Pop’s tattoo is such an amazing professional tattoo parlour. As soon as you walk in you can tell how clean it is. They do a wonderful job of making you feel completely comfortable. I got my cartilage pierced twice and the procedure went very smoothly. My piercing didn’t get infected once nor did it swell. They prioritize precision and cleanliness and it is obvious how much they care about each customer’s comfort and about getting the job done right. I would highly recommend Pops Tattoo for anyone looking to get a piercing or a tattoo.

Shannon was an excellent piercer. She fixed an ear piercing that someone else messed up, taking her time to measure and double-check the positioning. So kind, friendly, and trustworthy throughout the whole process. My ear healed very nicely. Prices are extremely competitive and the space is very nice inside.

This place is great. I always love what I get and have a great time. The artists are knowledgeable and friendly. Alyssa had done all 5 of my tattoos and all are amazing. You cant go wrong with Pops!

Got my tattoo with Sol. I got into the shop and gave him some artwork to work off of and he created an original design from scratch. This was a phenomenal job done by Sol. He put a lot of work, dedication, and effort into this piece. If you want to get a fresh design, then Sols your guy. He offers some great insight and ideas for the piece and thinks of original and creative ways to add more detail into the tattoo. There was no rushing involved and thats important for future clients. Pops Tattoo is extremely welcoming and hospitable. Sols easy to talk to and personable, altogether a great guy. Got nothing but love and overall great time! Cant wait to be back and get more work done.Shout out to Chuck and Shannon! Yall seriously rock.

Sharon is awesome! I came here last year to get my second nose piercing and I love it! Made an appt to get an industrial piercing. She looked at my ear and told me I didn’t have the anatomy for it. But that we could do an alternative option, scheduled an appt for 7/20, I was nervous! I had 9 piercings prior but still nervous. Shared that piercing takes a while to heal on me so she gave me advice on it. The piercing itself was quick and 2/10 painful, nothing too bad. I asked for a stress ball and her husband gave me one. It helped lol. Welcomed me back in once they’re healed to help me with changing the jewelry. Looked online into what jewelry would work best with my ear anatomy such as the chains. Super helpful and knowledgeable! And her puppy is sooooo cute! I may just come back for the other eat once this one heals begause why not?! Run to get your piercings with Sharon!!

I had an amazing Princess Mononoke tattoo done my Alyssa Paige, the experience was better than I could have ever hoped for. Alyssa is an amazing artist, and great person, I highly recommend her for any and all your tattoo needs! I plan to come back and get many more from her!!!!!!

Yesterday was my 18th birthday and i decided to get a tattoo. My childhood dog recently passed so i wanted to do something for her since she couldn’t spend my 18th bday with me. i saw really good reviews and got recommended to Alyssa. Not only was she willing to work with my budget, she also (as busy as she was) able to get me in yesterday. As someone on the spectrum she told me how getting a tattoo works, and what’s the best option. honestly everything i needed to know to calm my nerves. For my first tattoo experience, it was incredible. i will be getting the rest of my tattoos done by her. Her skill, talent and willingness to work with me is unmatched. Met Sol and his wife for the first time to get my hand tattoo and it felt like I’ve been getting my tattoos done by them for years and years. Built up a really good relationship with them just on my first visit. Things went so well today with both the tattoo job and their customer service that I scheduled my next tattoo appointment right away for Saturday which is in 7 days. My girlfriend and I definitely found our new permanent tattoo spot for life!

I called Pops Tattoo, and spoke with Alyssa, and we immediately bonded. I told her I needed a cover up of a mans name I had dated five years ago. She quoted me a price, and set a date, and immediately went to work. She did a fantastic job on my tattoo, and you would never know that I had a mans name splattered all over the bottom of my arm. She was very professional, and her work, as you can see is fantastic. I highly recommend Alyssa for a cover up, she knows what shes doing. As for the shop itself, and the current owner, I would say a class act. The shop is immaculate, very classy looking, and the music is on point, not your typical tattoo shop, and the owner is very kind and professional. I highly recommend this shop for a tattoo. I am so pleased, and I cant stop looking at my tattoo. Id had it for five years, and was very ashamed of it. Now I feel free. Thank you Alyssa, and Pops Tattoo.

