This is my first experience with TLC. I visited the Olympia clinic, which was calm, well appointed, and clean. Tess was my injector nurse, and she is beautiful, kind, skilled, and patient. She made me comfortable and was very informative. Kelly greeted me, and she was equally wonderful and accommodating. They both worked well together and made my day happy! I will be returning for services again.

I have been coming to Tacoma Laser Clinic for a long time. Every time I arrive for an appointment, I am greeted with the nicest people at the front desk. The Providers are friendly and have my best interests in mind but are also not afraid to politely guide me in a different direction if that is best for the results I am looking for. Michelle and Ashley are amazing at what they do. Tons of experience and really great and ensuring my needs are met! The price point is also worth a trip to Tacoma for your skincare needs!

I received my first treatment at Tacoma Laser Clinic yesterday and it was amazing! The staff sets this place apart. The front desk staff was very warm and inviting. The woman who did the intake was kind and really took the time to learn about my goals. My Botox injector Kate was superb as well. She took time to discuss my goals and took great care to make sure I was comfortable. She also did an excellent job explaining other services I am interested in without pressuring me to add additional services. Thank you so much! I will be back and will refer all my friends to you!!!

Tacoma Laser Clinic is the best tattoo removal clinic I have ever been to. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and polite, and very professional! I can highly recommend Sophie as a tattoo removal technician, she is wonderful!

I have been going here for the past 4 years and I will never go anywhere else! They are very friendly and welcoming. It has always been easy to get an appointment and they have evening hours available for us with the 9-5 schedule. Never had a bad experience here and the Botox and fillers I have gotten have been spot on! 46 years old and thanks to Botox and good skincare I don’t look it (hopefully).

I had two Mira dry treatments here, I have to say the treatment is effective, the things that can use some improvements are customer services and communications.The ladies just don’t seem excited or happy in what they do, messy hair, quiet voice, I can’t really hear them clearly on the phone nor in person.They called me quite a few times to schedule a second treatment, but didn’t bother to talk about the benefits, when I finally booked the appointment, they didn’t remind me what to prepare before going in.When I got there, the lady thought I was getting Botox after Mira dry…Overall, I think it’s a nice place if they had more training in customer services/ communication skills.

Ive been seeing Michelle since 2017 and shes literally reverse aged me. Ive referred friends there as well and they are always happy with her and the rest of the staff. Its always a pleasant experience.

Had a great experience doing my peels and micro needling with Sophie she is awesome. She did a great job. Also i have had great experience doing my lips fillers by mechele.

Every time I go into the clinic or need to call everyone is always so nice and helpful. I love being able to get any questions answered and have Jordyn Sandberg help when I go in for my appointments and is always so nice answering all my questions that I may have for that appointment. Cant say enough how great everyone is and how easy it is to go in and make each appointment.

I have been to other clinics to plump up my lips but have had the best results with Michelle at TLC! Minimal to NO bruises and the shape is perfect!

Underqualified, inexperienced staff who definitely work for commission, and sell diluted product!High turnover rate for the workers there. I went there for a few years in my early 20s and they were selling me 100 units of so called Botox...then, I moved away for a few years and went somewhere else, and learned thats absurd...Later, I moved back to Washington and went back to TLC again...and recieved a botched filler job and messed up my face. Now I have lumps on my forehead, and a lump under my left eye... I had to go back in 3 times for them to attempt to fix it by dissolving it! ... its still not all dissolved...and it costed me thousands of dollars to make myself look worse. :(

Kate hooked it up! The whole experience was beyond 5 stars. I walked into a welcoming, cozy environment and was greeted with a warm welcoming. This was my first time getting Botox and I am reviewing after two weeks. I love the results and couldn’t be happier. I can’t wait to go back again.If you are looking for a professional, welcoming environment with people who know their stuff and listen to your needs while making them happen this is the spot.

All the staff here are amazing and very knowledgeable. I come here for all my skin needs and recommend all my friends to too. The skin care products are amazing and have made a huge difference for my super puffy undereyes. Jordy is very professional and informative. everyone is there is very kind.

I love Tacoma Laser Clinic. I get my regular Botox and also microneedling. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is always so sweet. The practitioners are also very knowledgeable and always answer any questions I have. And the price for Botox is the best around.

I had a great experience getting a Morpheus 8 facial and neck service today with Ashley at Tacoma Laser Service. Ashley took time to explain everything to me step by step. She was conscientious making sure I understood the process and was comfortable throughout the procedure. She helped me make a plan for next steps considering my age and finances. I have gotten many facials over the years. I have not always left happy. Tacoma laser clinic goes the mile to make sure guest are happy with their services. I love having a place and a technician I can trust and make me feel comfortable. In a world where customer services doesn’t exist, it does at TLC. Thank you Ashley and Tacoma Laser Clinic for making my experiences something I look forward to going to.

Daisha (not sure how to spell it) did a wonderful skin care program on my face. She is delightful and takes a gentle approach. Her touch is soothing as well as her voice. She is kind and really cares. Best esthetician I have ever had. She is walking sunshine.

Aesthetician Ashley is amazing - so kind, skilled professional, knowledgeable and all around awesome! Jordie is awesome super skilled talented with an exquisite artistic sense and put mind at ease and I’m very happy with the results!

