I’ve being going to Ava Piercing since April 2024 and have now seen Trinity twice, with my third appointment being next week. Not only is Trinity so super sweet and kind but her knowledge of anatomy, piercings, and jewelry are like no other! The store is beyond super clean and you are sure to have a 5 star experience! I drive 45 minutes from Corona to get pierced and shop at Ava Piercing.

I happily found out about AVA Piercing Co. after doing hours of research. I wanted to make sure my new piercing experience met my standards and AVA exceeded my expectations! Trinity and Andrea have both pierced me and my ears healed really well with no problems at all! Downsizing appt. was fast and easy! The space is super clean with open atmosphere - friendly staff and awesome pieces to choose from! I have plans to go back for additional piercings. Highly recommend both Trinity 🐈‍⬛ and Andrea!

What a delightful experience! I’ve had several piercings done in the past, but I can tell you that Trinity at Ava piercing company far surpassed any experience I’ve had before! She’s highly knowledgeable, very skilled, and so sweet! Even though I have a couple of lobe piercings that were not done correctly, she did not shame me, instead we talked about it and this experience with her reassured me that she was the best choice for all of my future piercings. I felt so comfortable from the moment I walked in and we actually laughed a lot! It was so much fun, curating my ear and picking out all the jewelry pieces and then the placement of what piercings would look best for my ear anatomy. Who knew that I had a nice conch? Trinity is hands down the best piercer Ive ever had the privilege of getting pierced by. Not only is she incredibly talented, professional, and wonderful at what she does, but she is such a warm, welcoming, and comforting person that takes way any fears around getting pierced. I started my piercing journey with Trinity at AVA Piercing Company in August. She has pierced my third lobes, conch, helix, and faux rook. I found them on the APP Website (Association of Professional Piercers), which is great because they are very conscious about health and safety. Trinity is knowledgeable, skilled, and gentle at what she does. Everything is extremely clean and sanitized from the moment you walk in, jewelry is stunning, and they are very good about answering any questions or concerns one might have. I have already recommend them to friends and family, and will be back to work on my other ear.

I have been coming to AVA for over a year now and I’ve always had an amazing experience with Trinity! She has ordered many custom pieces for me and made my piercing dreams come true haha. They also have a really gorgeous selection of jewelry to choose from. I will always recommend them and continue going here 💙

Trinity is awesome! She suggested a faux rook and I loveee it!! Then I got a piercing somewhere else and it wasn’t healing right. She checked and it wasn’t done right so she gave me all the options and didn’t even charge me. When I went back to have it removed, she removed it and didn’t charge me again! All the piercings I got from her are beautiful and healed great. I won’t go anywhere else!

I’ve been to this piercing shop multiple times in the past few years. My first time I was pierced with Trinity who I assume to be the owner of the shop and I had a great experience, she seemed to have a great energy and fun personality. A time after this I walked in without an appointment just to browse at jewelry and I was met with this passive aggressive attitude from her. Looked at me like I wasn’t supposed to be there and talked to me like it was a problem that I was even there without an appointment. I can understand an appointment policy, but to be treated with a completely different energy than I had had before with her was very surprising and uncomfortable. Since then I’ve purposely booked appointments with another piercer at the shop because of this behavior. And in those times that I’ve gone in I’ve either not been acknowledged by her (as if I haven’t been there multiple times and spent hundreds of dollars there!), seen this same attitude even towards one of her employees, and have been met with her passive aggressive attitude again. So moral of this review is don’t go into this shop if you don’t like fake energy and unless you absolutely have an appointment!!!! Or at all if you’d actually like to feel welcome and have a consistent great experience

