Laetitia has been nothing short of amazing! I am so glad I did my research and found an artist that has so much experience and does great work in all styles of tattoos. I have been coming to Laetitia for over a yr now- she’s worked on my half sleeve, & multiple leg pieces. Her work is phenomenal. She knows exactly what look I’m aiming for and knows my style at this point. This shop is extremely clean and takes sanitation very seriously. Always very kind and accommodating, I’ve felt welcomed since my first appointment & on! If you’re looking for a new artist or even looking for your first tattoo, i HIGHLY recommend Angel Tattoo. The studio was very clean and the owner Laetitia was absolutely phenomenal! Her diverse background and worldly culture shows in her work! I honestly don’t think I’ll use another artist again! 100% recommend, you won’t be sorry!!!!

So good so good so good!!Called them up asked some questions about getting my tongue pierced w/ avislign and was super friendly about it and then followed up with me when I arrived with even more questions, like he wanted to know *chefs kiss*Then he saw I had a fainting condition on my paperwork (that he was super helpful about) and he was SO good about it. Clearly has dealt with this before.Also when I say he was super relaxed I don’t mean he didn’t care. I mean he was so good about keeping the vibes up and keeping me relaxed for my piercing.Also shout out to Ryan for telling about cold drinks to help with pain. I planned to get my very first tattoo and it was the worst experience! Letitia was scheduled to be my artist. She was extremely unwelcoming and rude. She never introduced herself and was very abrupt. I called her out on it and then she started yelling and shouting that she had mouth surgery and that she is French. No excuse whatsoever! Customer service is paramount! Especially, for something that is so personal! I received my deposit back and quickly left very disappointed!! I have never ever received such poor customer service in my entire life!! Never!!

I just got a few new piercings in my ears and Ryan (who is the owner and our piercer) was so professional and friendly. It was an amazing experience and I was super nervous because I haven’t pierced anything since grade school. My sister and my SIL both got some piercings done and we all were so happy we went there! Great experience, clean place, didn’t wait at all. Ryan made sure my earring placement was perfect before piercing. Also took his time to explain aftercare and a few weeks later I haven’t had any issues with my earrings. I came here because the reviews were so good and now I see why they were so good. Will be coming here for all my future piercings. Super affordable too which is a bonus.

Just got my nose pierced with Ryan and Im super happy with it. I was a little nervous but before I could even process what happened I felt a little pinch and it was over. Ryan was so professional and nice and took the time explaining everything to me. This place really does deserve all the amazing ratings it has :)

I have received a tattoo, and my youngest received a piercing from Angel Tattooing. Leticia and her crew are welcoming, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. I was in town for vacation and I wanted to get a small text tattoo done, it was really last minute but laetitia was able to fit me in! The appointment itself was perfect, she was on time, staff was professional but sweet. Water and small snacks were available as well as the shop itself being clean and organized. Laetita made sure I was comfortable and happy with how the tattoo looked, made sure it was even, size was good etc. I’ve been to a few tattoo shops and I would happily come back to get something else done again! Laetitia was incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through the processes involved with tattooing both before and as it happened. This was my first tattoo ever but everyone in the shop was super kind and inviting and I felt comfortable the whole time. The shop has single-use needles for the tattoos so there’s no risk of unsanitary conditions and overall I left highly pleased with my experience. Would definitely recommend it to anyone

Cannot say enough amazing things about angel tattoo & the staff here! I had 2 piercings done & Ive had issues w/ the healing process, not here, both piercings (cartilage & tragus) & they healed perfectly! I was also lucky enough to have Laetitia do a tattoo for me on the side of my knee & a coverup behind my ear. Hands down best experiences Ive had in a tattoo shop. Im moving back to IL & Im already planning on going in for more when I come back into town!

I got my first tattoo with Laetitia on March 25th and it was the best experience that I’ve already inquired about getting my next one with her! She really made the memorial tattoo I got for my grandmother very special with her beautiful work and her lettering to copy my grandmothers handwriting brought tears to my mothers eyes! I needed to repeirce my ear after having cancer surgery. Ryan was very kind and professional. He made sure the new piercing was not in the scar tissues but even with the other ear. I was very pleased and would returned if wanted any more piercing..