A picture speaks a thousand words. I had this experience twice at Tacoma Laser Clinic. The first time (I am a regular botox user) I had 20 units put into my 11s and didnt get the results that should have happened. I still had major creases with expression, minor ones were ok. I still wanted some movement. I went back and they gave me half off 20 more units and still didnt seem to make any difference. The second time, I got 40 units from the get go and had the same thing happen. When they called to do their check-up two weeks after the appointment, I complained again. I said I didnt want to come in and have to pay more money when between my eyebrows should have been expressionless with 40 units. No one ever called me back. I will NEVER use them again. Oh, by the way, Im only 33.To their reply down below: I will not be contacting you. I’d also love to see ANY kind of proof that you tried contacting me. “Changes to my treatment plan”. You think I need more than 40 units of Botox to my 11’s?

The new Olympia location is awesome. So clean and tidy. Great not having to drive to Tacoma.STACIA, STACIA, STACIA! Go see her! She is sweet and professional. She does an extremely thorough job, which as a consumer, was exactly what I was looking for in a service provider. So glad found her!Thank you for the great service!

10/10 do not recommend this place for kybella.I should have known when I mentioned to my lip injector where I was going for Kybella, to cancel the appointment.Tacoma Laser Clinic had a great special for Kybella which was 4 vials for $999 which at Ideal Image on my first session for 2.5 vials was $2,500. Therefore, I thought I was getting a deal… but was I wrong.Ever since I got Kybella at Tacoma Laser Clinic I have had this pouch under my chin that wouldn’t go down. It was very different from what I had experienced with Ideal Image, so I called Tacoma Laser Clinic for a check up. I spoke with a doctor at the office and he stressed that if it gets any worse then to go to an ER. Being concerned, I scheduled an appointment with my dermatologist and they advised it was nothing serious, but the ingredient they mixed it (the Kybella) with may have resulted in the pouch below my chin.I am very upset that it would cause this as my chin hasn’t looked the same. It may not be a major difference but I can still tell and it irritates me as it will never be the same. I’m nervous to go elsewhere to fix it because I don’t want it to get worse.My smile eventually evened out (not pictured) which is the only positive.

Sophie is amazing! I needed some spider veins zapped on my face. Sophie was careful and informative during the whole process. I will be recommending her to my friends.

I had the best experience with Jordy for lip fillers. She took care of me and made me feel so comfortable while making my lips look amazing. I will go to no one else. I am 100% satisfied and then some! Thank you Jordy!!

Highly recommend seeing Haley at TLC! She did a great job with my Botox and is super sweet! They also have reasonable prices and are up front about pricing.

I just got botox & lip fillers for the first time ever! I also got a diamond glow facial! I absolutely loved my experience... from the time I walked in the door, India & Aspen made me feel welcome & got me checked in. Penny was so professional while she explained the process to me & helped me to pick the best services in my budget. Bailey was absolutely amazing & had such a great energy while she did my facial. Mallory was amazing at assisting & had a great vibe as well. I was so impressed with Mechele because she took the time to educate me further & made me feel so comfortable while getting my botox & fillers. The whole atmosphere was a great experience! I walked out feeling more confident & beautiful! I highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

I was getting Botox for the first time and made an appointment at Tacoma Laser ClinicI appreciated that the consultation was so in depth. The medical assistant talked about the different medications, risks and post care. She explained they took the pictures and why. This made so much sense. It was a great education. She also started my reward points and helped me plan my treatment plan for the year.I saw Jordy, the ARNP and she made sure we had photos to track my progress over time, then we sat down and chatted for several minutes about what I wanted to see done and what I was comfortable with. I never felt rushed or pressured.I’m afraid of needles but the injections were pretty painless and they gave me super cute little cooling pack. I love the results so far, my face doesn’t feel frozen - I can still make expressions, it just feels like my resting face isn’t as prone to wrinkling my forehead.The staff at the front helped me start my reward program which saved me even more money. They really helped explain the savings and process.

-5 stars!!! Be aware! All may seem well until something doesnt go well. They will charge you a lot of money for attempting to fix poor quality work and not even follow up to make sure you are ok. They will make excuses and blame you for the problem. PLEASE- Read ALL of the negative reviews on Google as the message is consistent. I made it clear that I expected a call from their MD medical director and no one has reached out! I will not post pictures as too upset and have constant pain in the treated areas- I wont go into detail to protect my privacy. Pay the extra money and go to a dermatologist who specializes in cosmetic dermatology.

I have been a client since 2016! I drive an hour one way just to see Michelle and staff! I can not say enough about TLC. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. The providers listen, provide honest feedback/opinions and have the magic touch! Hands down the best place to take care of your beauty needs!

