Tacomas Best Piercing

I got my second earlobe piercing. And it looks great with both a long earing and my normal stud earing in.My daughter got her Helix on both sides done. They dont normally do both. But we have our reasons for it being done like this.Eloise was amazing at getting it all done and making us feel comfortable.

I had an amazing experience with Bethany!! She was super sweet and funny and helped me calm down a lot. She reassured me and did an amazing job with my top vertical labrets (vampire fangs).Never had a lip piercing done before, and I’ve seen it’s rated 6-10 on pain scale. The way she pierced them, it was done so quickly it made it a 3-4/10. Will definitely be back for another piercing :0)

I took my 15 yo to get her belly button pierced on her birthday. Eloise was so great with her! She made her feel safe and calm and the piercing looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend her for anyone, but especially younger ladies. Otherwise, the shop was super nice, very clean, and the staff were all friendly and professional. We drove up from Lacey, and I will definitely make the drive if we need something pierced again.

I have come to this location twice so far in order to get a septum piercing replaced and to have my navel piercing resized and new jewelry. Ive been very pleased with the knowledge and service and options available at this location. What I really appreciate is they sell quality jewelry that is actual gold an actual titanium. I have had too many incidents where something was claimed to be either gold or titanium and ended up being plated which gives me allergic reactions. Ive been very satisfied so far. And also when I got my navel looked at I thought I had needed to re-pierced as I had not been able to get jewelry through it, but they took the time to check it and find out that it was still in fact open they just needed to do a resizing procedure and place new jewelry. I definitely appreciated them taking the time because I did not need to pay for new piercing or deal with healing another piercing. This is definitely taking the customer into consideration when it came to not only cost but healing time. I will definitely come back.

Got my first piercing here by Bethany who was so nice! She talked me through all the steps, asked how I was doing, made sure I was comfortable, and explained everything to me like with aftercare and any questions I had. I highly recommend her! The place was very clean, with staff who answered my questions when I asked for their opinion, and the quality is excellent. I have had no problems at all. :)

My first time coming in and getting a piercing done. Everyone was so kind and helpful, very supportive. I got pierced by Mitch, he was so helpful and attentive about his job. I have never been so comfortable and not nervous for a piercing before. Definitely will be back in the future

Truly the best piercing place I’ve ever been to. I got pierced here in 2021 and it was a great experience. I had a not so great experience at another piercing place and I booked a troubleshooting appointment here. They were able to save my piercing by getting the right jewelry type in and putting gold in to accommodate my metal allergy. Mitch was really knowledgeable and made sure to explain the whole process with me for the jewelry switch out. I’ll never go to another piercing place again! Yes it’s pricey but it’s pricey for a reason! You are truly getting the best of the best. I can’t recommend here enough.

I came in for the first time for two jewelry changes and new piercing. The front desk was super nice and the process was clear. B, my piercer, was especially awesome. She was super knowledgeable, made sure that I knew exactly what to expect, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and got the best look for my new piercing. I have been to Tacomas best two times and fully trust them. My first visit was with my daughter (19) to get her belly button pierced. They did a consult and determined my daughter wasn’t a good candidate for a belly piercing. I appreciate that they care about if your anatomy will support and heal properly from a piercing. They took the time for the consult and even though they would lose money, they were honest.Second time was a piercing for me. I was with Fezzie Sparrow and they are AWESOME. They were so calming and reassuring during the process. Granted it hurt (I mean you are adding a hole to your body) but not for long.If you are piercing anything, go here!! You won’t regret it.

Magical experience here, was originally nervous to pierce through scar tissue but somehow it was painless and my healing was faster than expected?!?! I think it’s the wonderful quality of jewelry and sweetest and knowledgeable employees. With 7 piercings in total- Love and trust this place forever.♥️

I had a noise piercing at the beginning of September 2023. It is over a year now and it is completely healed. The stone came out in July. It got caught on my ring. I went in and brought a new stone and put it in. The stone came out again for the same reason on September 14th of 2024. I caught my stone this time. I went in to have someone to put it in back and they recommended me to buy a shorted post. So I did. When this lady ( not going to mention the name) was so rough and it hurts more than when I got my nose pierced. I don’t know if she even clean the new post. My nose is hurting a lot right now. If it gets infected, I am going back to you. Not a good customer service at all. I told her it really hurts, she said because the post came out for almost two days, the hole shredded. No, it doesn’t, because it has been over a year.

I made an appointment to have my septum re-pierced, I was nervous that it would hurt worse than the first time I had it done (at a different shop). B made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and the piercing barely hurt at all in comparison to the first time! I also love that there is more of a selection of jewelry to choose from rather than the standard titanium open hoop. Shop is clean, sanitized, and beautiful. Highly recommend this shop and look forward to going back.

From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience with TBP! Each person who helped me- from picking jewelry and making the appointment to the actual piercing and downsizing- was kind, knowledgeable and professional. I trust their work, and will definitely be returning!

I got my infants ears pierced a month ago. The owner did a great job - very patient and precise, and an overall clean place.However, the after care help isn’t the best. One of my infant’s ear is infected, swollen and red. I reached out to TBP and they just reiterated everything I’ve been already been doing to keep their piercings clean. I was hoping to be seen sooner given this is an infant and in general their immune systems aren’t the strongest.Also, I bought 18k gold earrings - so I assumed the backing would be gold too. I realised, when I was sent the receipt the next day, the backing is actually surgical steel. My assumption would have been that when you’re paying for an earring that includes the backing too. But nope, you’re only paying for the stud.Feedback - you can certainly improve in after care help and urgency, especially if they are children. And let the customers know the backing is not included in the price.

The staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly. Love how inclusive they are. They are a bit higher price than what you see at the mall, but its totally worth it. Worth every dollar and I will be coming back for future piercings.

Quality jewelry and knowledgeable staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful! The store was clean and procedure was sterile. A follow up appointment was made with John who did my piercing and made me feel comfortable. Love my new piece! Just be prepared that a lot of the piercings are made with real gemstones and precious metals so it can be pricey.

I got my nose pierced here. This is the 3rd time I have had my nose pierced. They really know what they are doing when it comes to cleanliness and piercings. The gold and diamond jewelry is pretty over priced. They never seem to have my size in nose jewelry in stock and want me to email them the size I need even though I am already in store and could order it right them in there but there is a 6-9 month wait which is insane. Other than that I 100% recommend them for your new piercing.