I went in because my industrial/tragus began to close and I hoped I would be able to get it tapered and back to size. Another place quoted me more than 5x what Chuck charged me and were claiming I would need to repierce my industrial entirely. Chuck got me sorted without repiercing the ear and causing further damage (I would’ve been open to it if needed, but the other shop’s piercer didn’t even want to look first). Chuck was patient, professional, and friendly. The studio was really nice and clean. I would definitely consider going back for some tattoos too!

I felt safer with pops because unlike other shops in the area they took the time to call instead of just email. They also don’t charge by the hour but by the piece, which in my opinion, is the only way to do fine art. Chuck took great care of me and killed the design, see for yourself. Highly recommend!

I came here in February to get a standard nostril piercing and was pierced incorrectly and have had a bump on it ever since. I tried all the proper cleaning methods and nothing has worked leading me to believe they were incorrect in piercing it. I have a video of me getting it pierced and the metal was not at a 90 degree angle (or perpendicular to the skin) which is recommended for a nostril piercing. It was completely straight down. I called and asked about a refund and was told that I was wrong and “they wouldn’t have done that” despite me literally having a clear video of them doing it. Go somewhere else. Waste of time and money.EDIT: Love how they responded just to tell me I’m what? Lying? I’m not sure. I do have a video and if I could post videos on here I would. I can even DM the instagram page of said video. It was in the shop, and my friends recorded the entire process and we were not told once at all that we were not allowed to record. I actually have called multiple times since it was pierced with questions and concerns about the bump and asked about the healing process and was given generic advice every time. I was pierced with titanium jewelry to start which is recommended, not stainless steel by the way. The method of piercing was incorrect.Check your DM’s for proof of me calling multiple times and the video of the process. Properly address the proof.

I had a really great experience getting a piercing done by Chuck. Very clean and professional -- he answered all of my questions and was a delight to talk to. Im looking forward to coming back to get more piercings done when their normal piercer, Shannon, is back in a near future. Overall, it is a great shop to get piercings or tattoos done and Id highly recommend it.

Sol did an amazing job on my tattoos and made the experience great. He knew it was my first time getting my tattoos done and had a lot of patience with me and made me feel comfortable and made sure where I wanted my tattoos and the placements, he didn’t rush through our appointment and wanted everything to come out great. He did an amazing job, and I will love these little pieces of work he did for me.

Called the business and spoke with a lady Alyssa about a price to have my tattoo color touched up. Later on I stopped by the office to have her look at it in person and to ask about additional add on as far as prices. I set up a time to come in and have her do my tattoo and the add ones. She was very knowledgeable and let me know what she was doing every step. She also let me know if I needed a break to let her know. I plan on going back to her to have my other tattoo touched up. Really good prices and great employees.

Poor quality, didn’t follow very specific agreed upon requests, and I left and had to walk back in to remind the artist to cover both tattoos. Went back to correct it and artist was rude. The artist at another shop who fixed them for me couldn’t believe how poorly they were done. Owner was condescending and argumentative when I reached out so I had deleted this review, but I’m not afraid to leave it anymore.ETA: The 2nd appt WAS the touch up and I was pressured both times to leave a tip before the session was even finished. And if it wasn’t Chuck then it was someone sending messages saying they were him. And real classy of you to offer for the internet to come look at pictures of a woman’s chest who you tattooed. Women, beware.

I took the jewelry out of an old piercing of mine for just a couple of weeks...and I was shocked that I couldnt fit it back in! I called Pops and spoke to Shannon, who warmly invited to come on by for a quick taper. Shannon is so lovely, and I had a great time talking to her while she (successfully!) got my jewelry back in. The other employees were also friendly and fun to chat with. I want to come back for a new piercing!

Alyssa helped me get my 2nd tattoo. The experience from the first phone call was pleasant and professional. I’m super happy with the final product, and am very happy that I went with Pops. Thanks!!