Ive gotten 5 sessions of laser hair removal treatments here so far. I had planned to continue getting laser from this clinic until I was able achieve the result I was looking for but I realized this is not the clinic for me. In Feb of this year, I purchased a package that included 3 laser hair removal treatments. My treatment in Feb was done by the owner. I shared that I had recently moved to Olympia. She then let me know she was opening up a clinic in Olympia soon and that I can look forward to commuting less. Long story short, I was scheduled for the Olympia clinic in March and found out a day before my apt that the clinic wasnt open but was told I could reschedule my apt for the Olympia location in April-so I did that. The clinic never opened, no one called me to tell me that either. My last laser apt had been 2/10/23. Ive missed over 2 months’ worth of treatment because of miscommunication between the schedulers and myself. This makes me feel like I wont achieve good results with the laser package I purchased. So, I feel like Ive wasted almost $400.00 of my money. I shared my thoughts about this over phone on last Friday 4/21 and asked to be comped 2 visits due to miscommunication between the staff and myself. I was told it would have to be run by Aspen and that Aspen would call me on Monday. Aspen was never available by phone or returned my call like I was told she would. I asked if I could speak to the owner or if my experience and request could be forwarded to the owner- that wasnt possible either. Today I went in for my 2nd treatment and was offered 1 free laser treatment for the inconvenience, but I kindly declined since Ive missed 2 laser hair apts not just 1. I have 1 more laser treatment scheduled for May and wont be purchasing any other treatments or services from here because I cant enjoy a service from a place that lacks organization and rationality. The staff comes across super nice but being nice doesnt make up for lack of customer service and organization.-Melissa Polanco

I have been going to TLC for years. I have always had a great experience. As with anything there is a risk. Oh the price we pay for beauty! I went in for my normal Botox regime and decided to get some filler as well. A couple days went by and I noticed more purple discoloration then normal so I called in to ask about it. They immediately had me come in and fixed it!! They were so nice and empathetic as I was a bit scared. I was so impressed with how they handled it I have to give a shout out to Jordy, Heidi, Terrie and Danielle! These ladies were amazing in their attentiveness, compassion and patience with me. I would recommend this place!

Recently I visited Tacoma laser clinic because I saw an awesome deal on Groupon for Botox and couldnt pass it up. I just have to say that upon walking into the clinic I was greeted by two very nice ladies at the front desk. I only had to wait a few minutes before I went in my exam room where Katie explained in detail about my procedure. She was very friendly and thorough, she made me feel very comfortable. Mechele did my injections and did an awesome job! No pain, no bruising! Highly recommend this place and definitely my new medical spa!

Hands all the way up past 5 stars 🌟Michele is by far the best hands in town to trust. Patient Care Coordinators go out of their way to help and always attentive, knowledgeable and polite. Michele is professional, but warn you if you have had a rough day her sweet voice and great conversations with humor will cheer you right up. She is genuine and transparent and listens to all skincare concerns thanks ya all your the best in Pierce County.

I am truly madly in love with this clinic the moment you walk in they all make you feel welcomed, warmed and love if you truly want an amazing experience come down and get your services and treatment taken care of here…. I received some Botox and lip plumper, and I cannot wait to go back. I truly love you guys and thank you so much for enhancing my beautification.

I barely had a top lip to begin with so I got fillers about a month ago (went in to get a consultation for a lip flip and understood I didnt even have enough of a top lip TO flip). I LOVED the results as is!! I went back 4 days ago and got a lip flip now that I have an upper lip. I seriously havent felt this confident in a while and am so happy with the results of everything. Everyone at Tacoma Laser Clinic is so friendly and made the experience less scary (as it was my first time getting fillers and botox).

I love it here I’ve been coming here for almost 8 years, i was a know nothing teenager, I’ve almost exclusively seen mechele, and always felt comfortable. I’m always complimented on my lips I always love them id trust her with my first born child (lol). But in all seriousness everyone in the salon is always so sweet, they’re all professional knowledgeable, and I truly could never see myself going ANYWHERE else for the rest of my life. I’ve sent so many people in and they always have great experiences upon report back. I can’t say enough good things I don’t know why it’s taken this long for me to write a reveiw

I’ve just had another wonderful laser hair removal of full face with Sarah. She greets you with a warm energy and makes sure that you feel comfortable at your appointment. Great person with a great personality and awesome customer service. Highly recommend seeing her if it’s your first time getting laser.

Got Botox from Jordy to remove my crows feet. Everything went great and she was very knowledgeable. The process was painless and I’m very happy with the results!

I am not sure why all the 1 star reviews..I have had two rounds of Botox and lip injections from here and each experience has been great. My lip injections came out beautiful and natural as I requested and I received many compliments on them. Highly recommend Tacoma Laser Clinic.

Love TLC SO MUCH! I originally went there and saw Chris but have also seen Kim and Heidi and Jordi and my most favorite is Michelle she is the best filler injector ever of all time!!! Anything that has ever concerned me they have corrected immediately and they always just do such a great job! they all use different techniques and I have loved every experience there. My husband gets his Botox and filler‘s there also with Michelle and they’ve turned out perfect every time!

I am re-writing a review of Tacoma Laser Clinic I had previously posted. After I wrote this review I was contacted by Tacoma laser clinic and asked to remove it. I felt a little threatened professionally because the woman who called and asked me to remove it made reference to the fact that I too have a business and how unfortunate is that negative reviews can affect our businesses. I really thought she was low-key threatening to leave a fraudulent review on my own business.But at this point I do not care.These people are incredibly rude and condescending. I was a client there for a couple years. As a hairdresser I referred in probably 5 to 10 clients during that time. Many who spent much much more and had larger procedures than I have. The last time I went there I went for simple Botox. I’m always very specific. I simply like an eyebrow lift. When I had my injections done she put some of my units in an area I don’t normally have done. I waited a few weeks and was not getting the eyebrow lift that I am used to. I went back in assuming I could pay to have a few more units put in and get the lift I was really looking for. Instead the nurse?? took Me back to a treatment room where she basically shamed me and told me that I already had the lift I was looking for. She spoke to me rudely and acted as if I was trying to scam them or get something for free. All I wanted was an offer to add in a few more units that I was more than willing to pay for! I was really taken aback. I’m not sure the nurse’s name but she was the one there with a very dark hair and not the one that had given me my original injections.It would’ve been so simple to make me happy but instead she felt the need to treat me very poorly.I have since seen Dr. Larsen as well as Melissa from the Botox boutique. Both of these ladies Have always treated me very wonderfully and professionally and given me the results that I expect.I just finally wanted to redo this review To show that nobody should be bullied into removing a poor review.And if the clinic is reading this, don’t you dare call and ask me to remove it again.