Got my bridge done here they were very professional and welcoming but the piercing is not straight and looks wonky from different angles but looks straight from the front overall happy with the customer service not with the execution but my piercer was kind and informative but probably inexperienced and new not happy with the price i paid for a wonky piercing tho it was over 110$ most expensive piercing I’ve ever had (this is due to the type of jewelry they use so it’s understandable) but if you have people paying that much I feel it should be done correctly!

I was recommended this shop by a friend so I scheduled two back to back appointments in the morning with Fezzy. One was for a vertical labret and the other was for a philtrum. I got there early to check in and pick out jewelry and Fezzy showed up about 30 minutes late, missing the first appoint completely and never addressed it. They barely spoke to me the entire appointment and mostly talked to my friend who had been a regular customer of Fezzys.I came back for a second appointment with Mitch, who did an amazing job, I had another back to back appointment scheduled for an industrial and a septum. I picked a septum hoop out at the front counter and asked if it was a clicker and told them that I only wanted clickers for my nose because I have a hard time removing the seamless hoops correctly and usually end up damaging them. I confirmed with them a few times that the septum hoop was a clicker and they seemed very annoyed that I was asking about it.A couple of weeks ago I tried to take my septum jewelry out like it was a clicker since that was what I was told it was and it ended up being a seamless hoop. The hoop was about $250 and now its damaged. I had to replace it with a horseshoe that I got from Tacomas Best. I went in and told them that I needed the horseshoe for work since I got a new job and I am not able to have a visible septum piercing anymore so I needed to be able to flip it up into my nose so it wouldnt be noticeable, and the opening is too small for me to flip up so I cant use it for work.The customer service has been horrible. I am willing to spend the money to get quality jewelry but its extremely frustrating to buy pieces that are this expensive and to not have them be sized correctly or the type of pieces that you asked for.

Had a fantastic experience at TBP today! It was my kiddos first time getting pierced, and even though it was a simple lobe piercing, the entire process was focused on making sure my kiddo had all of their questions answered and were comfortable with the process.The front of the shop staff were efficient at checking us in, helping us with our jewelry options, and being transparent about costs of the whole process. After kiddo picked out their jewelery, it was autoclaved for our piercer.Our piercer, Mitch, was kind, peronsable, and patient, and put my kiddo at ease talking our his pets and our pets, which was much appreciated since my kiddo was nervous. Mitch was very good about explaining the process, talking about each step and what to expect pain/sensation-wide, and answering questions as they came up. As we went through each step, he narrated what was going to happen so there were no surprises, and checked in with my kiddo throughout to make sure they were doing OK.After the piercing was done, Mitch educated my kiddo on post-piercing care, answered all of their questions on stuff like how to sleep on their new piercings and making sure my kiddo knew to clean their over-the-ear headphones to help keep their piercings clean, and checked to make sure that we knew what to do for aftercare and sizing down, all the while checking in to make sure my kiddo was OK. Mitchs professionalism as a piercer was apparent in his care, compassion, and communication, and we really appreciated his attention to detail.I highly recommend TBP as a studio, and Mitch as a piercer. Thank you for the great experience - well definitely be back for our future piercings, size downs, and piercing care!

I got my triples pierced (third earring on each of my lobes) by Fez and it was such a great experience! I was super nervous but Fez was so nice and put me at ease.This was my first time getting pierced by TBP, but I had been many times before for troubleshooting or getting earrings removed/replaced before and after medical procedures. Everyone’s always so nice and compassionate, and I’ll always come back!

Got a double nose piercing recently with Fezzie. They were amazing! So calming throughout the entire experience. FOH staff were great at helping me pick out jewelery and device if I wanted to do both sides vs just one.Ill be back, I need more ear piercingsAlso love that all their jewelry is certified.

I had a great experience at TBP! Everyone I spoke to was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Mitch was fantastic, made me feel at ease, and explained everything thoroughly. After a bad piercing experience at a different place, Im relieved to have found a reliable shop!

So I went into to the studio in march and wanted to get the other side of my nose pierced and my septum. I seen a guy, I forgot his name but he had a lot of piercings and tattoos. I paid around $300 and assumed going to a piercing place I would be in good hands. I told them I was moving out of state at the end of March due to my husband being military. A few days after getting my nose pierced I noticed it was uneven with my other nostril piercing but was told it was due to the swelling. I also kept getting these annoying bumps. I was told they are irritation bumps and will go away which they did but kept returning after tiny taps to the piercing like literally me sneezing and my hand tapping it to cover my nose. So fast forward to me in my new state I decided to go to another piercing place to have them look at the Piercing since going back tacoma piercing wasnt an option. The piercer looked at it and said whoever pierced it pierced it at a awkward angle so its going through more cartilage and she dont know how long it will take to heal from that After the swelling went down Im left with still a Crooked nose ring vs the other side. I just called and spoke to someone in charge which Carly was her name and said shes in charge. All she could say is that if Im ever back in wa which I live all the way in NC she could look at it or pierce at half price. Lol half price if you messed up shouldnt it be free of charge? Then she kept asking me to send a picture of my piercing to see the angle it was pierced at. Ok but he pierced it at an angle and its far in the back of my nose. The only way you would be able to tell the angle is putting the piercing in yourself. Im not looking to scam or lie to scam. They pierced my septum and it turned out amazing, but now Im left with either leaving the piercing in and hoping it eventually heals without getting bumps every day and it still looking uneven or take it out and pray someone else can fix it without having future issues because of this one. Also I didnt appreciate Carly acting like its no big deal like I bought the wrong shirt.This is my skin and on my face! All places can do good piercings and all can do bad ones. Just take precautions and hopefully you have better luck than I did.

I recently got a Daith piercing (and learned how to pronounce it correctly) at Tacoma’s Best Piercing and it was a great experience. They have an extensive selection of quality jewelry and are very patient and knowledgeable. Mitch is a highly skilled piercer and his calm, open, and cheerful demeanor helped to calm my anxiety.

I have had multiple piercings at this location, and every experience has been great. The front desk staff is accommodating and allows you to browse the jewelry if you need to. The piercers are knowledgeable and friendly. Recently, I had a nostril stud that I bought from them break, but they replaced it without any questions asked. I highly recommend them if you want a piercing in the Tacoma area.