Chuck did a cover up and its amazing. The shop is really nice and run by professionals. They are artists first then became tattoo artists, a huge difference!!! Only place I will ever go.

Had my tongue and nose done by Shannon here, Ive been wanting them done for so long, but was a bit cautious of the pain. I was so impressed by the speed with which Shannon did them, and lack of pain!! She was so professional and empathetic. The follow up care advice was perfect and my piercings healed really quickly. I was very impressed and went back to get both my earlobes done. Thank you so much Shannon.

I’ve gotten my nose and belly button piercing from Shannon. She is the sweetest and most knowledgable professional ever! Always educates us on pre- and after-care stuff. Even gave us free sea salt for post-care. She’s great at reassuring you and make you feel comfortable before the piercing. She’s the best! Highly recommend.

I just finished getting a leg sleeve from Sol at Pop’s, and I could not be happier. He is an incredible artist. He designed and tattooed exactly what i had in mind based on some pictures and a general concept. Also, the whole shop is awesome. I have gotten tattoos from 5 different shops across the country, and this is by far my best experience. The owner Chuck and the other artists are all super friendly and welcoming. Shannon, who helps schedule and pierces, was extremely helpful to setup appointments around my schedule. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Sent an email here a few days ago and got scheduled in fairly quick. Arrived and got tattooed by Olivia. She was so nice! My tattoo came out exactly how i wanted it will definitely come back for future tattoos!!

When i say i tell everybody this is where i come get tatted, im not lying. the staff is very friendly and my tattoo artist, Chuck is the best of the best. ever since he fixed up one of my botched tattoos, i’ve been coming to him since and usually the ones that get complimented the most are the ones done by him. the shop also is nicely decorated and clean!

Alyssa did a good job she was friendly professional and did a great job. I will be back to see her again.

This was the cleanest, most professional, and coolest tattoo shop I have ever been in. I came in for a walk-in piercing, and everyone was very kind through the entire process. The piercer was very informed and made sure I knew what steps to follow. I came in alone for the piercings which I was nervous about but she made me feel supported and cared for the entire time, so the experience was less scary and more comfortable than it would have been at another shop. The prices are super reasonable as well. This place will definitely be first on my mind when it is time for another piercing

I had the best experience at Pops Tattoo last week when I had an embedded post from a piercing I had a different place a few days earlier. I was traveling and noticed this problem at the airport before arriving to Baltimore. It was an emergency and Pops fit me in for their walk in sessions-amazing service to have. Shannon was unbelievable. Im a doctor and knew this was a tough case. She got out surgical equipment, located this post that was embedded so deep it was difficult to find with the surrounding swelling. She removed it and replaced it with a stud that had a longer post to accommodate the swelling. One week later, the ear is healed, the site is still intact and Im so grateful! HIGHLY recommend Pops and Shannon! Thank you Shannon!

I went to Pop’s Tattoo to get my nipples pierced and they did an amazing. I had Chuck pierced them and he was so professional but also incredibly friendly and kind. He made me feel so relaxed and at ease. My piercings went really quick and barely hurt or bled. They have an amazing piercing deal that is one for $40 and a pair for $60! It was such a good deal I was worried it would be shady but it was so legit and professional!

This is a late review but I went to Pop’s back in October. I had a wonderful experience with Sol and he did a beautiful job on my two butterfly tattoos. Originally I asked for linework but he recommended adding some shading and it definitely was a good choice. Great people, great tattoos, great facilities. I am planning on returning soon to get more tattoos!

I came here for my first tattoo, and so did my friends and I absolutely love this place! Its so welcoming and all the artists are so kind! Their service and dedication to their art is truly amazing and you can feel their passion through their art! Ive already come back for my second and third tattoo and I know Ill definitely be back in the future for more! Its so easy to make appointments through an email or call and they got back to me through email within the same hour! They really care about what you want and will do what they need to do to ensure that the art you want is the art you will get!