I have been there twice. Lip filler and Botox. Best decision I ever made! Not sure why all the negative reviews. They seem to have a high volume of costumers. Can’t please everybody I guess. Anyway, I think they are very friendly, and professional. My lips are awesome. 💋

This was my first time at Tacoma Laser Clinic, I booked with them because I wasnt able to get on the schedule at my usual medspa, but Im so glad I made the choice to try them out! Everyone was very friendly and professional, their customer service and quality assurance is spectacular. I dont use that word often but its deserved in this case. These days companies and corporations are far too concerned with their bottom line and not concerned enough with doing right by their customers, and clients but Tacoma Laser Clinic clearly has a business model others would do best to learn from.There was a miscommunication about my service that in all truthfulness was partially my own fault but they handled my concern with real compassion and took responsibility for the mistake and made me feel that they truly valued and appreciated my business and cared that I left feeling satisfied. I will definitely be back and be referring my friends. Thanks again

Today i met an amazing group of staff that made me feel comfortable, werent pushy, didnt overwhelm me with info and had the best personalities ever!!As a 47 year old grandmother of 2, I definitely recommend Tacoma Laser Clinic. TLC has great & friendly staff, a very clean office, and lots of parking options nearby. Highly recommend! 😊 I went for laser treatments from a Groupon and it was really easy! I will happily do any future touch-ups there. They explain the process thoroughly and adjust treatments to your comfort and goals. Scheduling is really easy and they have lots of hours so it is easy to outside of an 8-5 job. Plus weekend appointments!

Holy cow, I cant believe how good my injector was! She was able to fix some mistakes made at another clinic and I couldnt be happier! The procedure was relatively painless, I hardly have swelling and no real bruising. The staff was super friendly, the waiting lobby was clean and bright and the rooms were nice as well. Ill definitely be back! My overall experience was excellent...I wish Id found this place sooner!

Most of my family, friends and coworkers go to TLC. sure sometimes heres a little wait, but they wont rush you. And I ts worth it. The injections are done by Drs, PAs and ARNPs. I have seen several of them and Im not sure who my favorite is, I like everyone I see. They absolutely are leaders in this industry. I was at a friends hair salon party and a injector came in with a bag of fillers and Botox and just started jabbing people. He wanted to inject me and I said no way, I only go to TLC. He said, THATS where he used to go before he learned how to do it. Then he said, but they dont come to you and I do. The next day one of my friends texted a horrible picture of one of the injections and the girl went to urgent care. Guess where they sent her? TLC! To the reviewers that are like my 20 units didnt work and they said I needed more, well, they are the professionals and I trust them more than I trust you. TLC is my only place!Hugs and cheers to TLC!

After doing extensive research through the greater Seattle, Tacoma area for a clinic I came across Tacoma Laser Clinic! I could not be happy that I found Jordy! Not only is she the nicest person, she is so professional, fast, accurate and truly wants to help each of her clients gain the results they want in a safe and effective way. Truly such a professional office that is friendly and inviting. I have been seeing Jordy for the past year now and will continue to book her services directly!Also I did see quite a few negative reviews and all I will say is take that with a grain of salt. This is my true experience and not one that seems exaggerated in my honest opinion. Results take time, and this is a professional clinic that follows the rules set forward by the board. Everyone has a different reaction to procedures and it may take a few times to get the results you want and I fully trust Tacoma Laser Clinic and their expertise!

I went in with a Groupon and at their advice changed to a different filler. I was surprised when she still honored my discount so I knew the recommendation wasn’t to make more money The only problem I had...both sides weren’t symmetrical, which she tried to fix by injecting more filler. Then I noticed later it felt a little lumpy on that side. The staff were friendly and exam/procedure rooms neat and clean. I’m not sure if I would return and pay regular price but with another good discount I might give them another chance.

They sold 💸me $800 of nothing🤔, even tried to go to my bank to stop the transaction they could not by that point, went in there and spent around $5,000 on filler and Botox, they said here is a free gift 🎁I thought it seemed like another $800 higher I have you some multiple times in the past, Ive actually returned face creams before, I tried to return the free gift the next morning non-open, left it in the office and nothing went back in my bank? This was right after quarantine open back up, havent been back since, even tried to talk it out with them and nothing?