I can’t begin to say how wonderful Trinity has been with me. She has helped me to heal a piercing gone wrong that I got from out of state, she has been amazing at answering my questions whether it be on instagram, email or in person. When I wanted a flat piercing she checked to make sure the piercing would work. She told me it needed to be moved a small amount due to my anatomy and even noticed that I often wear sunglasses so she had me wear them while marking where I’d be pierced so I wouldn’t have to stop wearing them while healing. Needless to say it’s been one of my easiest piercings to heal to date! She always makes you feel comfortable and will answer all your questions with a smile. She has mapped out both my ears and I’m super excited to start on my curations! Oh and the jewelry is awesome! Thank you Trinity for everything!! I’ve been following AVA Piercing Company on social media for ages. I’m not in California, but I ask them questions all of the time. I watch their videos, and I’ve asked about different piercings, healing time, about jewelry and best practices. They always answer, even though I’m just a random person asking!!The jewelry at AVA Piercing is absolutely stunning. They carry jewelry that is everyday affordable all the way up to a gorgeous kite moonstone and diamond piece for A LOT more!! Seriously something for everyone. I absolutely adore everyone who works at AVA! I’ve always had such amazing experiences and always feel super comfortable. Since I have a fair bit of facial piercings I frequently get asked for piercer recommendations and I will always recommend AVA! As an individual who is super passionate about body modifications I feel that only recommending high quality studios is the best way to go! Not only for those in the community but for those who have had less than ideal experiences with not so great studios. Best piercing studio around! It’s immaculately clean and has a GREAT selection of jewelry. All of the jewelry is beautiful and high end and they can even help with custom pieces. Ever since I moved out here, have been coming to Ava. Trinity is always so positive, informative and patient. I appreciate the detailed process, tasteful ideas and her responsiveness for troubleshooting online. The jewelry selection and customization is like no other. Because of it I discovered other piercings I wanted that I never even knew were possible. Studio is super clean and she also is throughout the piercing process. Family keeps coming from out of town with Trinity because shes the best, I wouldnt trust anyone anymore but at Ava Cant wait for my next one!

Had an absolutely phenomenal experience at AVA Piercing! Got my first helix and daith piercings. Trinity and her partner were incredibly kind and patient as I picked out jewelry. Trinity walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. I’m new to piercings and definitely came to the right place. Studio was pristine and made me feel super comfortable. Will definitely be going back to get my other piercings done here. Was also a lot less painful than I expected, which I attribute to Trinity’s incredible skills and knowledge.

Trinity is amazing!This was my first professional piercing since infancy and, despite have just over a dozen tattoos, I was a little nervous. Trinity is such a sweetheart with so much patience, walks you through the process before & as she is doing it. All of the staff are so welcoming & easy going. I am autistic and this is one of the most autism-friendly experiences Ive ever had! Trinity is amazing, very attentive, accepting, and kind, and the space is exceptionally clean and peaceful. My husband and I were looking for a place to get my 6yr olds ears pierced. We did not want to take her Claires but also did not want to take her to just any piercing/tattoo shop, as that can be seriously intimidating for our shy and sweet 6yr old. Thats when we found Ava piercing co. and couldnt be happier that we did! Trinity was so amazing with our daughter, I cannot say enough good things about her! Trinity is amazing! I just went in today for my second piercing by her. She had pierced my nostril in February and it healed fantastic! I followed her care instructions and had no problems! Today I got my conch pierced and it went great. She is very informative and makes sure you know what to do after and always lets you know what shes doing during the piercing. It is a little expensive depending on what jewelry you get, however you are paying for high quality jewelry, which definitely helps the healing process and a bonus is all the jewelry is super pretty too :)

I was looking to get pierced for the first time at a clean and professional location. Trinitys shop is a single use studio so I knew I wouldnt have to worry about sanitary issues. In addition, I found her shop through the Association of Professional Piercers so I knew my experience was going to be excellent. Honestly, the whole experience was better than I had imagined. Trinity covered all aspects of the piercing and healing processes. She has great selections of jewelry and if you ask her beforehand, she will take care of your requests! I loved that her pricings were honest and well worth it! Her amazing professionalism and before/after service are some of the many reasons why I believe we should be supporting small businesses like AVA piercing company. They take care of us! Anyways, if you are looking a great piercer, look no further. Also grab the saline wound wash spray on your way out, theyll save you from swelling and redness like magic.

