Davey is one of the best tattoo artist you will find. Hes thorough takes his time and can make any of your ideas come to life. I have been getting tattoos from him for over 5 years and Ive followed him wherever he has moved. I got this tattoo over 4 years ago and it still looks fresh! 🥰

I got all 6 of my tattoos and nose piercing here and I love them. They make you feel comfortable and are super friendly I’m glad to of meet Davie and the others they are some of my closest friends honestly the best tattoo artist and shop in Slidell.

Stopped in last week for a walk in. Yvonne was a vibe! She was super easy to talk to and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire tattoo. 10/10 will definitely have her do my next tattoo! HIGHLY recommend checking them out!

504 ink is a Great facility, I highly Recommend Tato Hernández for your pieces or cover ups. He’s amazing!! I hired him to create a tattoo for my husband for his 40th birthday, he wanted a military , marine scout sniper tattoo. We sent him a few references of a memorial style tattoo idea and he hand drew a beautiful custom piece for my husband. His attention to detail is incredible, the piece is absolutely stunning, he incorporated photo realism and flawless shading. The art was so detailed and perfectly executed. We are so happy and are looking forward to going back to Tato for more ink in the near future.

Tato Hernandez is PHENOMENAL! His skills and abilities are on another level. The shop is awesome as well including everyone I met. Becky helped to distract me with pleasant conversation. Shop had a great atmosphere was very comfortable, clean, and friendly staff. We saw the apprentice there Becky Hanh and she did an amazing job on our couples tattoo. She worked with me on the design and was very informative about the whole process. From the work posted in the reviews this shop looks mediocre at best. Last thing I would want is a mediocre tattoo and then get judged on its content. Line work is is off and color saturation needs work. I have apprentice pieces of higher quality. If the picture below is the capabilities of this shop. I’d definitely spend my money other places. Look at all the other work as well. I have over 100 hours of work done and nothing looks this bad. Good luckEdit:Never said I was an artist. Reading isn’t the owners forte along with tattooing. In my above comment I mention to look at all the work and you can see how bad the technique is. Attacking the critiques of your shops work is a juvenile response. Kinda like bashing people for sentimental pieces. Like the ones poorly performed by your shop. Cheers

Great experience! Becky did my work and it wasnt a big tattoo but it was done and felt nothing painful. Great hands. Also private rooms. As a manager of major local retailers I can say for sure they have it all down perfectly! And they even gave me a bag with information and ointment and even a candy cane! Tats are different then my last one 24 years ago. And 504 is where Im going next timeDONT MAKE THE MISTAKE of going to the close by competition such as 3025 tattoo because the guy James is a big prick and would never do work on me. I picked that up within 10secs. Everyone at 504 is cool. Cant have been more grateful. Speed of getting sat down and done was amazing. And they actually want to hear from you and be personable without a 3025 James.God bless!

Artist was surly and seemed angry when we asked for minor changes (like color) to our designs even though it brought them extra money and tip. He was heavy handed during the inking process as well.Tattoo on my friends arm wasnt lined up with her other tattoo as requested so now theyre stair stepped rather than even. Last part of design on mine wasnt finished so will need to go to another shop and pay again to have it added.Mine almost immediately became inflamed even with after care directions followed. Am currently in hospital as the tattoo is infected and spreading up/down leg.Expired out of state license on the wall shouldve been a giveaway I guess

Becky did my tattoo and I love it! She is super sweet and fast and her work shows out. She was very light handed and I had a wonderful conversation with her. She didn’t make me feel nervous or anything. Highly recommend going to Becky! I would give 10 stars if I could.

Took my daughter here to get her very first tattoo!!! She got a flash done by Becky and everything was great!!! She made explained everything was very patient as well!!! I had a tattoo that I had been wanting to get for over a year now and hadnt found a place back home in Missouri, that after speaking with the artist, made me feel like, yes, this is the place and the artist I want to get my tatoo. We have been here in New Orleans on vacation for the week and found 504 ink online and decided to make the easy drive to Slidell. From the receptionist to the owner, everyone was awesome. They are beyond welcoming, friendly and informative. I am so thrilled and happy with my tattoo that it cant be put into words. If you are in the area and arent sure where to go to get work done, this is the place, just look at all the examples of their work. It is amazing.

Davey has done both of both of my tattoos. Actually he was the first person I’ve ever trusted enough to let do a tattoo on me. His shop is clean, he’s extremely polite & professional, and most of all he gives you all of his attention (as it should be when getting a tattoo or piercing). I love going into his shop because not only does he do great work, but it also feels as if your going to a friends place. My first experience there was calm and relaxing. He did my first ever tattoo recently and it came out so good! I sent him a rough drawing of what I wanted and he turned into something 10x better. He is easy to talk to and work with. Being this was my first I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them in a timely manner. When you walk in the place is kept up well and clean! I will definitely use him in the future!

200$ for a 3 word tatto, went to another tatto shop after getting it done (not knowing that was a insane up charge because I looked young) and now found out how much of a rip off it was! We were in a conversation when he started on my Daddys heartbeat and I started crying. He didnt stop, get annoyed or anything. He kept tattooing and kept the conversation going. The owner is a RSO !!!!!! if you’re a younger lady DO NOT go to this shop !!! the owner WILL try to talk to you inappropriately and even may send something un asked for. minors are also included. also be mindful of who is tattooing you in this shop , some artist are absolutely not worth the money there. i’ve first hand experienced the basically harassment and watched an artist in that shop ruin my ex’s body and it was a simple tattoo as well. no detail work no wording LITERALLY just shading.