When deciding on a second piercing I decided to go with an actual body piercer. Like many my piercing experience was at Claire’s. After reading reviews and asking around I decided on this place. It was a great experience and while you do pay a bit more to me it’s worth it. The shop is clean and welcoming they explain the entire process to you. They break down the pricing before you even go back into the room. My piercer was Kaylen and she was great super friendly explained every step she was doing as well as after care. I also absolutely love that they use flat backs. I will definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Fez was my piercing artist and they were wonderful. They made me feel so relaxed and honestly was the best piercingexperience Ive ever had. I like for the price of your piercing you get basic jewelry, the piercing itself, and aftercare. Fez even help me understand how to do better aftercare. You also get free help for 8 weeks after your piercing if something does end up going wrong which really made this all the more better.

Wanted to love this place. Their reviews and instagrams videos are fantastic. The shop itself is beautiful and clean. But their downfall will be their communication. It’s dreadful. Started off by getting told there was no walk in availability and watched another person after me get offered a walk in to which I had to u comfortable stand up for myself and ask to be fit in. Well I had to remove my piercing days after it was done because the post they used was too short. They always say “pop on in so we can fix it” but people don’t always live 5 minutes away. We’re going out of our way to tacomas best because of reviews and it’s not an easy “pop over”. I’ve unfortunately had friends with poor experiences as well, the communication between front desk and each piercer isn’t the same. I know their reviews are high but my experience was definitely opposite of others. Super disappointed.

Really great staff and huge selection of jewelry. Sure the gold/ rose gold/ white gold is pricey, but you get what you pay for. The Titanium is reasonably priced in my opinion for high quality jewelry and many choices as well. I recently had a cartilage piercing, and nose ring change out by Eloise. They are absolutely awesome, kind, professional, and uses great sterile technique. They also changed ear jewelry for my two young kids that we had done somewhere else a few months ago. We will be visiting Eloise for all our piercing needs in the future! The front of house staff was also super patient with me and the kids picking out jewelry. We will be back for sure!

Amazingly knowledgeable staff, clean facilities, beautiful jewelry. Its more expensive than most piercing studios, but it is 1000% worth it to know everything is completely sterilized and personalized to your anatomy.

Got my Septum done here by Cameron Odom and the place was very clean, my piercer was very friendly and answered all my questions (I am a worry wort). He took his time in making sure he was finding the best spot for my pricing so it hangs well but also is in the sweet spot for noses where you dont hit any cartilage. He had a conversation with me on where I would prefer my septum hoops to hang like if I want them down lower or more flush to my nose. Once we were ready the pricing was quick and only a little bit stingy, less painful than getting your ears done. It has been months and its healed beautifully.I walked out of here with my jewelry, priced nose, aftercare spray, and leaving a 20$ tip only ran my about 120$ which really is right on the mark for a professional doing a septum. You get what you pay for and I got quality without being way overcharged. I did get the more simple cheaper jewelry as most of the options jeweled have Swarovski crystals making them hella expensive but I love my captive ring with an opal so pretty and affordable (first picture with the lavender opal captive ring is the one I walked out with)! But if you want a BLING TASTIC nose they have fantastic options besides the typical horseshoe. Would go back here in a heartbeat if I ever want more pricings!

Went in to get my daith pierced a couple of weeks ago and has a great experience! I was able to book an appointment online for the next day which is so easy and convenient. After having my questions answered about jewelry by the folks at the front desk, I met with Jessica in a private piercing room. I was able to ask as many questions I had without feeling rushed, which was really comforting given Ive never had my cartilage pierced before! Jessica was really personable and walked me through each step of the piercing process before she did it - which was much appreciated and made me feel more at ease. The piercing itself was quick and I absolutely love how it looks!I also really appreciate that the cost posted online is everything included: the piercing, base jewelry, aftercare. The entire shop is also incredibly clean and you can tell they follow very strict sanitizing standards, from when you walk in the door, to cleaning the piercing chair after each client, to sanitizing the jewelry you pick out before you get pierced, and more. When I had a question on aftercare a few days later, I was able to text their main number and had my answer in less than 5 minutes. I scheduled an appointment and they told me if I wanted to change anything about it I had to tell them 24 hours in advance, I called, texted, and left a message about changing my piercer. No answer. Radio silence.I should have realized getting a hold of them would be difficult, when I went inside to schedul it and I watched the receptionist send multiple phone calls to voicemail. They called me back finally 30 minutes before my appointment!! Too late to change my piercer!The appointment ended up going fine and I love my new piercing but I really do think they need to fix the phone thing.3/5

I went in for a walk in eyebrow piercing and had a great experience! Karlei helped me pick out jewelry at the counter and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I waited about 20 minutes before being taken back by my piercer Mitch. Mitch was extremely professional and talked me through the entire process which helped ease my nerves. I am really happy with how the piercing turned out and cannot thank Karlei and Mitch enough!

Impulsively got my daith pierced today! Mitch was so great. I was really anxious the whole time and he didn’t make me feel bad for it. He actually talked to me the whole time and walked me through everything. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and knowledgeable also!

I had a truly excellent experience at Tacomas Best. I love the fact that you have a consultation first and talk thru what you are looking to do and what is actually possible based on your anatomy. I was disappointed I couldnt get the particular ear piercing I wanted to do, but I was appreciative that time was spent discussing what I could do. I ended up extremely happy with the piercing I had done and the jewelry change I made for another piercing. They really take the time to make sure you have a full understanding of process, aftercare, and follow-up. I was impressed with the cleanliness, adherence to cleanliness and sanitation, customer service, piercing talent and jewelry selection.

Got a piercing from Fezzie and omg had the best experience!! When i walked Into the shop i was greeted immediately and noticed how clean and well put together it was. It was very professional and everyone there was so nice and friendly. When it was time for my piercing they called me back and explained everything that would be happening in detail and really put me at ease. They made sure i was ready before we started and was really gentle and comforting. Overall it was an amazing experience and I will be coming back again no doubt!!!!

Way too overpriced go to Mr tattoo and piercings they are way cheaper and did an awesome job. They wanted to charge my fiance 130 for both her ears not including the earrings and Mr tattoo and piercings charged 60 including the earrings.

Good atmosphere. Front counter folks were amazing and helpful. Piercer seemed to have double booked themselves but it wasn’t a huge deal.

