Found this shop online and wow! I couldn’t be more impressed with the knowledge both employees had when I visited the shopOn Tuesday. Tommy took care of my piercing. He was very informative and made the entire experience such a comfortable and pleasant one. I left confident that I made the right choice! The location is beyond clean and they offer a really beautiful selection of jewelry as well for many types of piercings. Thank you Tommy and thank you to the lady working with him as well, both were amazing! I would rate higher if I could!

LOVE High Priority! Everyone is amazing, here. My daughter and I see April for our piercings. She is so professional and courteous and all around an amazing person. Their facility is so clean, comfortable, and inviting. I would not ever go any other place. Today, I had my conch pierced and a second piercing in each ear lobe. Totally satisfied and genuinely excited for perfect they are. Thank you, April!! While April is who we see for our piercings everyone here is fantastic. They are always so kind and helpful. They truly want you to be happy with the piecing you get. They are also quite knowledgeable about the anatomy and what can and cannot be done. Tommy was amazing!!! Tommy made the experience from start to finish very easy.He was knowledgeable and helped me create the perfect placement and piercings for my ear. He calmed me when I felt nervous and made the process as painless as possible. Tommy was just an all around cool dude. I cant praise him enough! I highly recommend going to see him. Its been YEARS since I got a piercing, and Im a very anxious person, especially when going into a new place, so it took me a few weeks to work up the nerve just to go in to ask for an anatomy check, but they were so friendly and welcoming. I had nothing to worry about. Aprils kind demeanor immediately put me at ease, and she is incredibly knowledgeable. I had an amazing experience for my first time getting my nostril pierced! I was nervous because I didn’t know what to expect(referring to pain) but my piercer April, made me feel very comfortable☺️ if I ever get anything else done I’m definitely going back to them! And the pain was only like a 3.5/10 to 4/10.

Love it!! i went to get my vertical labret pierced here a couple days ago and i’m very happy with it so far. the environment is very friendly and very clean! April was my piercer. She was super nice and answers any questions you have! I definitely recommend High Priority Piercings!

I just got an eyebrow piercing done here not even 5 minutes ago. The experience was so incredible I immediately wanted to write a review. April was my piercer. She did an incredible job explaining the process, her concerns, the after care, anything & everything you can think of. I can not recommend this place enough. After two years of indecisive negotiations of if I was ready for a nose piercing, I was referred to High Priority . I Spoke on the phone with April , and felt relieved of my fears . After meeting with her , and allowing her to do my piercing , I am relieved and had no problems or concerns . Their body jewelry is the best I’ve seen.So glad to have found this place .

So I gave in and decided to let my daughter get her noise pierce. I google piecing in my area and high priority had very good reviews. They scheduled us a same day service. Everyone was so nice and they provided Excellent customer service. They took the time to explain everything and helped pick out jewelry that was best for her.. The business itself was very clean and they prep like youre going into surgery LOL 😆 April did her piercing and was very professional. She explained step by step what was taking place and gave instructions on how to keep it cleaned. My daughter who is usually shy really enjoyed her experience.. We had five people trying to get pierced. We got the appointments mixed up with another group and instead of getting us pierced another day, they took time out of theirs to get all of us pierced 5/5 stars they are always super nice and incredible of them to fit us in to their schedule!!

This was my first time coming here and I am beyond satisfied. I came in to get a tragus and lobe piercing; Tommy was my piecer. When I first came in I was a little shocked by the pricing of the jewelry, but I soon realized it was 100% worth the money. The jewelry they have available here is the best quality and very beautiful. I came with my sister who got a navel; he did an amazing job on hers and was very aware of how to keep her comfortable. When it was mine turn I got really nervous; but he helped me by explaining in detail how it feels and what exactly he was doing in each step along the way. He really knows how to keep customers safe and calm. The shop is extremely clean and they even provide feminine products in the restrooms if it’s needed. I will DEFINITELY be returning here for any and every piercing I would like to get in the future. Tommy was amazing and April was very helpful when I was choosing my jewelry. Omg!!!! High Priority Body Piercing is the place to be and the place to go! Tommy is not only totally professional but very eloquent and obviously passionate about his work. Technically speaking, my piercing looks INCREDIBLE. Experience wise, it was clean, timely, relaxing (yes I know that sounds weird), and fun. I was so at ease the entire time, soothed by the high standards of professionalism and genuine good conversation. Atmosphere wise, the shop lives and breathes a life of its own!!! April is so amazing! Had a consultation for guidance on which piercings to get for my ear and we came up with a plan and was able to begin on a couple. She is so sweet, thoughtful and honest. She walked me through her process as she was preparing the piercings. The studio is very clean. I highly recommend this studio and April. She’ll take great care of you and your piercings!