For anyone who is unsure about whether or not to go here vs mall piercing for your child, I highly recommend Ryan and Angel Tattoo. I brought my six year old here a few weeks ago to get her ears pierced after a bad experience at a mall piercing place. You have to plan in advance to get a health form notarized for minors, and the whole process takes a little longer since they do one ear at a time, but it was well worth it in my opinion. Ryan was really great at explaining the process in advance to my daughter and walked her through each step as he was doing it, including how he was keeping everything safe and clean. Thank you so much for such a positive experience!

Love this place! Very comfortable and inviting space! ELVIS did such an amazing job with creating my last minute Ambigram design as a Walk-in, being patient and friendly along the way! I have never been so dedicated to a review as I am when I think of Angel Tattoo. I have had the best service. The best experiences, the best results EVER!! The process is so streamline and Laetitia has the lightest most defined touch. The process is so great, I slept through 2 of my Tattoos. Shadowing and all. My follow up and color reviews have always been exceptional. I have not lost color in ANY of my tattoos. My 1st one with her was almost 10 years ago and it is still brand new. I have traveled from N.C. to get my last 2 tattoos from them. Ill always come back.

After doing a lot of searching for highly reviewed artists/shops in the Bay Area, I came across Angel Tattoo. The portfolio of work from Laetitia was very impressive! Now admittedly I have driven by countless times in the past, and felt apprehensive about it simply based on the appearance of the little strip mall it is in. PLEASE PLEASE do not make that same mistake. The inside of the shop has a great vibe, smells clean, and has everything you need for post-tattoo and piercing care. I filled out the online form for a lettering tattoo, the words “I LOVE YOU” written in my late mother’s handwriting. Ironing out the details of what I wanted and when I wanted to schedule via email was very easy. Response time was always timely. Laetitia made it look like my mother actually wrote the words on my arm herself. I am beyond satisfied with it. My wife was very satisfied with her three piercings, as well as the post-care information given clearly, and we will absolutely go back for more work in the future.Laetitia and her staff are so very down to earth, kind, and professional, it’s incredible.

I highly recommend this shop. I’ve gotten a couple tattoos and different shops, and this was by far my best experience. The artist is incredibly helpful, and she will help you understand the proper placement and sizing for different tattoos. The woman at the front was very welcoming and there was very minimal wait time. The vibe of the shop is great, too, I had a great laugh with the employees and was very comfortable the whole time. Laetitia Coleman at Angel Tattoos is an artist, who is also an EXCELLENT tattooist.I had 3 tattoos done prior to visiting Laetitia. She took what the previous tattooist had done and amped it up to the nth degree, and created art out of two standalone images.I am thrilled and beyond proud to be able to show off what she has done. And absolutely, she is now my go-to artist.

I called about 15 minutes before arriving and they saved me a spot for a nose piercing. Their prices are so good! The staff are friendly and supportive. I recommend going here. Anything I want pierced next, I will be going here.

Laetitia covered up a very poorly done arrow on my side with a beautiful jellyfish. She ensured I was comfortable the entire time for the long tattoo. I had such a great experience in this tattoo shop. Everyone in there made me feel welcomed.I had such bad anxiety when thinking about coming into a tattoo shop i never been to but they made my anxiety go away once they greeted me and explained the process and everything. ❤️

We were visiting family in Tampa and walked in on Saturday looking to get a couple ring tattoos. Carlos was patient in explaining to us how ring tattoos wear over time and suggested another spot on my the body. I told him what we wanted and let him run with it. He was able to fit my wife in Saturday night and was extremely meticulous and careful with everything he did, opening every package in front of her. He even wore a face mask! Hands down the cleanest shop Ive been to. He worked about an hour past closing to finish up the tattoo, but still never rushed and payed attention to every detail. He scheduled me for the Tuesday following and did the same sanitary process. He stenciled the knot but free-handed the rest of the rope. He made sure every detail was perfect before putting needle to skin. Affordable pricing for the amazing work he cranked out! We cant thank Carlos enough and the next time were in Tampa were swinging by for another! Highly recommend Angel Ink and Carlos!