I have been recommended to go here from a friend and cant put to words how amazing the service was. The employees are just so real with you and it doesnt feel like a money grab they go into detail about what would be the best for your anatomy and work AMAZING with kids. Cant say how thankful I am to have a great piercing shop that I feel safe around 👍🏻

Went in for a nipple piercings as a coming out gift to myself. In the beginning I thought they did okay job. Not knowing anything about piercings. But as days went on I noticed my nipple was swelling and was pushing my piercing forward and eventually created a hole in the middle of my nipple. I brought up my concerns to the shop and they wanted me to pay additional money to have it looked at. I thought this was absolutely ridiculous I spent $300 plus tip on my nipple piercings. It was not the most affordable option but I thought they were the “best”. I sadly found out that wasn’t true.. my nipples are slightly different one falls completely flat and needed a bigger bar for that one. I went to another Tacoma shop six months ago to get my nipples redone and they did it for half the price. And actually addresses any and all my concerns. I showed them a picture of how my nipple piercings used to look the one done by “Tacomas best” and they definitely agreed with me that the piercing were too far forward and superficial. I would not recommend getting work done here.

I took my 6 year old daughter to get her earlobes pierced. We had an AMAZING experience! The shop is clean and well organized. The person who checked us in was professional and so very kind. Fezzie (our piercer) was incredible! They made sure my daughter was comfortable, understood what was going to happen each step of the way, asked for consent before each part, and made the whole experience absolutely amazing. I went to Tacoma’s Best Piercing as I heard from multiple people that it was the best in the area, but I had a terrible experience.I went for a simple jewelry swap from a nose stud to a hoop. The first red flag was that my piercer couldn’t get the stud out of my nose. She was pulling so hard for minutes. Finally she gave up and grabbed another piercer, who simply got it out by twisting the piercing.When discussing the style of the ring I selected, we talked about how I wanted some space between my skin and the jewelry. She told me that wasn’t the current trend, that the current trend was with no space between the ring and skin. I still said I wanted space and did NOT want it tight on my skin.She then put the ring I selected in my nostril and never showed me in a mirror, she simply stated it was too large for me to have in my nose and we would have to go down in size. She put the smaller one in, then showed me. It looked too small and too tight on the skin, but I assumed she was the professional and that maybe my nose was just a little swollen.I take responsibility for not speaking up at that moment, but to be fair I was told this was how it HAD to be. I had no choice. I wanted a hoop and this is the only way I was going to be able to have it.I paid $225 for this ring and this was in May. I have had redness, pain, and irritation since. I went back in July to follow up and see why I was experiencing this. The piercer at that time was someone different, and this piercer told me that my ring wasn’t even fully closed??! We couldn’t close it though with all the irritation. He told me I could a) go back to a stud or b) clean with saline and come back if that doesn’t work. I obviously went with option b due to the money I spent on the original piercing.Here we are today, September 2023, and I still have bumps and redness and pain and irritation. I went to another piercer at another unaffiliated shop for a second opinion who told me that the ring was waaaay too small and tugging at my skin, causing all this irritation. He was appalled by how badly it was done and is in the process of helping me get this fixed.

The service from the time I walked into the door to the completion of my ear piercing was fantastic! The staff was courteous, friendly, and patient. We took a while to chose which earrings we wanted but the girls were very helpful and patient. The young lady who actually pierced our ears was fun and professional. The entire area front and back in the piercing room was very clean. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the entire shop. Very impressive shop and I will definitely recommend this shop to other.

I will be going to Fezzie for all future piercings! I got double nostril piercings today and they did an AMAZING job! They made sure the placement looked good and was exactly what I wanted, and made me feel calm during the piercing process. This place is super clean, professional, and friendly. Mitch did a wonderful job of piercing my septum! He was refining his process for septum piercing, so Jessica was assisting. Both made me feel comfortable and I barely felt it. The staff that I interacted with were awesome. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable to my questions. I chose to get ear gauges and my piercer was Eloise. They were very friendly and awesome to work with. This was my first piercing and Eloise was attentive and explained everything that would be happening. They seem like an awesome person who enjoys doing what they love and I would recommend anyone I know who wants piercings to go to them but I am sure any one of the piercers would awesome to work with.

I really wish that I could have had the same experience everyone else did, but unfortunately I can’t believe these reviews. I have been here twice and spoken with 3 people throughout the course of my visits, all have been extremely unprofessional and were so quick to rush you out of your appointment while being as monotone and uninterested as possible. I’ve never left a review before and I hope it comes across how strongly I feel I was treated at this shop :/ As other reviews state, services and jewelry are certainly priced higher than usual; which would be easier to overlook if the piercers weren’t so unorthodox and hard to work with.

Just wow!! I was so so nervous about getting my nipples pierced and the ladies up front were sweet and helped me calm down.Atmosphere: very clean very nice and music was amazing throwbacks. So so sanitary.The employees: Friendly and welcoming. Super amazing and answered lots of my questions.My piercer John: Holy moly this guy nails it!!! He is am absolute GEM!! Made sure the piercings were symmetrical as well as asking HOW Id like them. Horizontal, vertical or even going with my breast fall. So professional and he was great with information. Also reminded me that if I get them done I wont be swimming the rest of the summer!! He really lightened the mood and my anxiety faded quickly. I will definitely be coming here in the future!!

Best piercing experience I have ever had. Fezzie was lovely. I went to them for snakebites and had the most pleasant experience I have ever had. I have had several piercings done at a variety of places and none compare to here. I cannot recommend it enough. Came in to get my nosed pierced for my birthday, I got excellent customer service. they pulled out all the jewelry I asked to look at I wasnt rushed and felt comfortable as soon as I entered. They also sell 14 and 18k gold in all jewelry options so I will be back to get my nose mapped with new jewelry!

I’ve had only one successful piercing from here out of 4. My daith is amazing. BUT, I had issues with my eyebrow that I didn’t cause. I had issues with my navel because too short of a bar was placed, I had to go in three times to get this resolved. Since the original bar is way too short, I’ll never be able to use it, but still had to pay extra for the bar I currently have in. Mitch at the counter helped me with this, they were amazing! Furthermore, I had snake bites done and had to remove them because they were BOTH pierced wrong and the bars were too short so they were imbedding into my lip. I’ve had nothing but bad luck here. The people are nice but I will not trust them with piercing me again. I found tattoo asylum and their piercers are AMAZING, I will NEVER go anywhere’s else!! If you want your piercing done right, with great customer care, go to tattoo asylum. Im most definitely in the system.

I brought my 13 year old daughter here to get her nostril pierced. They were super busy so we paid a deposit and came back a few hours later. Eloise was very professional and put my daughter at ease. Her workspace was very clean and she explained everything step by step, and we were very impressed! Also, the staff that helped us pick out jewelry was very kind and helpful. A wonderful experience. I was pierced by Jessica who was very caring, patient, and knowledgeable. I was super nervous, but she talked me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. I did have an issue with one piercing swelling and hurting, which happens sometimes (lucky me). I called the shop, they got me in the next day, and helped to troubleshoot what was going on and made sure that I felt comfortable with the plan before, during, and after. I just needed a longer post to accommodate the swelling and it immediately felt better after they did it! A wonderful experience and I will definitely return for any future piercings. Highly recommend this shop!