I started communicating with Alyssa a little after April 4th about a tattoo appointment. Photo with brief explanation included. We were scheduled to have a consult.I had to cancel but continued communicating until my appt date on June 3rd. showed up the tattoo was to big for the area. we spoke for about 30mins agreed to reschedule for June 17th. Continue to communicate although at this point communication was hollow and responses were short. Arrived today to have what was discussed a sleeve completed to be told only one part would be done. Alyssa never specified that at any point. Her communication was passive and my in person interactions felt like I (the customer) was an inconvenience. A passive comment about possibly having to go over it twice to ensure itll show on my skin was made as well.I was interested in being tattooed here bc my piercing experience was so phenomenal. the place is a great vibe. most of the people I interacted with were personable. Alyssa not at all.finding a good artist is hard but having my time wasted and $100 deposit lost really sucks. esp to still not have a tattoo.

My long-term best friend and I came here to get our matching tattoos done and our experience was nothing short of wonderful! Shannon was timely about scheduling and got us in quick which was great considering my partner and I only had a week together. Sol was amazing and took our idea by storm, a very light hand and very fun to talk to! The studio was clean and well kept and we felt very comfortable throughout our tattoo session. This is my second time getting my tattoo done by Alyssa. She is an amazing tattoo artist. It’s such a cozy warm, clean and professional shop. For those who are getting their first tattoos I recommend 10000% . Alyssa takes her time and makes sure you leave happy with the tattoo you are getting. She’s very comforting and always asks if you’re okay with the size, location and takes time to plan your tattoos. My friend and I decided to get piercing together but the places we’ve both been to were either closed down or unable to do piercing at the time. So we took a chance and found this place. The facility is very clean, bright from natural light so not scary, and the staff were very nice and professional for our first time. The prices were also so good! The piercing price includes the price of the jewelry too! They also had a deal that if you get two piercings, the second one is half price! My friend decided to get two but I had only expected to get one at the time. The piercer, named Chuck btw, made a deal with me that if I come back within 30 days I could still get the second piercing for half off! So I went back today and the deal still stood! He was also very thorough with the process, it barely hurt. You can tell that they take their business seriously and do well with instructions on healing. I can not share enough how great my experience was! 10/10 recommend this shop

Amazing place!Over the past few years I visited different tattoo shops trying to find the right fit or get the right feel, no luck. Then I found Pops Tattoo and met Chuck. I could feel the difference the moment I walked in. Clean, organized, and lots of beautiful artwork displayed. Everyone I met was kind, respectful, and excited for me to get a new tattoo. Chuck worked with me to create a beautiful, personalized, tribute piece. The day of my tattoo, Chuck was patient, explaining each step along the way. He offered me plenty of breaks, made sure I was comfortable, and cheered me with each new section. The end result blew my expectations away. I spontaneously decided I wanted a tattoo one Monday morning. After calling multiple places near me, I came across Pop’s Tattoos on google. After reading some reviews and checking out some nice work, I was definitely impressed. I called, Oliva picks up and gets me scheduled for the next day. I live kind of far, so she managed to get me in early (which was awesome). And then proceeds to give me exactly what I wanted. This was my first time getting a tattoo and a piercing other than on my ears (belly piercing) and I had an amazing experience. Chuck worked with me on the tattoo beforehand and created a concept I absolutely love, and walked me through the whole process. Im so glad I went to Pops--right off the bat, Shannon was kind, sweet, and professional. She got me in to see Sol quickly and at a fair price, which I very much appreciated. The ambiance was clean, open, and private. Sol obviously takes incredible pride and care in his work--he took the time to make sure everything was perfect and worked with such intensity. I typically wait to write reviews for tattoos or piercings to see how they heal. I honestly am just as impressed now as I was over a month ago when Chuck did my rook piercing. He was incredibly knowledgeable and advised me to get the rook when I was looking at getting a different piercing to help with my migraines. Im so pleased with the quality, cleanliness, and Chucks effort to get me in last minute on my way through town! My only regret is not getting the other piercing I wanted! If I wasnt living in another state, Id go back immediately. Wish I could make use of Chucks services again!!

