Jayda and Candace took such great care of my daughter and I. The time had finally come for her to get her ears pierced. We previously visited this location before in preparation and today was the day. My daughter was so excited! Jayda took the time to explain to her the whole process as well as give us the opportunity to schedule a three week follow up. The whole process was smooth and left my daughter with the biggest smile. So proud of her new earrings. We paid with our Zales card but we were given multiple financing options, including progressive leasing. There was even a care package to make sure the jewelry was covered and for the after care. Stellar experience will definitely return when it’s time for her to get a new pair.

The lady who pierced my 7 year olds ears was friendly, helpful, and engaged in being silly (helped her name her ear spray) which relaxed her. The piercing was quick and easy and my girl didn’t cry at all! Highly recommend- everyone left feeling happy!

Had a wonderful experience with Candice. Took her time with my anxious daughter. Also gave great advice on how to care for her other piercings. We will be back!

Jeisly was AWESOME she pierced my son’s ears & did an excellent job! She was friendly, knowledgeable & super helpful. My son said he didn’t feel a thing 😄👍🏼. I would definitely recommend her if you’re getting your ears pierced!!

Jacely (not sure if I spelled that right) was such a sweetheart! So kind and willing to work with placement of our piercings without being bothered. She gave myself and my nieces me great experience!

I can’t tell you enough how amazing Nick and Candace are ! A few weeks ago I had to exchange my daughters necklace at another store because the clasp was messed up and I had a warranty . I went and exchanged it and my daughter felt it was different. I called citrus park and Nick answered and he went out of his way to pull the same chain for me to compare just to make sure and he didn’t have to do that! The chain was the same just looked newer that’s why she felt it was off! I then went there yesterday for the buy one get one and Nick was amazing multi tasking with different customers and being cautious at the same time with their product! These two are literally amazing and know the definition of customer service ! Give them a raise haha! On a serious note you have An amazing store here! They made my life so much easier ! So kind and professional every moment of the visit .I drove all the way from Wesley chapel because of how awesome they are ! I see a review saying they didn’t honor the warranty but that’s not true because if your warranty is good they will honor it! That’s like that anywhere !

I’ve purchased earrings that have the backs that you can screw on for my daughters from here multiple times. They have a good selection of children earring and the customer service is always great. Candace and Jayda helped me during my last visit and they were super helpful, kind, professional and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I’ll definitely continue to shop here.

This company is all about the money! Very upset becsuse when I returned an item they exchanged it instead which kept the original purchase on my spouses credit card instead of making an entirely new purchase and putting it all on my card. Now he had to pay $103 & he really did not want to use his card due to house purchasing! Communication with them is horrible. The merchandise may be cheap, but its not worth the headache! Dont shop there!

The lady with the short black hair pierced my babies ears horribly uneven. I had an appointment at 1pm and the booth was empty until almost 1:30. I ended up taking the earrings out and will have to get them redone elsewhere. Total waste of $100

Do not buy anything from here. It’s a scam. Do not pay for an “insurance” they won’t return any merchandise, even though you give them your card or your phone number. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.

I bought some earrings for my 4-month-old baby, they were supposedly 14k gold. A few days later his ear became infected, with treatment it healed, after a month we decided to go to another jewelry store to check that the complete piece was made of gold and it turns out that the lid where it closes The earring is made of aluminum compounds where it only has 1% gold, I feel scammed, they did not give me any type of solution when I went to ask for an explanation, I feel really upset since they are playing with the customers. And even more so with an innocent baby who is only 4 months old.