I want to give a huge shout-out to Jessica for making this easily the best piercing experience Ive ever had. (Just some basic lobes, but Ive had issues with other piercers in the past.) Excellent education, comfort, questions, working with what my body was and wasnt doing with piercings. Clear, very sterile procedure, up to date on modern methods and aftercare, and also well priced. I will absolutely be recommending to anyone and everyone and cant thank these folks enough.

Overall, this shop is awesome. I orginally had an appointment at 430 to have my conch pierced but after thinking about it further, I decided to take advantage of the BOGO and get another piercing as well. It took me awile to decide on jewelry and a price point I was confortable with but they were able to squeeze me in to do the second piercing as well. The lady at the counter (I cant remember her name) was very helpful in picking out jewelry and to decide on which jewelry would look the best with my anatomy.I was pierced by Jessica and it was a great experience. She was professional, warm, and knowledgeable. She completed my piercings quickly and was very friendly. She went through aftercare instructions and made sure that I had no questions. I love this place! I had previously gotten my cartilage pierced with a gun and the healing was so bad I took it out. I haven’t taken either piercing out and even went back for 3 dermals. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and goes over after care thoroughly. I will be back and already have 3 other friends that want to come with to possibly get something done.

I came in and got my Daith (pronounced doth like moth, I learned) pierced by Cameron, and was helped by Marecel ( Im so sorry if I misspelled names!). Edited later because of extreme prices and when I had to return after noticing 1/4 pieces they gave me the wrong size. Make sure you examine your jewelry closely before taking it out of its packaging.

Immediately a TBP client forever! The whole experience from start to finish is professional and safety focused while still fun and welcoming! Every person I encountered was so kind and the whole studio is a fantastic example of APP guidelines. I had gone in for a nostril re-pierce where the original piercing was done at another studio that did not have a safe piercer–the results even within the first 10 minutes of having it done this time were night and day. My piercing is better quality, was more comfortable during the actual piercing part, looks better, and is healing leaps and bounds better than it did when done previously. The jewelry selection is amazing and when I started to feel a little overwhelmed with all of my options, the friends up front helped me narrow it down with some of the most thoughtful questions and suggestions! Then in the room, J is so thorough and friendly that it really allows you to relax and be comfortable for both the piercing and with learning how to do aftercare. I now have a much happier and better healing piercing and will HAPPILY make the drive for any and all future ones too!!!

I seriously cannot recommend a better place to be pierced at. I’ve had 3 nose piercings done by them (septum and two on the side). I’ve never once had an infection or irritation! My jewelry has never come loose either. The staffs knowledge and skill is seriously unmatched to any other place.

I’m so grateful I got my piercing done at Tacoma’s Best Piercing with Eloise. I previously had a very bad experience getting a piercing many years ago, and have been nervous to get another piercing since then. I shared this experience and my fear with Eloise, and they totally understood and wanted to make this an easier and stress-free experience for me. They told me that they would explain everything they were about to do before they did it, and that they’d guide me through some breathing to help with different parts of the process of the piercing and placing the jewelry. This is not the place to go with if quality doesnt matter to you. If you are interested in quality, this is your place! They carry only quality jewelry, so expect to pay a little more, but this means a much lower chance of complications/infections and it means you will love your jewelry and probably want to keep it in past the time when you are able to switch it out. Their piercers really know what they are doing, Fezzie is amazing and so calming to work with. I swear I felt like I was getting a massage or ASMR. Be warned, it is addicting!

Overall great experience - Jessica did an awesome job and is a very skilled piercer! My septum and right nostril piercings are perfectly placed. My septum jewelry was bent, but I didn’t notice until I took a closer look at home. I was able to text the shop and send pics which was super convenient. Jessica scheduled me to come in the next day and made it all right. Very impressed with the customer service here! 10/10 will recommend to everyone I know! :)

Went in for my girlfriends birthday and got her rook pierced by John. He was very careful and skilled and got her pierced in under 3 min. The front desk staff was also very nice and helpful with picking out jewelry. Definitely recommend this place if your looking to get pierced!

I went to Jessica for my piercings this morning and she did an AMAZING job!! The entire staff was super friendly and nice and it was overall a fantastic experience. The shop was clean and my piercings were perfect (which is important for every piercing but especially these as they can get messed up easily). Im so happy with my experience and if I ever want more piercings Ill for sure come back here.

Fezzie and everyone else were absolutely amazing to work with! I went in knowing close to nothing, and they helped me by presenting and narrowing down several excellent options; and then actually doing a fantastic job with the piercings themselves. 20/10 DEFINITELY recommend!!I went here to get my nipples pierced this past weekend! To start off I’d like to say I was SO nervous prior to my appointment. I even contemplated canceling because of my own fear. But once I walked into the shop I was greeted by the receptionist who was very nice and assuring, letting me know I was in great hands! Once taken back to the room for my anatomy check and eventually my piercing, Jessica was VERY professional and made me feel absolutely comfortable throughout the whole process! She let me know how the appointment was going to go & kept me informed every step of the way! During the piercing process she was super quick and very accurate with her markings! I was pierced by Fezzie and they were absolutely AMAZING!!!! I would highly recommend booking an appointment with them! Made me feel so so comfortable and walked me through, step by step, the whole process of getting my piercing. They were very knowledgeable and helped put my worries at ease. This was my first time into this shop. I had Jessica do my piercing and she was incredible. Friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure to use all the right sterile procedures. She kept me well distracted and I barely felt it at all. The front shop people were so nice and helpful, its so clean and professional inside. I felt like I was with friends the entire time. Daughter went in for a tongue peircing and was told she couldnt because her major artery ran down the center of her tongue. She was bummed the he went and got a second opinion and she said the same thing. So happy that they are so very careful not to harm anyone. The attention to safety was so perfect. Then instead of sending us home he offered to see if she was compatible with a differnt peircing, she opted to get her eye brow down. So amazing. He explained everything. We traveled over an hour to get to the shop and would do it again. They are the best.

1st time here. I got a daith piercing and it was a great experience. It was such a cool, calm and relaxed environment and my piercer Fezzie was amazing. Super chill and she explained everything and just made the experience that much better. If I get another piercing Ill definitely come back here.