My daughter asked if she could have her nose pierced and I decided that at 48 years old I would finally get mine done as well. Making the appointment was super easy. I knew exactly what documents were required as their website is well organized. When my daughter and I arrived at the emaculate store, we were greater with genuine smiles and a wonderfully welcoming conversation. We were both able to see Ms. April and she was AMAZING. She was sweet, reassuring, and her instructions were detailed and delivered in a professional, but kind manner. I am blown away by the quality of the staff, the store and the selection of jewlery. This was our first time at High Priority Body Piercing and we could not be happier with our experience. The shop was nice and clean, the staff made us feel welcomed and they have lots of jewelry options for you to pick from. Tommy was my daughters piercer. He was friendly, down to earth and most importantly, made my daughter feel comfortable. He put her jewelry in a sanitation station while he explained the entire process in great detail. He also opened new piercing equipment right in front of us, which was reassuring everything was sterile. The cartilage piercing was super quick, it’s in the perfect spot and looks great! I highly recommend going to see Tommy if you looking a guy you can trust to pierce your body.

Tommy was super friendly on the phone and booked us a last minute appointment for a nostril piercing for my teenage daughter. After arriving 10 minutes late we were happily greeted by Tommy and another super approachable employee behind the jewelry display. They helped my daughter pick out jewelry based on what was going to make the most sense and work for her not by price point. The lack of pushy upselling was refreshing. Tommy talked my daughter through the whole thing gave her some good information and made her feel comfortable. I was happy that he respected her as a young adult/her own human who was making choices for HER body (not mine) and he kindof left me out of it/ wasn’t constantly differing to me as her mom which was awesome. The place was spotless, the vibe of the place is calm chill, the people are approachable, service and “beside manner” top notch. I went in a about a month ago to talk to a piercer about getting my Industrial done. I met with Ms. April and she was very informative about everything and very patient with me asking my one million questions. I came back in August and got my Industrial. It was a very clean environment and I felt very comfortable. I barely felt a thing and April made sure I loved everything. The whole process was very exciting but also relaxed. I love this place! Tommy has been taking care of me since I found his business on Instagram. He helped me place a custom order, which took 4 months to come in, but totally worth the wait. He upgraded my helix, rook, & belly button when my order came in & I love every piece I got from him. Beautiful quality jewelry at a great price. My rook was pierced 6 months ago by another piercer & it started to act up a few days ago because I slept on it, so Tommy had me come in to check on it & cleaned it to make sure it shouldnt have any problem healing. I really wish I found him sooner. Hes very patient & knowledgeable, and his shop is very clean. You are definitely in good hands here.

I recently visited here a little over a week ago to get my daith and my conch pierced and it was the best experience ever! I have been here once before to get a helix piercing, and after my first time, I knew I was definitely coming back. This place is super clean, professional, knowledgeable about what they do, and you can tell they enjoy their work. When I came in to get my piercings, I was a little nervous, but after talking with the two piercers, I instantly felt calm. Overall, this place is the best place to get piercings done. I’ve been here two times, the first time I came here to get my Double Helix done and the second time I came to get 4 new Lobe piercings! I absolutely love this place, everything is clean and all of their earrings are high quality and totally worth the price. They’re really great people all around, they think more about the healing process and what will be best for you rather than just selling you jewelry that might not work for you like other places do. Run, do not walk to get your piercings here! When I tell you that I have found my new piercer, I have found them. Tommy is so down to earth and professional, and the building is completely spotless. I appreciate how patient they were with me since I am just starting my piercing journey. He went through all the possible piercings that I could SAFELY get, and we went from there. Now, I have three beautiful new piercings (third lobe on each ear, and a second lobe stack) that everyone I show is drooling over. 100/10, I am ready to get my ears pierced again already.