The piercer at this location is amazing. I’ve had a horrible experience recently with trying to get my nose pierced let’s just say I left the first spot with no nose ring in my nose and bleeding. This amazing piercer was extremely sanitary and walked you step by step on what and when he was doing the piercing. IT DIDNT HURT. How is that possible I don’t know and not even one little drip of blood. After it was done he gave me very detailed aftercare instructions. He was so kind, sweet and patient. I highly recommend this spot and will continue to come back for all future piercings!!!!

I am from IL and was visiting my son in Tampa, recently, my mother passed away, so I researched thoroughly to find a fit for my tattoo! I came across Laetitias fine line work and knew she was the perfect artist for my idea. Laetitia took the pics I sent and designed the tattoo perfectly! It was hard to tell as my skin was all bumpy after and plastic placed on but after the 5 day period, taking the plastic off, it is amazing! Laetitia was so kind and patient during my tattoo and her staff was also amazingly kind and thorough! The price was so fair and I loved the fact that there werent several people walking back during my sitting. This to me is class and I felt Angel Tattoo had the utmost class and talent! They did an amazing job!! One of the best tattoo experiences I’ve ever had. Incredibly professional and offered numbing cream aswell! I got a very specific, very precise circle on my hand- the placement took a minute to perfect as your hand can bend and dismorph the image. They gave me a lot of healing instructions and realist fading information. 100000% will go back for future pieces.

I brought my daughter (Age 6) to get her ears pierced for the first time with Ryan. The establishment was very clean, and as soon as we walked in we were greeted with the two nicest people at the front who did their very best to make my daughter feel comfortable. We filled out paperwork (for minors you do have to have a notarized consent form. We did it for $10 at Amscot down the road) and then got set up in the back room.Ryan did a great job of explaining the process, and calming my daughters nerves. He was accommodating and let her sit in my lap and watch a show while he prepped then pierced.I highly recommend going. We had such a great experience.

My sister and I went to get matching tattoos of hand drawn hearts. They were extremely accommodating about working around our limited schedule! Laetitia was our artist and she did amazing at copying the drawings that we brought in exactly! This shop is very professional. They make you feel super comfortable and aren’t creepy at all like some other tattoo/piercing shops where they try flirting with you instead of doing their job. I went here to get my tragus pierced. It healed without any issues and their after care instructions really helped with the healing process. So, if you want to get a piercing done in a safe and comfortable environment then this is the place to go.

Went for a forward helix piercing that another place had told me they wouldnt be able to do on my ear, and Ryan was able to do the piercing with no issue. All staff members were very friendly, and the prices are great. Will definitely be coming back!

Got a cartilage piercing at another shop about a year ago and after many issues with it I knew I had to get it removed. I decided to go to Angel Tattoo because they’re closer to me and I could not have been met by a better group of people! The gentleman over the phone/at reception was courteous and professional, as well as Ryan who took my piercing out for me. Ryan was informative and nonjudgmental which made me feel great considering how embarrassed I was of my gnarly looking piercing. I have a feeling I’ll go here again if I get more piercings in the future!

Angel Tattoo is a wonderful, professional studio. I have been tattooed by two of their artists Sarah and Laetitia and they are both very talented. I was very impressed by their professional experience and empathy. I have been pierced by Sarah multiple times and really appreciate her experience and knowledge. I was honestly very nervous throughout the process, but the piercer talked me through it and was truly very understanding. My mom and I came in to get Daith piercings and I am so happy that we came here. This was by far the most inviting and none intimidating Tattoo Shop that I have ever been to and it made the process go by even smoother. I went in with an implant and they managed to take it out and helped my painful piercings!! I was in a lot of pain but once they fixed it i felt much better. Along with this they gave me tips and lots of information about how to go on about my piercing. Also the staff are all so nice. I wish i came here for my actual piercings but will definitely continue going here for any future piercings!!