I just got two nostril piercings today by Fez and I am so happy with how they look and my entire experience. Ive been going back and forth for years on getting my nose pierced (I have no idea why). For reference, I only have my ears done (basic, I know). The shop is squeaky clean and everything is sterilized. The jewelry selection is a little overwhelming at first, but in a good way. You have a lot to choose from and they have such beautiful pieces. The employees are super sweet and incredible helpful. Honestly, I cant think of a bad thing to say. The prices are definitely fair and worth it. Im definitely going back to get more done by Fez! They are incredibly kind, sweet, and knowledgeable. They also made sure to walk me through what to expect and how things will feel. Honestly, if youre on the fence about getting anything done, youre in good hands here. Fez gave some great ideas and recommendations on what to go with and they were so supportive in the decision making process. I couldnt decide between singles in each nostril or do double nostril piercings on one side. But Im really happy with the singles in each for now, and Ill definitely be going back to get a double on one side by Fez!!

Jessica did a great job. Placement was perfect. She was friendly and professional, and she was thorough explaining after care. My 14 year was impressed and later told me she really liked her. This is her first piercing, and it went great. The lady running the front desk was patient and professional as well. We highly recommend!

I had the best experience with my three month old daughter, who I took and gotten her piercings done. The staff was very welcoming even after hours, even though they were gradually leaving the shop, They we’re still greeting me, “thank you for coming in, have a good day”. No more than I minute I didn’t have to wait long to be taken back. I forgot the nice lady’s name, who pierced my daughters ears!! She was amazing! She had patients and took her time to explain what to do, how I can help her as a piercer. Also, very thorough with after care! Just overall an amazing experience, will definitely be back!!

I’ve been here 3x and each time I see Fezzie who is THE best. I’ve had the most relaxing and enjoyable experience getting work done with them and feel super comfortable. The shop in general is super friendly and inviting, and everyone is very helpful. They have a great selection of jewelry for good prices and they are able to work with you to find something in your budget.

My 7 year old had a wonderful experience getting her ears pierced at Tacoma’s Best Piercing today! We were greeted immediately by friendly front end staff, they helped her pick out a beautiful pair of studs to pierce with (and there wasn’t any pressure to choose more expensive ones). Her main piercer was so wonderful and patient, really taking the time to explain the whole process, answer my daughters questions, ease her nerves etc. I loved how she spoke to my daughter as her own person instead of talking mainly to me. With each step of the process, from the initial antiseptic wipe through the placement marking, application of iodine, each step of the actual piercing and jewelry insertion, and the cleanup she made sure my daughter knew what was going to happen and asked for her consent to do each step. Their emphasis on bodily autonomy and consent was very empowering for my daughter. For kids under 8 they offer tandem piercing, so a second piercer (also wonderful) came in a couple minutes before piercing time to help finish prep and then the two did both ears at the same time. Such a wonderful options for kiddos so they don’t have the anticipation of the second poke coming while processing the pain of the first. The entire time we were there I was also impressed with their attention to cleanliness and sterilization, and the time they spent talking with us about after care best practices. They spent over half an hour with us. It was very obvious they want happy and healthy experiences for their customers. My daughter has been wanting her ears pierced for a while, but also was quite nervous when we actually arrived for the appointment. Everyone there put her so at ease with their kindness and their respect. Amazing job TBP!

I chose Tacomas Best Piercing carefully when looking for options for my first piercings. I specifically wanted somewhere with APP certified practitioners. After making that choice, the process couldnt have been easier! I made my appointment online, showed up and selected my jewelry (with lots of help from the team, who were patient with my requests to see different options, price points, sizes, etc) and only had about 5 minutes to sit and get nervous before the utterly delightful Eloise Harms came to get me. Somehow we had a blast putting 3 additional holes in my head. 10/10 would recommend; Im not sure how long Ill be able to wait until my next appointment! Healing has gone incredibly well, I love the placement and cannot recommend them highly enough! Dont bargain hunt when it comes to body modification; go with the experts every time!

I’ve had 6 ear piercings from them now and all have been a great experience (3 lobe, 2 helix, 1 forward helix). They can be on the pricey side especially if you get jewelry upgrades but you get what you pay for and they take very good care of you!

I have gotten about 10 piercings here and have never had a bad experience ever!! The owner Jessica is super friendly and professional- I’ve only gotten pierced by her and John but all of the other staff are just as wonderful. I’ve referred several people since this is the only place I can trust to be perfect every time.Side note- yes it is on the pricier side, but 1000000% worth it for the quality and care that goes into this studio. I’ve gotten the cheap piercings from malls and other shops around tacoma and I always end up having to get that $#!+ fixed at TBP lol

I got my Septum pierced by John. He was amazing and friendly. I would definitely recommend to a friend as well as return.... maybe. The front desk folks were professional but unfriendly. I had to ask about the different jewelry options as I automatically offered the more expensive jewelry. After about a week I realized I wasnt able to flip my ring so I reached out to John via IG and he told me to come back. The same person that helped me the last time was unfortunately who helped me again and I was met with the same chili from before. She told me the price (which I had no idea) and I informed her that Id spoken with John, which she confirmed but still proceed to educate me on their policy. Thank you John for making my experience an actual memorable encounter. Everyone is going through something be it now, or later and a smile and kindness are free and easy to give especially in customer services!

Absolutely love my new piercings! Got two helix piercings done and Im in love. Very professional and knowledgeable business. They sent me home with great aftercare instructions and materials and everyone was so nice and helpful.

I had a great experience this morning. Booking online was very informative. I knew all their policies regarding my appointment at the time of booking and there were no surprises when I showed up. Piercing room was very clean. Jessica was very good explaining the process as we went so I knew what was going on. Great information on aftercare and follow up emails ensuring you have access to the information if you didn’t absorb all the information from the appointment.I will be back for downsizing and pretty replacements when my piercings heal.