Took my daughter to get her nosed pierced there in December. The staff was super sweet and helpful. I had a couple of questions about inks and they took time to research my question instead of just giving a canned answer or making something up. I really appreciated that effort. I went to Pops tattoo shop yesterday and it was the best experience ive had getting a tattoo. The shop is very nice, its a personal environment and the prices are great. I had a consultation with Chuck beforehand and he helped put my ideas together and made everything very easy. I got 3 tattoos and they all came out even better than I expected, Chuck does great work and is a good guy. Look forward to going back for the rest of my tattoos in the future. If i could give them 10 stars i would.

Everyone was super friendly. Chuck walked me through the process of my tongue piecing and explained everything before even getting started, then gave very explicit aftercare instructions. The facility was clean and the tools he used sterile. And their prices (i feel) are super fair and less than others in the area. Would definitely come back and recommend.parking can just be a little headache to no fault of their own.

Such a great experience with my second ear lobe piercings. Chuck walked me through the whole process and made the experience calming for me. Me and my friend both got two piercings today by Chuck. I’ve had my fair share of piercings, but this was hands down my best experience! Chuck is very professional and really ensured we were okay throughout the entire process. 11/10 recommended :)

It was my first experience for getting a tattoo and I was a bit apprehensive, but Chuck was really good at easing my fear. I chose a floral design, a hibiscus and he did a wonderful job. It is a very nice shop. Clean and tastefully decorated. There are so many designs to choose from. You won’t be disappointed!

She was flexible in re-placing it based on my thoughts before she started. When she knew I was struggling with pain, she was kind enough to offer some distracting small talk. Definitely worth the value and time it took; she is a wonderful artist and I’m so pleased to represent her work!

I met Chuck and his team on a random tattoo decision 2 years ago while I worked in the area. I got a small piece and it turned out great; which led to a lower leg sleeve and full left arm sleeve. Chuck and his crew have shown me nothing but amazing friendships, clean work area and positive environments to be yourself while being tattooed. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Pops and would highly recommend. I reached out to Chuck a couple months ago regarding my interest in getting a memorial handprint tattoo for my beautiful daughter who passed away shortly after she was born. Chuck did an amazing job on the piece and I was so impressed with the detail he was able to achieve in the handprint. He was friendly and answered all my questions throughout the process, which was quite a few as this was my first tattoo. Chuck offered free touchups if any were needed, and I actually did reach out to him for a touchup a couple weeks after he did the piece (for just some darkening in the handprint). As promised, he quickly scheduled me for a quick touchup for free. I tried to give him a small tip as I was so appreciative of his work and the willingness to do the touchup and he refused it. I absolutely love the piece and overall had a great experience at Pops. Picture shown below is tattoo right after completion.

Very nice atmosphere. I got my very first tattoo there today 1/4/24 and my artist was very nice and explained everything well.

They were incredibly nice and we were able to fit me in on really short notice. I was having an issue with a piercing and they got me in same day, even though they didnt originally do my piercing. Very friendly and professional. Talked to me about care and Tomlinsons for healing. Would highly recommend.

Pops Tattoo is a terrific place for piercings. I havent had a tattoo done there (yet) but having seen the artists at work and their photo albums I have that on my list, too. Chuck and the team at Pops are experienced, careful, attentive to safety and the detail of piercing placement, and very professional. Ive had two lobe piercings done and will likely go back for another set once these have all healed. If youre looking for a top notch, safe, spotless, and experienced location for piercings, definitely look to Pops.

After a brief warm welcome, Chuck cleaned my nose, assured me Im good, gave me some extra hygiene products, and told me to call whenever need be. 🌟

I went with the intention of covering an ugly scar with something more appealing. My expectations were BEYOND exceeded. If youre looking for the best tattoo shop Id say youve found it if you go here! Its super clean the staff is beyond friendly and the whole experience was great! We showed up yesterday at 5 when they close at 8 and they took 3 walk-ins and they even stayed late to finish up the tattoo I asked for. The price is great and the quality of the tattoos we recieved were fantastic. Im even going back today to get another piece! Definitely the best tattoo place Ive been to.