I had went in to the shop for a tattoo and left before it even started because of the way Laetitia had spoken to my girl friend and I. My girlfriend was told she was not allowed to sit next to me during the tattoo, and that she was close enough about 15 feet away. I asked why and the tattoo artist proceeded to raise her voice at my girlfriend and started to argue the point about a simple question. My girlfriend and I were happy to be that far away if a justifiable reason was given... politely. Horrible customer service and we left after the stencil was placed. It was a shame as over email she sounded so polite and welcoming, yet in person it seemed to be very different.

Such a great experience. Carlos was very helpful and open to how I wanted my tattoo to look. He was honest with his opinions about the consequences that would come from the size that I originally wanted my tattoo to be (very small). He made many different templates of a possible tattoo for me and always let me check to make sure it was how I wanted it to look. Carlos did a great job and I am so happy with my tattoo!!! The owner was very nice too!!

If I could give this place 100 stars, I would. I got my belly button pierced here and their service was just amazing. My piercer was Ryan and he was so professional and did a great job. Came to Tampa on vacations and decided to get two tattoos. After reading the reviews I decided this would be the best place to go to... of course I went in hoping to get a tattoo by the artists that were mostly mentioned on the reviews. However I was greeted by Sky the very pleasant girl at the front and Elvis one of the artists that I had not read a review about. Although I was a little afraid of getting a tattoo by him because I didnt read much on him, I knew I was still in good hands being that he worked at this shop and well he is definitely a peoples person. Treated me with such professionalism, kindness, patience and understanding. Long story short hes a very talented artist and exceeded my expectations! Not to mention that to take my mind off the pain I wouldnt stop talking to him and he kindly spoke to me throughout the two sessions!! It was definitely fun to get tattooed by him! I am in love with both my tattoos and if I have to travel back to Tampa to get a tattoo I will because I will never go to any other place. All the staff at Angel Tattoo is DOPE!!!

Such great reviews and awesome pics of the artists work on their website and Facebook Page. I was only going to be in town for a week so I could not come in and talk to the artists. I chose Laetitia for my tattoo and she answered all of my questions and concerns through email and helped me adjust what I wanted done and followed to spend 8 1/2 hours completing my tattoo. She took into account that I expressed a lot of detail in the tattoo and she took her time which I greatly appreciated. I love my new tattoo and I love Angel Tattoo Tampa!

I went here today for a piercing and the staff was very pleasant and most of all knowledgeable! The man who did my piercing explained the dos and donts to ensure that my piercing heals completely. Also, everything was SUPER clean. All instruments used on me were sealed and brand new. I could tell that he was very detail-oriented. Coming from a person who has never been able to heal piercings in the past, this is huge. I have extremely sensitive skin, and I almost gave up on piercing my ears. Dylan worked with me to pierce my ear lobe in exactly the right places, and he walked me through the at-home care routine as well as provided me with written instructions. Happy to say that my piercings are healing nicely, and I owe it all to Dylan and Angel Tattoo.

Just got my navel and tragus piercing done. Great experience, walked me through the process and aftercare. Pricing is very reasonable especially for titanium jewelry. initially I was going to get a 3rd piercing done but backed out after the other two were done. Since you pay After the work is done, I wasnt stuck paying for a piercing I didnt wind up getting. Will definitely be back for the rest of my piercing needs. The only reason Im not giving it a 5 star is the limited options in jewelry. Other then that the place is great, clean with a friendly staff.

I got my first tattoo done by Laetitia and she was super kind and she did an amazingggg job! I brought a reference photo and she really perfected every little detail. I was feeling lightheaded at one point (i’m a faint-er) and they were really helpful and made sure i was okay throughout the process.

So I went in 3/14/22 for a septum piercing. I immediately told the piercer and the gentleman working the desk how terrified I was. They laughed it off and made me feel less horrified at my decision. After doing my research as a mom and a nurse I decided to take my daughter here for her belly button piercing and Im sooo grateful I did🙏 They use nothing but the absolute best here which helps to avoid irritations and promote healing. My daughter and I really bonded with the owner who was AWESOME and was the one who did my daughters piercing cuz her and I have the same name😆 and her daughter and my daughter damn near had the same name...it was fate I tell ya😆😆😆. Sarah did a cover up back piece for me. It was my first large tattoo. Took 6.5 hours to complete. She also did 2 small tattoos on my arms. Sarah not only did an amazing job but she was communicative during the process to ensure that I was comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone, and I plan to return for more ink soon.