I am a stay at home dad. I take care of my children on a daily basis. I deal with all of the mess, discipline, education, etc. So it is nice to be included in the exciting milestones.My wife and I decided to couple up with our best friends to have our 7yo daughters ears peirced at the same time. We had a 4:30 appointment while our friends had a 5:00 appointment.When we first walked in a 4:16, the cashiers presence was extremely hostile and rude. She began barking at us about the fact that we needed proof of authorization from the parents of the patient. I knew nothing about this since my wife organized the appointment with our friends and was embarrassed to say that she had forgotten to complete this step. Here we are, both OBVIOUSLY the parents of our daughter. But the cashier demanded that we could go no further without birth certificate authentication. I left IMMEDIATELY (4:20), communicating with our friends to make sure they didnt make the same mistake and we switched appointments; our new appointment was at 5pm. I was frustrated, to say the least, that I couldnt enjoy this time with my family and friends to prepare our daughter for this milestone that she was so excited for. I get home, take a picture of the birth certificate, and make it back to shop at 5:07. At this point, my wife had made me aware that they were taking our daughter back to have the peircings done so I proceeded to the back, where my daughter was, and another lady behind the counter stopped me sharply with Excuse me. Can I help you?Me: Yes, im going to see my daughter, who was just taken back.Lady: Who is your daughter?Me: *communications her name*Lady: Yeah, you cant go back there. She already has two guests.My frustration erupted because I knew the two guests she was referring to was my wife and 3yo son. My mind raced with furious questions of why these people were trying so hard to ruin this experience that I had to leave the shop to prevent myself from blowing my lid.Why do you have to be so rude?Why did you have me drive to get the birth certificate if you werent even going to wait or ask for my approval?What proof do you have that she us, in fact, our daughter?Why does our 3yo son even qualify as an additional guest?You knew that I was coming back after driving 40+ min to get the necessary documentation. Why not communicate the limitations of visitors so that we could figure that out? Our friends were just in the lobby and, if it truly was too many guest, they would have gladly watched him for a few min.After it was all over, I congratulated my daughter for being so strong and brave to think that it didnt hurt as much as she expected. She thanked and hugged me, then she asked me why I wasnt there. She said she wanted to hold the hands of both of her parents.Please, employees, explain to me why it was so important for you that I had to miss this milestone.If youre asking yourself, This place has nearly a 5-star rating. Why would you have such a bad experience?There is a reason for that as well.While I was off getting the birth certificate, my family and friends were shopping for which earings to get. The lady helping our friends was polite and helpful; assisting is sizing and selection. The employee stated, if you leave a review for us, we will credit you $20 towards your purchase.The lady helping my family wasnt quite as nice. Im assuming they noticed my frustration on my way out to get the birth certificate and didnt mention the $20 review credit to my wife.I want to be clear. The lady who did the peircing for my daughter, reportedly, was very nice and did a great job doing the peircing. Every person I interacted with behind the front counter was unpleasant and repugnant.

I have got 5 total piercings from Tacomas Best Piercing and if I want a piercing in the future I plan on coming here again. Everything is very professional, and everyone who works there is super nice. The people who I worked with today were Saturn, who helped me figure out what earring I was going to get. I had already looked at the website and found a piece that I liked, so when I mentioned this to her, she found it for me right away and made things super easy. Fezzie was the one who actually pierced me and she was so friendly throughout the whole experience. Everytime Ive got pierced here before I have left totally satisfied with the end product and with the service I received. Jessica and Fezzi are amazing! Both have gentle touches and just hype you up. I love my ears. Like LOVE my ears. They take a loom at the anatomy of your ear and will let you know if you can actually have that piercing per your ear. Not only that but the quality and the education they give you for after care sets you up to have a beautiful piercing that will last and last. I really appreciate their work, and superior dedication to the art.

Took my 9 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Wanted it done by a professional so was willing to pay for expert care. Place is very clean and inviting, staff is welcoming and they were very thorough with identification so you really need proof that you are the young persons guardian. Procedure was in a very clean, sterile small room that was well lit. Jessica explained everything she did and my daughter said it didnt hurt (much). You get what you pay for here, this is not a mall gun piercer so you pay for quality. My kids ears are healing well and day after they were not red or swollen. She loves her fancy ears!

I scheduled an appointment yesterday for a jewelry change and consultation after having my philtrum pierced elsewhere. I wanted to ensure best practice was used when I was pierced and also have my jewelry changed because the other shop did not give me appropriately sized jewelry to accommodate for the healing process.Everyone in the shop was extremely professional, friendly, and the shop itself was lovely. They had a fantastic selection of high quality jewelry and were very patient as I selected new jewelry for several piercings. The entire procedure was quick and easy, and I felt cared for the entire time. My piercer ensured that all of my concerns were heard and taken into account, as well as making sure the placement and angle were exactly what I wanted. It resulted in perfection!I had double vertical labrets done by Fez and I cannot recommend her enough. Im sure all of the piercers here are awesome, so youre golden no matter who you make an appointment with, but I can only speak on my experience and Fez was so awesome, smart, and precise. Im not very good at explaining things, and somehow they knew exactly what I meant when trying to say where I wanted the piercings to be and also made double, and triple sure I liked the placements.The instructions I was given on how to care for my new piercing were easy to read and comprehend, the jewelry selection was gorgeous, and they even had a nicely decorated area to take before/after selfies. Great place to get a piercing! Their shop was clean and organized. I really liked the assortment of body jewelry they have and yes its a little more pricey than other places but over the years Ive learned you really do get what you pay for. The amount of time we spent in the piercing room was abundant. They take their time to explain the steps they are taking or will take to make you more comfortable with the procedure. They explain the aftercare and answer any questions or concerns you have. I tend to get light headed after shots and piercings and she let me take a few minutes to just sit there and let my mind and body adjust to my new adornment. I fully recommend choosing Tacomas Best Piercing!

I went and got my helix and conch pierced by Jessica. I showed up about 35 minutes early for my appointment because why not and was accommodated right away! I was allowed to look at all the jewelry I was interested in with no pressure or rushing.Jessica was very warm, welcoming and professional. She made sure I was happy with the placement of my piercings and even had me keep my glasses on during placement to insure everything was in the perfect spot.The shop was very clean and everything was sterile. I recently took my two daughters in to get septum piercings. I was so impressed with the whole experience. First I’d like to say that Jessica is just amazing. She is professional, experienced, and has a wonderful bedside manner. She was even gracious enough to squeeze in a conch piercing for myself. The facility is clean and the jewelry is sterilized right before use. Speaking of the jewelry, I was shocked at the selection. There is so much to choose from. Definitely something for everyone. I believe Kenna is the name of the person working up front who helped us all get checked in. She was wonderful as well and truly added to making the experience fun for all of us. I’m so glad I found Tacoma’s Best Piercing and can’t wait to go back for more.

I was pierced by Kaylen today and she was amazing! She made the process so much easier, talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The shop was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I have diagnosed social anxiety, but the staff made me feel so comfortable—I was conversing with everyone with no problem! I wish I could rate more stars, this is honestly the best shop I’ve ever been to.

