actually close & if you close 15 minutes before actual closing time.

Was shopping in the mall today with my daughter who has seen begging for a noise ring. Seeing DeeDee doing a few Piercings and decided to stop and ask the price. Let’s just say 100 bucks later me and my daughter both walked away with nose piercings. Very fast very clean super sufficient. DeeDee was Amazing and definitely knows her stuff. Did that thing like a pro in her sleep! 💪🏾 Will be back for more in the further as long as she’s there

Piercer was not friendly at all, i had to do most of the talking and asking questions, didn’t mark where to pierce, didn’t ask for ID, didn’t give info about aftercare, pierced me in a different spot than i asked, sadly they have no refunds. don’t reccomend.

I went on Saturday, the girl is super professional, I do not agree that a charge of $ 5 was taken from me without my credit card authorization without prior authorization, when I pay $ 43 for the ear piecing. thats in bad taste.