I went into pops yesterday as a walk in (I did call first for availability though) and had a 10/10 experience. In addition to the atmosphere being clean and comfortable, my tattoos came out BEAUTIFULLY. I’ll definitely be going back.

2/1/2020. I went to Pop’s Tattoo today and being my first tattoo ever I must say, they made it a Great Experience!!! Staff was soooo cool and friendly definitely made me feel comfortable, took my jitters completely away. Most of all the professionalism was Excellent and on point. This is a PSA: you gotta see Chuck for your next piercing. Ive been searching for the right place to finally get my tongue pierced and this place had good reviews. Meeting Chuck, he made me feel at ease, was very charming, and gave me crystal clear direction before, during, and after the procedure. Despite my many piercings already I was nervous. Must have been the adrenaline, too, but the process was so, so quick, you really dont have time to worry, and you shouldnt because youre in good hands with someone whos got 20 years experience and makes sure all your questions are answered. He was also kind enough to switch out my too-large conch barbell free of charge for a small, more comfortable labret. And he gifted me a little baggie of kosher salt for rinses! I really appreciated the details. Ill also add that Pops COVID19 procedures are strict: masks on, Chuck walks you to the door after, and the studio and restroom both looked clean and sterile. Some shops are crowded with posters and whatnot but not Pops - it felt minimalist. Thanks Chuck, see you in a few weeks!!!

I’ve been to a couple other shops in the area but I’ve never been more excited than by the work Sol did for me at Pop’s. I came in with a general idea of what I wanted and he made it really beautiful. I’m so happy with my new tattoo. I’ll definitely be back for future work.

I went in a few weeks ago to get my rook pierced. I’ve had issues with piercing healing badly in the past and was nervous about something with so much cartilage. They put my mind at ease and took great care of me. I had problems with the jewelry afterward (ring was too large) and they replaced it for free. Highly recommend this place.

I love Pops Tattoo. I came in here 10 years ago for my first two tattoos and a series of piercings. The studio is clean and beautiful, with friendly and talented artists and staff. The artwork I have from 10 years ago has held up wonderfully and is always complimented.

Pops Tattoo was my first experience getting a tattoo. I was very nervous for weeks leading up to choosing a place and Im so glad I chose Pops!ATMOSPHERE: Calm, professional, clean, open, welcoming. There wasnt any creepy decor, the music was nice and not overbearing, and the place was very well lit (even had natural lighting). There was even a collection of art and tattoo books you can peruse while sitting on the comfy couch in the lobby area. I wasnt intimidated at all. The place seemed very safe and I knew the moment I walked in that I would be taken good care of.TIMING: I did a walk-in and asked for 2 small/medium-sized tattoos. The whole experience lasted from 5:30-6:30 PM. This includes discussing and creating a design, the tattooing itself, and paying.PROFESSIONAL: Chuck answered all of my questions about the tattooing process before, during, and after the event. He frequently asked how I was doing during the process. He also gave a paper copy of the aftercare instructions on the tattoo. He even gave me a sample of the A&D ointment that would last me for the recommended 2 days of aftercare treatment.COST: The tattoos were very well priced and of high quality. Chuck even mentioned that if I needed any follow up (ie: the ink is bleeding or fading), he would touch it up for free. -- One thing to mention is that you pay up front. They accept cash as well as credit/debit.MISC.: Chuck also mentioned that he would sometimes scan drawings/pictures that clients would bring in and make it a stencil so that it could become a tattoo.NOTE: Parking is a bit challenging, I recommend parking across the street at the metered lot (About $0.25 for 30 minutes). The metered lot is FREE after 6 PM on weekdays and FREE on weekends.PROCESS: Chuck and I talked a bit about what kind of tattoo I was interested in. He was very excited to hear that it was my first time and I could tell he really wanted to make sure my experience nothing but positive. We looked on the internet for some ideas and I came in with some of my ideas as well. When we settled on an idea, I paid up front. Then while he was creating the stencil, I sat and read an art book from their library. Another staff member even gave me a cold bottle of water from the fridge. After about 5-10 minutes, he was ready. We then went to one of the separate small rooms (similar to one of the private rooms at a doctors office). The room was well lit with natural lighting coming from the window on the second floor. The door was open and the room was very clean and organized. It felt professional and safe. Chuck then explained in detail (and answered my many questions) about what to expect before, during, and after the tattooing experience. This put me at a lot of ease because I was so nervous, since this was my first time.Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone--especially first timers! First of all, the other customer waiting outside with us had a 10:30 appointment. only 30 minutes after the posted opening time outside. so regardless of when the sign was hung up, someone should have been there. Second of all, I would be happy to be flexible and understanding if the situation was handled properly. Someone could have sent me an email. Considering I made my appointment over email, someone had access to my contact information. I surely understand that these things happen, it has happened to me! Your response however to being over an hour late was very unprofessional. I received 2 different stories from the woman that was late and no effort to make up for the mistake what so over.

