Phenomenal work by Kyus! When I laid out the plan for Korns Follow the Leader Album Cover, a tattoo Ive dreamt of having since I was a teenager in 1998, Kyus took his time to sketch it out perfectlly. He exuded professionalism and was extremely careful to lay out art exactly the way I wanted on my forearm. After seeing the almost complete piece and how phenomenal it looked, I booked another appointment to add even more Korn album covers to blend in together seamlessly with this one.I also wanted to throw out a special thank you to the whole staff over at Outlaw who stopped by to check in our progress. Hannah has tattooed a few times. Her work is nothing short of amazing. I give her ideas and she does what she does and she won’t let you leave with a tattoo that looks unfinished! This is my second tattoo with J (instagram: tattoos.by.j)/ second tattoo on my body and I am in love with it. He’s very responsive and works with schedules! He started tattooing me around 12:10 PM or maybe even a little later and he finished up around 1:25 PM. He works extremely fast. When coming up with this tattoo idea, I sent him a very blurry screenshot of what I kinda had in mind. My only request was that I had bees in my tattoo. He did the rest and made the placement. He puts his own touch on every single tattoo he does.

Got my nipples Pierced twiceI had an amazing experience. The reason I had them done twice is because they were rejecting the first time. I didnt realize I needed to use a different material for my skin. Both times devon the piercer did an amazing job in guiding me on what to do for my situation. Now Ive had my Piercings done for almost a year and they still look amazing. Great customer service and gave me a discount the second time I had them done just to be nice. I will definitely be back

Found this shop originally when I wanted to get some piercings (which they do an amazing job with that). I found an artist there that specialized in the style of art work I love and now its my go to place. Luis did an amazing job especially since it was a long session, and now its my favorite piece. The people in the shop were super nice and chill which made the long session even more fun, kinda made me feel like I was hanging with friends. Cant wait to get back in the chair and continue working on the sleeve.

I have got three tattoos from Pierce and will continue to come back for any art work I need. Great quality and pricing. The whole shop has great vibes to it. Everyone is very friendly when you walk in the door. I also got pierced by Devyn who is also very friendly and is very precise with his work. 10/10 come this shop you wont be let down!

My boyfriend and I have gotten all of our tattoos from Hanna! She does amazing work, and we would recommend her to anyone in the area. If you have an idea of what you want, she will go above and beyond adding in her style but still following exactly what you’re going for. She has so much experience and does amazing color/black and white/shading/everything! She is also the most respectful and fun person to be around, all good vibes. I had an amazing session with Audhrey. She was very communicative, super flexible with my schedule and was able to perfectly translate my ideas into her art. The piece is finely detailed and reflective of our collaboration. My session was 4 hours long, but she took such good care of me that I’ll be booking another session with her real soon.

Love this shop, my husband and I came in as walk-In we met J who was immediately helpful and got us in within the hour.J is amazing and we hope to continue to have him as our artist for years to come! My husband and I both go to him and we always have a great time! The rest of the artist in the shop are really friendly and fun to be around!I also had piercing done with Dev and I will never go to anyone else ! This shop is clean and always has the best vibes !

Okay, update idk what number. After coming here almost every week for the past 5 months, decided to get a piercing. Tony was incredible! He made me comfortable and l felt my anxiety leave within seconds of entering his room. He even let me take a few moments to figure out if I really wanted to do first piercing I got without judgment after telling him about my anxiety, so thank you Tony for being so understanding the first go around with me as a client 😅, can’t wait to go back and get more soon!Photo does not do the piece justice for how amazing my tattoo came out (can’t really post the entire thing as it goes down my sternum and half my stomach). J was awesome made me forget about the nerves I was feeling the entire day before I went in. The piece came out better than I could imagine putting together all 3 worlds of a series (yes huge book worm here) into one big badass piece I know I’ll always love. Thank you J! Absolutely amazing tattoo shop with amazing artists. Brandon has completely personalized the vision in my mind into a custom floral sleeve with a red dragon flare. It’s still in the works but I have to say I’ve never seen a better dragon foot on any tattoo inspo designs, I’m so excited for next session to get it completed. I also got to see some amazing pieces leave the shop from the other artists during my session too. Definitely the place to check out with several artists with different art specialties. Definitely will update with the finished product~

Pierce is single handedly the best tattoo artist I’ve ever had. He has worked on my sleeve, and many other pieces. I enjoy his work enough to travel from Arizona to California just to make sure I get him, and I know my work will be done right. The shop itself is a great environment. Very clean, and all staff are friendly and approachable. I reccomend Pierce, and honestly any of the tattooers and body piercers they have there. I won’t go to any other shop, and it is well worth the travel to ensure I get a great looking tattoo. Pierce has done coverups on me, half my body, and a sleeve, and can tattoo (from what I have seen) in almost any genre or fashion very well. For larger pieces he spends the time and quality to make sure it is done right and conforms to your body. He can take a picture of what you want, and make it exact, however, his imagination and creativity is probably the best part. He has almost finished a snake that covers just about half my body, completely freehand. 10/10 recommend