Very thorough pre-appointment process and COVID guidelines were strictly followed. Laetitia was did an amazing job and we had a really fun conversation the whole time. The key to happiness is insensitivity - Tennessee Williams. Devil Tattoo...sorry I mean...Angel Tattoo claims to have been in the business for years and has lots of experience. However, they seem unaware that tattoo artists are people. People who get sick, people who move, people who may go to prison, and people who sometimes die. That is what happened to my tattoo artist, he died and was unable to finish my tattoo.I submitted my situation on the website of Devil Tattoo...my bad...Angel tattoo, along with a picture of the unfinished job ( which of course contained my skin color) for an evaluation. I received a reply that reads Unfortunately but we do not touch other artists tattoo work. What is unfortunate is their lack of understanding, compassion, and empathy. 1 negative star ⭐️Re: I also submitted the same evaluations to 6 other tattoo companies in the Tampa area and all 6 replied that they would be honored to finish the job.

My daughter had a tattoo done by Jim Harris at this shop about 8 years ago. When I saw it was owned by new people, I was hesitant. I had my own design that I had made and in order to accomplish the definition I wanted, Stephine told me she would have to enlarge it. I was looking for something small, three hearts attached to each other representing my three children so they would always be close to my heart. Everything was so clean and when actually doing the work, Stephine was masked, gloved, aproned and very professional. If I ever come up with another idea for a tattoo, I will travel back to Tampa to get it done. Whats 1300 miles when you know the quality and friendliness of the staff and have confidence in what they can do! I am so pleased with the end result.

Completely unprofessional. The lack of care for the peircing change amazed me, not only was there excessive bleeding but the swelling was very prominent. The piercing was not able to be out back in because the woman that was changing it obviously had no experience. Im utterly disappointed and expected much more. If I could rate zero stars I most definently would.

Got my 15th and most important tattoo today with Elvis. Best tattoo experience Ive ever had, Elvis did exactly what I asked for and had a very light hand while tattooing. Recommend for good price and service.

Wanted to charge me for replacing my nose ring after purchasing jewelry from them stating that “COVID” hasn’t been nice to them. Next time just say you don’t service African-Americans Rather than trying to overcharge me. On to atomic tattoos I go.

I gave this place 5 stars before but now I give them 1. I had some work here done by Carlos and we agreed to 2 sessions. 1 for the lines, 2nd for the color. We agreed on a price. Now I guess Carlos isn’t there anymore and they will not honor the quote. They want to charge me twice as much for the 2nd session (which is the whole total we agreed on). Not a reputable company. Please look for other shops to do your big pieces. There are plenty around Tampa. Wow!!!! Get your facts straight here. Yes I was told in an email that you would do it for 200 BUT when I physically came back to your shop And I quote word for word “Carlos charged on the low side, I will do it for 350” which is almost twice what I was quoted. And the background was part of it because it was supposed to match the dragon tat on my other arm, size, background and all. But I’m glad you posted your response publicly. I’ve been a general manager for years and I would NEVER talk to my customers that way. So all the people that are reading this, these are the type of people you will deal with when you go to this shop. Just a heads up.

I had been wanting some piercing done. I walked and the shop was very clean. The people there were very friendly. The cleanliness and the procedure that they followed for the piercing was great. Will be returning

I really like this place! You can see that it is very clean. I had my ear pierced and I could tell they really know what they are doing. The prices are very reasonable. They also take the time to thoroughly explain the after care.

I went with my friend here as she needed a piercing done. I really liked the place. Very clean and friendly staff. Her piercing healed quite quick as she followed all the directions they asked to. Very good experience.

Received excellent service on a very hectic day for the shop (Friday the 13th). Every single one of the staff I encountered were friendly and upbeat. I also appreciated how sterile they kept the environment.