I LOVE my nose piercing! April was so nice and informative. I was so nervous but she was so patient and so friendly. I didn’t catch the other man’s name but I do know he does piercing as well and he was very friendly as well. I highly recommend.!!!

Made an appointment online as I was making a 45-minute drive to get my daughters nose pierced. Super easy to do. That was $40. Walking into the shop & was greeted by the lady with green hair. Very nice, informative & patient as we looked for jewelry options for my daughters new piercing. The other lady (cant remember her name) who has the rad earpieces was nice. She did my daughters piercing. Heres where I grew concerned. This is not my first Rodeo. She made the initial mark of where it would be pierced almost at the tip of my kids nose. I asked her to push it back, as there was NO WAY that would be esthetically pleasing. She went a tiny bit back. I told her that it looked weird and needed to be closer to the crease of her nose so that it would be centered. She gave a lot of push back. Said she normally doesnt pierce there. (This is absolutely where it should of been marked in the first place) She was very gentle with my daughter, thankfully. I mentioned I wanted to purchase jewelry to the first lady if my nose hole was still open. So, while in the room, the piercer asked if I wanted to go ahead and get one put in. So I did. During the process she accidentally snagged/snatched the jewelry while fitting it. And it HURT LIKE F#$%. I actually screamed what TF out loud! Then shes twisting it around inside my nose. So I stopped her and asked what exactly was she doing because it hurt worse than getting a new piercing. She got a little rude as if I jerked and thats why it hurt. No girl, that ish hurt and a natural reaction was to flench. She had a lot of trouble fitting my nose ring into the post. Other than that, everyone there is so nice. They have beautiful jewelry. But very expensive. $40 for an appt. $20 for my post, $20 for my daughters post. $60 for the tiniest gold dot of an earring. $80 for the tiniest stud for my daughter & a $25 tip. Oh, and $40 for gas lol. If you buy a nose piece at most tax $5 for the post. You all are ripping heads. Its definitely not worth that much. But thank you guys 😊 ( I marked in red where she wanted to pierce my kids nose on the photo. Other photo is my tiny gold dot for $80)

I went in for my first time and was very pleased with my visit. Everyone was extremely professional and clean. The shop was very comfortable and sanitary. Tommy walked me through the whole process. They sterilize EVERYTHING. I have several piercings but this was the best experience I’ve had. You definitely get what you pay for. High quality jewelry and amazing service. Every contact we had in the shop was amazing! Everybody is so professional and helpful with any question we had about a septum piercing and nostril piercing. I went there today to get a hoop that wouldn’t irritate my nose piercing and they helped me find the perfect size ring. It also wasn’t as expensive as some places charge and they even put it in for me! The ring is also perfect because it barely has a seam so it doesn’t scratch my piercing at all! Super nice, friendly, and helpful staff if I ever need another stud or hoop I’ll definitely look there first

Me and my sister n law went in to get nipple piercings yesterday. The shop is beautiful, jewelry is quality and Tommy and April are the best they made us comfortable talked us through the whole process and healing process. I went in today for a nostril piercing and to get new fronts for my studs. I knew I wanted a nostril piercing, but had a few questions. Everyone was so welcoming and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered and the service was spectacular. They have a very nice selection of high quality jewelry. The shop itself was EXTREMELY clean, and Tommy made sterilization and cleanliness a major priority, as well as explaining the process. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a professional piercing shop (and I have 7 piercings all from different shops). I’ve been wanting a piercing removed and was worried about another being infected. I searched google for a reputable place nearby and was able to book an appointment at High Priority immediately. I booked with April, and she was wonderful! She was professional, polite, and explained everything well. I didn’t catch the other guy’s name, but he was just as friendly. I’ve had experiences with other piercing parlors where the piercer was condescending and unhelpful. That was not the case here. I was in and out in no time, but I imagine if I needed more time, they would be accommodating. The building was clean and well organized, and they had a great selection of jewelry. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Tommy and April are amazing. They are both masters of their crafts. The studio gives the vibe of a fine jewelry store that also doubles as a piercing studio. The space was exceptionally clean and the ambiance was very soothing. I got my tragus and forward helix pierced by them and also purchased 18k gold jewelry for my lobe piercings.