Lou and the crew at Outlaw Tattoo are my new go-to any time Im in Temecula 💯I was on a short trip in town and wanted to get a souvenir of my stay there. Outlaw was the only shop available at that time and it was all part of the universes plan ✨️ They welcomed us in politely & professionally, we only waited about 15 minutes to be seen by an available artist, and Lou took my husband & I back to his station where we discussed the plan. Tony was amazing! He made my experience really calming as I was a little nervous! He is super easy to have a conversation with, and he doesn’t hesitate to answer any questions you might have. I got my first set of Tattoos done here by Brooklyn and honestly it was an honor she was fairly reasonable and understanding when it came to rescheduling or other conflicts. the other staff really make you feel welcome here too. Lou was awesome!! We came in last night to get matching tattoos for my best friend’s bachelorette party. He was able to accommodate all of us, not only gave us our tattoos just how we pictured them but also went above and beyond to give those of us that wanted more another tattoo! I am 55 year old grandma and had butterflies done by Hanna. She hand drew every butterfly and each of them are as unique as the kids and grandkids that represent. She is detailed orientated, passionate and shows compassion when the session gets too long. I am going back for more butterflies and a phoenix arm piece she’s drawing for me. She is a true artist and a true professional.

Today I got my first tattoo and it was the best experience!! I booked an appointment with J (instagram: @tattoos.by.j). He was very responsive, and put together my idea beautifully. When he started the tattoo it was 12:00 pm and he finished around 12:35-12:38 pm. He worked sooooo fast and the pain was 4/10. I was extremely nervous but when he started I realized I just overworked myself. My parents went with me and fell in love with his work. My dad loved the music playlist the shop was playing. Overall I definitely found my tattoo artist (on the first try) and will definitely be booking my next tattoos with him.

Great experience!!. Went in for my first tattoo and had a great experience! I have been thinking about getting my first tattoo for several years. I walked in and showed Jonathan a custom design and within 20 minutes he was set up and ready to go!. Great environment and I could not have asked for a more awesome experience! Super cool vibe in the store and was in and out in about two hours start to finish. I have several more designs I am thinking of and they will be my go to studio.

My daughter and I stopped by on a whim. Jonathan was able to take us right in. He has been doing a lot of the art on my daughter which is beautiful. We decided to get matching mother/daughter tattoos. Mine ended up being a coverup of a scar and it turned out beautifully! You cannot see the scar anymore. I would 100% recommend.

I haven’t been tattooed yet but I have an appointment and I’m really happy with my walk-in experience. I went to another shop earlier in the day and spoke with one of the artists and they said they couldn’t and wouldn’t do my tattoo and then insulted my dad who wanted to get some work done. I walked into Outlaw Tattoo and was greeted by Brandon. He immediately had his artistic ideas flowing on the piece i wanted and was excited to have my ideas come to fruition. I then asked him about my dad and he said that he would love to tattoo my dad. He was a breath of fresh air. He was super friendly. I have multiple tattoos all from different artists. I have never stuck with one mainly because of vibes. I don’t care how good you are, if you have bad vibes I’m out. Brandon has great vibes and I can’t wait for my ideas to become realities. 5 stars for the first impression for sure!!!

I personally have never been pierced by Devyn, but when I was having such a painful infection on new cartilage piercings he was the only one willing to help!! He did an amazing job removing them for me in such a short period of time.. he was super friendly, and welcoming when I came in. He gave me great advice after the removal and my ear is already feeling so much better after visiting. I definitely will be visiting him again once I decide to get another piercing!!!

For the tattoos themself, I gave her a rough idea, and she took those and put her own artistic twist into them to make them more complete, more personal and overall amazing! I love this shop. Been going there for awhile. My artist is Luis and he is professional and makes me feel at ease, comfy and is super nice and his work is amazing

I recently went to lauren for a couple tattoos and she instantly made me feel so comfortable and welcome! She walked me through the tattooing process and was very detailed and patient. She has won me over and I will continue to go to her. One of the best artists in the area!

(review coming from someone who has a hyper fixation on piercings and body mods) my boyfriend and i saw devyn to get our nostrils pierced, and i have to say he is awesome! he is super professional and sanitary, and he even used threadless labret jewelry in our piercings (which a lot of really good piercers in the APP love!) he is also super educated on piercing and the piercing industry, which is something i always look for when i choose a piercer. he was also super patient and kind with me because im a little weenie when it comes to pain. even gave us lollipops after! 10/10 recommend :)

My wife and I came in yo outlaw tattoo and purchased a tattoo and piercing from the artist tony, he was able to help us with both, very professional and respectful, we will definitely be coming back, Thank you for a great experience.

Found this tattoo spot from just randomly searching and I’m glad I did. I’ve gotten two tattoos from here, my tattoo artist was Lauren. Call me biased but she’s the best tattoo artist there. Very considerate, friendly, creative and overall very professional. I will definitely continue getting tattoos here. You guys should check it out!!!!!!

I can in and got work done by chuck and not only is his tattoo work amazing, you can also tell how much he loves what he does. Everyone in the shop were very nice and made me feel very comfortable, this shop is hands down the cleanest shop I’ve ever been in as well. Mrs Cauwels did my first tattoo and what stood out was her professionalism and caring nature…she cares deeply about every detail and worked diligently to make her schedule work with mine. She took her time to find out exactly what I wanted, and even called me at home for “extra details” she thought I would like…when I walked in I noticed her space was spotless and sterile technique was maintained, what’s more she has excellent/clean lines and does amazing shade work…No hesitation in recommending her to ANYBODY!

I went to get some piercings done, everything good, but 1 sinks in my skin not letting it heal. I called in 3 times so far, and it feels like they are avoiding me, always busy, dont call back even having my info.Ive been waiting a week, since they had to re-order a longer piece, and it still hasnt been replaced👎
