Very quick and easy. Sales rep explained everything the entire step of the way.Definitely would recommend and return when Im ready for the other piercings.

Very bad quality had a neckless for 32 days and is already breaking apart. Went to try to return but was told it is 2 days past the 30 day return policy. Mind you the necklace been broken for over 10 days, but haven’t had a chance to go return it. So I guess if you buy anything from them, be sure to get the warranty or else their stuff will break and you will be stuck with it if it’s been 30 day exactly.

Wanted to give a 5 Stars review to Michaulah Pizarro for her great customer service with an exchange of a Christmas gift for a shorter necklace. At the International Mall I was a advised to go to a Fast Fix location to make the necklace short with no other option.

We took my 11 months old daughter to them for her piercing. Associate was so patience and politely handled the kid. My little one cried for just a second after the piering done. They know what to do with little ones. Having decent collections, we all liked the service. Pricing also with in the budget.

Star 3: Anticipated my needs, related to my personal needs as it pertains to their services, anticipated and treated me the way I want to be treated. Star 4: The specialist assumed I was able to access all their quality products, including nice a nice variety of options. Very important: the specialist treated me as a person who is among their most valued customers and invested in my customer relationship as one she wants to develop over time. Star 5: Plenty of restrooms within a block or so.

Do not go here! Terrible experience on 7/21 when I took my baby to get her ears pierced. The piercing device that was used got stuck every time while on my baby’s ear and she was terrified. The sales person assured me that they do it ALL the time with babies and it would be a simple, quick process and should have warned us beforehand and I would have never put my baby through that. II especially asked at the beginning if they had experience with baby piercing. Very dissatisfied and not to mention disappointed.

It was my first time there Alexis was a great help she took very good care of me. Staff was very friendly. Definitely will go again. Thanks ladies! 😁

My daughter had second piercings done here. The people were professional, friendly and did a great job explaining the process, how to care for her ears etc. They have beautiful jewelry and fair prices. Piercing is free with earring purchase. Well go here again if we do additional piercings.

Visited this place to get my daughters ears pierced, I was told by the person there she was alone and was not doing piercings.. unbelievable pushing customers away ... I don’t understand how that’s their specialty and it’s holiday season ... no excuse very very disappointed!
