I had a great experience at Hot Love getting tattooed by Getty. The shop was clean and inviting and just had a super cool aesthetic. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming.I came in as a walk in and Getty was super stoked about my idea. American Traditional is his passion and it showed. He was extremely detailed and diligent in his design and made a custom piece.His lines were clean and meticulous. He didnt cut any corners in the tattoo and really put his full effort in.The design nor the tattoo were fast, but thats not a complaint. He wanted the piece to be perfect and it was. Im super happy with the results and am already booked for another piece by him.

Hot Love Tattoo is the place to go for sick tattoos! I just got this piece done by Andre and he killed it! Great customer service, super friendly and super talented group of artists! You wont find much better in Tallahassee!

Quite a lovely and inviting tattoo parlor. All the staff members I interacted with were warm and kind. The parlor itself has a good vibe - not intimating (which I have found some to be). It’s clean and open with great lighting and a nice location. Ivy Morales was the artist I worked with. Such a delightful and welcoming individual! Their work is very fun and they were very understanding with my mis-communication toward what I was envisioning. The tattoo they created was creative and just what I was looking for - great style from Ivy.

The ratings dont lie! Casually observing the tattoo scene in Tallahassee, Hot Love is like an awesome indie record label for tattoo artists. Quick shout out to Thomas Bacot for his role in Hot Love and helping to keep the tattoo scene in Tally rich and vibrant for a good number of years now.Its obvious the artists working at the studio are carefully curated and as such, it would be really hard to go wrong with whoever you select. And most of the more traditional styles one could hope for are probably covered by at least one individual.Because theyre the ones Ive worked with so far, I can attest Thomas (maaaany years ago), Andre, and Maddi are the bomb!

I had an absolutely amazing experience here. All the staff were super cool and helpful. Mark, who did my tattoo, was easy to talk to and made sure I had a pleasant experience the whole way through. I went in with crutches due to a past injury and was worried about being comfortable. But it wasn’t even a problem as the artist worked with me and made sure I was fully comfortable and helped with any accommodations I needed. I’m definitely going to be back for future tattoos. Awesome art and even greater staff here!❤️

I got an original Caracal flash by Mark on my right thigh and the experience was a 10/10. The environment is so easy going and welcoming. Mark was extremely understanding, respectful, and cooperative. My tattoo turned out amazing and I will be coming back here in the future. Easily one of my best tattoo experiences, and I have a decent amount. Genuine 10/10.

Extremely comfy, welcoming and professional tattoo shop; good vibes through and throughout my two sessions to get a piece done. Maddie was extremely kind and collaborative throughout the entire design process and I could not be happier with the finished result.

First tattoo Ive ever gotten and it was a great experience, good vibes as soon as I came into the building. I was a walk-in and Mark was my artist. He worked with my references to make something that would be reasonable for me to pull off in one shorter session and Im so happy with the result! Checked in on my comfort level often and the tattoo is super clean. Also gave plenty of advice on aftercare. I absolutely recommend coming here!

I went to Hot Love yesterday for a flash tattoo and I am so happy with my new ink! I walked in around 3:30 and was able to get in right away. My tattoo artist was Dane, and he was super helpful and nice and did an amazing job with my tattoo. The price was so good and I also got a sick t-shirt. Will be visiting again!!

Hot Looooooove, hot damn. Couldnt be happier with my entire experience. Jay was so awesome and I loved geeking out with her before, during and after my tattoo.Also just have to say I really appreciate the professionalism in the shop and ZERO pressure the staff put on you. I had her move the design three times and she didnt make me feel guilty about it. She was understanding and great to work with. I also say this because one shop I was tattooed at, immediately after getting my tattoo the artist took my phone and gave themselves a 5 star rating on their own shop. Im giving this shop 5 starS (aka INFINITY STARS) by my own free will!! Ill just say I looked for a Plan C after that one 😜

So happy with the tattoo designed by Jay. I was a walk-in with a bizarre concept with no reference photo. I asked for a silly goose singing is a shower. They whipped up this gem in no time and completely exceeded my expectations. The shop is clean, welcoming, fairly priced, and professional. If I lived locally I would be a regular.

Ive gotten 3 pieces done by Robert and theyve all come out excellent. He specializes in Japanese traditional and came up with these 3 designs for me from sample art I gave him. Excellent experience from him and the studio.Adding Thomas also does excellent work and Ill be going back several times!

I had been wanting a new tattoo for a long time, but just didn’t know who to go to. I have three other tattoos from places in cities I have lived, but just couldn’t find the right fit here in Tally. After seeing Amber Warner’s amazing work, I decided to go to her. Not only was she fantastic, the customer service was excellent and the place is so comfortable and clean. Getting this tattoo was a wonderful experience, and I am so ridiculously happy with it. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Hot Love Tattoo!