VERY upset with my experience here. I emailed Pop’s to make an appointment for my friend and I . They asked me to come at 11 am on Sunday. When my friend and I arrived on time, the door was locked and no one answered when we knocked. There was another woman who came up to us and told us she had an appointment for 10:30 and has been waiting outside since then. Upon calling multiple times, no one ever answered. We waiting around until 12 and no one ever showed up or answered the phone. Just as we were about to leave, we saw a woman walk up to the door and unlock it. We called again and she picked up and said “they need to tell me when they schedule people” and I guess was blaming who ever made our appointments. We told her we have been waiting for over an hour and she was very unapologetic and kept making bs excuses. The sign outside Pops says it opens at 10 so I find it completely unacceptable that no one came until 12. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I do not live nearby so my time was wasted. DO NOT GO HERE. Who knows if anyone will show up to your appointment....

Was charged by the only woman in there 200$ for 30 minutes. Was told they charge by the hour. Total rip-off. Went to another tattoo parlor and was told at the most it should have been 100. She knew she was overcharging and then wanted to charge a extra 200 for 3 small stars which would have taken another 30 minutes. So 400 an hour is what POPS CHARGE!!! Never GO THERE!!

My wife and I woke up on Christmas and thought we would go get a tattoo. I called and left a message and within minutes Monica called us back and we headed that way. Monica was very patient and put a beautiful tattoo on my wife. Needless to say we both have appointments with Monica in the future. Highly recommended

I was so excited to get this tattoo. I was a little worried since the location of the studio is weird but once i was all was well. The staff was a little rude. The tattoo went fine. But by the next day it was cracking and pealing. Healing horribly. It was itchy and painful and the ink started to spread and fade. Very disappointed :(

My first visit was excellent, my man Frank did a really good job of covering up a tattoo on my arm. I will definitely be going back for some other tattoo work.

So I spoke with Chuck the owner said my tat would be 1500 ok np . He then said that he had to do the tat in 3 sessions but wanted me to pay all upfront instead of letting me pay in 3 segments. When I asked him why ? He said he was afraid that I’ll go somewhere cheaper to get my tatt finished. Which wasn’t my plan at all . Dude is wacky. So I’m going elsewhere 😂Edited: for the record I was asking to pay as we go . U wanted all the money upfront without even being finished and thats what makes u wacky

I came in to buy some sterile solution for my nose piercing and the guy Chuck was awesome 😎 He informed me about a product that was actually better than the typical stuff I normally get. He also gave me advice on additional piercings that I would be able to get on my ears and he’s very knowledgeable and helpful and I just love great customer service!!!

Sol is a true artist. I gave him some images of what I wanted and he turned it into something completely unique - true to the original but he added that artist’s element. Couldn’t be happier with the final product. I’ll travel back to Pops’ shop (from Hawaii) to let Sol add to the piece.

They require a 100.00 deposit and I put down 200.00 I was not ok with how the tattoo artist was proceeding so I requested half of what I put down back and I was told that all sales are final and they would give me 100.00 credit. There was no sale just a deposit I got nothing and asked for half back. Not cool