Short of it: I can see why this place has some bad reviews.Long: I was in serious pain due to a headache caused by tight neck muscles. They were able to get me in same day. Whoever brought me into the room initially asked me where the pain was greatest. I told her in my left trapezius and where it attaches to to the base of my skull.Dr comes in and starts discussing similar things. She asks if it’s a migraine. I said I don’t think I get true migraines, but that it starts as tension in my neck and then escalates to eye pain, jaw pain, etc. I told her that I had Botox one other time in my traps and through the top of my head and it worked miraculously. I’m not sure what happened but she convinced me to do the “migraine placement” Botox because “it seems like it’s time”. Whatever; I was in so much pain, it seemed like the more the better. So $900 later it felt like I had quite a bit of Botox near my temples and forehead, hardly any near my traps, and zero where traps attach to my skull. This helped a little and over the next couple days my headache subsided. However, just about a week and a half later I feel tension in my neck and another headache starts. Instead of writing a negative review then, I tried to give them the opportunity to make it right. I told the Dr that the placement doesn’t feel right and I have quite a bit of tension. She told me several times that I am maxed out in my traps (at 15 units) but she could do more in my forehead, completely ignoring how I told her that I still have neck tension and I didn’t complain about my forehead once. Then in the next sentence she tells me that if we were treating for tension we would do a minimum of 50 units in my traps. Um hello?! Had i been told these numbers from the beginning I would have insisted on most units in my traps. So I asked how much it would cost to do that, hoping that she would at least give it to me at cost rather than retail since it seems that this was a communication issue on her end. Nope. $550 would have been the cost. I said I can’t afford that. Then she made sure to tell me that it sounds like I’m getting migraines without aura and Botox doesn’t completely get rid of headaches, just makes them less severe. And kept pushing a pain relief shot, though i said I didn’t want it. And THEN tells me that they could do a lidocaine shot for neck tension that is immediate relief next time. I really wish this had been offered to me when I first complained of neck tension and could have saved myself $900 worth of Botox that is doing next to nothing for me.Two stars because everyone was very friendly. But they really need to figure out communication and fix mistakes. I am very unhappy with the experience.

I became a patient a few weeks ago, and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the nurse I worked with did an outstanding job - explaining all the pros and cons thoroughly. I am a nurse myself, and I appreciated their care and expertise. I had fantastic results and I will be back!

Ive been here multiple times! Ive gotten fillers in laugh lines and botox in the jaw with Heidi, and botox in both mouth corners with Winston. All 5 star experiences! (Review is based on experience w Heidi)They were able to get me in the same day I called which definitley made an impact on me going! Im glad i did, because Heidi did a great job with me. She was detailed and patient. She answered all my questions on cheek n lip filler and my curiosity about botox in the masseter. The whole time I felt very relaxed and calm, the atmosphere is very stunning and the chair is so comfortable and sleek! She did a great job filling in my laugh lines forming around my nose!I was also thinking of getting botox in the masseter region too. She did a great job of explaining things, never once pressuring me! So I decided to have that done. The results she said will be more apparent overtime after more treatments, so ill wait on a pic for better results!Their prices are the best ive seen too! Give them a call and ask to see Heidi for laugh line filler, lip filler and botox!! I would give more stars if I could!

I was desperate to find someone to talk to about a couple potential scars I had received during a dental visit. I found TLC to be very helpful the staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns and questions. They were very patient with me and when I left I felt like they really cared about my situation. They also gave me a couple samples to take home. I am very pleased with my experience here and would recommend them to anyone who has a skin concern/problem. The office was very nice, is in a great location, and parking was no problem.

I have been to Tacoma Laser Clinic multiple times. I am curious if the reviewers who gave it one star tried to talk to the clinic about their concerns. I had a concern. They EXCEEDED my expectations in trying to resolve it. They were polite and professional. These days, it is common to get a bad response if one complains. I was nervous about bringing it up. Their response was a huge relief!I have no reason to reason to believe they do anything untoward. I am totally comfortable continuing to trust them and I plan to go again. Looking forward to it!

I have had botox before on my forehead and usually only use 10 units. I decided to get 20 this time because of the awesome deal they offered. I got less results then I have had with the usual 10 which bothered me pretty bad. Went to a follow up to share my concern and they told me that they will do what they can to help. They helped me out so much!!! Michelle was thorough with details about botox and shared some of the things she does to look amazing! Thank you Michelle 🙂 youre great!

I have had botox before but it was never delivered with the nice overall affect I was hoping for. Kristin did a great of covering the the muscle area to ease my lines. I am very pleased. Plus I bought some serum they had for under the eyes.

This is my 2nd time coming to Tacoma Laser Clinic for Botox. My experience both times pleasant. All the staff nice. The nurse practitioner great. The price is very affordable. Quick. Clean. Love it.

I’ve been going here on and off for about two years for botox because of its convenient location. HOWEVER, I won’t be going anymore. I have had three different injectors do my botox and they’re all the same. It seems like they just want to get patients in and out as quick as possible. They inject SO FAST and it makes every injection painful. Ive had my fair share of botox and when I get botox elsewhere they put the needle in slow and inject slow, to where I usually can’t feel anything. When I get it here EVERY injection hurts.They also don’t ask me to make facial expressions or do any markings before injecting. The last time she literally put gloves on and just started quickly poking me like a pin cushion. If I needed more botox on one side than the other or my muscles were more predominate in a certain area they would have NO IDEA. I understand that pictures are taken prior by another person, and the nurse may look at those, but still... how do you know the best place to inject for optimal results if my face is completely relaxed? Everyone’s face is different and I think there should be some sort of assessment prior.Staff is friendly aside from the fact that they rush everything once you’re in the room. And I’ve had decent results. But I wouldn’t recommend going here if you want your injectors to take their time with you to make sure you’re comfortable and to make sure you get the best results.

