I came in today for an old brow tattoo removal. Prior to the visit, I had a lot of questions and concerns. Both Jeanie and Nyssa are incredibly knowledgeable about the process and technology and were so patient to answer all my questions to make sure I understood and was fully comfortable with the process.The procedure itself was surprisingly quick (less than 30 seconds!) and was virtually painless (2/10, if 10 is the worst level of pain). Both Nyssa and Jeanie are skilled and attentive, and ensured my comfort throughout the entire procedure.After just one session, Ive already noticed a significant change! Their pricing is more affordable than most, and they utilize the latest laser technology. Really happy to have found them and I’m looking forward to my next session!! Thanks Jeanie and Nyssa :)

This place is amazing. I first went to a competitor and they were too pricey and not professional. I had a wonderful experience with Geanie. She explained the process throughly and answered all my questions and made me fill very comfortable. I had my tattoo removed and on the first treatment I could see a big difference. I wanted to get something done in time for summer vacations, so I decided to get some laser resurfacing done. My wife told me that Erase and Embrace was the only area near us that has the machine they use, which is top-notch, best in its class. Everything was painless, and my skin looks a lot smoother too.I really appreciate the employees that work there, Nyssa takes the time to explain everything really well and I was in and out super quick!

Erase and embrace number 1 tattoo removal. The results are unbelievable! After my second session my tattoos were almost gone! This place is the real deal. Best service ever! They have exceeded my expectations and more. They are complete professionals and they are the nicest and coolest people Ive ever met. Whats best that they are in the Temecula area! No more driving down to Riverside in that horrible traffic. Before I found erase and embrace I had gone to other tattoo removal locations and was not happy with the results. They were very unprofessional and was in and out. They were in and out so quick I felt like they barely touched my tattoo. I didnt get my moneys worth at all. It was the best bang for your buck since I wasn’t sure how many sessions it would take to remove my embarrassing tattoo from ten years ago!The environment was super cute, clean, and inviting. I came in for my very first laser facial treatment today for my acne scars and I must say, I already see a huge improvement in my skin texture and lightening of my scars. Nyssa and Jeannie were very knowledgeable. They put me at ease during the treatment and answered all my questions. It was painless and quick. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I have a medium skin tone and my skin didnt show any signs or redness after. I already feel more confident and I intend to go back for more treatments!!

Office is comfortable and clean. Geanie & Nyssa answered all my questions regarding my acne scars prior to scheduling. They both shared their knowledge on what to expect during and after treatment. Procedure day was a breeze. It felt as if I was shaving with an electric razor. No pain at all. A few hours later my skin felt nothing more than a long day working out in the yard. No swelling. The next day, feeling like a champ. Looking forward to the next treatment.

Day well spent with the lovely ladies at Erase and Embrace !! Came in super nervous and excited for my laser facial and a tattoo removal from over 15 years ago . What an easy process they were so comforting with my nervousness of the removal of my tattoo I can’t wait to come back and get a round to to see more improved results.. the laser facial was targeted towards the aging / melasma spots I had on my face super easy and non invasive. I can already see improvement on the complexion of my face was able to try out the infra red light to help with healing..looking forward to another round .. I started my laser tattoo removal sessions today. Nyssa & Geanie were so welcoming. I was feeling nervous & they both put my nerves at ease. Their salon is clean & cute. I researched many laser tattoo devices in the area and theirs by far is the absolute best. It targets all colors & I’m so excited to get rid of this tattoo. 10/10. Highly recommend.

I had my first tattoo removal session at Erase & Embrace and I had a really great experience. I had anticipated laser removal being much worse, but was in fact quick and not too painful…much less painful than getting a tattoo itself. These ladies are pros! Looking forward to my next session.

So I went in for laser resurfacing since I had pretty bad acne scars around my forehead, cheeks, and jawline. This was the first time doing anything like this so I definitely had some uneasiness, but Nyssa and Geanie were very professional and were able to answer all of my questions! Men or women, if you want to keep looking good, please go treat yourself. I had my skin tightened and my dark spots removed. The 2 nurses were wonderful, polite and very knowledgeable in their art. They also specialize in tattoo removals. I would recommend them to anyone.

I visited Erase & Embrace today for a laser resurfacing treatment on my face (they do more than tattoo removal!) and I was so impressed by the care and professionalism of Nyssa and Genie and their beautiful new space. So zen. They took time to answer my questions, and they asked specific questions about the results I was looking for. They also made sure that I had no contraindications to the treatment before they did anything. Nyssa showed me not just before and after photos, but photos of what I could expect to see as my face healed from the treatment. I could tell that she really cared about my success and my comfort level with the laser. Speaking of the laser, I honestly had zero pain during the session. I was stunned. Im a veteran of different procedures like microneedling and IPL. This laser was nothing like those treatments. Nyssa said they specifically picked the PicoWay laser because they didnt want their clients to have to deal with long downtime. Throughout the session she asked how I was feeling which I really appreciated. She has over a decade of experience and it shows. Once I got home, my face felt a little warm, but it still hasnt hurt at all. (Im writing this three hours after treatment.) If youre looking to treat signs of aging, Id definitely recommend this new office.

Great tattoo removal experience. Everyone was so professional. I went to another big name company and did multiple sessions and barely saw a difference. I completed 1 session here and already saw more of a difference than the many times somewhere else. Highly recommend.

So I have to admit, Im a bit of a nerd when it comes to anything skincare and skin procedure wise, especially because Im tan.The medspa and beauty industry doesnt make too many options out there for us melanated girls, so when I spoke to Nyssa and found out that the machine they use for laser skin treatments was safe for us tan girlies (and guys!), I was SO stoked!Nyssa really prioritizes educating and teaching her clients about how the machine works, what to expect, and how to take care of your skin after, too. She reminded me that SPF is really important to use, even if its not sunny outside!If youre looking for tattoo removal, or laser skin treatments (great for large pores, scars, or post acne hyperpigmentation like me!), this is the best place to go. Its in a really nice location, too, so you can get some shopping done right after!(huge plus that this is women owned, too!)