Absolutely incredible, 100% professional and Down to earth! Trinity is an absolute joy to email because she replies as a human being and not some typical robot nonsense. They ensure you feel at ease when inside their shop especially during this pandemic. I got 4mm large piercings on both of my ears, not once did i see the needles (i had high anxiety) but she sterilized where i was to sit, washed her hands thoroughly, prepared sanitized equipment, wore gloves and a mask! I found AVA Piercing Company from safepiercing.org after deciding to get my high lobe pierced, and wanting to find someone who is an APP member. After checking out their website and instagram, I booked an appointment.During the appointment, Trinity explained everything in detail, was encouraging questions, took the time to mark the piercings and made sure I was happy with everything. The studio is immaculate, and all the safety precautions that are in place made me feel very comfortable. I really like my new piercings!

I waited 30+ years to get my upper helix pierced because I was afraid. Im so glad I found Ava Piercing and Manny. Manny worked with me and my fears and not only did I get one upper helix piercing, I got two! Manny also fixed a lobe piercing that was not done well the first time. Ive had a few bumps in the road with my healing process but Manny, and Trinity have been awesome helping me along the way. I would absolutely recommend going to Ava for your piercing desires. They also have a great selection of jewelry.

So thankful we found this place! We wanted to take our 3 year old to get her ears pierced after she asked us but not with a piercing gun or in a tattoo shop. Trinity was so patient and thorough with everything and so sweet with our daughter. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone and especially anyone with kids! I put off having my left ear lobe repierced, which was needed after a terrible childhood piercing. Trinity made the experience positive and calming. Wow I love this place! This is my second piercing here and I will NEVER go anywhere else ever again! Skip the tattoo parlors and come here, I promise you you will not regret it. Trinity is so professional and will tell you if it is in your best interest to get the piercing you want, if she thinks that’s not the piercing for you due to anatomy, she will tell you and you can switch to a different piercing option. I often would get infected piercings or small bumps on piercings and I have yet to have one when done from here. I am a lifelong costumer and if you come here, you will be too!

I got piecing twice and they both failed when i was young. Im so glad i found this place. Trinity piecing was the best that i ever had in my life.i didnt feel anything at all when she pieced me and i didnt feel any pain after all!!!! This was my first body piercing and I could not recommend this store enough. Trinity was very kind and walked me through the whole process, explaining every step and was just a joy to have around. I was not nervous in the slightest. Very great experience, would definitely return for more!!

Also worth noting that communication before I even arrived to my appointment was stellar. So glad to have a certified APP shop close by!

I drove 45 mins to go to this shop. Right off the bat I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The staff jumped right on the ball and got me rolling with paperwork and talking about what I wanted done. Within 5 mins I was back in the room getting the piercing area cleaned while I received all the info I needed to know about my piercing along with all my questions answered. Within another 5 mins I was done, paid and out the door my with aftercare. Fast clean and professional. Highly recommend!!!

Honestly i could go on for days about this place. they fixed my impulsive decision to get my ears pierced with a gun at the mall and helped me pick the CUTEST jewelry while staying in my price range!! trinity was great too she made sure i knew what was going on so i wouldnt get too scared, overall AMAZING place, highly recommend!!!!

Came here because I ripped half of my chest dermal out🤦🏻‍♀️ Trinity helped me put it back in & she was so amazing! Didn’t hurt at all & took 5 minutes, she has a very gentle hand. I love this place, it’s so cute & clean & the location is perfect. Got some before & after pictures

It is a clean shop so that’s why I gave 2 stars. It is expensive and they are more interested in what enforcing draconian ma5k mandates then having friendly customer service.