To start, the treatments have been great. They know what theyre doing and I have dark coarse hair on white skin so its been very effective without burning. Ive had two different ladies do the 3 treatments Ive had so far and again, Im satisfied with the results from both clinicians.This appears to be a new small business trying to build up, some mild construction going on but nothing crazy and it feels clean and nice.The only thing I think they could improve upon is the front desk communication. Specifically when a customer comes in a warm smile and a welcome would have put this at a 5 star rating. At all 3 appointments I am not acknowledged until I either approach the counter or they call my name. Once that happens staff becomes friendly so its really just that initial first interaction. I am and will still come back to this clinic as its doing a good job and Im happy with my experience.

So ridiculously happy with my results (50 units of Botox for crows feet and frown lines) and although I was late they we professional, kind, informative and gave honest feedback to all my questions. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for any services. Definitely pro’s at every level. Below is the letter I wrote to the owner regarding my experience. He has never replied and the letter was sent December 6, 2016Dr. Lxxxxxxx,I’m writing to you regarding my experience at Tacoma Laser Clinic last Friday on 12/2/2016. When my provider walked in, I explained to her that the last time I was received Botox in 2015, I ended up with a lopsided smile, a slight speech impediment and was constantly biting my inner cheek. On this current visit I only wanted my forehead and the area around my eyes treated. She was very kind and said that she was going to talk to the office manager about my prior experience. I wasn’t expecting anything more than to get the Botox and pick up some Latisse so I surprised when she excused herself but I thought, this is going above and beyond my expectations. Please note, I’ve had constantly good experiences at your clinic expect for last year. In fact, you gave me my first injections in your clinic.Several minutes later your office manager entered the room with my file. The first thing she said was that my hair color changed. Honestly, I don’t see the relevance of that remark. I’m a 54 yr. old woman. I dye my hair. Then, she told me that she never received the photos I had sent of my smile and I contacted her a month after the injections. I’m not sure why the photos were not received and I did wait a month to contact your clinic since I was hoping my body would compensate. I was also embarrassed and working in Beijing and Singapore for my employer. She told me that she tried to call me back but there was a problem with the contact number however she used the same number a month after her first try and did reach me. Perhaps a wrong number was dialed? She said it was both our faults. (I wasn’t looking to assign blame.) If that wasn’t enough, she went on to tell me how Tacoma Laser Clinic is one of Allergen’s best customers and nobody has lower prices. Please know, I wasn’t there for a lower price. I was at your office for treatment since I had canceled my facelift that was scheduled with Dr. xxxxxx on December 8 of this week. (My employer is undergoing a major restructuring and I didn’t think it was prudent to get a facelift when we’ve been notified of 30% cuts in my group.) Your office manager then went on about how little I paid last visit. She said, “even with Groupon prices the prices” I paid was far too low. As you know, I had nothing to do with the bill I paid in 2015. Maybe there was a math error? I felt like she was both verbally attacking me and accusing me of something I didn’t do. She was blaming me for my experience last year. Again, I was just looking for Botox. I wasn’t looking for an apology, nothing, just treatment so I couldn’t understand how your office manager was so accusatory toward me. She said the best she could do to make amends was to give me, “brilliant distinction points” and the same price that all the customers paid for Botox. I was stunned and asked her why she even came into the room since I was planning to pay the current price for services rendered and brilliant distinction points are part of the process. I asked her to leave the room and then started to cry. I felt so humiliated. I told the provider that witnessed the tirade that I couldn’t go through with the procedure. After checking in the mirror for running mascara, I left your clinic in tears.Hopefully by informing you of my experience, no other customer will have to endure such dehumanizing treatment.

I love this place, Kris is amazing and always makes me beautiful. She doesnt over do it, I look like me, just better!! The price is right, product selection is good, they do a multiple of services. I usually get botox and fillers. The office is upstairs in a secured building, parking accessible, friendly staff and clean.

This place is amazing. The staff is so knowledgable and honest. They told my mother that she really needed surgery and that the fillers, botox and laser wouldnt give her the results she wanted. Most places would have taken her money. My coworkers have been coming here for years and Im so glad me and my mom came. I got lip filler and botox and not one bruise. I love my lips! I got one syringe of Juvéderm In my lips, Did not like my results, my lips are lumpy and you can’t tell any difference in size, I told him my issues and they scheduled me to come in to have them check it out , when I got there they had me sit in the room for an hour and then sent a guy in and instead of fixing my lips they said that they will give me $100 off my next syringe, but why would I get another syringe and pay $550 when I am not happy with my lips with the first syringe. Also the day I got my lips injected they didn’t put numbing cream on I had to remind them and then as soon as they put the cream on they started injecting and didn’t wait so it was very painful and then when I was paying I had to ask for an ice pack. Very poor service and $650 wasted.

I went Tacoma Laser clinic on the 5th of Oct. 2020. I wanted Botox for my Marionette lines but they refused botox. They said they would do fillers and that would $650.00. I ended up paying a total of $950.00 for a lot of pain. This was so painful that I was grinding my heels into the chair. The chair was so worn out where other clients must have been in so much pain. This is cruel. I keep saying to the tech they need some kind of numbing medicine. They used nothing.I have had breast cancer twice with a radical mastectomy and a 11lb baby and neither one was as painful as these $650.00 injections. I will update on the progress at a later time of results. I will also update after i try a new clinic and compare.If you go to a clinic and the chair has been torn and ripped its because the clients were digging there feet into it from pain. To me this is inhuman.UPDATE A week later My flip lip is numb I cant drink out of a straw normal without drooling. I cant eat without slobbering food.