Amber is an amazing and talented artist! This is now the second tattoo from her, and my husband has two from her as well!When you walk into the shop, you’re greeted, you fill out everything (it’s now done electronically), and you’re on your way. The shop is very clean, and cool (temp wise)!

Ive never felt so welcomed in a tattoo shop! My wife and I have been in twice to see Thomas. The second time, he remembered my name, and even suggested future tattoos he thought I might like. When I described the piece I wanted, he instantly understood and what he drew up was perfect. My tattoo is now fully healed and its flawless. Theres honestly no reason to go anywhere else to get a tattoo in Tallahassee.

I visited Hot Love for their Flash Day in June 2021, absolutely loved it! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Robert did a wonderful job with my tattoo! Ive gone back twice to see Amber for custom floral/animal pieces and she is amazing! She was incredible at taking my ideas and making them come to life. She allowed me to make design changes and even had 3 design ideas ready for my floral piece that I could pick from. Such a joy to get tattooed by Amber and at Hot Love! I followed Robert Johnson over to Hot Love and my experience was phenomenal. Everybody is friendly and laid back and the shop is very charming. Robert is incredible at fine line tattoos, every one of my mine hes done is always my new favorite. I will continue going back for the foreseeable future!

I recently got my sternum tattooed by Amber. From the consultation to the end of the tattoo, Amber was personable and professional. Her design was incredible and her work is absolutely stunning. I had a visit with Amber yesterday at Hot Love and she did AMAZING! I didn’t want a tattoo with a deep meaning, I just wanted something cute. This was also my first tattoo. I was pretty nervous about being able to finish it and what the pain would be like. I never felt judged or like I was pushed into anything. Had a great experience at Hot Love Tattoo! This was my first larger tattoo (~4 inches) and everyone made me feel right at home! I was very specific about what I wanted and Mark designed the perfect tattoo based on what I gave him. I had a really fantastic experience getting a larger piece done by Mark Kalinskiy at Hot Love Tattoo! Over the span of eight sessions, Mark was super nice, accommodating and professional. The tattoo itself was pretty intense to get but he always checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and we weren’t going too long in our sessions. Came in to Hot Love looking for walk in availability and they had time for me and my girlfriend right away. they were all so nice, professional, and not a hint of judgment to be felt. I called ahead to see if they would be able to do a walk-in. The man who answered the phone...Huey?...I cant remember his name, but hes tall with glasses and curly hair - super friendly and informative in regards to when I should come in and what they might be willing/able to do for me. He was very welcoming.When I arrived, the artists were super friendly. Dane was great - he listened to what I wanted and advised me how he thought I should tailor it to match the style of my other tattoos. It turned out great and what I thought was going to cost me way more money and take way more time literally took 30 minutes and was so affordable. I also love that he was friendly, but also let me just lay there and not have to small talk the whole time and it felt comfortable.Plus they have an excellent playlist. I was only in Tallahassee for one day for work and just trying to kill time, but if I come back, Im definitely going to this shop for a new addition. Thanks, Hot Love.

My partner and I have both gotten tattooed here by three different people, and it was awesome every time! We first came in as a walk-in during October 2021 and were able to get tattooed. A girlfriend & I went in to get a matching tattoo of one of our beer logos. Mark did a FANTASTIC job at accommodating us & making sure we felt comfortable as this was both of our first times there. The tattoos came out beautifully. Will definitely be back to get more work done.

Absolutely amazing experience! i went to get a flash tattoo and the staff was so sweet. amber was absolutely amazing, barely felt a thing and the tattoo came out perfect, she even touched up another tattoo i had! a great shop, cannot wait to book again with them.

Thomas is the best! He’s done 4 of my tattoos and they’re all incredible. I get compliments on them constantly. All the artists are so kind and professional and the only reason I haven’t been back is because I moved. Totally recommend this place.

Truly the kindest group of tattooers and so talented. Each of them has such a distinctive style but is able to bring any design to life. Ashley Cobb tattooed my arm and she did a wonderful job! It was a long session but she made it comfortable! The tattoo is healed and the colors still pop out. Line work is amazing!

Ivy was AMAZING. I put the pressure on them to create something based off of a few pictures I brought in for my cover up. They did the damn thing and then some. 12/10 recommend them!

I followed Dane Bradford from another shop, which will not be named. Hes done three tattoos for me and the two flowers are perfecto! Great line work, excellent color work. People stop me in the street to ask who did it. He also did a photoreal tattoo of my recently passed dogs paws and nose, which is amazing. Ill post photos from another device. But go see Dane. I got a tattoo with Amber back in July and she was absolutely amazing!!! The artists are nice and professional, shop was clean and I was comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend Hot Love Tattoo and I cant wait to go back and get tattooed there again!!