Fezzie Sparrow was so amazing with our little girl, Aria!! I was so impressed by their professionalism and cleanliness they made Aria feel so comfortable and well taken care of- Aria loved talking to Fezzie about all of her favorite video games and I couldn’t believe when Fezzie told us they were #1 in Mario Kart in the whole world for 3 weeks!! Aria was so happy to have her new earlobe piercings, I am so thankful for John for helping out, as well! He was so kind and patient just like Fezzie!! Thank you all so much for an incredible experience- you make me want to get more piercings, myself!! I would not go anywhere else! Amazing place with amazing people. I had my lip pierced by Jessica three weeks ago and I cant praise her enough. 🥰 She took the time to make sure the placement was perfect, very thorough in the aftercare instructions, and their jewelry is the highest quality available.Went in today to downsize the length of the post and got a smaller gem put on. I didnt catch the name of the girl who took care of me at the counter picking out my new jewelry but she was a gem herself. 🥰 Very friendly and knowledgeable.Ramona was the one who changed out my jewelry and she was great too.Im done with piercings (got everything I want now) but will definitely be recommending them to anyone who asks where the best place is to go for piercings.

I’ve gotten a lot of piercings in my life and I’ve only had one shop that made me feel truly comfortable. I was dreading getting a new piercing out here. But Tacomas Best absolutely rocked my socks off! I got my rook done here and the whole process was fantastic. High quality jewelry (selection of titanium, gold, etc and big selection of press fits) and incredibly clean. They go through all the aftercare stuff with you so if you’re new to piercings you’ll definitely be in great hands. The piercer was super wonderful and highly skilled. They had a wonderful presence and that’s so important in such a high stress moment like getting a piercing. I can’t recommend it enough. Quality piercing places are so hard to find and this place is definitely the best in Tacoma!

I went here first to have better jewelry put in after I did some piercings myself, and they were super helpful in telling me about different metals, healing, and aftercare. I went there today for my nostril (it’s my 10th piercing, but the first one ever done by a professional in a shop) and Jessica was great! She talked me through the whole process and was very kind. The front counter staff was great too, and took me through jewelry options in my price range (lots of choices!!). I will for sure be going back for future piercings!

I have gone to various piercers in the past that are 5 star and highly experienced but only my first visit to this location with a APP member has been the very best experience. The entire place is so clean its like no other shop Ive ever seen. The professionalism is perfect, the atmosphere, the way they talk to you and make conversation during the piercing, take the whole process step by step and again, the amount of sterilization and prep is absolutely perfect.I went in for a septum piercing for my second time. My first time was with a 5 star highly experienced piercer who was not an A.P.P. member years ago, he ended up piercing my cartilage of my septum and I ended up taking it out. This second time I got it done with Jess and she is literally the best piercer Ive ever met. She not only explained my slightly deviated septum but was able to piercer my septum perfectly in the little bit of a sweet spot I still had and it has turned out perfectly. I knew it was done right because it felt way better than the first time with the other highly experienced piercer who clearly did not know how to do septum piercings right.If you get any kind of piercing, I recommend this place. If you get a risky piercing like I did with a slightly deviated septum, put your trust into Jess. She did not fail me, and Im so very happy I met her because now I have a septum piercing I am so proud -and comfortable finally!- with.

Had an amazing experience with Jessica! She was able to get new jewelry in my philtrum piercing & took the old jewelry out (it was either infected or I had an allergic reaction, and then the jewelry was embedded in my lip). I am under my husbands gmail account. My name is Joana. I got my nose pierced today. And tho I have had dermals, lip rings, tongue rings, (all piercings were when I was younger and they’ve been removed long ago), tons of tattoos; I was hella nervous about the pain. I had such a great experience here. They made me feel so at ease. I really trusted my artist, she simultaneously consulted me for a vertical labret which I may do next week. They had a great jewelry selection and it felt very sanitary and great customer service. Would 10/10 recommend.

This place is the best! Everyone is so professional but friendly and the counter staff is so helpful. I have only been pierced by Jessica but Ive heard great things about the other 2 as well. They only carry high-end stuff that belongs in your body with cool shapes and real gold, like BVLA and Buddha. Ive had 4 piercings done by Jessica and I will continue to come back for more!!

I got my N!poles pierced and the staff was amazing not only is it super clean, the jewelry is all safe and really nicely displayed. And although some things are pricy they are all real and won’t get you sick (in my experience). 100% recommend, the staff is super nice and makes sure your comfortable and their communication about every step from you getting there to you leaving is really clear and comforting.

Did my homework before choosing this place. It did not dissapoint. I am glad I drove past all the other options to get here. My 14 yr. Old got her septum pierced by Jessica, Jessica was so nice and engaging with her. She explained everything before the procedure and as she went along each step. The place was so clean, and Jessica took great care in placing the piercing and in using a-septic techniques. If you are a Germaphobe but love piercings, this is your place. Everyone was friendly. I highly recommend.

I drove nearly 40 miles out of my way to come here and am so glad that I did. The receptionist was down to earth, kind and knowledgeable so I felt welcomed from the moment I entered. The shop itself is beautiful with a nice selection of quality jewelry and they do everything by the book. I felt safe getting pierced here with how thorough they are with sterilization practices. Jessica was Wonderful, professional and clearly skilled. I got my daith pierced 4 days ago- its healing beautifully and is positioned Perfectly. Im so, so pleased with my experience!

I got a double conch piercing a few days ago (10/24) by Fez. I had originally planned on only getting one but after chatting with Fez, decided to go for two and Im so glad I did. I was a little nervous because of a previous cartilage piercing from a while back at another shop that did not heal and got infected as it wasnt pierced properly. But Fez made the entire experience really comfortable and walked me through the whole process. Thank you, Fez! The shop is really clean and everyone was really helpful and kind and Im absolutely positive the other piercers are excellent. I also love that this place is women-owned! I will definitely be going back and highly recommend this place to everyone!

Just got my first piercing. Fez did a great job piercing my septum. They also made me feel very comfortable and informed through the whole process. Jessica has done 5 of my wifes various piercings and theyre all still perfect, up to to 4 years later.If you want to get a piercing done right, this is the place for you. If you want a piercing on the cheap, its not. The jewelry is all top quality, and the price tag reflects that.Once you see their passion, skills, customer service, and dedication to safety, you wont go anywhere else for your piercing needs.

Got a septum piercing from Fezzie and it was an amazing experience! The shop was extremely clean and welcoming and the staff were helpful and friendly.Fezzie was fantastic - they were super nice and professional and she explained every step of the process clearly. Will definitely be going back!