After months of resistance, I gave in to the wifes request to get some Brotox and im so happy I did. Not only did I look ten years younger, I was treated like a total rock star by the TLC staff during the process. Thank you TLC. You are the real MVP.

This place is literally the BEST at what they do… I’ve been putting off doing anything to my face for years because I was scared… nothing to be afraid of.… they are literally the BEST ever….they do everything right✨ They have the BEST of the BEST working at Tacoma Laser…. So knowledgeable about everything and so good at what they do✨🙏✨ Y’all need to come see them…. You absolutely won’t regret it. I appreciate all of you so much and never thought I’d trust anyone…. So dissapointed two times in a row! I feel stupid for going back after the called me to fix my bad botox. I had bought a Groupon for 20 units of botox, as that is what I had at a well known clinic closer to Seattle 1.5 years prior and it worked amazing. I am only 34 and not wanting to be overdone. The male Dr that helped me was friendly at my 1st appt, however I ended up spawking as the 2nd female Dr and receptionist stated. The placement was not ideal on my particular face. I am a frequent Google reviewer and very active on Yelp etc. I posted my review along with photos on Yelp for other potential customers to see. The clinic has their staff research reviews and they spotted mine within days. The receptionist called me and explained they would like me to come back free of charge to fix the excessive pointed eyebrow look I had as a result of the placement. I decided ok, I will drive back down so they can touch it up. If I was happy with the results I would post a new or updated review. I was impressed they took the time to call and the to fix it. Well this is the update and to be very honest I am really unhappy now. The 2nd visit was with a female Dr. She took a lot of time with me talking and asking questions about my 1st appointment and what we could do to fix it. (give me more Botox to take away the spawking) So she did give me more. When I went out to check out she told me I owed $140!? Excuse me? I was contacted because I wasnt happy the 1st time and invited back in for free to touch it up. Why would I go back and pay MORE!? I felt taken advantage of!! I was standing there looking at all 3 staff and I was shocked. I paid out of embarrassment and not really understanding what just took place? Why did they charge me to fix their mistake? I should have spoken up and said no, absolutely not! When I left I called my husband to get his advice. He was very livid and told me we needed to call back and ask for a refund and why did they go back on their word? He called and they wouldnt talk to him. (HIPPA) So I called myself to explain what had just happened and why it was wrong. I asked to speak to the Dr and the receptionist said she, the Dr was busy and would call me back. Well she never did. The receptionist said she is the one who spoke to me before to invite me back in to get the free touch up. I asked her why it was not free? She said the Dr advised I get 40 units at my 1st appt and I chose not to. What does that have to do with poor placement? My top half of my forehead was completely undone. Also, the receptionist told me at that the 2nd Dr visit, she gave me more than a touch up!? I was so shocked once again, this place is very shady. The Dr never explained this to me, never asked if I wanted to pay at todays visit for more than fixing the spawking. She mentioned I might be extra frozen but never mentioned me paying. Doesnt that seem odd? I got the feeling the Dr told the receptionist what to say. Also, the receptionist was not in the room with me when all of this took place both times, isnt that a HIPPA violation? She discussed specifics of my appointments with the Dr from 2 appointments and the 2nd info was not correct. She explained this over the phone where other patients in the waiting room could hear. I am just so upset and I refuse to let this go. First off she called me on a recorded line the day she had read my negative review and explained they wanted me to come back for free. I will be pulling that recording from my provider. Secondly, I will be contacting my family lawyer and the bank to report fraud. This is not OK to take advantage of patients. To be very honest they took advantage of the wrong person and this will be solved. Buyer beware- do not fall victim to this Groupon scam, I will be contacting the Groupon company as well. Another note if you read past reviews for this company more than one person stated they suspect Tacoma Laser Clinic dillutes their botox or uses another brand. I am not sure but they might be on to something?

Tacoma Lazer Clinic has amazing staff. Ive been going to this Clinic for 2 years now for my Botox. Mechele and Kris are my favorite, theyre both so attention to detail and get the results you are looking for. They match the Groupon price and I love the energy everyone has in the office. You cant get any better in results or caring staff.

I had my lip injection there. First tome was lunpy and uneven. When I went there to fix it. They injected more filler and made it even more uneven. Now I have a wrinkle because of that extra injection on my upper lip that I never had it.

It was easy to make an appointment and get right in. Once there I was seen promptly. Which I appreciate a doctors office respecting patients time. The women doing my infections was knowledge and did a fantastic job! I already made my next appointment. Being from Vegas I was nervous to find a new doctor but looks like I got lucky on the first try. Theyre also members of the Brilliant Distictions program. If an office in Vegas wasnt a member of the BD program I always wondered where they were buying their product from and if it was legit product or not. I highly recommend.

I have gotten botox many times before and when I moved to the area started going to here. I am pretty sure they dilute their botox. One treatment at my old clinic was enough for me, but it was not the same when I started going to the Tacoma Laser Clinic. They have a good deal because their product is DILUTED! BEWARE!!!