I just got my conch piercing and it was a great process. Being that i’m only 14, i expected them to treat me like a kid as most places would but they treated me very adult and professional and it was great. Tommy was very good about taking the process as slow as i needed. Everything is very clean and it’s nice and private. I would definitely go to them again!

This piercing parlor has been the most professional parlor Ive been to. This parlor is geared towards a mainstream crowd and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is so knowledgeable and will help guide you through the process from beginning to end. They are extremely sterile with their practices. Tommy pierced my nostrils for me and I have never had piercings heal so well. I had taken a nostril piercing out years ago because it annoyed me from the get go even after it was healed. I was amazed that from the moment Tommy pierced them they were comfortable. His jewelry selection is amazing. I was able to get them pierced with some beautiful gold pieces. I wont let anyone else pierce me now.

I am 14 and this was my first piercing w a needle and when i first walked in they were so nice. They made sure to answer all my questions and the lady even held my hand while my dad was recording. Lost my nose piercing in a hot tub while visiting with my boyfriends family and was worried I wouldnt be able to find a decent enough place to get a replacement, but I was totally wrong! this is by far the most professional shop i have ever gone to and Ive had piercings done by professionals going on 7 or 8 years now. super clean, super friendly staff, amazingly beautiful high quality jewelry, the whole 9 yards. never seen so many APP certifications on one wall before, and boy do they deserve every one of them. they dont even re-use the tools they use when they pierce you or change out your jewelry, which is the most sanitary practice Ive seen yet. wish I lived here so I could keep coming back, but if Im ever down here again this is for sure the first place Ill go. i would give this place 10 stars if I could.

At High Priority piercings you and your wants are truly a high priority. I have gotten piercings from High Priority for 7 years now and there has always been a level of professionalism and cleanliness that cannot be obtained ANYWHERE else. The piercer takes time to listen to your wants and discuss your options in jewlery. Aftercare is always thoroughly explained for each piercing. This new location on gause is so clean and has privacy rooms available piercings. Oh and let me just say that you get what you pay for. The jewlery is top of the line and comes in many shapes and sizes with different gems and opals if you choose to buy it. This is also a great place to get jewlery just to swap out for an old piercing you might have. You wont be disappointed when you come here.

OMG best facility Ive ever used for piercing. From Montreal to the Southshore, Sterile technique, prepping, and autoclave all 👍. Well versed in metals, perfect placement with double check using back light to avoid vascularity. Personable, intelligent, with high end jewelry selection. If I think of smthg else to pierce, these folks will do it. Slidell is lucky to have this caliber of quality.

Would not even help me or give me any details because the jewelry didn’t come from their shop lol. I’ve always had other shops that were happy to help you with jewelry and even had them recommend different places to order jewelry and to bring it in and they would help. Just thought this was kind of ridiculous. Oh well there are other shops I will gladly pay to help.

Honestly if you want quality jewelry an amazing steady and quick handed piercer... this is the place to be!!! Side note: you don’t have to get the basic silver barbell for your new piercing, he uses such high grade jewelry that I was able to get exactly what I wanted the day I got my piercing!

Only went here for a simple jewelery change to higher quality jewelery (went to a different piercer previously who was less knowledgeable and gave me earrings I couldn’t heal properly in) and my ears already feel 10x better. The guy working there seemed very nice and knowledgeable and overall I think I’ll definitely go back there again to *actually* get pierced!