I have to retract the negative review. I gave them a second chance on my botox when it was time to redo it. I got a Male injector who was amazing. I told him my concerns from my last botox treatment and he explained why what happened happened and how he was going to inject the botox to make sure that didnt happen again (drop inner brow and spock arch) I love my results. Sometimes its just about the injector you get. I dont remember his name but hes phenomenal!!! So glad I gave them a second chance he will be the only person who does my botox from now on!

Michelle has been assisting My GF her mother & myself For 5 years. We drive up from PDX periodically . Yes its well worth the drive . She is professional the price is fair and the results are always longer lasting. We use to just get Botox etc.. etc... in LA. Or Phx. Or PDX. Due to price points. Chasing the best savings isn’t necessarily getting u the best results. Having some that understands your Concerns & features seems to be a better approach. Even if we’re stuck on certain approach Michelle offers her professional advice & gets us the results we desire. Plus she knows a few great restaurants to recommend . Awful service. I usually only get 30 units of Botox but decided to try this place out. She recommended a minimum of 40 and kept telling me “we can always do more later.” Sounded like she was trying to upsale. After 40 units my problem area was still not fixed and she actually created worse wrinkles on my forehead that were never there before. I went back for my 2 week follow up for them to fix it. The director came in and was not knowledgeable at all. She was super unprofessional and kept swearing. After injecting 8 more units to fix what they did, she still charged me AGAIN. Don’t buy a groupon here—you get what you pay for and this was discounted service, knowledge and skill.

I able to get a last-minute appointment with my preferred provider. Less than a 10-minute wait time. With my Brilliant Distinctions credit my botox was only $300 for 40 units (crows feet, between brows and forehead). Yay! This is my 4th visit and Ive always had great, friendly, professional service.

Im from Orange County, CA and this is by far the best experience Ive had getting Botox. Chris (injector) did an amazing job, I always feel the needle and the slight crunch going into the muscle and I felt nothing. I would highly recommend Chris and Tacoma Laser Clinic to everyone.

I got a recommendation for Jordy from my massage therapist and she was correct-it was a good experience. No pain, and a very subtle change. I would recommend Jordy and TLC to everyone.

I am 46 and have very sensitive skin. I had two rounds of IPL therapy to treat discoloration and dark spots on my face, along with some very tiny broken red vessels. Sarah is very knowledgeable, and she did a great job of explaining things to me about the procedure, and about what to expect with regards to results. I still have a few light spots, but all my big darker heavier ones along with the broken red vessels are gone. I wear light to medium coverage foundation, and you really cannot see any spots at all through it now. I would definitely recommend seeing Sarah for IPL. Just one thing to be aware of, parking is very limited. Get there early so that you can hunt for a spot and you might have to pay for street parking….but then again this is downtown Tacoma, so it should be expected.

Over diluted Botox!!!! Horrible bruising!!!!I received 40 units of botox. It took a month to start working. It only lasted about a week. Ive had botox dozens of times, this is not a typical result. I went to a previous provider, they were shocked by the photos of the bruising and they agreed, they are over diluting their botox.

Went for an IPL treatment for my neck .After only one treatment most of the redness and brown spots are gone .The technician was very knowledgeable and professional, clean and friendly environment.I just booked more IPL for other areas at this place, won’t go anywhere else now.

I go there every three months for botox. Michelle does mine she is great. Front office staff is always friendly and great. I always recommended this place to my friends.

I have visited TLC a total of 7 times now, for two different types of service. Each time I have found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Just bought services for my 26 year old daughter as a birthday gift too! I have recommended TLC to at least a dozen people, and will continue to spread the word. They are GREAT!

I get my tattoos lightened or removed by Tacoma Laser Clinic. They are the most qualified to do your laser work in Western Washington. As a Tattooer I recommend them exclusively to all my clients and friends. To top it off its run by the most knowledgable and loveliest ladies that take world class care of each of their clients.

Botched Botox, very heavy lids. Went back in to have it fixed and they were unwilling to do anything to make it better. But they did try to sell me on some fillers….won’t be returning.

Bought a package deal for Brazilian lazer for 900 dollars. My hair all grew back. Make sure you wait until your hair starts to grow back for the next session. My sessions were scheduled to close apart to where there was no hair to lazer. I even brought it up to the person doing my appointment and she still proceeded with the lazor.

Bought a groupon after calling to confirm front neck was a small area. When I got there I was informed it was considered medium, they called to apologize (4 days later) but I already switched to laser lounge med spa (very good experience there)

Walked out after being told the amount of Botox I’d like to have is under FDA approval. But was sure to tell me I needed 4 tubes of filler. 1600 vs 200$What a waste of time.

I have been doing BOTOX for 14 years, and never once did I walk away with a bruised area around my eye. All three pokes were extremely bruised I wish I could post a picture on this to show you. It really sucked because I was getting Botox a week before a big event I was doing, and I ended up going with a black eye.

I have NEVER got the same result going to Tacoma Laser Clinic, I FEEL STRONGLY THEY DILUTE ..........Anywhere else with the same amount of Botox I had a much different result. They dont even draw up the Botox in front of you, they leave the room, BEWARE.

The Botox is watered down. It lasted around 4 weeks. Do not fall for this. They take pictures Of you before your appointment to prepare themselves for people reporting them
